技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种钉仓组件及使用该钉仓组件的医用吻合器。
背景技术
医用吻合器是对肠道等生理组织进行外科手术时经常使用的一种医疗器械,它是医学上使用的替代传统手工缝合的设备,由于现代科技的发展和制作技术的改进,目前临床上使用的医用吻合器质量可靠,使用方便,严密、松紧合适,尤其是其缝合快速、操作简便及很少有副作用和手术并发症等优点,有时还使得过去无法切除的肿瘤手术得以病灶切除,很受国内外临床外科医生的青睐和推崇,该仪器性能的差异对于整个手术效果起着至关重要的作用。
现有技术中,用于微创手术的直线型医用吻合器,包括一器械平台及与器械平台配合的钉仓组件,器械平台包括外壳及一枢轴设于外壳上的击发把手,该外壳内设有一个可相对移动的推杆,推杆能推动位于外壳前端的钉仓组件进行缝合和切割。
具体的,钉仓组件包括一钉仓架及一与钉仓架枢轴连接的钉砧,钉仓架上可拆卸地设有钉仓。
钉仓组件还包括用于连接器械平台及钉仓架、钉砧、钉仓的钉仓连接件,钉仓连接件内设有一个可相对移动的推刀杆,推刀杆与推杆配接,推刀杆的远端固定一切刀,该切刀在前进的过程中将钉仓和钉砧闭合,将位于钉仓和钉砧间的组织切断,并驱动击发块将推钉片依次推出于钉仓外,进而推钉片将缝合钉推出于钉仓外并订合在组织上。
医生完成上述的缝切动作后,首先需要将器械复位,继而更换钉仓组件,以便医用吻合器进行下一次的缝切手术,但是,由于一些粗心的医生或者经验不足的医生,会在未更换已击发的钉仓组件的情况下进行下一次的手术,这样会导致医疗事故的产生,即进行了切除却没有缝合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钉仓组件及使用该钉仓组件的医用吻合器。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式提供一种钉仓组件,包括:
钉仓连接件,其包括壳体及位于所述壳体内的推刀杆;
位于所述钉仓连接件远端且可打开/闭合的第一钳夹及第二钳夹;
击发块,可移动地设置于所述第一钳夹或第二钳夹内;
切刀,位于所述推刀杆的远端,且所述切刀在所述推刀杆的作用下可推动所述击发块移动;
驱动机构;
其中,所述第一钳夹的近端设有限位部,所述切刀设有保险部,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的近端时,所述推刀杆带动所述切刀及所述击发块一起向所述钉仓组件的远端移动,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的远端时,所述驱动机构驱动所述切刀及所述第一钳夹相对运动,所述限位部与所述保险部相互抵持而限制所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端运动。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的近端且所述切刀未接触所述击发块时,所述驱动机构驱动所述切刀及所述第一钳夹相对运动,所述保险部进入所述限位部,而后当所述推刀杆带动所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端移动时,所述击发块抵接并带动所述切刀朝远离所述第一钳夹的一侧偏移,所述保险部脱离所述限位部。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明一实施方式至少在二次击发过程中,通过驱动机构驱动切刀及第一钳夹相对运动而使得限位部与保险部相互抵持,从而限制所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端运动,可以有效防止医生在未更换已击发的钉仓组件的情况下闭合器械,避免医疗事故的发生或对正常组织产生伤害,结构简单有效。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,均是以器械操作者作为参照,靠近操作者的一端为近端,远离操作者的一端为远端。
在本发明的各个图示中,为了便于图示,结构或部分的某些尺寸会相对于其它结构或部分夸大,因此,仅用于图示本发明的主题的基本结构。
本文使用的例如“上”、“上方”、“下”、“下方”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个单元或特征相对于另一个单元或特征的关系。空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括设备在使用或工作中除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位。例如,如果将图中的设备翻转,则被描述为位于其他单元或特征“下方”或“之下”的单元将位于其他单元或特征“上方”。因此,示例性术语“下方”可以囊括上方和下方这两种方位。设备可以以其他方式被定向(旋转90度或其他朝向),并相应地解释本文使用的与空间相关的描述语。
在本发明的实施方式中,以腔镜外科切割吻合器为示例对本发明的医用吻合器做具体的阐释,但应当说明的是,在下述的实施方式中所涉及的技艺精神可以被替换地利用到其它形式的吻合器上。
如图1至图2所示,医用吻合器用于将多个缝合钉施加到人体的生理组织上,同时相应的对 生理组织实施切割。医用吻合器包括器械平台10、与器械平台10配接的旋圈20,以及枢轴连接器械平台10的击发把手30。
器械平台10内设置有推杆(未标示),推杆在击发把手30作用下可相对器械平台10的外壳移动。
器械平台10的远端还设有钉仓组件40,钉仓组件40与器械平台10可拆卸连接。
钉仓组件40包括钉仓41、钉砧42、钉仓架43、钉仓连接件44、切刀45以及设置于钉仓连接件44远端的关节46,通过控制关节46的转动方向及转动角度,可使得钉仓41及钉砧42所限定区域相对钉仓连接件44转动,以适应多角度切割吻合手术。
当然,在钉仓组件40不能摆动的器械中也可以没有关节46。
钉仓架43限定了一支撑通道,以将钉仓41可安装地容纳在其中,钉仓架43用于将钉仓41连接至钉仓连接件44。
在本实施方式中,钉仓41和钉砧42被设置为可以相对地转动,当两者转动至打开状态时,被操作的目标生理组织可被置放于两者之间,随后,通过将两者转动至闭合状态,位于两者之间的目标生理组织被夹紧,以进行后续的切割及缝合操作。
当医用吻合器/钉仓组件40处于初始状态时,钉砧42近端的钉砧尾受到外力作用,以保持钉砧42和钉仓41呈打开状,切刀45位于钉仓组件40的近端。
当医用吻合器/钉仓组件40处于闭合状态时,受切刀45驱动,钉砧42和钉仓41闭合,其间可夹紧目标生理组织,切刀45相对于初始状态而言,向医用吻合器/钉仓组件40的远端移动了一定距离,但总体而言仍然位于钉仓组件40的近端。
当医用吻合器/钉仓组件40处于击发状态时,钉砧42和钉仓41仍然保持闭合,切刀45由钉仓组件40的近端向远端移动,切割夹紧的生理组织,并可在钉仓组件40的远端受到限位停止移动。
如图2所示,钉仓架43包括远离钉砧42且与切刀45的第一端部451配合的第一抵触面432;钉砧42包括与钉砧面相背且与切刀45的第二端部452配合的第二抵触面。
钉仓41、钉砧42、钉仓架43上形成有配合切刀45的走刀槽411、421、431。走刀槽411、421、431分别从钉仓41、钉砧42、钉仓架43的近端向其远端延伸。当钉仓41和钉砧42闭合后,走刀槽411、421、431可配合形成允许切刀45由钉仓组件40的近端朝向远端方向,或远端朝向近端方向移动的通道。
钉仓组件40还包括连接于切刀45近端的推刀杆47,推刀杆47可驱动切刀45由走刀槽411、421、431的近端向远端,或远端向近端移动。走刀槽411、421、431在此过程中对切刀45及推刀杆47提供运动路径且同时对其进行导向,当钉砧42及钉仓41所限定区域相对钉仓连接件44转动一定角度时,推刀杆47也随之弯曲一定的角度,以使得切刀45可以顺利地朝向医用吻合器的远端移动。
在本实施方式中,参见图3至图6,钉仓架43的近端设有止位部434,当钉仓架43与钉仓41相互配合时,止位部434限制钉仓41沿钉仓41及钉仓架43的叠加方向脱离钉仓架43。
这里,钉仓41的近端被止位部434压制,在医用吻合器击发过程中,钉仓41的近端不会出现变形翘起现象,使得整个击发运行过程更加顺畅。
钉仓架43由底部4301及连接底部4301的两个侧壁(4302、4303)围设而成,止位部434位于侧壁(4302、4303)远离底部4301的一侧。
钉仓组件40包括位于两个侧壁(4302、4303)处的两个止位部434,且两个止位部434对称设置,实现钉仓41近端的稳定限位。
在本实施方式中,止位部434为凸起434,凸起434一端连接一个侧壁4302,另一端朝向另一个侧壁4303延伸。
凸起434的远端设有倒角部4341。
这里,倒角部4341为朝向钉仓架43底部4301的近端倾斜的斜面4341。
当钉仓41组装入钉仓架43时,先将钉仓41的近端插入钉仓架43,此时,钉仓41的近端可以通过斜面4341组装入钉仓架43。
凸起434靠近底部4301的第一表面4343为平面,第一表面4343平行于底部4301,如此,当钉仓41组装入钉仓架43后,凸起434可以稳定配合于钉仓41表面。
凸起434远离底部4301的第二表面4342为平面,且第二表面4342与侧壁(4302、4303)远离底部4301的侧缘齐平,如此,避免凸起434在钉仓组件40闭合过程中阻碍钉砧42。
参图7至图9,在本发明一实施方式中,钉仓组件40还包括位于钉仓连接件44远端且可打开/闭合的第一钳夹(未标示)、第二钳夹(未标示)、击发块49以及驱动机构50。
击发块49可移动地设置于第一钳夹或第二钳夹内,切刀45在推刀杆47的作用下可推动击发块49移动而将推钉片(未标示)依次推出于钉仓41外,进而推钉片将缝合钉推出于钉仓41外并订合在组织上。
这里,以第一钳夹为相连的钉仓架43及钉仓41,第二钳夹为钉砧42为例,击发块49位于钉仓42内,但不以此为限。
参图8及图9,第一钳夹的近端设有限位部432,切刀45设有保险部453。

当击发块49位于钉仓组件40的近端时,推刀杆47带动切刀45及击发块49一起向钉仓组件40的远端移动,当击发块49位于钉仓组件40的远端时,驱动机构50驱动切刀45及第一钳夹相对运动,限位部432与保险部453相互抵持而限制切刀45继续向钉仓组件40的远端运动。
这里,当切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动(即击发块49位于钉仓组件的近端)时,推刀杆47带动切刀45及击发块49一起向钉仓组件40的远端移动;当切刀45二次向钉仓组件40远端运动(即未更换新的钉仓组件40,击发块49击发完成并位于钉仓组件40的远端)时,驱动机构50会驱动保险部453与限位部432相互抵持而限制切刀45继续向钉仓组件40远端运动,从而有效防止医生在已经击发完成的情况下再次击发,避免医疗事故的发生或对正常组织产生伤害,结构简单有效。
下面,介绍当切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动时,切刀45与击发块49的配合情况。
在一示例中,初始状态下击发块49与切刀45之间的间距较大,当击发块49位于钉仓组件40的近端且切刀45未接触击发块49时,驱动机构50驱动切刀45及第一钳夹相对运动,保险部453进入限位部432而使得钉仓组件40进入保险状态,而后当推刀杆47带动切刀45继续向钉仓组件40的远端移动时,击发块49抵接并带动切刀45朝远离第一钳夹的一侧偏移,保险部453脱离限位部432,钉仓组件40解除保险。
也就是说,在切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动过程中,保险部453已经进入限位部432,而后,通过击发块49作用切刀45而带动保险部453脱离限位部432以进行后续正常的切割缝合操作,但不以此为限。
在另一示例中,初始状态下击发块49与切刀45之间的间距较小,当切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动时,在保险部453进入限位部432而进入保险状态之前,击发块49就已经接触切刀45并带动切刀45向钉仓组件40远端运动,即在切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动过程中,限位部432未能限制保险部453,此时器械可以击发;而后击发完成,击发块49留在钉仓组件40的远端,此时若驱动切刀45再次向钉仓组件40远端运动,由于此时击发块49位于钉仓组件40远端而无法作用切刀45,驱动机构50会驱动限位部432与保险部453相互抵持而使得钉仓组件40进入保险状态。
本发明的钉仓组件40具有多种实施方式,下面,介绍本发明钉仓组件40的两种实施方式。
为了方便说明,两个实施例均以“击发块49与切刀45之间的间距较大”为例,即在击发块49与切刀45相互作用之前,保险部453进入限位部432而使得钉仓组件40进入保险状态。
结合图10至图34,为本发明第一实施方式的钉仓组件40的示意图。
在本实施方式中,结合图10至图19,驱动机构50为连接壳体48的驱动件50,推刀杆47靠近驱动件50的一侧设有凸台471,当凸台471向钉仓组件40的远端移动至驱动件50处时,驱动件50驱动推刀杆47朝远离驱动件50的一侧偏移,从而切刀45朝靠近钉仓架43的一侧偏移而使得保险部453进入限位部432。
参图12,击发块49的近端设有第一抵持部491,切刀45的远端设有第二抵持部454,当第一抵持部491与第二抵持部454相互抵持时,击发块49带动切刀45朝远离钉仓架43的一侧偏移而使得保险部453脱离限位部432。
这里,第二抵持部454为沿钉仓组件40近端朝向远端方向延伸的凸柱。
第一抵持部491及第二抵持部454的至少其中之一上设有导向部,这里,以第一抵持部491近端的弧面4911作为导向部4911,当切刀45相对击发块49向钉仓组件40远端运动时,击发块49通过导向部4911顺利将切刀45抬起,从而使得保险部453上移而脱离限位部432。
保险部453及限位部432的其中之一为凸部,其中另一为凹槽。
在本实施方式中,参图14(结合图8及图9),保险部453为凸部453,较佳的,切刀45的左右两侧对称设有两个凸部453,凸部453的近端包括第一斜面4531。
限位部432为凹槽432,较佳的,钉仓架43的走刀槽431的两侧对称设有两个凹槽432,凹槽432的近端包括第二斜面4321,第一斜面4531与第二斜面4321的斜率相同。
凸部453的远端包括第一平面4532,凹槽432的远端包括第二平面4322。
较佳的,第一平面4532与凸部453底面(未标示)之间开口朝向近端方向的夹角为锐角或直角,同样的,第二平面4322与凹槽432底面(未标示)之间的夹角为锐角或直角,以实现限位部432与保险部453之间更可靠的限制作用。
这里,当切刀45初次向钉仓组件40远端运动时,凸部453进入凹槽432内,随着切刀45继续向远端移动,进而击发块49带动切刀45上移,凸部453与凹槽432在钉仓组件40闭合方向上不相互干涉而使得凸部453可以轻松脱离凹槽432;当切刀45向钉仓组件40近端回退而凸部453再次进入凹槽432时,凸部453通过第一斜面4531及第二斜面4321的相互作用而脱离凹槽432;当切刀45再次向钉仓组件40远端运动时,凸部453进入凹槽432内,此时击发块49位于钉仓组件40的远端,切刀45无法上移,凸部453逐渐运动至凹槽432的最远端,第一平面4532与第二平面4322相互干涉,凸部453无法脱离凹槽432。
在本实施方式中,驱动件50为弹片50,结合图15至图19,当凸台471向钉仓组件40的远端移动至弹片50处时,弹片50驱动推刀杆47朝远离弹片50的一侧偏移且弹片50保持初始状态,保险部453进入限位部432;参见图20至图24,当击发块49抵接切刀45时,击发块49带动切刀45朝远离钉仓架43的一侧偏移而使得推刀杆47复位,凸台471驱动弹片50朝远离凸台471的一侧变形,保险部453脱离限位部432。
推刀杆47于凸台471的两侧设有凹口(第一凹口472及第二凹口473,结合图12),当弹片50脱离凸台471时,弹片50进入凹口且弹片50保持初始状态。
需要说明的是,凹口分别可以从凸台471延伸至推刀杆47的两端。
这里,从钉仓组件远端朝向近端的方向上,推刀杆47的侧部依次包括平滑部474、第一凹口472、凸部471及第二凹口473,第一凹口472与第二凹口473齐平,平滑部474高出第一凹口472,弹片50所经路线包括第一凹口472、凸部471及第二凹口473。
这样设计的好处在于:(1)弹片50在第一凹口472与第二凹口473处对推刀杆47不施力,避免在该些区域处影响推刀杆47的行走路径;(2)弹片50具有一定的变形范围,以适应壳体48内狭小的空间;(3)平滑部474保持较高的高度,以保证推刀杆47的强度。
较佳的,弹片50为U型弹片,弹片50的两个活动端502(结合图12)分别卡接于壳体48,弹片50的抵持端501靠近推刀杆47设置且与凸台471相互作用。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,驱动件50可为刚性件,此时,当凸台471向钉仓组件40的远端移动至刚性件处时,刚性件驱动推刀杆47朝远离刚性件的一侧偏移,保险部453进入限位部432;当击发块49抵接切刀45时,击发块49带动切刀45朝远离钉仓架43的一侧偏移而使得推刀杆47复位,同时,刚性件脱离凸台471,保险部453脱离限位部432。
下面,详细介绍本实施方式的钉仓组件40的工作原理。
参见图10至图14,当钉仓组件40处于初次击发的初始状态时,击发块49及切刀45均位于钉仓组件40的近端,击发块49与切刀45不接触,弹片50位于第一凹口472内且弹片50保持初始状态。
参见图15至图19,当钉仓组件40进入闭合过程中时,推刀杆47带动切刀45向钉仓组件40的远端运动,弹片50的抵持端501抵持推刀杆47的凸台471,弹片50作用推刀杆47的远端朝钉仓架43一侧偏移,从而使得切刀45上的凸部453进入凹槽432,钉仓组件40进入保险状态,此时,切刀45的第二抵持部454的远端开始接触击发块49第一抵持部491的导向部4911,弹片50保持初始状态。

第一接触部491a及第二接触部454a的至少其中之一上设有导引部,这里,以第一接触部491a近端的弧面4911a作为导引部4911a,当切刀45a相对击发块49a向钉仓组件40a远端运动时,击发块49a通过导引部4911a顺利将切刀45a下压,从而使得保险部下移而脱离限位部。
在本实施方式中,限位部包括位于钉仓架43a外表面的容纳槽432a,保险部包括切刀45a的第一端部451a,第一端部451a位于钉仓架43a外表面处,当切刀45a移动至容纳槽432a处时,压簧50a作用钉仓架43a而使得第一端部451a进入容纳槽432a,当击发块49a抵接切刀45a 时,击发块49a带动第一端部451a朝远离钉仓架43a的一侧偏移而使得第一端部451a脱离容纳槽432a。
限位部还包括位于容纳槽432a远端的凹陷部433a,保险部还包括位于第一端部451a远端的突出部453a,当第一端部451a位于容纳槽432a内且切刀45a继续向钉仓组件40a的远端运动时,突出部453a与凹陷部433a相互卡接以保证保险效果。
这里,限位部包括对称分布于容纳槽432a远端的两个凹陷部433a,保险部包括对称分布于第一端部451a远端的两个突出部453a。
在本实施方式中,驱动机构50包括位于切刀45a一侧的压簧50a,钉仓架43a上设有容纳压簧50a的容腔60a,当然,驱动机构50可以包括对称分布于切刀45a两侧的两个压簧50a。
下面,详细介绍本实施方式的钉仓组件40a的工作原理。
参见图38至图44,当钉仓组件40a处于初次击发的初始状态时,击发块49a及切刀45a均位于钉仓组件40a的近端,击发块49a与切刀45a不接触,切刀45a的第一端部451a位于钉仓架43a外表面且位于容纳槽432a的近端。
参见图45至图51,当钉仓组件40a进入闭合过程中时,推刀杆47a带动切刀45a向钉仓组件40a的远端运动,当切刀45a的第一端部451a运动至容纳槽432a处时,由于压簧50a始终驱使钉仓组件40a远端的张角张至最大,此时,压簧50a驱动钉仓架43a远离钉砧42a运动,第一端部451a正好落入容纳槽432a中,钉仓组件40a进入保险状态,切刀45a的第二接触部454a的远端开始接触击发块49a的第一接触部491a的导引部4911a,当切刀45a继续向钉仓组件40a远端运动时,击发块49a保持不动,击发块49a通过第一接触部491a及第二接触部454a的相互作用挤压切刀45a而使得第一端部451a下移,从而第一端部451a脱离容纳槽432a,钉仓组件40a解除保险。
参见图52至图58,当钉仓组件40a进入完全闭合过程中时,推刀杆47a带动切刀45a及击发块49a一起向钉仓组件40a远端运动直至钉仓组件40a完全闭合,而后推刀杆47a带动切刀45a及击发块49a进行切割缝合操作。
同样地,当“击发块49与切刀45之间的间距较小”时,即首次闭合时,由于击发块49作用于切刀45,使得保险部453无法进入限位部432,钉仓组件40进入保险状态,吻合器可以击发;当击发完成,击发块49留在钉仓41的远端时,由于没有击发块49对切刀45的抵持力,使得保险部453无法脱离限位部432而实现保险状态。
参见图59至图65,当钉仓组件40a二次进入闭合过程中时,推刀杆47a带动切刀45a向钉仓组件40a的远端运动,当切刀45a的第一端部451a运动至容纳槽432a处时,由于压簧50a始终驱使钉仓组件40a远端的张角张至最大,此时,压簧50a驱动钉仓架43a远离钉砧42a运动,第一端部451a正好落入容纳槽432a中,此时,击发块49a位于钉仓组件40a的远端,切刀45a无法下移,第一端部451a无法脱离容纳槽432a,钉仓组件40保持在保险状态,从而防止二次击发,这里,当切刀45a继续向钉仓组件40a远端运动时,突出部453a与凹陷部433a相互卡接,使得切刀45a与钉仓架43a配合更加稳固,保险更加牢靠。需要说明的是,上述两个实施方式仅是本发明钉仓组件40的举例说明,两个实施方式也可进行组合、置换等操作而形成新的实施方式,例如,第一实施方式中也可包含压簧以控制钉仓组件40远端的张角。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种钉仓组件,其特征在于,包括:
    钉仓连接件,其包括壳体及位于所述壳体内的推刀杆;
    位于所述钉仓连接件远端且可打开/闭合的第一钳夹及第二钳夹;
    击发块,可移动地设置于所述第一钳夹或第二钳夹内;
    切刀,位于所述推刀杆的远端,且所述切刀在所述推刀杆的作用下可推动所述击发块移动;
    驱动机构;
    其中,所述第一钳夹的近端设有限位部,所述切刀设有保险部,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的近端时,所述推刀杆带动所述切刀及所述击发块一起向所述钉仓组件的远端移动,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的远端时,所述驱动机构驱动所述切刀及所述第一钳夹相对运动,所述限位部与所述保险部相互抵持而限制所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,当所述击发块位于所述钉仓组件的近端且所述切刀未接触所述击发块时,所述驱动机构驱动所述切刀及所述第一钳夹相对运动,所述保险部进入所述限位部,而后当所述推刀杆带动所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端移动时,所述击发块抵接并带动所述切刀朝远离所述第一钳夹的一侧偏移,所述保险部脱离所述限位部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一钳夹为相连的钉仓架及钉仓,所述第二钳夹为钉砧,所述限位部位于所述钉仓架。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为连接所述壳体的驱动件,所述推刀杆靠近所述驱动件的一侧设有凸台,当所述凸台向所述钉仓组件的远端移动至所述驱动件处时,所述驱动件驱动所述推刀杆朝远离所述驱动件的一侧偏移,从而所述切刀朝靠近所述钉仓架的一侧偏移而使得所述保险部进入所述限位部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述击发块的近端设有第一抵持部,所述切刀的远端设有第二抵持部,当所述第一抵持部与所述第二抵持部相互抵持时,所述击发块带动所述切刀朝远离所述钉仓架的一侧偏移而使得所述保险部脱离所述限位部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一抵持部及所述第二抵持部的至少其中之一上设有导向部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述保险部及所述限位部的其中之一为凸部,其中另一为凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述保险部为凸部,所述凸部的近端包括第一斜面,所述限位部为凹槽,所述凹槽的近端包括第二斜面,所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面的斜率相同。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述凸部的远端包括第一平面,所述凹槽的远端包括第二平面,当所述凸部位于所述凹槽的最远端时,所述第一平面与所述第二平面相互干涉以限制所述凸部脱离所述凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述驱动件为弹片,当所述凸台向所述钉仓组件的远端移动至所述弹片处时,所述弹片驱动所述推刀杆朝远离所述弹片的一侧偏移,当所述击发块抵接所述切刀时,所述击发块带动所述切刀朝远离所述钉仓架的一侧偏移而使得所述推刀杆复位,所述凸台驱动所述弹片朝远离所述凸台的一侧变形。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述推刀杆于所述凸台的两侧设有凹口,当所述弹片脱离所述凸台时,所述弹片进入所述凹口且所述弹片保持初始状态。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述弹片为U型弹片。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为位于所述钉仓组件近端且连接所述钉仓架及所述钉砧的压簧,当所述推刀杆带动所述切刀向所述钉仓组件的远端移动至 所述限位部处时,所述压簧驱动所述钉仓架朝靠近所述保险部的一侧偏移而使得所述保险部进入所述限位部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述击发块的近端设有第一接触部,所述切刀的远端设有第二接触部,当所述第一接触部与所述第二接触部相互抵持时,所述击发块带动所述切刀朝远离所述钉仓架的一侧偏移而使得所述保险部脱离所述限位部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一接触部及所述第二接触部的至少其中之一上设有导引部。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述限位部包括位于所述钉仓架外表面的容纳槽,所述保险部包括所述切刀的第一端部,所述第一端部位于钉仓架外表面处,当所述切刀移动至所述容纳槽处时,所述压簧作用所述钉仓架而使得所述第一端部进入所述容纳槽,当所述击发块抵接所述切刀时,所述击发块带动所述第一端部朝远离所述钉仓架的一侧偏移而使得所述第一端部脱离所述容纳槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述限位部还包括位于所述容纳槽远端的凹陷部,所述保险部还包括位于所述第一端部远端的突出部,当所述第一端部位于所述容纳槽内且所述切刀继续向所述钉仓组件的远端运动时,所述突出部与所述凹陷部相互卡接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述限位部包括对称分布于所述容纳槽远端的两个凹陷部,所述保险部包括对称分布于所述第一端部远端的两个突出部。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括对称分布于所述切刀两侧的两个压簧。
  20. 一种医用吻合器,其特征在于包括如权利要求1-19中任意一项所述的钉仓组件。
