行车记录仪可记录车辆行驶途中的影像及声音,常用于私家车、网约车、出租车或者公交车上。现有的行车记录仪可同时记录车内和车外的情景,拍摄车外情景的对外摄像头和拍摄车内情景的对内摄像头有两种安装形式:对外摄像头和对内摄像头安装于同一外壳内,其相对位置固定,不能根据不同车型调整对外摄像头和对内摄像头的相对位置,该种结构的行车记录仪适用的车型较少;对外摄像头和对内摄像头安装于不同外壳内,其相对位置可调,但两者的输出线不便于收纳,影响开车视线。
本申请的目的在于提供一种行车记录仪,以解决现有技术中存在的对外摄像头和对内摄像头的相对位置可调时,两者的输出线不便于收纳而导致的影响开车视线的技术问题。
本申请提供了一种行车记录仪,包括用于拍摄车外情景的主机、用于拍摄车内情景的从机、电连接所述主机和所述从机的传输线、以及包裹于所述传输线外周的线卡,所述主机和所述从机均固定于挡风玻璃上,且所述线卡卡设于所述挡风玻璃和车内后视镜之间。
进一步地,所述线卡包括可拆卸连接的线卡座和线卡盖,所述线卡座凸设有卡扣,所述线卡盖上设有与所述卡扣卡接的卡孔。
进一步地,所述线卡座包括多个依次连接的卡座单元,相邻两个所述卡座单元之间设有第一连接臂,所述线卡盖包括多个依次连接的卡盖单元,相邻两个所述卡盖单元之间设有第二连接臂。
进一步地,所述主机包括主机外壳、设于所述主机外壳内且与所述主机外壳转动连接的镜头组件、以及螺纹连接于所述镜头组件上的紧固件,所述主机外壳上开设有呈弧形的导向槽,所述紧固件的螺纹杆穿设于所述导向槽且螺纹连接于所述镜头组件时该紧固件的头部抵接于所述主机外壳。
进一步地,所述镜头组件的相对两侧均凸设有中心轴,所述主机外壳的内壁开设有容置所述中心轴且供所述中心轴转动的容置槽。
进一步地,所述主机外壳包括主机下盖、以及盖设于所述主机下盖的主机上盖,所述主机还包括与所述主机上盖可拆卸连接的安装盖,所述安装盖的一侧设有用于与挡风玻璃固定连接的粘贴件。
进一步地,所述主机还包括夹设于所述安装盖和所述主机上盖之间的天线盖,所述天线盖与所述主机上盖固定连接,所述天线盖和所述安装盖可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述主机还包括依次穿设于所述主机下盖、所述主机上盖、所述天线盖且与所述安装盖可拆卸连接的防盗件。
进一步地,所述安装盖朝向所述天线盖一侧凸设有卡爪、所述天线盖上设有用于与所述卡爪卡接的卡槽。
进一步地,所述从机包括从机底座组件、与所述从机底座组件活动连接的从机拍摄组件、以及用于锁紧所述从机拍摄组件的锁紧件,所述锁紧件穿设于所述从机底座组件且与所述从机拍摄组件相抵接。
进一步地,所述从机底座组件包括相互固定连接的从机下盖和从机下盖板,所述从机下盖和所述从机下盖板共同形成有供所述从机拍摄组件伸入的球形腔。

本申请提供的行车记录仪的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请行车记录仪通过设置用于拍摄车外情景的主机、用于拍摄车内情景的从机,且主机和从机相互分离,使得主机和从机的相对位置可调,适用于不同的车型。电连接主机和从机的传输线的外周包裹有线卡,使得传输线可收纳于线卡内,避免了传输线的拖沓而影响开车视线,且线卡卡设于挡风玻璃和车内后视镜之间,减少了对车内后视镜及挡风玻璃的遮挡,从而减小了该行车记录仪对开车视线的影响。

请一并参阅图1及图2,现对本申请提供的行车记录仪进行说明。所述行车记录仪,包括主机1、从机2、以及电连接主机1和从机2的传输线5。主机1用于拍摄和记录车外的情景,且朝向车外;从机2用于拍摄和记录车内的情景,且朝向车内。主机1和从机2相互分离,便于调整主机1和从机2的相对位置,以适应不同的车型,获取最佳的拍摄角度。传输线5用于实现主机1和从机2之间的数据传输及信号传输,传输线5可包括主机1的输出线及从机2的输出线。传输线5的外周包裹有线卡6,线卡6用于整理传输线5,避免安装主机1及从机2后的传输线5拖沓,从而避免传输线5影响视线。主机1和从机2均固定于挡风玻璃3上,线卡6卡设于挡风玻璃3和车内后视镜4之间,可进一步减小线卡6对开车视线的影响。具体地,假设车内后视镜4具有镜子的一侧为前侧,另一侧为后侧。主机1设于车内后视镜4的后侧,朝向车外,从机2设于车内后视镜4的前侧,朝向车内,便于将线卡6卡设于挡风玻璃3和车内后视镜4之间,减小线卡6对车内后视镜4视线及挡风玻璃3视线的影响。

进一步地,请参阅图3至图5,作为本申请提供的行车记录仪的一种具体实施方式,主机1包括主机外壳11、镜头组件12以及紧固件13,主机外壳11上开设有供紧固件13穿过的导向槽1110。具体地,主机外壳11包括主机下盖111、以及盖设于主机下盖111的主机上盖112,导向槽1110设于主机下盖111上。主机上盖112和主机下盖111共同形成用于容置镜头组件12的镜头腔110,镜头腔110优选为圆柱形。镜头组件12设于主机外壳11内,且与主机外壳11转动连接。紧固件13与镜头组件12螺纹连接,紧固件13用于使镜头组件12转动,便于调节镜头组件12的拍摄角度。具体地,紧固件13包括相互连接的头部131和螺纹杆132。螺纹杆132与镜头组件12螺纹连接,用于驱动镜头组件12转动,镜头组件12上开设有与螺纹杆132的外螺纹螺纹连接的螺纹孔1230。螺纹杆132穿设于导向槽1110中且螺纹连接于镜头组件12时,头部131与主机外壳11相抵接。具体地,紧固件13与主机下盖111抵接锁紧。紧固件13在导向槽1110内移动以调节镜头组件12的拍摄角度,拍摄角度确定后,将紧固件13与主机外壳11抵接锁紧,从而使镜头组件12和主机外壳11相互固定,进行稳定拍摄。紧固件13的螺纹杆132穿过导向槽1110与镜头组件12螺纹连接,调节镜头组件12的角度时,紧固件13和主机外壳11相互松脱,镜头组件12可在紧固件13的带动下转动,使用紧固件13调节镜头角度较方便;进行拍摄时,将紧固件13拧紧至其头部131与主机外壳11相抵接锁紧,该种锁紧方式操作简单。
进一步地,作为本申请提供的行车记录仪的一种具体实施方式,镜头组件12的转动角度小于或者等于80º。镜头组件12的转动角度与导向槽1110的形状及大小有关,其调节角度较大时,导向槽1110也相对较长,供镜头组件12伸出并拍摄的摄像孔1120也较长,降低了主机外壳11的强度,镜头组件12也更容易进灰。同时,镜头组件12朝向车外,其调节角度小于或者等于80º时,可拍摄的车外情景已足够记录行车景象。

进一步地,请参阅图9及图10,作为本申请提供的行车记录仪的一种具体实施方式,主机1还包括天线盖14,天线盖14固定于主机上盖112一侧。天线盖14朝向主机上盖112一侧为天线盖14的内侧,另一侧为天线盖14的外侧。天线盖14设于挡风玻璃3和主机上盖112之间,天线盖14的内侧开设有多个散热槽140,一是便于散发主机外壳11内产生的热量,二是隔离太阳直射产生的热量,以免升高主机外壳11内的温度。散热槽140可选为与外部空气相连通,加快空气的流动速度,进一步加快散热的速度。主机下盖111的外壁上设有多个间隔设置的散热片1111,增大了主机下盖111的散热面积,加快散热的速度。可选地,主机上盖112、主机下盖111均为金属件,如钢、铁、铝等,金属的导热性较好,更便于散发主机外壳11内部所产生的热量。
进一步地,请参阅图5、图9及图10,作为本申请提供的行车记录仪的一种具体实施方式,多个散热槽140相互平行,且均分布于天线盖14上。散热槽140的深度范围为1mm至3mm,用于隔离太阳直射产生的热量。具体地,散热槽140的长度方向与镜头组件12的转动轴相互垂直,且散热槽140贯穿于天线盖14的相对两侧,使得散热槽140与外部空气相连接,加快散热的速度。散热槽140的形状及数量根据具体情况和实际需求选择,此处不作限定。请参阅图7,镜头下盖123的外侧还开设有多个镜头散热槽1212,用于散发镜头驱动板122产生的热量。

- 如权利要求7所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述主机还包括依次穿设于所述主机下盖、所述主机上盖、所述天线盖且与所述安装盖可拆卸连接的防盗件。
- 如权利要求7所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述安装盖朝向所述天线盖一侧凸设有卡爪、所述天线盖上设有用于与所述卡爪卡接的卡槽。
- 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述从机包括从机底座组件、与所述从机底座组件活动连接的从机拍摄组件、以及用于锁紧所述从机拍摄组件的锁紧件,所述锁紧件穿设于所述从机底座组件且与所述从机拍摄组件相抵接。
- 如权利要求10所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述从机底座组件包括相互固定连接的从机下盖和从机下盖板,所述从机下盖和所述从机下盖板共同形成有供所述从机拍摄组件伸入的球形腔。
- 如权利要求11所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述从机底座组件还包括定位模块、以及与所述从机下盖固定连接的从机上盖,所述从机上盖和所述从机下盖围合形成有用于容置所述定位模块的定位模块腔。
- 如权利要求12所述的行车记录仪,其特征在于:所述从机上盖上设有用于与挡风玻璃粘贴的固定件。
