本发明提供的安全带的安装结构,在靠背骨架上设置传力骨架,将肩 部安全带部分贴设在传力骨架上并绕过该传力骨架,使得肩部安全带受到的力能够传递给传力骨架,经由传力骨架将力均匀传递给靠背骨架两侧的侧部骨架,再经由侧部骨架向上和向下传递,最终传递给汽车座椅。利用传力骨架连接两个侧部骨架,形成一个受力整体,相较于现有的单点的受力,形成了合理的传力结构,解决应力集中以及影响整体强度的问题。本发明的安装结构使得靠背骨架整体承受肩部安全带受到的力,具有较好的稳定性,确保了靠背骨架整体的稳固可靠,且对儿童安全座椅的保护效果以及整体强度有着利好的作用。
本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构的进一步改进在于,所述传力骨架与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接。
本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构的进一步改进在于,所述传力骨架上设有间隔设置的多个竖向件,所述竖向件的顶部与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接,且位于所述肩部安全带两侧的两个竖向件间的间距与所述肩部安全带的宽度相适配以对所述肩部安全带进行限位。
本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构的进一步改进在于,所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架的中部固设有供与汽车座椅连接的连接结构。
本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构的进一步改进在于,所述靠背骨架的侧部骨架的底部通过销轴结构与坐垫骨架对应连接从而构成儿童安全座椅的座椅骨架。
本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构的进一步改进在于,所述肩部安全带贴设于所述传力骨架的部分呈倾斜状。
本发明还提供了一种儿童安全座椅,包括:
靠背骨架,具有相对设置的两个侧部骨架;
横向支撑于所述的两个侧部骨架之间的传力骨架,所述传力骨架与对应的侧部骨架固定连接;以及
竖向设于所述靠背骨架处的安全带,所述安全带的顶端分叉形成有两个肩部安全带,所述肩部安全带贴设于所述传力骨架的一侧并从所述传力骨架的顶部绕过而向另一侧延伸形成肩带露出部。
本发明儿童安全座椅的进一步改进在于,所述传力骨架与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接。
本发明儿童安全座椅的进一步改进在于,所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架的中部固设有供与汽车座椅连接的连接结构。
本发明儿童安全座椅的进一步改进在于,所述靠背骨架的侧部骨架的底部通过销轴结构与坐垫骨架对应连接从而构成儿童安全座椅的座椅骨架。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1,本发明提供了儿童安全座椅及其安全带的安装结构,用于解决肩部安全带在碰撞中会承受巨大的作用力,进而在传导过程中对儿童安全座椅的整体强度产生影响的问题。本发明的儿童安全座椅及其安装带的安装结构,通过传力骨架将肩部安全带受到的力传递给靠背骨架的两个侧部骨架,再由两个侧部骨架向上和向下通过连接位置传递给汽车座椅,通过传力骨架的传力作用,使得靠背骨架整体均匀承受肩部安全带传递的力,避免了应力集中而影响座椅整体强度的问题,本发明的结构通过合理传导作用力而对儿童安全座椅的保护效果及其整体强度有着利好的作用。下面结合附图对本发明儿童安全座椅及其安全带的安装结构进行说明。
参阅图1,显示了本发明儿童安全座椅及其安全带的安装结构的结构示意图。参阅图2,显示了本发明儿童安全座椅及其安全带的安装结构中靠背结构的正视图。下面结合图1和图2,对本发明儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构包括传力骨架22和肩部安全带231,儿童安全座椅20包括靠背骨架211,该靠背骨架211作为儿童安全座椅20的靠背的支撑结构,为主要的受力部件。传力骨架22横向支撑于靠背骨架211上相对设置的两个侧部骨架2111之间,且传力骨架22与对应的侧部骨架2111固定连接,通过传力 骨架22将两个侧部骨架2111连接形成一个整体的受力结构;肩部安全带231为两个,从安全带23的端部分叉形成该两个肩部安全带231,肩部安全带231贴设在传力骨架22的一侧并从传力骨架22的顶部绕过而向另一侧延伸形成肩带露出部2311。以儿童安全座椅20上供倚靠和坐靠的面为正面,另一相对于正面的面为背面进行说明:靠背骨架22上靠近正面的面为第一侧,靠近背面的面为第二侧,肩部安全带231在设置时,将肩部安全带231部分贴设在传力骨架22的第二侧,进而绕过传力骨架22的顶部而向传力骨架22的第一侧延伸形成肩部露出部2311,该肩部露出部2311用于从儿童安全座椅20的靠背上穿过以供使用者佩戴使用。
本发明安全带的安装结构的传力路径为:肩部安全带231受到作用力,直接传递给传力骨架22,该传力骨架22设置方向为横向设置,而作用力的施力方向垂直于传力骨架22的横向设置的方向,传力骨架22将受到的作用力传递给两侧的侧部骨架2111,侧部骨架2111再将该作用力向上和向下传递,向上传递给顶部骨架2112,进而通过连接处传递给汽车座椅,向下传递给坐垫骨架212,进而通过连接处传递给汽车座椅。作用在肩部安全带231上的作用力通过传力骨架22和侧部骨架2111的传导,使得该作用力均匀的分布在靠背骨架211上,而实现了靠背骨架211整体受力的效果,避免了应力集中而影响整体强度的问题。
本发明的安全带的安装结构采用肩部安全带绕过传力骨架的安装方式,将肩部安全带受到的作用力直接传递给传力骨架,而传力骨架又与两侧的侧部骨架2111固定连接,形成一个整体的受力结构,也即利用整个靠背骨架211来进行受力,具有较高的稳定性,能够确保靠背结构的整体强度。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,如图2所示,传力骨架22与靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2111固定连接。靠背骨架211包括两个相对设置的侧部骨架2112和一个顶部骨架2111,该顶部骨架2111与两个侧部骨架2111的顶端固定连接,从而使得该靠背骨架211呈门字形。将传力骨架22与顶部骨架2111也固定连接后,使得该传力骨架22所受到的作用力,能够直接地传递给侧部骨架2111和顶部骨架2112,也即传力骨架22的作用力,可部分传递给两侧的侧部骨架2111,另外部分传递给顶部骨架2112,传力骨架22、顶部骨架2112和两个侧部骨架2111连接成整体,形成一体的受力结构,结构整体性强,受力稳定牢固,能够确保儿童安全座椅的 整体强度以及安全性。
较佳地,传力骨架22上设有间隔设置的多个竖向件221,竖向件221的顶部与靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2112固定连接,通过竖向件221与顶部骨架2112的连接处来进行力的传递,间隔设置的多个竖向件221将作用在传力骨架22上的作用力均匀地传递给顶部骨架2112,使得顶部骨架2112整体受力均匀,结构稳定。进一步地,位于肩部安全带231两侧的两个竖向件221的间距与肩部安全带231的宽度相适配,从而对肩部安全带231进行限位。利用位于肩部安全带231两侧的两个竖向件221限位肩部安全带231在横向上的左右窜动,有效对肩部安全带231进行限位。
作为本发明的另一较佳实施方式,结合图2和图3所示,靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2112的中部固设有供与汽车座椅连接的连接结构2113,通过该连接结构2113将儿童安全座椅20与汽车座椅固定连接,进而在传递作用力时,通过该连接结构2113将顶部骨架2112受到的作用力传递给汽车座椅。
作为本发明的又一较佳实施方式,如图3和图4所示,靠背骨架211的侧部骨架2111的底部通过销轴结构213与坐垫骨架212对应连接从而构成儿童安全座椅20的座椅骨架21。座椅骨架21的形状与儿童安全座椅20的形状相似,用于为儿童安全座椅20提供支撑基础,在座椅骨架21上进行发泡形成一体的包覆于坐垫骨架212的坐垫发泡和包覆靠背骨架211的靠背发泡,接着再于靠背发泡和坐垫发泡上包覆面套也就形成了儿童安全座椅,在靠背发泡上对应肩带露出部2311设有穿设孔,以令该肩带露出部2311能够通过该穿设孔而穿出,形成供使用者佩戴的安全带。本发明的座椅骨架221通过设置的销轴结构213来连接靠背骨架211和坐垫骨架212,使得该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213来实现折叠功能,在使用时,该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213卡设在坐垫骨架212上而呈竖直状态,供使用者倚靠,在不需要使用时,该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213向下折叠而叠放于坐垫骨架212的上方,实现收折的功能,便于存放。
较佳地,如图1、图3和图4所示,在坐垫骨架212的两侧连接有竖向设置的连接板2121,该连接板2121与对应的侧部骨架2111通过销轴结构213可转动地连接,使得侧部骨架2111可通过销轴结构213进行转动调节并在调节后进行固定,在连接板2121上设置有与销轴结构213的 限位轴相适配的两个卡槽,第一个卡槽位于连接板2121的顶端,第二个卡槽位于连接板2121上靠近儿童安全座椅20正面的一侧。在靠背骨架211呈竖直状时,也即儿童安全座椅20呈展开状态以供使用时,销轴结构213的限位轴卡设在第一个卡槽内,实现靠背骨架211和坐垫骨架212固定连接,在传力时,通过该销轴结构213将侧部骨架2111的受力传递给坐垫骨架212;在靠背骨架211呈水平状时,也即儿童安全座椅20呈折叠状态收置起来时,销轴结构213的限位轴卡设在第二个卡槽内,实现了收折后侧部骨架2111和坐垫骨架212的固定连接。在儿童安全座椅20上对应销轴结构213的位置处设置有连接节点,该连接节点用于与汽车座椅上的ISOFIX连接,进而在受力时,通过连接节点将力传递给汽车座椅。
如图2所示,本发明的传力路径使得肩部安全带231受到的作用力能够均匀地传递给整体的靠背骨架211,在靠背骨架211将该作用力传递给汽车座椅时,通过三个节点进行传递,第一个节点为位于顶部骨架2112中部的连接结构2113,第二个节点和第三个节点为设置在两个销轴结构213处的与汽车座椅连接的连接节点,三个节点位于三角形的三个顶点,传递力的节点可构成稳定的三角形受力结构,而作用在靠背骨架211上的作用力则是在传力骨架22上的,较佳地,该传力骨架22靠近顶部骨架2112设置,肩部安全带231与传力骨架22贴合的部分位于该三个节点构成的三角形的中部处,这样将传力骨架22和靠背骨架211的作为一个受力整体来看时,传力骨架22和靠背骨架211形成了一个门型的结构整体,两个方向的作用力分别作用在三角形的三个顶点和三角形的中部处,一个方向的作用力为垂直于靠背而朝向背面的来自于汽车座椅的拉力,另一个方向的作用力为垂直于靠背而朝向正面的来自于肩部安全带的拉力,从而使得作用力在门型的结构整体上均匀地抵消,保证了靠背骨架211的结构强度,形成了稳固可靠的整体结构。
作为本发明的再一较佳实施方式,肩部安全带231贴设在传力骨架22的部分呈倾斜状设置。如图2所示,较佳地,传力骨架22包括两个横向件222,两个横向件222呈一定间距设置,竖向件221垂直连接于两个横向件222。两个横向件222的端部与对应的侧部骨架2111的内侧面固定连接。两个横向件222呈一定的间距设置,使得肩部安全带231与横向件221和竖向件222相接触的面积较大,从而增大受力面积,提高传力的稳定性。
进一步地,安装带23分叉形成肩部安全带231的端部与传力骨架22的底部的横向件222相接触,分叉后形成的两个肩部安全带231倾斜的向上延伸并从顶部的横向件222的顶部绕过,从而该两个肩部安全带231传力部分也构成V型结构,通过该V型结构进行传力。
本发明还提供了一种儿童安全座椅,下面对该儿童安全座椅进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的儿童安全座椅20包括靠背骨架211、传力骨架22和安全带23,靠背骨架211具有相对设置的两个侧部骨架2111;传力骨架22横向支撑于两个侧部骨架2111之间,且传力骨架22与对应的侧部骨架2111固定连接;安全带23竖向设置在靠背骨架211处,该安全带23的顶端分叉形成有两肩部安全带231,肩部安全带231贴设在传力骨架22的一侧并从传力骨架22的顶部绕过而向另一侧延伸形成肩带露出部2311。
以儿童安全座椅20上供倚靠和坐靠的面为正面,另一相对于正面的面为背面进行说明:靠背骨架22上靠近正面的面为第一侧,靠近背面的面为第二侧,肩部安全带231在设置时,将肩部安全带231部分贴设在传力骨架22的第二侧,进而绕过传力骨架22的顶部而向传力骨架22的第一侧延伸形成肩部露出部2311,该肩部露出部2311用于从儿童安全座椅20的靠背上穿过以供使用者佩戴使用。
本发明儿童安全座椅的传力路径为:肩部安全带231受到作用力,直接传递给传力骨架22,该传力骨架22设置方向为横向设置,而作用力的施力方向垂直于传力骨架22的横向设置的方向,传力骨架22将受到的作用力传递给两侧的侧部骨架2111,侧部骨架2111再将该作用力向上和向下传递,向上传递给顶部骨架2112,进而通过连接处传递给汽车座椅,向下传递给坐垫骨架212,进而通过连接处传递给汽车座椅。作用在肩部安全带231上的作用力通过传力骨架22和侧部骨架2111的传导,使得该作用力均匀的分布在靠背骨架211上,而实现了靠背骨架211整体受力的效果,避免了应力集中而影响整体强度的问题。
本发明采用肩部安全带绕过传力骨架的安装方式,将肩部安全带受到的作用力直接传递给传力骨架,而传力骨架又与两侧的侧部骨架2111固定连接,形成一个整体的受力结构,也即利用整个靠背骨架211来进行受 力,具有较高的稳定性,能够确保靠背结构的整体强度。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,传力骨架22与靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2112固定连接。靠背骨架211包括两个相对设置的侧部骨架2112和一个顶部骨架2111,该顶部骨架2111与两个侧部骨架2111的顶端固定连接,从而使得该靠背骨架211呈门字形。将传力骨架22与顶部骨架2111也固定连接后,使得该传力骨架22所受到的作用力,能够直接地传递给侧部骨架2111和顶部骨架2112,也即传力骨架22的作用力,可部分传递给两侧的侧部骨架2111,另外部分传递给顶部骨架2112,传力骨架22、顶部骨架2112和两个侧部骨架2111连接成整体,形成一体的受力结构,结构整体性强,受力稳定牢固,能够确保儿童安全座椅的整体强度以及安全性。
较佳地,传力骨架22上设有间隔设置的多个竖向件221,竖向件221的顶部与靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2112固定连接,通过竖向件221与顶部骨架2112的连接处来进行力的传递,间隔设置的多个竖向件221将作用在传力骨架22上的作用力均匀地传递给顶部骨架2112,使得顶部骨架2112整体受力均匀,结构稳定。进一步地,位于肩部安全带231两侧的两个竖向件221的间距与肩部安全带231的宽度相适配,从而对肩部安全带231进行限位。利用位于肩部安全带231两侧的两个竖向件221限位肩部安全带231在横向上的左右窜动,有效对肩部安全带231进行限位。
更进一步地,传力骨架22还包括两个横向件222,两个横向件222呈一定间距设置,竖向件221垂直连接于两个横向件222。两个横向件222的端部与对应的侧部骨架2111的内侧面固定连接。
作为本发明的另一较佳实施方式,靠背骨架211的顶部骨架2112的中部固设有供与汽车座椅连接的连接结构2113。通过该连接结构2113将儿童安全座椅20与汽车座椅固定连接,进而在传递作用力时,通过该连接结构2113将顶部骨架2112受到的作用力传递给汽车座椅。
作为本发明的又一较佳实施方式,如图3和图4所示,靠背骨架211的侧部骨架2111的底部通过销轴结构231与坐垫骨架212对应连接从而构成儿童安全座椅20的座椅骨架21。座椅骨架21的形状与儿童安全座椅20的形状相似,用于为儿童安全座椅20提供支撑基础,在座椅骨架21上进行发泡形成一体的包覆于坐垫骨架212的坐垫发泡和包覆靠背骨架211的靠背发泡,接着再于靠背发泡和坐垫发泡上包覆面套也就形成了 儿童安全座椅,在靠背发泡上对应肩带露出部2311设有穿设孔,以令该肩带露出部2311能够通过该穿设孔而穿出,形成供使用者佩戴的安全带。本发明的座椅骨架221通过设置的销轴结构213来连接靠背骨架211和坐垫骨架212,使得该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213来实现折叠功能,在使用时,该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213卡设在坐垫骨架212上而呈竖直状态,供使用者倚靠,在不需要使用时,该靠背骨架211能够通过销轴结构213向下折叠而叠放于坐垫骨架212的上方,实现收折的功能,便于存放。
本发明的儿童安全座椅20上包括了上述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,该儿童安全座椅20的传力路径可参见安全带安装结构部分的传力路径的描述,两者在结构与效果上相同,在此不再赘述。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,所述儿童安全座椅包括靠背骨架,其特征在于,所述安装结构包括:横向支撑于所述靠背骨架上相对设置的两个侧部骨架之间的传力骨架,并与对应的侧部骨架固定连接;以及从安全带的端部分叉形成的两个肩部安全带,所述肩部安全带贴设于所述传力骨架的一侧并从所述传力骨架的顶部绕过而向另一侧延伸形成肩带露出部。
- 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述传力骨架与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述传力骨架上设有间隔设置的多个竖向件,所述竖向件的顶部与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接,且位于所述肩部安全带两侧的两个竖向件间的间距与所述肩部安全带的宽度相适配以对所述肩部安全带进行限位。
- 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述传力骨架上设有间隔设置的多个竖向件,所述竖向件的顶部与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接,且位于所述肩部安全带两侧的两个竖向件间的间距与所述肩部安全带的宽度相适配以对所述肩部安全带进行限位。
- 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架的中部固设有供与汽车座椅连接的连接结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述靠背骨架的侧部骨架的底部通过销轴结构与坐垫骨架对应连接从而构成儿童安全座椅的座椅骨架。
- 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全带的安装结构,其特征在于,所述肩部安全带贴设于所述传力骨架的部分呈倾斜状。
- 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括:靠背骨架,具有相对设置的两个侧部骨架;横向支撑于所述的两个侧部骨架之间的传力骨架,所述传力骨架与对 应的侧部骨架固定连接;以及竖向设于所述靠背骨架处的安全带,所述安全带的顶端分叉形成有两个肩部安全带,所述肩部安全带贴设于所述传力骨架的一侧并从所述传力骨架的顶部绕过而向另一侧延伸形成肩带露出部。
- 如权利要求8所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述传力骨架与所述靠背骨架的顶部骨架固定连接。
