Claims (12)
- 음파를 수신하여 전기적 신호인 음성 신호를 발생하는 마이크로폰과 상기 음성 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 인코딩하고 무선 통신을 통하여 인코딩된 음성 신호를 전송하는 무선 통신기를 포함하는 음성 정보 수집기;상기 음성 신호를 수신하고, 상기 음성 신호에 대한 음성 인식을 수행한 결과 키워드를 획득하고, 상기 키워드를 이용하여 메뉴 데이터를 검색하고, 검색 결과를 이용하여 주문 정보를 생성하는 주문 정보 처리 장치; 및무선 통신을 이용하여 상기 주문 정보 처리 장치로부터 상기 주문 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 주문 정보를 출력하는 주문 정보 출력 장치;를 포함하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 주문 정보가 생성되지 않은 경우 또는 상기 주문 정보가 취소된 경우, 상기 음성 신호를 재생하고, 상기 메뉴 데이터를 선택하는 제1 사용자 입력에 따라 상기 주문 정보를 생성하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 주문 정보에 대한 확인용 음성 신호를 생성하여 상기 음성 정보 수집기로 전송하고,상기 음성 정보 수집기는,상기 확인용 음성 신호를 출력하는 출력 장치를 더 포함하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 음성 정보 수집기는,버튼을 구비하고, 상기 버튼을 통한 입력에 대한 버튼 입력 신호를 상기 주문 정보 처리 장치에 전송하고,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 확인용 음성 신호를 상기 음성 정보 수집기로 전송한 이후 미리 정해진 시간 이내에 상기 버튼 입력 신호가 수신되면 상기 주문 정보를 취소하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 확인용 음성 신호를 상기 음성 정보 수집기로 전송한 이후 상기 음성 정보 수집기로부터 수신되는 추가 음성 정보에 미리 정해진 취소 명령어가 포함되어 있는 경우 상기 주문 정보를 취소하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 주문 처리 시스템은 상기 음성 정보 수집기를 식별하는 수집기 식별 정보를 출력하는 종업원 호출 장치를 더 포함하고,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,종업원 방문 요청 버튼을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이를 구비하고,상기 종업원 방문 요청 버튼을 선택하는 제2 사용자 입력이 입력된 경우, 상기 수집기 식별 정보를 출력하도록 상기 종업원 호출 장치를 제어하며, 상기 주문 정보를 생성하는 프로세스를 종료하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 음성 정보 수집기를 선택하기 위한 착석 버튼을 표시하는 디스플레이를 구비하고,상기 음성 정보 수집기는,상기 착석 버튼을 선택하는 제3 사용자 입력이 상기 주문 정보 처리 장치에 입력된 경우 미리 정해진 안내 오디오를 재생하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주문 처리 시스템은 상기 음성 정보 수집기를 식별하는 수집기 식별 정보를 출력하는 종업원 호출 장치를 더 포함하고,상기 음성 정보 수집기는,버튼을 구비하고, 상기 버튼이 선택된 상태가 유지된 시간이 임계값 이상인 경우, 상기 버튼이 눌려진 동안 상기 음성 신호를 전송하고,상기 종업원 호출 장치는,상기 버튼이 선택된 상태가 유지된 시간이 임계값 미만인 경우, 상기 수집기 식별 정보를 출력하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음성 정보 수집기는,내용물을 수납할 수 있는 내부 공간 및 상기 내부 공간으로부터 상기 내용물을 상기 음성 정보 수집기의 외부로 배출할 수 있는 배출구를 더 구비하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주문 정보 처리 장치는,상기 주문 정보를 생성한 결과를 수집하고, 수집된 정보를 분석한 결과에 따라서 상기 주문 정보 처리 장치를 관리하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 시스템.
- 음성 정보 수집기로부터 수집된 음성 신호를 무선 통신을 이용하여 주문 정보 처리 장치로 전송하는 단계;상기 음성 신호에 대한 음성 인식을 이용하여 키워드를 획득하는 단계;상기 키워드를 이용하여 메뉴 데이터를 검색하는 단계;상기 검색된 메뉴 데이터를 이용하여 주문 정보를 생성하는 단계;무선 통신을 이용하여 주문 정보를 주문 정보 출력 장치로 전송하는 단계; 및상기 주문 정보를 상기 주문 정보 출력 장치에 출력하는 단계;를 포함하는,음성 인식을 이용한 주문 처리 방법.
- 프로세서에 의해 실행 가능한 컴퓨터 프로그램 명령어들을 포함하는 비일시적(Non-Transitory) 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체에 기록된 컴퓨터 시스템의 정보를 식별하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램 명령어들이 컴퓨팅 디바이스의 프로세서에 의해 실행되는 경우에,음성 정보 수집기로부터 수집된 음성 신호를 무선 통신을 이용하여 주문 정보 처리 장치로 전송하는 단계;상기 음성 신호에 대한 음성 인식을 이용하여 키워드를 획득하는 단계;상기 키워드를 이용하여 메뉴 데이터를 검색하는 단계;상기 검색된 메뉴 데이터를 이용하여 주문 정보를 생성하는 단계;무선 통신을 이용하여 주문 정보를 주문 정보 출력 장치로 전송하는 단계; 및상기 주문 정보를 상기 주문 정보 출력 장치에 출력하는 단계;를 포함하는 동작을 수행하는,컴퓨터 프로그램.
