一种车刀,具有一刀头部(20)、一刀颈部(30)及一刀杆部(40),车刀内贯设有一通道(50),该通道贯通该刀头部、该刀颈部及该刀杆部,该通道用来灌注冷却液,而冷却液是自该刀杆部灌入,该刀头部是用来对工件进行加工,而该刀颈部具有一刀颈径长(34),该刀杆部具有一刀杆径长(42),该刀颈径长大于该刀杆径长,在冷却液自该通道渗出时,冷却液会沿着该刀杆部的外周面流至该刀颈部,由于该刀颈部的该刀颈径长大于该刀杆部的该刀杆径长,使渗出的冷却液会被该刀颈部阻挡,进而防止渗出的冷却液流至该刀头部并回流至该刀柄部,不仅能够达成防止该刀头部锈蚀的缺陷,更能够延长该车刀的使用寿命。

Description

车刀 技术领域
本发明关于一种车刀,特别是关于对车刀的结构进行改良。
背景技术
一般车床加工技术应用各式刀具对各式加工物进行加工。在加工过程中,因为刀具与加工物接触及摩擦而容易产生高热,若不能适当的降温,对于刀具及加工物都容易产生损害,不仅造成良品率降低,更增加刀具毁损的机率;因此,必须在加工过程中利用冷却液进行冷却。
目前现有技术中一种能够填充冷却液的车刀结构,请参阅图1及图2,车刀10具有衔接的一刀杆11及一刀头12,而该刀杆11内穿设有一通道13,该通道13的其中一端贯穿该刀杆11连接该刀头12的另一端,而该通道13的另一端则连通至该刀头12,该通道13用来流入冷却液,通过冷却液使该刀杆11及该刀头12降温。
然而,冷却液从该通道13的其中一端注入时,会有部分冷却液从该通道13渗出,渗出的冷却液沿着该刀杆11的外周面滴至该刀头12,导致该车刀10的刀头12容易锈蚀,进而降低该车刀10的使用寿命。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种车刀10,以防止冷却液从该通道13渗出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,防止冷却液从车刀的通道渗出,进而防止冷却液造成刀头锈蚀的缺陷。
为达成前述目的,本发明为一种车刀,包含:
一刀头部;
一刀颈部,具有一连接面及一阻挡面,该连接面连接该刀头部,而该刀颈部位于该阻挡面上具有一刀颈径长;以及
一刀杆部,连接该阻挡面,该刀杆部具有一刀杆径长,且该刀杆径长小于该刀颈径长,使该刀颈部及该刀杆部之间夹设有一阻挡角度。
在一较佳实例中,该刀头部具有一第一外周面,该连接面与该第一外 周面之间夹设有一钝角。
在一较佳实例中,该刀颈部另具有一延伸面,该延伸面的其中一端连接该连接面,该延伸面的另一端连接该阻挡面。
在一较佳实例中,该刀杆部具有一第二外周面,该第二外周面连接该阻挡面,且该阻挡角度为直角。
在一较佳实例中,该刀头部、该刀颈部及该刀杆部是依次连接,且该车刀具有沿着该延伸方向贯穿的一通道,该通道贯通该刀头部、该刀颈部及该刀杆部,且该通道的二端沿着该延伸方向开放。
由于该刀颈部的该刀颈径长大于该刀杆径长,使冷却液在注入该通道并渗漏时,能够防止渗出的冷却液流至该刀头部,不仅能够达成防止该刀头部锈蚀的缺陷,更能够延长该车刀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参阅图3及图4,本发明为一种车刀,包含:
一刀头部20,沿着一延伸方向X延伸,该刀头部20具有一第一外周面21,该第一外周面21为该刀头部20的周面,该刀头部20用来对工件进行加工作业;
一刀颈部30,具有一连接面31、一阻挡面32及一延伸面33,该连接面31的其中一端连接该刀头部20,该连接面31的另一端连接该延伸面33,该连接面31与该第一外周面21之间夹设有一钝角θ1,使该连接面31呈倾斜,而该延伸面33沿着该延伸方向X延伸,且该延伸面33的其中一端连接该连接面31,该延伸面33的另一端连接该阻挡面32,而该刀颈部30位于该阻挡面32上具有一刀颈径长34;以及
一刀杆部40,具有一第二外周面41,该第二外周面41连接该阻挡面 32,该刀杆部40具有一刀杆径长42,且该刀杆径长42小于该刀颈径长34,使该刀颈部30及该刀杆部40之间夹设有一阻挡角度θ2,在本实施例中该阻挡角度θ2为直角。
由此,该刀头部20、该刀颈部30及该刀杆部40是依次连接,且该车刀具有沿着该延伸方向X贯穿的一通道50,该通道50贯通该刀头部20、该刀颈部30及该刀杆部40,且该通道50的二端沿着该延伸方向X开放。
以上为本发明的结构组合状态及其连接关系,本发明的使用方式如下所述:
请参阅图3及图4,在使用本发明车刀时,该刀头部20对工件进行加工,并自该刀杆部40朝该通道50灌注冷却液,通过冷却液降低该车刀整体的温度,而冷却液在灌注的过程中可能造成渗漏,渗漏的冷却液沿着该刀杆部40的该第二外周面41流动,流至该刀颈部30后,由于该刀颈部30的该刀颈径长34大于该刀杆部40的该刀杆径长42,使冷却液被该刀颈部30的该阻挡面32阻挡,进而防止冷却液渗流至该刀头部20。
通过该刀颈部30的该刀颈径长34大于该刀杆径长42,使冷却液在注入该通道50并渗漏时,能够防止渗出的冷却液流至该刀头部20,不仅能够达成防止该刀头部20锈蚀的缺陷,更能够延长该车刀的使用寿命。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种车刀,其特征在于,包含:
    一刀头部,沿着一延伸方向延伸;
    一刀颈部,具有一连接面及一阻挡面,该连接面连接该刀头部,而该刀颈部位于该阻挡面上具有一刀颈径长;以及
    一刀杆部,连接该阻挡面,使该刀头部、该刀颈部及该刀杆部依次连接,该车刀具有沿着该延伸方向贯穿的一通道,该通道贯通该刀头部、该刀颈部及该刀杆部,且该通道的二端自该延伸方向开放,该刀杆部具有一刀杆径长,且该刀杆径长小于该刀颈径长,使该刀颈部及该刀杆部之间夹设有一阻挡角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车刀,其特征在于,该刀头部具有一第一外周面,该连接面与该第一外周面之间夹设有一钝角。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车刀,其特征在于,该刀颈部具有一延伸面,该延伸面的其中一端连接该连接面,该延伸面的另一端连接该阻挡面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车刀,其特征在于,该刀杆部具有一第二外周面,该第二外周面连接该阻挡面,且该阻挡角为直角。
