显示设备 技术领域
本发明涉及电视装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示设备。
背景技术
电视机、电脑显示屏等显示设备往往设有玻璃,为了将玻璃安装在显示设备上,通常在显示设备中设置专门的铝型材,然后将玻璃安装到铝型材上,目前,现有技术的显示设备中用于固定玻璃的铝型材与显示设备中的背板分离,因此需要由铝型材来承受玻璃的重量,其结构复杂,成本较高,且发生振动或受力疲劳等情况时,安装在铝型材上的玻璃与安装在背板上的部件变形方向可能不一致,容易导致出现彩晕、压迫性漏光等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种显示设备,以方便安装设于显示设备内的玻璃,并有利于避免出现彩晕、压迫性漏光等问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种显示设备,其包括背板、支撑件、第一压块和玻璃,所述支撑件安装在所述背板上,所述支撑件上设有第一搭接部,所述玻璃的外沿搭接在所述第一搭接部上,所述第一压块的固定端连接在所述支撑件的上端面上,所述第一压块的压紧端位于所述第一搭接部的上方,且所述第一压块的压紧端将所述玻璃压紧在所述第一搭接部上。
作为优选方案,所述显示设备还包括背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组及显示面板均位于所述支撑件的内侧,且位于所述玻璃的下方,所述背光模组安装在所述背板上,所述背光模组上设有第二搭接部,所述显示面板的外沿搭接在所述第二搭接部上,并与所述玻璃平行。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明优选实施例的一种显示设备,其包括背板1、支撑件2、第一压块3和玻璃4,支撑件2安装在背板1上,支撑件2上设有第一搭接部21,玻璃4的外沿搭接在第一搭接部21上,第一压块3的固定端连接在支撑件2的上端面上,第一压块3的压紧端位于第一搭接部21的上方,且第一压块3的压紧端将玻璃4压紧在第一搭接部21上,整体结构简单,使得能够方便的将玻璃4安装到支撑件2上,且支撑件2连接在背板1上,最终由背板1承受玻璃4的重量,背板1发生振动或偏移时,玻璃4与安装在背板1上的部件变形方向一致,有利于避免出现彩晕、压迫性漏光等问题。
显示设备还包括背光模组5和显示面板6,背光模组5和显示面板6均位于支撑件2的内侧,且位于玻璃4的下方,其中,背光模组5安装在背板1上,背光模组5上设有第二搭接部51,显示面板6的外沿搭接在第二搭接部51上,并与玻璃4平行,由此使得,显示面板6通过背光模组5固定连接到背板1上,在使用过程中,显示面板6与玻璃4最终均固定于背板1上,背板1发生振动或偏移时,显示面板6与玻璃4的变形方向一致,可以防止出现彩晕、压迫性漏光等问题。
为了使显示面板6稳固的安装在背光模组5上,显示设备还包括第二压块7,第二压块7的固定端被夹紧在支撑件2与背光模组5之间,具体的,可以在第二压块7的侧端面设置粘接剂,将第二压块7的一端粘接到支撑件2上,另一端粘接到背光模组5上,以使第二压块7的位置固定;在使用过程中,第二压块7的压紧端位于第二搭接 部51的上方,且第二压块7的压紧端将显示面板6压紧在第二搭接部51上。
显示设备还包括第一缓冲保护件8和第二缓冲保护件9,第一缓冲保护件8被压紧在玻璃4和第二压块7之间,以防止在使用过程中,由于碰撞、振动等原因造成玻璃4损坏,同样的,第二缓冲保护件9被压紧在第二压块7和显示面板6之间,以保护显示面板6。
为了使布局合理,支撑件2的截面呈L型,其中,支撑件2的一端连接在背板1上,第一搭接部21设置在支撑件2的另一端,使用时,背光模组5的外端伸入到支撑件2的内凹侧,使得整体结构更加紧凑,节省空间。
支撑件2与背板1可拆卸连接,使得当需要对安装在背板1上的其他部件进行检修或更换时,可以将支撑件2从背板1上拆下,以避免妨碍对其他部件检修或更换,具体的,支撑件2上设有第一螺纹孔,背板1上设有第二螺纹孔,安装支撑件2时,通过锁紧螺钉依次穿过第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔将支撑件2固定连接到背板1上,拆卸支撑件2时,将锁紧螺钉卸下,就可以将支撑件2从背板1上分离。
如图2所示,作为优选方案,支撑件2的数量为多个,多个支撑件2沿背板1的周向均匀的安装在背板1上,使得玻璃4的外沿搭接在支撑件2上时,玻璃4的整体受力均匀,使得玻璃4安装更为稳固,有利于避免玻璃4发生移位;当然,支撑件2也可以为中部镂空的整体结构,使用时,支撑件2套接在背板1上,玻璃4搭接在支撑件2的中部。
综上,本发明所提供的显示设备,包括背板、支撑件、第一压块和玻璃,支撑件安装在背板上,支撑件上设有第一搭接部,玻璃的外沿搭接在第一搭接部上,第一压块连接在支撑件的上端面上,且第一压块的压紧端将玻璃压紧在第一搭接部上,其结构简单,使得能够方便的将玻璃安装到支撑件上,且支撑件连接在背板上,最终由背板承 受玻璃的重量,背板发生振动或偏移时,玻璃与安装在背板上的部件变形方向一致,有利于避免出现彩晕、压迫性漏光等问题。
