一种占用空间少、节能的电梯 技术领域
本发明涉及的一种电梯。
背景技术
目前的电梯,无论是客用电梯还是货用电梯,均包含有轿箱、配重和驱动电机,利用与轿箱等重的配重,使电机驱动绳子时,省力。但是这种方式,虽然是省电,但配重的装置却占用了一定的空间。而且真正使用载人的只有轿箱,这样占用空间较大,利用率低。
技术问题
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种结构设计巧妙、效率高、一种占用空间少、节能的电梯。
技术解决方案
一种占用空间少、节能的电梯,包括承重轮1和设置在左右两侧的左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3,在左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3的两侧边分别设有等重的左轿箱4和右轿箱5。此外,本案还包括钢丝绳6,钢丝绳6分别穿过承重轮1、左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3后,钢丝绳6的两端再分别与左轿箱4和右轿箱5连接固定实现钢丝绳的两端等重。此外,本案还包括有驱动钢丝绳6的驱动机构。
更优的,所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,减速箱的输出端与承重轮1连接并驱动承重轮1转动从而带动左轿箱4和右轿箱5的升降。
更优的,所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,所述减速箱连接到靠近承重轮1的钢丝绳并带动左轿箱4和右轿箱5的升降。
有益效果
本案直接利用钢丝绳的两端分别连接左轿箱和右轿箱,利用左轿箱和右轿箱的等重,直接节省掉配重的结构。这样驱动结构直接驱动钢丝绳,带动左轿箱和右轿箱的升降,这样左轿箱和右轿箱两个轿箱,可以装两轿箱的人或物,一个轿箱上升,则另一个轿箱则下降,上升的轿箱带着人或物上楼,下降的轿箱带着人或物下楼。这样在人群上、下高峰期,能发挥相当大的作用,实现一台电梯当两台电梯使用,空间利用率高,与现有的电梯相比,其占用同样的空间、用一样的电能,但能运载的人员却成倍增加。特别是使用在机场、高铁站这些只有一二层,但楼层相当高,本案能发挥最大作用。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图所示,一种占用空间少、节能的电梯,包括承重轮1和设置在左右两侧的左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3,在左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3的两侧边分别设有等重的左轿箱4和右轿箱5。此外,本案还包括钢丝绳6,钢丝绳6分别穿过承重轮1、左辅助轮2、右辅助轮3后,钢丝绳6的两端再分别与左轿箱4和右轿箱5连接固定实现钢丝绳的两端等重。此外,还包括有驱动钢丝绳6的驱动机构。驱动机构驱动钢丝绳的移动,而且带动轿箱的升降。本案直接利用钢丝绳的两端分别连接左轿箱和右轿箱,利用左轿箱和右轿箱的等重,直接节省掉配重的结构。这样驱动结构直接驱动钢丝绳,带动左轿箱和右轿箱的升降,这样左轿箱和右轿箱两个轿箱,可以装两轿箱的人或物,一个轿箱上升,则另一个轿箱则下降,上升的轿箱带着人或物上楼,下降的轿箱带着人或物下楼。这样在人群上、下高峰期,能发挥相当大的作用,实现一台电梯当两台电梯使用,而且省电环保。特别是使用在机场、高铁站等等大型交通运输站,这些站只有一二层,但楼层相当高,本案能发挥最大作用。
本案的驱动机构有两种实施方式,其中一种:所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,减速箱的输出端与承重轮1连接并驱动承重轮1转动从而带动左轿箱4和右轿箱5的升降。本案采用的连接驱动力直接驱动承重轮1转动。
另外一种:所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,所述减速箱连接到靠近承重轮1的钢丝绳并带动左轿箱4和右轿箱5的升降。此种方式是驱动力不是直接驱动承重轮1,而是直接拉动钢丝绳,由钢丝绳拖动轿箱的升降。
当然,电梯还包括制动装置、安全装置、助稳装置等等,这些装置均可以采用当前市场上通用的装置来解决。
工业实用性
本案可大范围推广生产和使用。

  1. 一种占用空间少、节能的电梯,其特征在于包括承重轮(1)和设置在左右两侧的左辅助轮(2)、右辅助轮(3),在左辅助轮(2)、右辅助轮(3)的两侧边分别设有等重的左轿箱(4)和右轿箱(5),还包括钢丝绳(6),钢丝绳(6)分别穿过承重轮(1)、左辅助轮(2)、右辅助轮(3)后,钢丝绳(6)的两端再分别与左轿箱(4)和右轿箱(5)连接固定实现钢丝绳的两端等重,还包括有驱动钢丝绳(6)的驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种占用空间少、节能的电梯,其特征在于所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,减速箱的输出端与承重轮(1)连接并驱动承重轮(1)转动从而带动左轿箱(4)和右轿箱(5)的升降。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种占用空间少、节能的电梯,其特征在于所述驱动机构包括有伺服电机和减速箱,伺服电机连接到减速箱,所述减速箱连接到靠近承重轮(1)的钢丝绳并带动左轿箱(4)和右轿箱(5)的升降。
