Description
本发明涉及一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备。
随着烟草行业发展,市场消费者对于非传统烟丝型(多段复合型)烟支的需求逐渐出现,例如所谓的加热不燃烧卷烟制品(Heat-Not-Burn-Artikel)。这种卷烟烟支结构复杂,过滤嘴段采用二段复合(两段不同物料组合)、三段复合(三段不同物料组合)或更多段复合(三段以上不同物料组合),烟丝棒段不再使用传统烟丝、梗丝、膨胀烟丝的混合物填充。这种卷烟制品对于尺寸要求、过滤嘴段结构要求、非传统烟丝的使用需求超出传统标准香烟制造机的机器结构。
现有设想的生产设备,例如豪尼机械制造股份公司申请公布号为CN105410991A的专利所述“用于制造烟草加工行业的棒形制品的装配机和方法”的机型。该设想设备和方法可在机器中心线一侧生产装配二段或多段棒形分部构成的烟支,并且成型方式为接装纸单侧一次搓接包裹成型。该设想设备无法避免的主要缺点在于,接装纸单侧搓接包裹成型的模式,对于接装纸与烟支棒之间的位置定位要求极高,在设备高速运转中,不能避免接装纸与滤嘴棒要求对齐的一侧产生错位的现象,导致烟支外观质量不合格,由此带来废品消耗和难以控制的质量风险。
另外,该设想设备在烟支包裹成型阶段是基于完全的串联方式,相比于加入适当并联环节,尤其是相比于本发明设计的双倍长度烟支拼接再切割为两支的方式,设备生产效率较低。该设备如果要提升产量,则需成比例提高机器电机运行转速,高转速运行可能带来产品质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种结构上已被验证的非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,它能够实现具有明显与传统的几何尺寸、烟支结构不同的几何尺寸、烟支结构的复合型烟草制品的生产,解决现有接装纸单侧搓接包裹成型的模式导致的质量不合格、废品消耗、生产效率低的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,包括多个鼓轮,非传统烟丝棒段40和复合过滤嘴段41通过鼓轮传送至包裹区域33,沿着双倍宽度接装纸片中心对称面MU进行供给接装纸,将非传统烟丝棒段40和复合过滤嘴段41包裹成形,其特征在于双倍宽度接装纸片中心对称面MU、双倍长的复合过滤嘴段中心对称面MF、双倍烟支最终切刀中心对称面MK三者与机器中心面MM的距离均为0。

本发明的工作原理如下:通过双倍宽度接装纸片中心对称面MU、双倍长的复合过滤嘴段中心对称面MF、双倍烟支最终切刀中心对称面MK与机器中心面MM的距离均为0,用于制造具有较长复合过滤嘴段和较短烟丝棒段组成的烟支。
在本发明中机器中心面MM是指,设备所使用的一组传递物料的旋转鼓轮的中心面或对称面。机器中心面MM两侧分别具有一生产轨道,设备运行过程中,两侧轨道均有物料填充。
该生产设备生产的烟支产品能够有效避免CN 105410991 A专利所描述的设想设备可能产生的接装纸与滤嘴棒要求对齐的一侧不对齐的质量风险。同时相较于CN105410991 A专利所描述设备,具备同等接装鼓轮转速下更高的生产速率。
该生产设备集成了对烟支最终包裹成型的搓板(搓接装置)的改进,通过设计一种可实现搓接面积大小可调的搓板11,用于灵活地适应所生产的不同长度尺寸的烟支成型。
在本发明中,供给装置31、供给装置32、以及可添加的一个或多个前置物料供给装置29,都可以供给非传统烟丝棒段或复合过滤嘴棒段或普通过滤嘴棒段,以实现不同尺寸、不同滤嘴棒段结构、不同烟支结构的非传统烟丝型烟支。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:

实施例一

- 一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,包括多个鼓轮,非传统烟丝棒段(40)和复合过滤嘴段(41)通过鼓轮传送至包裹区域(33),沿着双倍宽度接装纸片中心对称面MU进行供给接装纸,将非传统烟丝棒段(40)和复合过滤嘴段(41)包裹成形,其特征在于双倍宽度接装纸片中心对称面MU、双倍长的复合过滤嘴段中心对称面MF、双倍烟支最终切刀中心对称面MK三者与机器中心面MM的距离均为0。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述非传统烟丝棒靠近机器中心面MM的一端在进入所述包裹区域(33)时布置在与机器中心面MM的距离为CF+Δt1的位置,Δt1>0。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述机器中心面MM两侧分别布置有一生产轨道,两侧轨道均有物料填充。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述包裹区域(33)设置有搓板(11),搓板(11)面积大小可以调节。
- 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述非传统烟丝棒段(40)通过供给装置(31)供给,复合过滤嘴段(41)通过供给装置(32)供给。
- 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述非传统烟丝棒段(40)直接供给,复合过滤嘴段(41)通过供给装置(32)供给。
- 如权利要求5所述的一种非传统烟丝型烟支生产设备,其特征在于,所述供给装置(31)前设置有前置供给装置(29)。
