在其中一个实施例中,所述管件本体包括主管件及支管件,所述主管件与所述支管件连通,所述支管件垂直于所述主管件,所述主管件上设有第一开口,所述支管件上设有第二开口。主管件和支管件的设置能够很好的进行配合,使整体结构更加紧凑。

在其中一个实施例中,所述管件还包括引导件,所述引导件与所述管件本体连接,所述管件回移过程中所述引导件与所述安装板相抵、所述引导件用于引导所述管件本体沿着设定轨道移动。引导件的设置使回移过程更加平稳,能够很好的回复到初始位置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述管件还包括过滤网,所述过滤网与所述管件本体连接、所述过滤网用于过滤流经所述管件本体的水。过滤网的设置能够避免物料由管件回流进入水系统内影响水系统后续使用。

请参照图1和图7,本发明的一个实施例中公开了一种烹饪物料清洗装置,该烹饪物料清洗装置包括驱动装置1、管件2、水系统3及容器9,驱动装置1与管件2连接、驱动装置1用于将管件2的输出端移动至容器9内或将管件2的输出端由容器9内移出,水系统3与管件2连接、水系统3用于将液体输送至管件2内或将管件2连接的液体吸出。
上述烹饪物料清洗装置,通过驱动装置1、管件2、水系统3及容器9组成了自动烹饪物料清洗装置,将物料放入容器9后启动驱动装置1,驱动装置1将驱动管件2进行运动,管件2运动的过程中将移动至容器9内,管件2完成定位后水系统3工作,将水注入容器9内,注入水的过程也是对物料进行冲洗的过程,完成冲洗后,水系统3再次工作将容器9内的水吸出,冲洗的次数可以根据需要进行设定,冲洗完成后,水系统3将清水注入容器9后即可开始后续工作;整个清洗过程自动进行,处理过程节约时间,自动化程度高,清洗效率高。

请参照图4,可选地,管件本体21包括主管件211及支管件212,主管件211与支管件212连通,支管件212垂直于主管件211,主管件211上设有第一 开口,支管件212上设有第二开口。主管件211和支管件212的设置能够很好的进行配合,使整体结构更加紧凑。
可选地,支管件212与主管件211的连接角度可以安装需要设定为其他角度,同时支管件212也可直接用软管替代,直接通过软管与主管件211连接。
可选地,主管件211为V型,铰接座22为T型。

可选地,安装板7的形状为圆形、方形或者椭圆形的板块。安装板7可以设置为整体进行摆动的形式,在使用过程中可以作为盖体使用。
请参照图3,可选地,封口板8包括连接板81及封堵板82,连接板81与封堵板82连接,连接板81与安装板7铰接,封堵板82与进口71相互配合、连接板81摆动过程中将带动封堵板82将进口71封堵,连接板81上设有缺口84,管件本体21由容器9内离开时横梁23与连接板81在缺口84处相抵。连接板81和封堵板82的相互配合组成封口板8,通过此种方式使整体结构简单,连接板81上设置缺口能够很好的与横梁23进行配合,组合方式简单,在保证盖合效果的前提下降低了成本。
可选地,封口板8可以根据进口71的形状进行设置,在封口板8上还可设置密封圈,在封口板8与安装板7相抵时,密封圈可以进行密封,保证安装板7的上下两侧有效的分隔。在后续使用过程中,当安装板7作为盖体使用时,可以有效避免安装板7下侧的物质进入安装板7的上侧。
请参照图3,可选地,连接板81上还设有第二铰接柱83,第二铰接柱83与安装板7相抵。第二铰接柱83的设置使定位效果更好。
请参照图4,可选地,管件2还包括引导件24,引导件24与管件本体21 连接,管件2回移过程中引导件24与安装板7相抵、引导件24用于引导管件本体21沿着设定轨道移动。引导件24的设置使回移过程更加平稳,能够很好的回复到初始位置。
可选地,引导件24与安装板7接触的一面为弧形面,在管件2经进口71进入安装板7下侧时,引导件24的弧形面与进口71的侧壁相抵,进过弧形面的引导,管件2能够很好的进入安装板7的下侧。当需要调整管件2进入进口71的轨迹时可以调整弧形面的弧度。
请参照图4,可选地,管件2还包括过滤网25,过滤网25与管件本体21连接、过滤网25用于过滤流经管件本体21的水。过滤网25的设置能够避免物料由管件2回流进入水系统3内影响水系统3后续使用。
请参照图2和图3,可选地,驱动装置1包括动力件11、驱动杆12及滑块13,动力件11与滑块13之间通过驱动杆12连接、动力件11用于驱动驱动杆12运动,滑块13与管件2铰接,管件2可相对滑块13摆动,管件2随着滑块13运动过程中将移动至容器9内或由容器9内移出。动力件11、驱动杆12及滑块13的配合能够很好的管件2进行移动,移动过程平稳,整体结构稳定可靠。
可选地,驱动杆12为螺杆,滑块13套设在螺杆上,滑块13设置在安装板7上且可相对安装板7滑动,驱动装置1还包括限位座14,限位座14与螺杆相抵。螺杆的形式使后续的使用更加稳定,配合方式简单可靠。

  3. 一种烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,包括驱动装置(1)、管件(2)、水系统(3)及容器(9),所述驱动装置(1)与所述管件(2)连接、所述驱动装置(1)用于将所述管件(2)的输出端移动至所述容器(9)内或将所述管件(2)的输出端由所述容器(9)内移出,所述水系统(3)与所述管件(2)连接、所述水系统(3)用于将液体输送至所述管件(2)内或将所述管件(2)连接的液体吸出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述管件(2)包括管件本体(21)及铰接座(22),所述管件本体(21)与所述铰接座(22)连接,所述铰接座(22)与所述驱动装置(1)铰接且可相对所述驱动装置(1)摆动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括安装板(7)及封口板(8),所述安装板(7)上设有进口(71),所述封口板(8)与 所述安装板(7)铰接且位于所述进口(71)处,所述封口板(8)相对所述安装板(7)进行摆动时将封堵所述进口(71),所述管件(2)还包括横梁(23)及引导件(24),所述横梁(23)设置在所述管件本体(21)上,所述管件本体(21)由所述容器(9)内离开时将带动所述封口板(8)将所述进口(71)封堵,所述引导件(24)与所述管件本体(21)连接,所述管件(2)回移过程中所述引导件(24)与所述安装板(7)相抵、所述引导件(24)用于引导所述管件本体(21)沿着设定轨道移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述封口板(8)包括连接板(81)及封堵板(82),所述连接板(81)与所述封堵板(82)连接,所述连接板(81)与所述安装板(7)铰接,所述封堵板(82)与所述进口(71)相互配合、所述连接板(81)摆动过程中将带动所述封堵板(82)将所述进口(71)封堵,所述连接板(81)上设有缺口(84),所述管件本体(21)由所述容器(9)内离开时横梁(23)与所述连接板(81)在所述缺口(84)处相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(1)包括动力件(11)、驱动杆(12)及滑块(13),所述动力件(11)与所述滑块(13)之间通过所述驱动杆(12)连接、所述动力件(11)用于驱动所述驱动杆(12)运动,所述滑块(13)与所述管件(2)铰接,所述管件(2)可相对所述滑块(13)摆动,所述管件(2)随着所述滑块(13)运动过程中将移动至所述容器(9)内或由所述容器(9)内移出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括压板(4)、弹性件(5)及安装座(6),所述压板(4)设置在所述安装座(6)上且可相对所述安装座(6)摆动,所述压板(4)与所述滑块(13)相互配合,所述滑块(13)随着所述驱动杆(12)移动过程中将与所述压板(4)相抵,所述滑块(13)与所述压板(4)相抵时,所述压板(4)对所述管件(2)进行按压定位,所述弹性件(5)设置在所述滑块(13)上且与所述管件(2)相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述压板(4)包括压板本体(41)及偏心块(42),所述压板本体(41)上设有按压槽(44),所述压板本体(41)与所述偏心块(42)连接,所述滑块(13)与所述压板(4) 相抵时,所述压板本体(41)对所述管件(2)进行按压定位且按压定位处为所述按压槽(44)处。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述水系统(3)包括进水阀(31)、出水阀(32)、水泵(33)及流量计(34),所述进水阀(31)与所述流量计(34)连通,所述出水阀(32)、所述水泵(33)及所述流量计(34)依次连通,所述流量计(34)与所述管件(2)连通。
