仓盒由多层底板组成,每层底板能停放多列自行车;各层底板在控制器的统一控制下,当一层底板的每列均停满后,该层底板带着存放的自行车通过底板中的升降部件与设置在仓盒里的升降装置配合自动上升一层,留出空间让下一层底板存放自行车;当处于当前底层底板的自行车全部都被自动推拉出去但还有用户需要自行车时,上层底板通过升降部件与设置在仓盒里的升降装置配合自动下降一层,该层底板上存放的自行车成为当前可使用的自行车。仓盒里的升降装置为各层底板的升降提供动力,实现方式有很多种,一般采取电机带动丝杠的方式实现;每层底板的升降部件实现与仓盒的升降装置的选择性连接或断开功能:当该层底板需要跟随升降装置一起升降时,该层底板的升降部件在控制器的控制下与升降装置相连,当该层底板不需要跟随升降装置一起升降时,该层底板的升降部件在控制器的控制下与升降装置断开。每层的升降部件其实很简单,一般在升降装置采用丝杠的情况下用电磁铁来实现断开与连接功能即可,这种断开与连接有两个:一个是底板与升降装置的连接与断开,这个由套在丝杠上的螺母与安装在底板上的电磁铁来实现,即螺母上打有一圈定位孔,当底板上的电磁铁销住定位孔时,螺母不能随丝杠一起旋转,而当底板上的电磁铁没有销住螺母上的定位孔时,螺母能随丝杠一起旋转(螺母上下与底板接触的地方均安装有平面轴承,其滚珠利于旋转);另一个是仓盒与底板的连接与断开,这个很简单,底板中装一个电磁铁即可实现,当该层底板已经到位或不参加此次升降装置的升降运动中时,电磁铁销住仓盒壁即可,反之则断开销栓。根据自行车的数量及底板承重能力及升降装置的动力,可以将若干列自行车划分成一个区域,一个区域设置一套独立的升降装置,一个仓盒可以包含几个这样的独立区域。 为了节省成本,每相邻两列自行车共享一套推拉传送装置,多层底板也共享一套推拉传送装置(采用底板升降而共用的推拉传送装置却不动的方式),由于推拉传送装置一般放置在自行车的最薄的地方(一般是车轮的上方十厘米左右处,因为这里没有车踏也没有车轮轴等较厚的部件)。
为了让到位的自行车保持固定,仓盒内设置有车辆保持装置,该装置实现稳定车辆的作用。保持车辆固定,有很多方式,为了不增加各层底板的厚度,车辆保持装置不采用常用的车轮夹紧装置,而是优选采用两块可旋转90度左右的导槽板的方式实现夹紧固定、引导车轮功能:需要导槽板夹住车轮时,由电机带动导槽板旋转到与地面基本垂直后固定好这个位置,当不需要导槽板夹住车轮时,由电机带动导槽板反旋转到与地面基本平行后嵌入到底板中后(底板平面依据导槽板形状镂空,所以导槽板能嵌入到底板层平面中,这样底板整个下降时不会因导槽板的高度而占据各层底板叠加后的厚度)固定好这个位置。固定导槽板的位置方法很多,考虑到导槽板长度比较长会由于弹性而使得夹紧变得松散,所以当导槽板旋转竖立后,可以用电磁铁等将整个导槽板(可以连同带动旋转轴旋转的电机一起)沿着导槽板的旋转轴方向电动拉离一小段距离(此时导槽板下面设有的凸起物会顶住底板而不能嵌入到底板中)使得导槽板即使在车轮的挤压下也因为向底板平面旋转时被底板挡住而不能旋转。当底板车辆全部清空,导槽板需要旋转嵌入到底板平面时,将整个导槽板沿着导槽板的旋转轴方向反向电动拉离一小段距离后(使得导槽板以及导槽板下面设有的凸起物能嵌入到底板中),导槽板即可旋转嵌入到底板中。
至于本发明的有益效果,我们做一个简单分析:收缩后的自行车一般长度不会收缩约为一米六左右,宽度及高度经过收缩分别为10厘米及70厘米左右,所以对于一个普通长为5米,宽为2米的停车位,可以停放三层刀片式自行车的仓盒总高仅为2米2左右,而每层可以停放60辆左右(20列左右,每列3辆),也就是说利用刀片式自行车收缩变形及多层自动自行车仓盒,一个普通停车位可以最多停放近200辆自行车,如果一个停车位按月收300元,即每天十元,那么租用汽车停车位停放自行车的成本是每辆自行车每天只需要几分钱, 几乎可以忽略不计。大大降低了自行车的停车成本,共享单车就不会到处占道经营乱停放了,多层自动自行车仓盒可以高密度的普及摆放,而其每个仓盒不必非得摆满,留有空位方便还车。通过数量的暴增即解决了一般共享单车的诸多问题,又不失其灵活方便,拥有有桩和无桩的各自优点,是替代过去有桩、无桩的全新系统。仓盒从外观上看起来就像停了一辆普通面包车在那,为了广告宣传,在仓盒的外面可以印上广告,比如“搭便车不如骑变车”、“有桩无桩不如一仓”,也可以是收费的商业广告,由于取放自行车是一个人流聚集点,此广告费用比普通车身广告要值钱得多,完全可以弥补每辆车每天几分钱的停车成本,也就是可以做到用多层自动自行车仓盒存放刀片式变形单车停车不要钱,这样就可以大密度到处布放,完全可以解决一般共享单车的乱停放问题。
有益效果
综上,本发明的有益效果是使用该仓盒存放自行车可以在同样的面积存放更多的自行车,而且自行车可以非常方便的自动进出自行车专用仓盒,能极大地提高了存放效率;更为重要的是与本人其他发明一起解决了共享单车的空间占用大,市容不整洁等等问题。

本发明的最佳实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,是一个放置在普通汽车停车位上的一个多层自动自行车仓盒,仓盒呈长方体形状,外形、体积不超过面包车。由于每辆自行车都是特制的(可自动收缩成刀片形),它可以自动收缩变形成刀片状自行车从而方便进出仓盒。一般共享单车最头疼的自行车调度工作需要大量的人力成本一辆辆的搬上搬下,效率很低、成本很高,而使用多层自动自行车仓盒和刀片式变形单车,则在仓盒外壁(或附近)四角各设置一个折叠式(平时折叠收藏起来)受力支撑点(块)即可一个人只要用千斤顶将仓盒抬起装上四个万向轮,一个人就可以能够一次推动载有百多辆单车的仓盒上车,转运到另一个地方后,一个人又可以轻松推到指定地点,效率提高几十倍。
本实施例中设计成一个三层的仓盒,仓盒由仓盒壁(3)围成一个长方体形状,仓盒里设置有仓盒升降电机(1)以及升降丝杆(2)用来为各层底板的升降提供动力,四个升降电机带动四个升降丝杠,升降电机带编码器记录升降位置,升降丝杠带动螺母跟着旋转或者跟着升降。除了最底层底板(6)由于不会升降外,其他每层底板四角均设置有升降部件(见图4),顶层有顶层升降部件(4),中间层有中间层升降部件(5);升降部件(见图4)决定升降丝杠带动螺母跟着旋转还是跟着升降:螺母(8)上打有一圈定位孔(9),当升降部件中的螺母定位电磁铁(12)销住升降部件的螺母(8)上定位孔(9)时,升降丝杠带动螺母升降(此时还需仓盒壁定位电磁铁释放仓盒壁定位销);当升降部件中的螺母定位电磁铁(12)没销住螺母上定位孔(9)时,升降丝杠带动螺母压着滚珠(10)旋转。仓盒里设置有可充电电池及控制器,该充电电池通过无线充电的方式对进入仓盒内停放的自行车充电,控制器统一控制整个仓盒的动作及单车的进出。当某一层底板(7)到位后,当升降部件中仓盒壁定位电磁铁(11)销住仓盒壁(3)时,该层底板就不会跟随升降丝杆(2)升降,反之则会跟着升降丝杆(2)升降。
刀片形自行车(13)经过收缩变形成刀片形后被用户以前轮朝前的方式推进仓盒再经 过龙头自动校正后,该前轮所在列对应的仓盒内的推拉装置(14)(采用电机带动丝杠拖动滑块的结构)由控制器控制运行到入口处,推拉装置(14)的左右各装有一个可升降磁铁(15),每相邻两列停放位共享一套推拉装置(14)。推拉装置(14)移动到位后,依据需入仓的自行车的位置处于本推拉装置的左边还是右边,分别升起相应的电磁铁(或其他如齿轮带动的横杆等部件)。采用电动可升降的电磁铁的好处是可以灵活实现可靠接触及分离。升起后的磁铁(16)吸住刀片式自行车(13)的拖板带动整个自行车沿着两块导槽板(18)围成的导槽前后滚动进出仓盒。两块导槽板的内壁为了方便车轮移动前进,特别装有滚动零件(如滚筒)减少摩擦,两导槽板形成的导槽在不同位置的宽度不一样:需要特别夹紧的地方窄一些,反之,宽一些。这样当单车被拖动到位后,一般的倾斜是移动不了仓盒内的自行车的。由于自行车每列基本都是统一为后进先出(也可将出入口分别设置在仓盒的两端,统一为先进先出等方式)堆栈方式出入仓盒,所以不存在一辆单车想出库结果被另一辆挡住的情况。
导槽板(18)由导槽板电机(19)带着旋转,当需要引导车轮并需要夹住车轮时,导槽板竖起,反之,导槽板被导槽板电机(19)带着旋转嵌入进底板(7)之中。本实施例中,三层底板各自对应列是共享推拉装置的,所以在底板(7)上专门开有底板推拉装置镂空(17),在某层底板需要升降时,各列推拉装置均被控制器移动到底板推拉装置镂空(17)处,在各层底板升降时,推拉装置(14)包括配套的丝杠等穿过各层底板而保持没有升降。当一层停满后,该层底板及以上各层底板自动上升一层,当一层出空后,该层底板上一层以上各层底板自动下降一层,完成整个多层停车的自动换层功能。
本发明的实施方式
本发明的各个部件都存在功能相同的其他变通实施方式,比如对刀片式自行车充电也可以采用有线方式充电,即仓盒在接触刀片式自行车时实行推拉时顺便分离出两个隔离的正负极即可完成有线充电,或者在刀片式自行车停在仓盒中时,仓盒里弹出两个正负极接触自行车即可实现有线充电。还有仓盒拖动刀片式自行车进出的动力,可以不用丝杆,采用电机旋转飞轮缠绕钢丝的方式在两端配合拖动刀片式自行车。总之,各部件存在不少公知的变通 实施方式,为节省篇幅,属于本发明的类同实施,就不一一列举了。而仓盒的控制器,可以采用一般的单片机,比如STC公司的STC15W系列即可。
工业实用性
本发明中所有部件均可以工业化批量生产,整体组装也非常简单,具备很好的工业实用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 多层自动自行车仓盒,包括一个盒子及变形收缩的自行车,其特征是:一个封闭仓盒,自行车是通过自动推拉的方式统一由地面自动进出仓盒,仓盒的底层的一端留有若干出入口,每个出入口对应一列自行车进出仓盒;仓盒由多层底板组成,每层底板均设置有升降部件,该升降部件与设置在仓盒里的升降装置配合,当一层停满后,该层底板自动上升一层,当一层出空后,该层底板上一层自动下降一层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是底板上有车辆保持装置;车辆保持装置由两块可旋转的导槽板实现夹紧固定、引导车轮功能;两导槽板形成的导槽在不同位置宽度不一样:需要特别夹紧的地方窄一些,反之,宽一些。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是相邻两列自行车共享一套推拉传送装置,多层底板也共享一套推拉传送装置;推拉装置采用电动可运动部件:需要推拉时伸展,不需要时收缩。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是仓盒里设置有可充电电池及控制器,该充电电池通过无线充电的方式对进入仓盒内停放的自行车充电,控制器统一控制整个仓盒的动作及单车的进出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是仓盒外壁四角各设置一个折叠式受力支撑点方便一个人用千斤顶将仓盒抬起装上四个万向轮移动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是仓盒里的升降装置采用丝杠带动螺母的方式,并且电机带编码器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多层自动自行车仓盒,其特征是底板上的升降部件中的螺母上打有一圈定位孔,当底板上的电磁铁销住定位孔时,螺母不能随丝杠一起旋转,当底板上的电磁铁没有销住螺母上的定位孔时,螺母能随丝杠一起旋转。
