背景技术
[0003] 光学件, 如投影设备的激光光源, 对灰尘敏感度很高, 激光光源的出光透镜的 防尘效果直接影响到激光光源的寿命。 目前大部分激光光源的出光透镜无防尘 结构, 运输或转运过程中灰尘易进入激光光源中, 从而加快了激光光源的亮度 衰减, 降低了激光光源的使用寿命。 现有的对出光透镜进行防尘的方法主要是 : 出光透镜的外围开点胶槽, 在点胶槽中点胶, 达到防尘效果, 即点胶方式; 或者, 出光透镜的外部增加结构件和密封玻璃, 达到防尘效果, 即密封罩方式 发明概述

3 本发明的实施方式
[0022] 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发 明。
[0023] 本发明提供一种镜头模组使用该镜头模组的投影设备以解决现有技术中因防尘 效果差而影响产品性能的问题。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明镜头模组包括壳体 1、 收容在壳体 1内的透镜 2和用于固定透镜 2的安装组件。
[0024] 壳体 1上设置有用于收容透镜 2处安装孔。 在本实施方式中, 安装组件包括透镜 压片 4、 密封圈 3和螺纹压环 5。
[0025] 其中密封圈 3为密封 0圈, 采用弹性材料制备而成。 在本实施方式中, 密封圈的 内径等于透镜的外径。 在使用过程中, 密封圈被套设在透镜的外围。 密封圈 3的 一侧与透镜 2贴合设置, 另一侧与壳体 1的安装孔的内表面贴合设置, 使得壳体 1 在安装透镜 2后形成密封状态。 在可选择的其他实施方式中, 密封圈 3也可以在 收缩状态时, 内径小于透镜的外径, 只要在工作状态时拉伸, 套设在透镜 2的外 围, 即是可以实施的。
[0026] 安装孔内部加工有安装螺纹, 螺纹压环 5与安装螺纹相匹配设置, 螺纹压环 5通 过旋钮方式安装在安装孔内固定并密封透镜 2。 在组装过程中, 先将透镜 2设置 在安装孔内的透镜固定槽内, 并依次放入密封圈 3、 和透镜压片 4, 通过旋钮方 式安装螺纹压环 5 , 实现透镜 2的固定。 通过螺纹压环 5与安装螺纹的配合实现透 镜 2的固定, 结构简单可靠性高, 无需采用螺钉, 胶水等其他固定方式, 可以有 效降低生产成本。 此外, 当需要对透镜模组进行拆卸时, 由于本发明采用旋转 方式安装透镜模组, 相对于现有方案中需要采用卸载螺钉, 拆除胶水等方式进 行透镜模组的拆卸, 本发明只需要通过旋转螺纹压环, 就能轻松拆卸透镜模组 , 实现了便携拆卸透镜模组的目的。
[0027] 透镜压片 4设置在透镜 2和螺纹压环 5之间, 用于缓冲压力, 避免透镜 2被压坏, 提高产品的可靠性。 透镜压片 4为环状结构, 其上设置有多个对透镜 2起到压付 及固定作用的压爪。 在本实施方式中, 压爪共有三个, 各压爪等间距地设置在 透镜压片 4的外侧边缘, 这样, 可以最大程度地分散应力, 避免对透镜 2的伤害 ; 同时, 也可以保证固定的稳定性, 最大程度地防止透镜 2晃动。 当然其压爪的 数量并不限于此, 也可以为两个, 或是三个以上, 均是可以实施的。
[0028] 透镜压片 4抵接在透镜 2的底部。 密封圈 3的内圈与透镜 2相贴合, 密封圈的外圈 与壳体 1相贴合, 密封圈 3的上表面与透镜压片 4相贴合, 从而使得外壳内部与外 部环境隔绝, 起到防尘作用, 并实现密封效果。 需要说明的是, 此处所说的密 封圈的上表面为密封圈背离透镜的一侧表面。
[0029] 本发明的有益效果是: 区别于现有技术的情况, 本发明提供一种镜头模组, 镜 头模组的安装孔内加工有安装螺纹, 螺纹压环通过旋钮方式安装在所述安装孔 内, 以固定并密封所述透镜。 本发明可以使透镜在稳定固定的情况下达到完全 密封效果, 从而保证镜头模组整体的密封性。 此发明结构简单, 成本低廉。
