Abstract

L'invention concerne un catalyseur Ziegler-Natta (Z-N) de polymérisation d'alpha-oléfines, et une application de celui-ci, en particulier un catalyseur pour la production industrielle, qui consiste en (A) un composant catalyseur solide (B) un composé organoaluminium cocatalyseur et (C) un composé donneur d'électrons externe à double fonction, ledit catalyseur étant utilisé pour des procédés de polymérisation ou de copolymérisation d'alpha-oléfines. Le composant catalyseur comprend du chlorure de magnésium en tant que support, un métal de transition tel que le titane et un composite diester de diacide aromatique/1,3-diéther en tant que donneur d'électrons interne. Un ou plusieurs organoaluminiums agissent en tant que cocatalyseur. Le donneur d'électrons externe à double fonction est un composite comprenant un méth(éth)oxysilicium d'hydrocarbyle comme donneur d'électrons externe composite et un ester d'acide organique comme agent de régulation de température de polymérisation. Le catalyseur Z-N Est utilisé pour des réactions de polymérisation ou de copolymérisation d'alpha-oléfines, auto-régule la vitesse de réaction de polymérisation pendant la polymérisation à haute température, maintient stable le fonctionnement du réacteur, et stabilise les performances du polymère.
