圆缺形轮62和解锁部52位于解锁板7的同一侧,解锁部52位于圆缺形轮62上方,解锁部52用于挤压阻挡杆72。
解锁部52为凸轮,在其他实施例中解锁部还可以是偏心轴。
电路板8包括验证模块和控制模块,电机51、验证模块均与控制模块电连接,控制模块用于当验证模块通过验证后控制模块向电机51供电。
验证模块为指纹验证模块,窗口202与指纹验证模块的指纹采集器81对应。在其他实施例中,验证模块为蓝牙验证模块、密码输入模块、声音验证模块、人脸识别模块、指纹验证模块中的一种或几种。
锁滑套9用于覆盖窗口202,以保护指纹采集器81。
请参见图10-图11,本发明第二实施例的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁的锁定块4包括球架41和球体42,球架41可以是塑料制成,球架41开设有容纳球体42的球体孔410,球体孔410可以与球体固定连接,球体孔410用于控制球体42随球架上下移动,球架41向下延伸有与阻挡杆72配合的球架配合杆。
在本发明的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁中,电子锁芯的解锁部用于将阻挡杆上端从位于锁定块下方的限制位置移动到位于锁定块一侧的解锁位置,阻挡杆上端处于限制位置时锁定块被限制在阻挡钢球的位置;锁体具有与解锁板中部对应的转动支点,当所有圆缺形轮的缺口边缘都朝向对应的配合杆时,配合杆与缺口边缘贴合解锁板的阻挡杆处于解锁位置;当一个以上的圆缺形轮的弧形边缘朝向对应的配合杆时,阻挡杆处于限制位置。本发明的智能挂锁具有机械式的密码锁芯作为备用的开锁方式,不会受到火灾影响失效。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,包括U形的锁梁、锁体,该锁梁具有长锁杆、短锁杆以及连接杆,该长锁杆和该短锁杆开设有配合凹陷,其特征在于,该智能挂锁还包括容纳在该锁体内的一对钢球、锁定块、电子锁芯、密码锁芯、解锁板;
    该钢球可以从咬合该配合凹陷的咬合位置移动到完全脱离该配合凹陷的分离位置;
    该锁定块位于一对该钢球之间,该锁定块可以从阻挡钢球的位置向下移动到避让钢球的位置,该锁定块处于阻挡钢球的位置时,该阻挡块将钢球限制在该咬合位置,该锁定块处于避让钢球的位置时,该钢球可移动到完全脱离该配合凹陷的分离位置,该锁定块与该锁体间设有用于将该锁定块移动到阻挡钢球的位置的弹性复位部;
    该电子锁芯包括电机和解锁部;
    该密码锁芯包括套设在转轴外的多个圆缺形轮、用于驱动该圆缺形轮转动的密码轮;
    该解锁板包括限位配合部、阻挡杆、多根自该阻挡杆分别朝向该圆缺形轮延伸的配合杆、弹性保持部,该限位配合部和该锁体配合限制该阻挡杆上下移动,该弹性保持部用于保持该配合杆与该圆缺形轮接触;该电子锁芯的解锁部用于将该阻挡杆上端从位于该锁定块下方的限制位置移动到位于该锁定块一侧的解锁位置,该该阻挡杆上端处于该限制位置时该锁定块被限制在该阻挡钢球的位置;
    该锁体具有与该解锁板中部对应的转动支点,当所有该圆缺形轮的缺口边缘都朝向对应的配合杆时,该配合杆与该缺口边缘贴合该解锁板的该阻挡杆处于该解锁位置;
    当一个以上的该圆缺形轮的弧形边缘朝向对应的配合杆时,该阻挡杆处于该限制位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于, 所述长锁杆和所述锁体间设有锁梁压簧,该锁梁压簧用于在所述阻挡杆处于所述解锁位置时,将该长锁杆弹出使所述短锁杆与所述锁体分离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述限位配合部为位于所述解锁板中部的凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述弹性保持部还用于保持所述解锁板与所述转动支点接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述圆缺形轮和所述解锁部位于所述解锁板的同一侧,所述解锁部位于该圆缺形轮上方,该解锁部用于挤压该阻挡杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述解锁部为偏心轴或凸轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述智能挂锁还包括与所述电机连接的电路板,所述电路板包括验证模块和控制模块,所述电机、所述验证模块均与所述控制模块电连接,该控制模块用于当所述验证模块通过验证后所述控制模块向所述电机供电。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述验证模块为蓝牙验证模块、密码输入模块、声音验证模块、人脸识别模块、指纹验证模块中的一种或几种。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述验证模块为指纹验证模块,所述锁体开设有与该指纹验证模块的指纹采集器对应的窗口,所述智能挂锁还包括用于覆盖该窗口的滑套。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的具有机械密码锁芯的智能挂锁,其特征在于,所述电机为减速电机。
