一种车载通话设备,包括处理器、测速模块、天气模块、无线连接模块、通话模块,所述测速模块获取当前时刻的车速信息;所述天气模块获取当前时刻的天气信息;所述处理器,分别与所述测速模块所述天气模块相连接,根据所述车速信息或所述天气信息,确定对拒接来电或挂断通话,并发送短信息;所述无线连接模块连接所述处理器,用于所述处理器与外部通信设备进行信息传输。本车载通话设备,根据车速信息或天气信息,确定对拒接来电或挂断通话,并发送短信息,实现了车载电话功能的自动操作。

Description

一种车载通话设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信技术领域,具体涉及一种车载通话设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车作为一种交通工具被普遍的使用,人们因为开车打电话而导致悲剧发生的情况时有发生。汽车中现有的蓝牙车载电话是专为行车安全和舒适性而设计,驾乘人员不需要线缆或电话托架便可实现与外界通话。然而,行驶过程中的交通情况瞬息万变,交通事故往往在瞬间发生,即使不需要线缆或电话托架进行通话,在开车的同时打电话,一心二用,会严重分散注意力或影响驾驶人的情绪,在高速行驶或恶劣天气下,难以及时发现或处理险情,极易发生车祸。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车载通话设备,通过对车速和外界天气进行监控,用以自动回复来电或切断通话。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的车载通话设备,包括处理器、测速模块、天气模块、无线连接模块、通话模块,其特征在于,
所述测速模块获取当前时刻的车速信息;所述天气模块获取当前时刻的天气信息;
所述处理器,分别与所述测速模块所述天气模块相连接,根据所述车速信息或所述天气信息,确定对拒接来电或挂断通话,并发送短信息;
所述无线连接模块连接所述处理器,用于所述处理器与外部通信设备进行信息传输。
进一步地,所述车载通话设备还包括存储模块,用于存储车速信息、天气信息及短信息。
进一步地,所述无线连接模块,为蓝牙模块或WiFi模块。
进一步地,所述测速模块,其通过现有车载系统,获取当前时刻的车速。
更进一步地,所述天气模块,其通过现有车载系统,从服务器中获取当前时刻的天气信息。
本实用新型的车载通话设备,采用测速模块和天气模块对汽车速度和外界天气进行检测,当车速过快时或者外界天气恶劣时,能够关闭当前进行的通话或自动回复当前的来电,进而在高速行驶或恶劣天气下,防止由于通话导致难以及时发现或处理险情而发生车祸。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
图1为本实用新型所述的车载通话设备结构示意图。如图1所示,本实用新型的车载通话设备,包括处理器11、测速模块12、天气模块13、无线连接模块14、通话模块15、存储模块17,其中,
测速模块12,其通过现有车载系统,获取当前时刻的车速;
天气模块13,其通过现有车载系统,从服务器中获取当前时刻的天气信息;
测速模块12的输出端和天气模块13的输出端均连接处理器11的输入端,用于将当前时刻的车速信息和天气状况的信息传输到处理器11中。
通话模块15连接处理器11的输出端,通话模块15包括麦克风和扬声器,用于驾驶者能够进行通话。
无线连接模块14连接处理器11,并连接外部通信设备18。通过无线连接模块14,外部通信设备18能够与处理器11相连接,通话模块15也能够通过无线连接模块14与外部通信设备18连接,进而实现通话功能。
无线连接模块14可以是蓝牙模块或WiFi模块等。
存储模块17,用于存储车速、天气和短信息等信息。
本实用新型的处理器11能够根据当前时刻的车速和天气状况进行来电的拒接,并通过短信息回复该来电。
回复来电的内容是默认的,但是也可以由用户通过外部通信设备18对其回复内容进行编辑。

  1. 一种车载通话设备,包括处理器、测速模块、天气模块、无线连接模块、通话模块,其特征在于,
    所述测速模块获取当前时刻的车速信息;所述天气模块获取当前时刻的天气信息;
    所述处理器,分别与所述测速模块、所述天气模块相连接,根据所述车速信息或所述天气信息,确定拒接来电或挂断通话,并发送短信息;
    所述无线连接模块连接所述处理器,用于所述处理器与外部通信设备进行信息传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载通话设备,其特征在于,所述车载通话设备还包括存储模块,用于存储车速信息、天气信息及短信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车载通话设备,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块,为蓝牙模块或WiFi模块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车载通话设备,其特征在于,所述测速模块,其通过现有车载系统,获取当前时刻的车速。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车载通话设备,其特征在于,所述天气模块,其通过现有车载系统,从服务器中获取当前时刻的天气信息。
