Description

车用移动式座椅结构 技术领域
本发明一种座椅结构,尤指一种车用移动式座椅结构。
背景技术
通常,一般行动不便者上、下汽车是一件非常艰难的事,因为行动不便者无法自轮椅移至汽车座椅上,通常需要他人的协助才能顺利地坐上汽车或由汽车座椅上移至轮椅,对于照顾者或被照顾者而言,皆可能因抱持姿势不正确或施力过当而造成双方身体上的伤害。
现行应用于汽车内的移动式座椅,在座椅安装上依旧是采用螺丝锁固的方式,所谓螺丝锁固也就是座椅上的螺丝孔需先与移动机构上的螺丝孔相互对位,在对位的同时安装人员必须通过眼睛亲自确定位置后再利用螺丝锁固安装,在确定对位的期间是无法通过手感的方式确定是否对位,必须整个人趴在最低处用眼确认,因此不仅组装效率上不佳,长时间组装座椅则会让安装人员造成身体上的负担。
以下在实施方式中详细叙述本发明之详细特征以及优点,其内容足以使任何熟习相关技术者了解本发明之技术内容并据以实施,且根据本说明书所揭露之内容、申请专利范围及图式,任何熟习相关技术者可轻易地理解本发明相关之目的及优点。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的在于:通过活动对接件中的滚动件可在侧体结构上移动,并可快速且精准的移动至对接孔,免去安装人员逐一检视是否插入正确位置。
为达上述目的,本发明一种车用移动式座椅结构,其包括:一供安装一座椅之座椅骨架,其安装于一汽车车体内部,该座椅骨架上设置至少一卡块以及位于该座椅骨架两对应侧分别设置一侧体结构,于该侧体结构上形成复数对接孔,于该侧体结构一侧延伸一插片;及一移动机构,其安装于该座椅骨架,该移动机构上设置复数活动对接件以及至少一卡槽,该卡槽供该座椅骨架上的该卡块卡掣,而各该活动对接件则对应于该对接孔可于非精准对位状态下置入固定。
根据本发明之一实施例,更包括一升降机构,安装于该移动机构旁侧,其上方设置一手摇杆、一马达、一螺杆及至少一滑杆,以提供升降功能,升降机构上并设有一延伸座,利用一轴心固定,以提供移动机构上的座椅翻转功能,延伸座一端的轴杆连接至移动机构。
根据本发明之一实施例,更包括一旋转机构,设置于该升降机构下方,其上、下端分别具有滚轮,以较省力的方式完成转向作业。
根据本发明之一实施例,更包括一滑动轨道,连接于该旋转机构下方,该滑动轨道上具有卡槽供该座椅骨架之该插片卡掣,该滑动轨道上有一推杆带动下方的卡板,卡板卡住齿板,来调整座椅于车内前后的位置。
根据本发明之一实施例,其中该活动对接件包括一套筒、一安装于该套筒上之滚动件及一安装于该套筒且组装于该移动机构之组装件,由该滚动件可于该侧体结构滑动至该对接孔。
根据本发明之一实施例,其中该移动机构设置一支撑架,并于该支撑架外侧设一锁栓。
根据本发明之一实施例,其中该升降机构上安装一控制箱,该控制箱用于启动该马达运转带动该齿轮及该螺杆,以启动该升降机构上升或下降。
根据本发明之一实施例,其中该座椅骨架上设有至少三具能够弯折的轮脚。

请参阅图1、图2、图3及图4所示,为本发明座椅与座椅骨架之结构分离示意图、座椅骨架之结构分离示意图、组装座椅移动活动对接件之作动示意图及完成座椅与活动对接件组装之作动示意图。本发明为一种车用移动式座椅结构,主要包括座椅骨架1、移动机构2及座椅3,其中座椅骨架1安装于汽车车体(图面未示)内部,座椅骨架1上设置至少一卡块10,以及位于座椅骨架1两对应侧分别设置一侧体结构11,于侧体结构11上形成复数对接孔110,于侧体结构11一侧延伸一插片112;及移动机构2安装于座椅骨架1,且移动机构2上设置复数活动对接件24以及至少一卡槽21,卡槽21供座椅骨架1上的卡块10卡掣,而各该活动对接件24则对应于对接孔110可于非精准对位状态下置入固定。
至于前述中的移动机构2另设置有支撑架25,并于支撑架25外侧设一锁栓250。而座椅骨架1上设有至少三具能够弯折的轮脚12。值得一提的是,在活动对接件24部分包括有套筒240、一安装于套筒240上之滚动件241及一安装于套筒240且组装于移动机构2之组装件242,由该滚动件241可于侧体结构11活动至对接孔110。
另外更包括有升降机构4、旋转机构5及滑动轨道6,其中升降机构4安装于移动机构2旁侧,在升降机构4上方设置有手摇杆40、马达41、螺杆42及至少一滑杆43,以提供升降功能,升降机构4上另设有延伸座44,利用轴心45固定以提供移动机构2上的座椅3翻转功能,另外延伸座44一端的轴杆440连接至移动机构2。升降机构4上另外安装有控制箱46,利用控制箱46可启动马达41运转带动齿轮47及螺杆48,以启动升降机构4上升或下降。
另外,在旋转机构5部分则设置于升降机构4下方,其上、下端分别具有滚轮50,以较省力的方式完成转向作业。至于滑动轨道6,连接于旋转机构5下方,该滑动轨道6上具有卡槽60供座椅骨架1的轮脚12及座椅骨架1中侧体结构11一侧延伸的插片112卡掣,滑动轨道6上设一锁杆61,以固锁移动机构2下方的锁槽(图面未示),来固定移动机构2于滑动轨道6上,滑动轨道6上有一推杆62带动下方的卡板63,卡板63卡住齿板64,来调整座椅3于车内前后的位置。
由图3及图4中可看出,移动机构2上设置有复数个活动对接件24,而每一个活动对接件24部分包括有套筒240、滚动件241及组装件242,其中组装件242主要安装在套筒240上,且组装件242固定安装在移动机构2,至于滚动件241则为滚珠,当座椅3要安装到移动机构2时,此时座椅骨架1上的侧体结构11均形成有对接孔30,侧体结构11可对应到各活动对接件24,若座椅3上的对接孔30与滚动件241在安装时产生位置上的不对齐状态时,滚动件241在侧体结构11上进行滚动,且就是可让整个座椅3借由滚动件241移动于侧体结构11上,直到整个活动对接件24卡落于对接孔30,如此一来,组装人员在安装座椅3可快速且精准对位并置入固定,免去安装人员逐一检视是否插入正确位置。一并参考图5及图6所示,为本发明座椅骨架与移动机构之分离作动示意图及转向与前移、脱钩之结构示意图。当将座椅骨架1与移动机构2分离时,先解除座椅骨架1上的插片112与滑动轨道6的卡槽60卡掣状态,而后使用者手动操控升降机构4的手摇杆41,利用螺杆42及其周边的滑杆43,以带动升降机构40上升。
另外,当使用者用手扳动移动机构2与座椅骨架1同时在旋转机构5的滑动轨道6上旋转(约转向110度)。在拉动移动机构2与翻转座椅骨架1向车门外延伸,其中移动机构2在升降机构4延伸座44一端延伸的轴杆440前后滑移,移动机构2为方便与座椅骨架1结合,并于支撑架25最外侧设置一锁栓250,以供移动机构2与座椅骨架1定位;移动机构2带动的座椅骨架1脱离后,座椅骨架1的三具可弯折的轮脚12便可释放下来,再推动座椅骨架1向后,令座椅骨架1内侧的二卡块10脱离移动机构2的二卡槽21的卡掣;再操控升降机构4的手摇杆40或按压控制箱46上的开关启动马达41,利用螺杆42及其周边的滑杆43,以带动升降机构4下降,直到轮脚12支撑地面并脱离移动机构2;如此该座椅骨架1便可向前移动,使座椅骨架1结合座椅3形成一般的轮椅装置,以方便运送病患者。
另外,请参阅图7,为本发明双轮脚之示意图。前述中的轮脚12都为单一轮脚12,为了提升整体推动时的稳定性,因此改变成为双轮脚12的结构设计。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种车用移动式座椅结构,其包括:
    一供安装一座椅之座椅骨架,其安装于一汽车车体内部,该座椅骨架上设置至少一卡块以及位于该座椅骨架两对应侧分别设置一侧体结构,于该侧体结构上形成复数对接孔,于该侧体结构一侧延伸一插片;及
    一移动机构,其安装于该座椅骨架,该移动机构上设置复数活动对接件以及至少一卡槽,该卡槽供该座椅骨架上的该卡块卡掣,而各该活动对接件则对应于该对接孔可于非精准对位状态下置入固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车用移动式座椅结构,更包括一升降机构,安装于该移动机构旁侧,其上方设置一手摇杆、一马达、一螺杆及至少一滑杆,以提供升降功能,升降机构上并设有一延伸座,利用一轴心固定,以提供移动机构上的座椅翻转功能,延伸座一端的轴杆连接至移动机构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车用移动式座椅结构,更包括一旋转机构,设置于该升降机构下方,其上、下端分别具有滚轮,以较省力的方式完成转向作业。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的车用移动式座椅结构,更包括一滑动轨道,连接于该旋转机构下方,该滑动轨道上具有卡槽供该座椅骨架之该插片卡掣,该滑动轨道上有一推杆带动下方的卡板,卡板卡住齿板,来调整座椅于车内前后的位置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车用移动式座椅结构,其中该活动对接件包括一套筒、一安装于该套筒上之滚动件及一安装于该套筒且组装于该移动机构之组装件,由该滚动件可于该侧体结构滑动至该对接孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的车用移动式座椅结构,其中该移动机构设置一支撑架,并于该支撑架外侧设一锁栓。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的车用移动式座椅结构,其中该升降机构上安装一控制箱,该控制箱用于启动该马达运转带动该齿轮及该螺杆,以启动该升降机构上升或下降。
