- the first engagement portion 40 does not interfere with the tip 210A of the open plate 210, and thus the smooth bag opening operation by the bag opening device 200 is possible.
- the second engaging portion 60 described later engages with the tip end 210A of the open plate 210 and is positively separated from the second bag portion 20. That is, the first engaging portion 40 and the second engaging portion 60 are configured to sandwich the umbrella from both sides at a position shifted in the vertical direction.
- the second engagement portion 60 may be positioned on the same side as the first engagement portion 40 with respect to the umbrella.
- the first engagement portion 40 is disposed at a position shifted upward or downward from the pair of concave portions 32 of the extension portion 30. In this way, when tension in the vertical direction acts on the extension portion 30, stress concentrates on both ends of the first engagement portion 40, and it is suppressed that the first engagement portion 40 is torn from the extension portion 30. it can.
- the first engagement portion 40 is provided above the recess 32.
- the first engaging portion 60 is a belt-like member 62 extending in the width direction.
- the length (the length in the width direction) of the strip-shaped member 62 substantially matches the width of the first bag portion 10 and the second bag portion 20. Both ends in the longitudinal direction of the strip member 62 are welded at or near the edges of the widthwise ends in the bag of the bag structure formed by the first bag portion 10 and the second bag portion 20.
- the lower edge of the strip member 62 is a second engaging edge 60A extending in the width direction.
- the second engagement edge 60A is an edge which engages with the umbrella and prevents the fall when the umbrella bag 1 tries to fall naturally with respect to the umbrella, as described later.
- the band width (vertical length) of the belt-like member 62 is preferably 20 mm or less, more preferably 10 mm or less, and 5 mm in this embodiment.
- the band width is set to 2 mm or more. If it is too thin, the strength is insufficient and it becomes easy to cut. If the band width of the belt-like member 62 is too large, it adheres closely to the first or second bag portion 10 or 20 due to static electricity or the like, or the rigidity becomes high and it becomes difficult to separate from the inner circumferential surface of the bag structure.
- the second engagement portion 60 is preferably disposed in the vicinity of the opening 15 of the bag structure. Specifically, the second engagement portion 60A is formed within a range of 40 mm or less from the opening 15 to the lower side. To be located. As shown in FIG. 10, the second engagement portion 60 may be disposed at a position close to the opening 15 on the extension portion 30 side. That is, the position of the second engagement edge 60A may be disposed on the upper side of the opening 15 or the same. However, when the second engagement portion 60 below the first engagement portion 40 is separated upward from the opening 15 by 20 mm or more, the opening plate 210 of the bag opening device 200 sometimes opens the opening 15. The possibility of cutting the engagement portion 60 is increased.
- the second engagement portion 60 is disposed below the recess 32 and at a shifted position. In this way, when tension in the vertical direction acts on the second bag portion 20 and the extension portion 30, stress concentrates on both ends of the second engagement portion 60, and the second engagement portion 60 has a bag structure. It can be suppressed to be torn.
- FIG. 2A shows a state in which an umbrella K with a short (or normal) center shaft is accommodated in the umbrella bag 1.
- the umbrella bag 1 is in a state of being separated along the separation line 30A.
- the second engagement portion 60 is brought closer to the first bag portion 10 side. That is, when the first bag portion 10 is separated and the opening 15 is opened with respect to the integrated second bag portion 20 and the extension portion 30, the second engagement portion 60 is also separated from the second bag portion 20. .
- the umbrella K inserted from the opening 15 exists between the second engagement portion 60 and the second bag portion 20. Since a part of the peripheral edge KS of the umbrella cloth (in particular, the peripheral edge KS near the end of the ridge line KM when the umbrella cloth is folded) is accommodated in the bag structure, the second engaging portion 60 Engage vertically.
- the first engagement portion 40 provided in the extension portion 30 is located closer to the extension portion 30 than the umbrella K accommodated in the bag structure.
- the first bag portion 10 and the second bag portion 20 have a cylindrical shape, so the extension portion 30 also has a semicylindrical shape. Therefore, the strip-like members 42 (second engaging portions 60) welded to both ends in the width direction of the extension portion 30 are pushed forward so as to be separated from the second engaging portions 60 by loosening naturally, Approach the central axis of K, the tip of the bone, and the rim of the umbrella cloth. Therefore, the umbrella K and the second engagement portion 60 are in a state where they can be engaged in the vertical direction.
- the first engagement portion 40 is provided at a position away from the opening 15, it easily engages with the vicinity of the tip (dew point) of the bone of the umbrella K. As understood from this, it is preferable that the first engagement portion 40 is bent forward from the extension portion 30. Therefore, it is preferable that the first engagement portion 40 be connected to the extension portion 30 only in the vicinity of both ends in the width direction.
- the umbrella K may be inserted between the first engagement portion 40 and the extension portion 20 by daringly separating the first engagement portion 40 from the extension portion 20, but in the example introduced here , Do not do such a thing.
- the bag opening apparatus 200 mentioned later simultaneously with the opening 15, it is not easy to open the 1st engaging part 40 located above. Further, by narrowing the band width of the band-like member 42, it is easy to bend to the front side with respect to the extension part 30, so the strength of the band-like member 42 is relatively low. If it is going to insert the umbrella K in between, the strip
- the band width is increased to increase the strength, it is also possible to insert the umbrella K between the first engagement portion 40 and the extension portion 20.
- FIG. 2 (B) shows a state in which a long umbrella K having a relatively long stone crush or center axis is accommodated in the umbrella bag 1.
- the umbrella K inserted from the opening 15 exists between the second engagement portion 60 and the second bag portion 20. Since the long umbrella K has a large radius of the umbrella cloth, its peripheral edge KS protrudes upward from the bag structure. Therefore, the second engagement portion 60 may engage with the band B that hardly engages the umbrella K or wraps the umbrella cloth of the umbrella K.
- the first engagement portion 40 provided in the extension portion 30 is located closer to the extension portion 30 than the umbrella K accommodated in the bag structure, and is separated from the second engagement portion 60 by being naturally loosened. It is pushed forward. Accordingly, the peripheral edge KS of the umbrella cloth protruding upward from the bag structure can be engaged in the vertical direction. In particular, since the first engagement portion 40 is provided at a position away from the opening 15, the first engagement portion 40 easily engages with the vicinity of the peripheral edge KS of the long umbrella K.
- both the first engaging portion 40 and the second engaging portion 60 are umbrellas.
- the vertical engagement with K allows the natural fall of the umbrella bag 1 to be highly suppressed.
- the first engagement portion 40 and the second engagement portion 60 are vertically separated, the umbrella K can be engaged with various portions.
- the umbrella cloth jumping out of the bag structure can be engaged with the first engagement portion 40, so It becomes possible to suppress the natural fall. That is, it is possible to cope with various types of umbrellas K.
- FIG. 3A a plurality of umbrella bags 1 are stacked and stacked using the distal extension 30C (that is, the upper side of the separation line 30A) of the extension 30. Coupled together in the direction.
- the connecting portions 30F are a pair of welded portions formed in the vicinity of both ends in the width direction.
- stacked is called "the umbrella bag bundle 90" here.
- the thickness of the sheet is large, the first bag portion 10 and the second bag portion 20 are separated, and the first engagement portion 40 is also separated from the extension portion 30.
- the actual umbrella bag 1 is made of an extremely thin sheet material of about 5 ⁇ m to 20 ⁇ m, all sheets are in close contact with each other in the laminated state.

Abstract
