本发明提出一种空调室内机,包括一体成型的壳体,在壳体内部形成有安装腔,壳体上设置有出风口,壳体上与出风口位置相对侧设置有进风口,骨架设置在安装腔内且通过卡接结构与罩壳卡接固定。通过本发明解决了现有技术中的空调室内机由于壳体采用多个件依次连接而成拆卸操作不便和存在有段差、面差、色差的问题。

Description

一种空调室内机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调室内机结构的改进。
背景技术
现有的空调室内机外壳主要由罩壳与面板构成,两者是两个独立的部件,并且罩壳主要通过左侧板、右侧板和壳体相互连接固定形成,具体连接时,左侧板、右侧板和壳体了解,同时左侧板、右侧板与设置在罩壳内部的骨架通过卡扣和螺钉固定连接,面板通过卡扣和螺钉固定到罩壳上共同围设成空调室内机的壳体,同时罩壳的前端也通过卡扣和螺钉与骨架进行固定连接,在需要拆卸内部元件进行维修时,需要将左侧板和右侧板、罩壳上的螺钉拆卸完成后才可将罩壳拆卸下来间隙拆卸,拆卸繁琐不便,同时由于罩壳与面板分开设置,且在进行装配连接时大多采用卡扣、螺钉等结构方式实现,很容易出现段差、面差问题,在外观方面,两个部件进行装配,也会出现色差问题。

本发明提供一种空调室内机,解决现有技术中的空调室内机由于壳体采用多个件依次连接而成拆卸操作不便和存在有段差、面差、色差的问题。
为达到解决上述技术问题的目的,本发明采用所提出的空调室内机采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种空调室内机,包括一体成型的壳体,在所述壳体内部形成有安装腔,所述壳体上设置有出风口,所述壳体上与所述出风口位置相对侧设置有进风口,所述骨架设置在所述安装腔内且通过卡接结构与所述罩壳卡接固定。

进一步的,所述壳体包括一体成型的罩壳、左侧板、右侧板和面板。

本发明提出一种空调室内机,包括一体成型的壳体,在壳体内部形成有安装腔,壳体上设置有出风口,壳体上与出风口位置相对侧设置有进风口,骨架设置在安装腔内且通过可拆卸式卡扣与罩壳卡接固定。本发明中的空调室内机,将壳体采用一体成型结构,有效的解决了现有的空调室内机的壳体采用多个件连接而成造成的段差、色差和面差的问题;同时本发明由于采用一体化壳体结构,将现有的左侧板、右侧板、面板和罩体一体成型,使壳体在与骨架配合固定时,左侧板和右侧板均无需采用卡扣和螺钉与骨架连接,减少安装的螺钉数量,在固定时仅仅通过卡接结构即可与骨架固定,操作简单方便,提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明,本发明提出一种空调室内机的实施例,参照图1-图6所示,包括一体成型的壳体1,进一步的,本实施例中的壳体由一体成型的罩壳、左侧板、右侧板和面板形成。在生产制作时,将罩壳、左侧板、右侧板和面板采用模具一次性注塑成型,实现了壳体1的一体化,与现有技术中的壳体1通过多个件连接而成的结构相比,简化了整个空调的壳体的结构,减少了构成壳体的件的数量,直接一次成型,降低了生产成本,无需对每两个相邻的件进行连接固定,简化了安装操作步骤,提高了装配效率;同时,由于壳体的两个件之间连接必然会存在有面差、色差和段差的问题,采用本实施例中的一体成型的壳体不会存在有连接过渡现象,有效的解决了现有的空调室内机的壳体存在的面差、段差和色差的问题,增强了整体的美观性。
通过所述壳体1可形成一位于其内部的安装腔2,所述壳体1上设置有出风口3,具体的,本实施例中的出风口3设置在壳体1的前端,所述壳体1上与所述出风口3位置相对侧设置有进风口4,进风口4设置在壳体1的后端,与出风口3之间可形成流通空气的通道,骨架5设置在所述安装腔2内部且通过卡接结构6与壳体1卡接固定。本实施例中的壳体1与骨架5装配时,壳体1的出风口3对应端即前端与骨架5之间通过卡扣和螺钉固定,在壳体1后端通过卡接结构与壳体1固定,由于本实施例中的壳体1采用一体成型结构,可简化骨架5和左侧板、右侧板之间的连接,骨架5与壳体1之间仅仅通过前端和后端进行固定连接即可,简化了安装操作步骤,提高了装配效率。同时由于本实施例中的壳体1为一体化结构,在进行装配时无法采用现有技术中多个螺钉固定的方式进行与骨架5的连接,本实施例中提出一种可方便拆卸的卡接结构6,实现对壳体1的快速便捷的拆卸和安装,与现有技术相比减少了安装螺钉的数量和螺钉的安装装配,简化了安装操作步骤,提高了装配效率。

进一步的,所述进风口4上设置有进风格栅7,优选的,所述进风格栅7设置在所述壳体1的后方。所述进风格栅7上设置有与其一体注塑成型的滤尘网,所述进风格栅7可拆卸式设置在所述壳体1上。进风格栅7与滤尘网采用一体成型设计,在进行滤尘网清洗时,可将进风格栅7拆卸进行清洗即可,操作简单方便。
