电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质
本申请要求于2017年12月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711379861.5,发明名称为“电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉远程保险销售领域,尤其涉及一种电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质。
背景技术
随着人们保险意识的增强、传统互联网和移动互联网的不断发展,远程销售在保险行业得到了广泛的应用。例如,保险销售人员通过电话、微信、QQ等与客户进行远程沟通,并为了方便客户而提供远程承保服务。
目前,为了防止保险体系的系统风险,保险机构通常针对远程承保业务设立监管部门,为了防止业务人员进行假冒出单来提高业务数量,在进行保单出单之前,监管部门先检查是否收到投保费用,若没有收到投保费用,则需要先制作保单协议,并在保单协议中注明送单收费的服务,业务人员将保单协议通过快递的方式送至客户,由客户进行签名并确定投保之后,收取相应的保费,监管部门在收到保费之后,才能确认出具保单及发票,而业务人员需要再次通过快递的方式将保单及发票送至客户处,完成保单的配送。这样,就需要进行两次配送的过程,不但过程繁琐、配送成本过高、容易出错,而且导致客户收到保单及发票的时间较长,出单的效率低下,影响客户的体验效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出一种电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质,减少了配送成本、提高了出单效率、以及客户的体验效果。
首先,为实现上述目的,本申请第一方面提出一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括存储器、及与所述存储器连接的处理器,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器上存储的远程保单的出单程序,所述远程保单的出单程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,所述投保信息包括投保机构、投保类型、投保费用;
若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;
将所述保单和所述还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请第二方面提供一种远程保单的出单方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,所述投保信息包括投保机构、投保类型、投保费用;
若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的 垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请第三方面提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有远程保单的出单程序,所述远程保单的出单程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的远程保单的出单方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质,本申请公开了一种电子装置、远程保单的出单方法及存储介质,在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,并在确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险后,根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及投保费用,自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。减少了配送成本、提高了出单效率、以及客户的体验效果。

需要说明的是,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
参阅图1所示,是本申请提出的电子装置一可选的硬件架构示意图。本实施例中,电子装置10可包括,但不仅限于,可通过通信总线104相互通信连接存储器101、处理器102、网络接口103。需要指出的是,图1仅示出了具有组件101-104的电子装置10,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,存储器101至少包括一种类型的计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器101可以是电子装置10的内部存储单元,例如电子装置10的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器101也可以是电子装置10的外包存储设备,例如电子装置10上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器101还可以 既包括电子装置10的内部存储单元也包括其外包存储设备。本实施例中,存储器101通常用于存储安装于电子装置10的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如远程保单的出单程序等。此外,存储器101还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器102在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。处理器102通常用于控制电子装置10的总体操作。本实施例中,处理器102用于运行存储器101中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行的远程保单的出单程序等。
网络接口103可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,网络接口103通常用于在电子装置10与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
通信总线104用于实现组件101-103之间的通信连接。
可选地,该装置还可以包括用户接口,用户接口可以包括显示器(Display)、输入单元比如键盘,可选地,用户接口可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。可选地,在一些实施例中,显示器可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED触摸器等。其中,显示器也可以适当的称为显示屏或显示单元,用于显示在电子装置中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
存储器101中存储的远程保单的出单程序被处理器102执行,以实现本申请各个实施例的远程保单的出单方法的步骤。
在一实施例中,远程保单的出单程序被处理器102执行时实现如下步骤:
在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,投保信息包括投保机构名称、投保类型、投保费用;
若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行 投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;
将保单和所述还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
在本实施例中,在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,其中,投保信息包括投保机构,需要说明的是,投保机构指的是机构的级别,例如,上海、浙江等大型的省或者直辖市所在的投保机构为二级机构,或者,杭州、绍兴、温州等市所在的投保机构为三级机构,可以理解的是,保单信息通常还包括第一身份标识信息,例如,身份证号码、手机号码、以及姓名等,以及保单生效日期,在本实施例中,投保类型为,例如,车险的商业险、交强险、意外险、财产险、重疾险、以及理财险等。且在本实施例中,出单指令包括出单日期,例如,系统默认为收到出单指令的当前日期为出单日期。在根据预先确定的垫付规则分析了该客户的投保信息之后,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险。
其中,预先确定的垫付规则包括:将第一身份识别信息(例如,身份证号码、手机号码、姓名等)与投保机构对应的总部机构预先确定的第一黑名单中的各个第二身份标识信息(例如,身份证号码、手机号码、姓名等)进行匹配,需要说明的是,若投保机构为机构总部,则将第一身份标识信息与机构总部预先确定的第一黑名单中的各个第二身份标识信息进行匹配,进一步需要说的是,第一黑名单中记录的各个第二身份标识信息对应的客户均是高风险客户,这些客户通常都是征信不达标、出现过巨额欠款、或者进行过金融诈骗的客户。若有第二身份识别信息与第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在的欺诈风险;
若各个第二身份识别信息与第一身份识别信息均不匹配,则将第一身份识别信息与投保机构预先确定的第二黑名单中的各个第三身份标识信息(例如,身份证号码、手机号码、姓名等)进行匹配,需要说明的是,这步判断 规则主要是针对投保机构的级别小于机构总部的投保机构进行设定的规则,例如,二级机构或者三级机构,在根据机构总部预先确定第一黑名单判断之后,还需要根据自己预先确定的第二黑名单进行判断,若有第三身份识别信息与第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险;
若各个第三身份识别信息与第一身份识别信息均不匹配,则计算出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值,若出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值小于或等于预设的日期差值,例如,2天,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,例如,车险投保单是2017年8月10日生效的,若在8月7日之后提出出单请求,则有可能存在欺诈风险,本实施例的垫付规则规定在8月8日-8月10日不能使用垫付这种方式,如果非要要求在8月9日出单,则可以要求客户换成其他的支付方式,比如微信支付、银行转账等方式进行支付。若出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值大于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险。
接下来,根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及投保费用,具体地,将投保类型与投保机构预先确定的垫付类型进行匹配,若没有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与该客户的投保类型相匹配,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,可以理解的是,通常,每个机构的垫付类型是相同的,但是对于机构总部可能具有一些垫付特权,所以针对一般(不是机构总部)的投保机构如果出现与该投保机构的垫付类型不匹配的投保类型,则需要经过上级投保机构的确认。
若有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与该客户的投保类型相匹配,则将投保费用与投保机构预设的垫付金额范围进行比较,可以理解的是,根据投保机构对应的级别不同,预设的垫付金额范围一般不同,例如,二级投保机构的垫付金额范围一般大于三级机构的垫付金额范围。若投保费用大于投保机构预设的垫付金额范围,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保 费用的垫付审查请求;若投保费用属于投保机构预设的垫付金额范围,则自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
或者,在另一种实施例中,若有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与投保类型相匹配,且投保费用不属于投保机构预先确定的垫付金额范围,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
可以理解地是,若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据投保信息自动生成投保协议以及投保费用的缴费通知单,并将投保协议及缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
进一步需要说明的是,在本实施例中,自动生成的保单带有投保机构的第一电子印章,且还款通知单带有投保机构的财务部门的第二电子印章;投保协议带有投保机构的第一电子印章,且缴费通知单带有投保机构的财务部门的第二电子印章。
上述实施例提出的电子装置,在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,并在确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险后根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及投保费用,自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。减少了配送成本、提高了出单准确率、以及客户的体验效果。
可选地,在其他实施例中,远程保单的出单程序依据其各部分所实现的功能不同,可用具有相同功能的一个或多个虚拟的程序模块进行描述。
请参阅图2所示,是本申请远程保单的出单程序较佳实施例的程序模块示意图。本实施例中,依据远程保单的出单程序各部分所实现的功能不同,将远程保单的出单程序进行分割成分析模块201、生成模块202、发送模块203。本实施例提出的模块201-203所实现的功能或操作步骤均与上文类似,此处不再详述,示例性地,例如,其中,
分析模块201用于在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,投保信息包括投保机构名称、投保类型、投保费用;

此外,本申请还提供一种远程保单的出单方法。请参照图3所示,为本申请远程保单的出单方法较佳实施例的实施流程图。该方法可以由一个装置执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现。
在本实施例中,远程保单的出单方法包括:
步骤S301,在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,投保信息包括投保机构名称、投保类型、投保费用;
步骤S302,若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;
步骤S302,将保单和所述还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
在本实施例中,在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,其中,投保信息包括投保机构,需要说明的是,投保机构指的是机构的级别,例如,上海、浙江等大型的省或者直辖市所在的投保机构为二级机构,或者,杭州、绍兴、温州等市所在的投保机构为三级机构,可以理解的是,保单信息通常还包括第一身份标识信息,例如,身份证号码、手机号码、以及姓名等、以及保单生效日期,在本实施例中,投保类型为,例如,车险的商业险、交强险、意外险、财产险、重疾险、以及理财险等。且在本实施例中,出单指令包括出单日期,例如,系统默认为收到出单指令的当前日期为出单日期。在根据预先确定的垫付规则分析了该客户的投保信息之后,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险。

若各个第三身份识别信息与第一身份识别信息均不匹配,则计算出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值,若出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值小于或等于预设的日期差值,例如,2天,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,例如,车险投保单是2017年8月10日生效的,若在8月7日之后提出出单请求,则有可能存在欺诈风险,本实施例的垫付规则规定在8月8日-8月10日不能使用垫付这种方式,如果非要要求在8月9日出单,则可以要求客户换成其他的支付方式,比如微信支付、银行转账等方式进行支付。若出单日期与保单生效日期之间的日期差值大于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险。
接下来,根据预先确定的出单规则分析投保类型及投保费用,具体地,将投保类型与投保机构预先确定的各个垫付类型进行匹配,若没有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与该客户的投保类型相匹配,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,可以理解的是,通常,每个机构的垫付类型是相同的,但是对于机构总部可能具有一些垫付特权,所以针对一般(不是机构总部)的投保机构如果出现与该投保机构的垫付类型不匹配的投保类型,则有可能是存在欺诈,需要经过上级投保机构的确认。
若有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与该客户的投保类型相匹配,则将投保费用与投保机构预设的垫付金额范围进行比较,可以理解的是,根据投保机构对应的级别不同,预设的垫付金额范围一般不同,例如,二级投保机构的垫付金额范围一般大于三级机构的垫付金额范围。若投保费用大于投保机 构预设的垫付金额范围,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求;若投保费用属于投保机构预设的垫付金额范围 且投保机构预先确定的各个垫付类型中有与该客户对应的垫付类型相匹配,则自动完成投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
或者,在另一种实施例中,若有投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与投保类型相匹配,且投保费用不属于投保机构预先确定的垫付金额范围,则向投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
可以理解地是,若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据投保信息自动生成投保协议以及投保费用的缴费通知单,并将投保协议及缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
进一步需要说明的是,在本实施例中,自动生成的保单带有投保机构的第一电子印章,且还款通知单带有投保机构的财务部门的第二电子印章;投保协议带有投保机构的第一电子印章,且缴费通知单带有投保机构的财务部门的第二电子印章。

此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有远程保单出单程序,该远程保单出单程序被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,投保信息包括投保机构名称、投保类型、投保费用;
若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;
将保单和还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
进步一步地,该远程保单出单程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
若确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据投保信息自动生成投保协议以及投保费用的缴费通知单,并将投保协议及所述缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器, 空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括存储器、及与所述存储器连接的处理器,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器上存储的远程保单的出单程序,所述远程保单的出单程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,所述投保信息包括投保机构、投保类型、投保费用;
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到所述上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单;
    将所述保单和所述还款通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述远程保单的出单程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据所述投保信息自动生成投保协议以及所述投保费用的缴费通知单,并将所述投保协议及所述缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述投保信息还包括第一身份标识信息和保单生效日期,所述出单指令包括出单日期,所述预先确定的垫付规则包括:
    将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第一黑名单中的各个第二身份标识信息进行匹配,若有第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在的欺诈风险,所述第一黑名单为所述投保机构所属的总部机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第二黑名单中的各个第三身份标识信息进行匹配,若有第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,所述第二黑名单为所述投保机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则计算所述出单日期与所述保单生效日期之间的日期差值,若计算的日期差值小于或等于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险;
    若计算的日期差值大于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预先确定的出单规则包括:
    将所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型进行匹配;
    若所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的各个垫付类型均不匹配,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,或者,若有所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与所述投保类型相匹配,则将所述投保费用与所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围进行比较;
    若所述投保费用属于所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围,则自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,若所述投保费用不属于所述投保机构预先确定的垫付金额范围,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第二身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第三身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  8. 一种远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,所述投保信息包括投保机构、投保类型、投保费用;
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到所述上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据所述投保信息自动生成投保协议以及所述投保费用的缴费通知单,并将所述投保协议及所述缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述投保信息还包括第一身份标识信息和保单生效日期,所述出单指令包括出单日期,所述预先确定的垫付规则包括:
    将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第一黑名单中的各个第二身份标识信息进行匹配,若有第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在的欺诈风险,所述第一黑名单为所述投保机构所属的总部机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第二黑名单中的各个第三身份标识信息进 行匹配,若有第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,所述第二黑名单为所述投保机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则计算所述出单日期与所述保单生效日期之间的日期差值,若计算的日期差值小于或等于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险;
    若计算的日期差值,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述预先确定的出单规则包括:
    将所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型进行匹配;
    若所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的各个垫付类型均不匹配,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,或者,若有所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与所述投保类型相匹配,则将所述投保费用与所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围进行比较;
    若所述投保费用属于所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围,则自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,若所述投保费用不属于所述投保机构预先确定的垫付金额范围,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述第一身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述第二身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的远程保单的出单方法,其特征在于,所述第三身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有远程保单的出单程序,所述远程保单的出单程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:
    在收到一个针对远程承保的客户进行保单的出单指令后,利用预先确定的垫付规则分析该客户的投保信息,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付是否存在欺诈风险,其中,所述投保信息包括投保机构、投保类型、投保费用;
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险,则根据预先确定的出单规则分析所述投保类型及所述投保费用,自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付审查请求,并在收到所述上级机构返回的垫付指令后,完成针对该客户的所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述远程保单的出单程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    若确定针对该客户进行所述投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,则根据所述投保信息自动生成投保协议以及所述投保费用的缴费通知单,并将所述投保协议及所述缴费通知单发送至预先确定的业务终端。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述投保信息还包括第一身份标识信息和保单生效日期,所述出单指令包括出单日期,所述预先确定的垫付规则包括:
    将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第一黑名单中的各个第二身份标识信息进行匹配,若有第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在的欺诈风险,所述第一黑名单为所述投保机构所属的总部机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第二身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则将所述第一身份识别信息与预先确定的第二黑名单中的各个第三身份标识信息进 行匹配,若有第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险,所述第二黑名单为所述投保机构预先确定的黑名单;
    若没有所述第三身份识别信息与所述第一身份识别信息相匹配,则计算所述出单日期与所述保单生效日期之间的日期差值,若计算的日期差值小于或等于预设的日期差值,则确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付存在欺诈风险;
    若计算的日期差值,确定针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付不存在欺诈风险。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述预先确定的出单规则包括:
    将所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型进行匹配;
    若所述投保类型与所述投保机构预先确定的各个垫付类型均不匹配,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求,或者,若有所述投保机构预先确定的垫付类型与所述投保类型相匹配,则将所述投保费用与所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围进行比较;
    若所述投保费用属于所述投保机构预设的垫付金额范围,则自动完成所述投保费用的垫付,并生成保单和还款通知单,或者,若所述投保费用不属于所述投保机构预先确定的垫付金额范围,则向所述投保机构的上级机构发送针对该客户进行投保费用的垫付审查请求。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述第一身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述第二身份标识信息包括身份证号码、手机号码、及姓名。
