Description

대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법 및 장치
본 발명은 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
인터넷과 같은 네트워크의 발전에 따라, 다양한 분야의 수많은 정보들이 사회 구성원들 사이에서 공유되고 있다. 각 사회 구성원들은 단순히 정보를 얻는 것에 그치지 않고, 자신의 의견을 다양한 네트워크를 통해 다른 사회 구성원들에게 제공함으로써, 자신의 의사가 해당 분야에서 반영되기를 원하고 있다. 이와 같이 사회 구성원들의 현실 참여 의지 증대에 따라, 다양한 제품을 판매하는 판매회사 또는 다양한 제품에 대한 광고를 제공하는 광고 회사 등은, 사회 구성원들의 생각 또는 의견 등을 확인하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하고 있다.
최근에는 설문 조사에 참여할 사용자들을 미리 모집하여 사용자의 정보를 관리하고, 사용자가 이메일, 문자메시지(SMS), 메신저, 어플리케이션 등을 통해 설문 조사에 참여하도록 하며, 설문조사에 참여한 사용자에 대해 보상을 지급하는 등의 방법이 이용되고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 경우 사용자가 설문조사를 진행하기 위해서 이메일 또는 문자메시지를 확인하거나 메신저 또는 어플리케이션 등을 실행해야 하는 번거로움이 있다.
또한, 판매회사 또는 광고 회사가 설문 조사에 참여할 사용자들을 모집하기 위해 사용자의 이메일 정보, 연락처 정보, 메신저 계정 정보 또는 어플리케이션 계정 정보를 수집하더라도 모집된 사용자들이 설문 조사에 참여할 의향이 있는 사용자인지를 확인하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 상술한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 발명은 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 관리 방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
구체적으로, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 사용자가 특정 콘텐트를 제공하기 적합한 대상 사용자인지를 판단하기 위해 사용자에게 질문 정보를 제공하고 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보에 기반하여 사용자를 대상 사용자로 분류할 수 있는 방법 및 장치를 제공함과 동시에 누적된 사용자의 응답 정보를 통해 필요한 콘텐트를 탐색하여 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
전술한 바와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발명은 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법이 제공된다. 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법은, 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보를 수신하는 단계, 상기 수신된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제1 질문 정보를 결정하는 단계, 상기 결정된 제1 질문 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로 전달하는 단계, 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 질문 정보에 대한 응답으로 제1 응답 정보를 수신하는 단계, 상기 수신된 제1 응답 정보에 기반하여 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자를 기 설정된 제1 응답 카테고리에 따라 분류하는 단계 및 상기 분류된 적어도 하나의 사용자에 대한 정보를 저장하는 단계를 포함한다.
전술한 바와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발명은 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 장치가 제공된다. 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 장치는, 통신 인터페이스, 메모리 및 상기 통신 인터페이스 및 상기 메모리와 연결되는 프로세서를 포함하고, 상기 프로세서는 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제1 질문 정보를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 제1 질문 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로 전달하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 질문 정보에 대한 응답으로 제1 응답 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 제1 응답 정보에 기반하여 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자를 기 설정된 제1 응답 카테고리에 따라 분류하고, 상기 분류된 적어도 하나의 사용자에 대한 정보를 저장한다.

본 발명은 사용자에게 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하고 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보에 기반하여 사용자를 대상 사용자로 분류함으로써, 해당 사용자가 특정 콘텐트를 제공하기 적합한 대상 사용자인지를 판단하기 위해 사용되는 시간 및 비용 등을 줄일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해당 사용자의 누적된 응답 정보를 통해 사용자가 필요로 하는 콘텐트를 탐색하는 시간 및 비용까지 줄여줄 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자 단말의 잠금 화면의 일부 영역에 질문 정보를 표시함으로써, 사용자가 질문을 손쉽게 확인하고, 확인된 질문에 관하여 보다 편리하게 응답할 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대상 사용자 분류 시스템을 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 대상 사용자 분류 시스템은 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 관리 장치(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)을 포함한다. 여기서, 대상 사용자 분류 시스템은 특정 주제에 관련된 다양한 콘텐트를 제공하기 위해 사용자들을 특정 질문에 대한 응답에 따라 분류하기 위한 시스템이다.
관리 장치(100)는 복수의 사용자 단말들 각각으로부터 사용자 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 사용자 정보에 기반하여 사용자 분류를 위한 제1 질문 정보를 결정할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 관리 장치(100)는 특정 콘텐트를 제공하기 위한 적어도 하나의 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위해 미리 설정된 질문 정보 중 수신된 사용자 정보에 기반하여 제1 질문 정보를 결정할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 정보는 복수의 사용자 단말들 각각의 사용자에 대한 식별 정보(예: ID) 또는 계정 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 계정 정보는 각 사용자의 이름, 닉네임, 성별, 나이, 주소, 전화번호, 이메일 등과 같은 프로필 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 관리 장치(100)는 각 사용자의 식별 정보에 대응하여 이전에 각 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달한 질문을 나타내는 질문 내역 정보 및 이전에 전달한 질문에 대해서 각 사용자의 응답 정보를 누적한 응답 내역 정보를 포함하는 사용자 내역 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 사용자의 식별 정보에 대응하여 특정 주제에 관련된 질문에 대한 응답 정보가 수신된 내역이 있으면 관리 장치(100)는 해당 주제를 제외한 질문 중 어느 하나를 선택하고, 선택된 질문에 대한 질문 정보를 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다. 특정 주제에 대한 질문 정보를 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달했으나 제1 사용자의 응답 정보가 수신되지 않은 경우 관리 장치(100)는 해당 질문 정보를 선택하고, 선택된 질문 정보를 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로 다시 전달할 수도 있다. 상기 질문 정보는 선택형 질문(객관식) 또는 서답형 질문(주관식)을 포함할 수 있다. 선택형 질문의 경우 질문과 함께 질문에 관하여 사용자가 선택할 수 있는 둘 이상의 미리 제시된 응답들이 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 선택형 질문은 “자동차를 보유하고 있습니까?”와 같은 질문과, 질문에 대하여 사용자에 의해서 선택할 수 있는 “네, 아니오”와 같이 미리 제시된 응답들이 포함될 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 둘 이상의 미리 제시된 응답들은 텍스트뿐만 아니라 이미지 또는 동영상 등일 수 있다. 다양한 실시 예에서 질문 정보는 사용자의 응답을 수신할 수 있는 미리 설정된 제한 시간에 대한 시간 정보를 더 포함할 수 있다. 다양한 실시 예에서 질문 정보는 질문 정보에 대한 응답 시 지급되는 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
상기 결정된 제1 질문 정보는 제1 응답 카테고리에 따라 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제1 질문을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 제1 응답 카테고리는 제1 질문 정보에 관하여 적어도 하나의 사용자가 응답할 수 있는 제1 응답의 종류를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제1 응답의 종류는 제1 긍정 응답 또는 제1 부정 응답일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 질문은 "자동차를 보유하고 있습니까?"와 같이, 적어도 하나의 사용자가 제1 긍정 응답 또는 제1 부정 응답으로 응답할 수 있는 질문일 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 관리 장치(100)는 자동차를 보유한 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 긍정 응답을, 자동차를 보유하지 않은 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 부정 응답을 수신할 수 있다. 제1 사용자의 제1 사용자 단말로부터 제1 긍정 응답을 포함하는 제1 응답 정보가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 제1 사용자를 자동차에 관련된 제1 콘텐트를 제공할 수 있는 제1 대상 사용자로 분류할 수 있다. 제2 사용자의 제2 사용자 단말로부터 제1 부정 응답을 포함하는 제1 응답 정보가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 제2 사용자를 자동차에 관련된 제2 콘텐트를 제공할 수 있는 제2 대상 사용자로 분류할 수 있다. 상기 콘텐트는 설문 조사 또는 광고 등일 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 관리 장치(100)는 제1 사용자 단말로부터 제1 응답 정보가 수신되면 제1 사용자의 사용자 계정에 대응하여 보상 아이템을 지급하고, 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 제1 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다.
콘텐트 제공 장치로부터 제1 대상 사용자로 제공하기 위한 제1 콘텐트가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 수신된 제1 콘텐트를 제1 대상 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다. 콘텐트 제공 장치로부터 제2 대상 사용자로 제공하기 위한 제2 콘텐트가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 수신된 제2 콘텐트를 제2 대상 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 관리 장치(100)는 설문 조사 데이터 또는 광고 데이터를 제1 대상 사용자 또는 제2 대상 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 관리 장치(100)는 제1 응답 정보가 제1 부정 응답을 포함하면 미리 설정된 질문 정보 중 제1 부정 응답을 한 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제2 질문 정보를 결정하고, 결정된 제2 질문 정보를 적어도 하나의 사용자의 사용자 단말로 전달할 수 있다. 상기 제2 질문 정보는 제2 응답 카테고리에 따라 제1 부정 응답을 한 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제2 질문을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 제2 응답 카테고리는 제2 질문 정보에 관하여 제1 부정 응답을 한 적어도 하나의 사용자가 응답할 수 있는 제2 응답의 종류를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제2 응답의 종류는 제2 긍정 응답 또는 제2 부정 응답일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제2 질문은 “자동차를 보유하고 있지 않다면, 자동차를 보유할 예정입니까?”와 같이, 제1 질문에 대하여 제1 부정 응답을 한 적어도 하나의 사용자가 제2 긍정 응답 또는 제2 부정 응답으로 응답할 수 있는 질문일 수 있다. 상기 관리 장치(100)는 자동차를 보유하지 않지만 자동차를 보유할 예정인 제3 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제2 긍정 응답을, 자동차를 보유하지 않고 자동차를 보유할 예정이 없는 제4 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제2 부정 응답을 수신할 수 있다. 제3 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제2 긍정 응답을 포함하는 제2 응답 정보가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 제3 사용자를 자동차에 관련된 제3 콘텐트를 제공하기 위한 제3 대상 사용자로 분류할 수 있다. 제4 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 제2 부정 응답을 포함하는 제2 응답 정보가 수신되면 관리 장치(100)는 제4 사용자를 자동차에 관련된 제4 콘텐트를 제공하기 위한 제4 대상 사용자로 분류할 수 있다.

프로세서(106)는 통신 인터페이스(102) 및 메모리(104)와 동작 가능하게 연결되며, 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 다양한 명령들을 수행한다. 이하에서는 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 동작들에 대해서 구체적으로 설명한다.

다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(106)는 사용자 단말(200)로부터 제1 사용자에 의해서 작성된 질문을 업로드하기 위한 요청과 함께 작성된 질문을 포함하는 업로드 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 업로드 정보를 질문 정보로서 저장할 수 있다. 상기 프로세서(106)는 제1 사용자에 의해서 작성된 질문을 포함하는 질문 정보를 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로 전달하고, 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 응답 정보가 수신되면 응답 정보가 수신된 사용자 단말의 수에 따라 제1 사용자의 계정에 대응하여 보상 아이템을 지급할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 프로세서(106)는 응답 정보가 수신된 사용자 단말의 수가 임계 값 이상인지를 판단하고, 판단 결과 사용자 단말의 수가 임계 값 이상이면 제1 사용자의 계정에 대응하여 보상 아이템을 지급하고, 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 사용자 단말(200)로 전달할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(106)는 사용자의 응답 내역 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 콘텐트를 탐색하여 결정하고, 결정된 콘텐트를 사용자 단말(200)로 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 자동차에 관련된 다양한 질문에 관하여 사용자의 누적된 응답 정보가 긍정 응답인 경우 프로세서(106)는 자동차에 관련된 설문 조사 또는 광고 등의 콘텐트를 사용자가 필요로 하는 콘텐트로 결정할 수 있다. 상기 프로세서(106)는 이와 같이 결정된 콘텐트를 콘텐트 제공 장치로 요청하고, 요청된 콘텐트가 콘텐트 제공 장치로부터 수신되면 상기 콘텐트를 사용자 단말(200)로 전달할 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말을 설명하기 위한 개략도이다. 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 사용자 단말(200)은 통신 인터페이스(202), 메모리(204), 디스플레이(206) 및 프로세서(208)를 포함한다.
통신 인터페이스(202)는 사용자 단말(200)이 외부 장치와 통신 가능하도록 연결한다. 예를 들어, 통신 인터페이스(202)는 유/무선 네트워크를 통해서 관리 장치(100)와 연결하여 다양한 데이터를 송수신할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 통신 인터페이스(202)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 특정 주제에 관련된 질문 정보를 수신하고, 관리 장치(100)로 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보를 전달할 수 있다. 상기 통신 인터페이스(202)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 콘텐트를 수신하고, 관리 장치(100)로 해당 콘텐트에 대한 콘텐트 응답 정보를 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 콘텐트는 설문 조사 또는 광고일 수 있고, 콘텐트 응답 정보는 설문 조사를 완료함을 나타내는 정보 또는 광고 시청을 완료함을 나타내는 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 통신 인터페이스(202)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
메모리(204)는 질문 정보를 표시하거나 콘텐트 제공을 위한 다양한 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 메모리(204)는 질문 정보를 표시하거나 콘텐트 제공을 위한 어플리케이션, 프로그램 또는 위젯 등을 저장할 수 있다. 상기 메모리(204)는 통신 인터페이스(102)를 통해서 수신된 질문 정보, 콘텐트 및 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 저장할 수 있다.

프로세서(208)는 사용자의 요청에 따라 사용자 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치(100)로부터 콘텐트 제공을 위해 사용자를 분류하기 위한 질문 정보를 수신하여 표시하며, 표시된 질문 정보에 대한 응답을 전달할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 디스플레이(206)를 통해서 표시할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 프로세서(208)는 콘텐트 제공을 위한 어플리케이션, 프로그램 또는 위젯 등을 다운로드 및 설치할 수 있다. 상기 프로세서(208)는 사용자의 요청에 따라 어플리케이션 또는 프로그램을 실행하거나 위젯을 표시할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 사용자의 요청에 따라 어플리케이션 실행한 후 로그인 및 가입을 위한 화면을 표시할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 로그인 및 가입이 완료되면 프로세서(208)는 사용자에 대한 사용자 정보(예: 식별 정보 또는 프로필 정보)를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다.
프로세서(208)는 통신 인터페이스(202)를 통해 관리 장치(100)로부터 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 제1 질문 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 제1 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보를 전달하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 표시할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 프로세서(208)는 수신된 제1 질문 정보를 나타내는 사용자 인터페이스를 잠금 화면의 일부 영역에 표시하거나 배경 화면(또는 바탕 화면)의 일부 영역에 표시하거나 위젯 표시 화면의 일부 영역에 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스는 질문 내용을 표시하는 표시 영역 및 질문에 대한 응답을 선택 또는 입력할 수 있는 응답 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 응답 영역은 선택형 응답을 위한 선택 가능한 둘 이상의 미리 제시된 응답들을 포함하거나 서답형 응답을 위한 입력 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 제1 질문 정보가 수신되면 제1 질문 정보가 수신됨을 알리기 위한 알림창을 잠금 화면, 배경 화면(또는 바탕 화면) 또는 위젯 표시 화면의 일부 영역에 중첩하도록 표시할 수 있다. 상기 알림창은 제1 질문 정보가 수신됨을 알리기 위한 텍스트와 함께 이를 확인 또는 취소하기 위한 버튼들을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제1 질문 정보를 확인하기 위한 확인 버튼의 선택이 입력되면 프로세서(208)는 잠금 화면, 배경 화면, 어플리케이션 실행 화면 또는 위젯 표시 화면의 일부 영역에 제1 질문 정보를 표시할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 제한 시간 내에 사용자로부터 응답이 선택 또는 입력되지 않을 경우 사용자 단말(200)은 관리 장치(100)로 새로운 질문 정보를 요청하여 수신하고, 수신된 새로운 질문 정보를 표시할 수 있다.

다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 제1 부정 응답을 포함하는 제1 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치(100)로부터 제1 부정 응답을 한 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제2 질문 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 상기 제2 질문 정보는 제1 부정 응답을 한 사용자를 제2 응답 카테고리에 따라 분류하기 위한 제2 질문을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제2 질문 정보는 제1 부정 응답을 한 사용자를 제2 대상 사용자로 분류하기 위한 제2 질문이 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 질문은 “자동차를 보유하고 있지 않다면, 자동차를 보유할 예정입니까?”와 같이 사용자가 제2 긍정 응답 또는 제2 부정 응답으로 응답할 수 있는 질문일 수 있다. 제2 질문에 관하여 사용자로부터 제2 긍정 응답이 수신되면 프로세서(208)는 제2 긍정 응답을 포함하는 제2 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치(100)로부터 제2 긍정 응답을 한 제3 대상 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 제3 콘텐트를 수신할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제2 부정 응답이 수신되면 제2 부정 응답을 포함하는 제2 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치(100)로부터 제2 부정 응답을 한 제4 대상 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 제4 콘텐트를 수신할 수 있다.
관리 장치(100)로부터 콘텐트가 수신되면 프로세서(208)는 콘텐트가 수신됨을 알리기 위한 알림창을 잠금 화면의 일부 영역에 중첩하도록 표시하거나 배경화면의 일부 영역에 중첩하도록 표시할 수 있다. 상기 알림창은 콘텐트가 설문 정보인 경우 “설문 정보가 수신되었습니다.” 또는 “설문 정보가 수신되었습니다. 확인하시겠습니까?”와 같은 텍스트와 설문 정보를 표시하기 위한 확인 버튼 또는 설문 정보 표시를 취소하기 위한 취소 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 확인 버튼의 선택이 입력되면 프로세서(208)는 설문 조사 참여를 위한 어플리케이션을 실행하고, 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 수신된 설문 정보를 표시할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 콘텐트가 광고인 경우 알림창은 “광고 수신되었습니다.” 또는 “광고가 수신되었습니다. 광고를 시청하시겠습니까?”와 같은 텍스트와 광고 시청을 위한 확인 버튼 또는 광고 시청을 취소하기 위한 취소 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 확인 버튼의 선택이 입력되면 프로세서(208)는 광고 시청을 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 표시할 수 있다.
프로세서(208)는 콘텐트에 대한 콘텐트 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치로(100)부터 콘텐트 응답 정보에 따라 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 프로세서(208)는 설문 조사에 대한 설문 응답 정보를 포함하는 콘텐트 응답 정보 또는 광고 시청이 완료됨을 나타내는 콘텐트 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달하고, 관리 장치(100)로부터 설문 응답에 따라 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 보상 정보 또는 광고 시청 완료에 따라 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 보상 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 상기 프로세서(208)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 수신된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 어플리케이션 실행 화면에 표시하거나 위젯에 표시할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 질문 정보와 함께 질문 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 판단하기 위한 추가 질문 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 질문 정보 및 추가 질문 정보를 표시할 수 있다. 상기 추가 질문 정보는 질문 정보와 동일하거나 유사한 제4 질문을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 추가 질문 정보에 대한 추가 응답이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 추가 응답을 포함하는 추가 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보 또는 추가 질문 정보에 대한 추가 응답 정보에 따라 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 저장 또는 표시할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 프로세서(208)는 사용자에 의해서 작성된 질문을 업로드하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스는 질문을 입력하기 위한 질문 입력 영역 또는 해당 질문이 선택형 질문인 경우 선택 가능한 둘 이상의 응답들을 입력하기 위한 응답 입력 영역을 포함하고, 작성된 질문에 대한 업로드를 요청하기 위한 업로드 아이콘 또는 업로드 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자에 의해서 질문 입력 영역을 통해 질문이 입력되고, 업로드 아이콘 또는 업로드 버튼에 대한 선택이 입력되면 프로세서(208)는 사용자에 의해서 작성된 질문을 업로드하기 위한 요청과 함께 작성된 질문을 포함하는 업로드 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다. 상기 프로세서(208)는 관리 장치(100)로부터 질문 작성에 따라 지급된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 표시할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 관리 장치에서 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법을 설명하기 위한 개략적인 순서도이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보가 수신되고(S400), 수신된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제1 질문 정보가 결정되며(S410), 결정된 제1 질문 정보가 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로 전달된다(S420). 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 질문 정보에 대한 응답으로 제1 응답 정보가 수신된다(S430). 수신된 제1 응답 정보에 기반하여 적어도 하나의 사용자가 기 설정된 제1 응답 카테고리에 따라 분류되고(S440), 분류된 적어도 하나의 사용자에 대한 정보가 저장된다(S450).
도 5 내지 도 18은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말에서의 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법을 설명하기 위한 예시도들이다. 도 1 내지 도 3 및 도 5 내지 도 18을 참조하여 사용자 단말(200)에서 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법을 구체적으로 설명한다. 이하에서는 모바일 장치에서 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하기 위한 어플리케이션, 프로그램 또는 위젯 등을 제공하고, 사용자에 의해서 해당 어플리케이션, 프로그램 또는 위젯 등을 실행한 후 실행된 어플리케이션, 프로그램 또는 위젯 등을 통해서 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하기 위한 것을 예로 설명하도록 한다.

사용자로부터 제2 아이콘(830)에 대한 터치 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 횟수를 카운트하고, 카운트된 터치 횟수에 따라 제2 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 판단할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 단말(200)은 사용자로부터 제2 아이콘(830)에 대한 20회 이상의 터치 입력이 수신되면 제2 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘높음’으로 판단하고, 사용자로부터 제2 아이콘(830)에 대한 10회 이상 20회 미만의 터치 입력이 수신되면 제2 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘중간’으로 판단하고, 사용자로부터 제2 아이콘(830)에 대한 0회 이상 10회 미만의 터치 입력이 수신되면 제2 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘낮음’으로 판단할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(200)은 제2 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 나타내는 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 제1 키워드 또는 제2 키워드에 대한 선택 및 사용자의 관심도를 판단하기 위한 입력은 터치 입력뿐만 아니라 스와이프 입력일 수도 있다. 이러한 경우, 사용자 단말(200)은 스와이프 입력에 따른 궤적의 길이를 측정하고, 측정된 궤적의 길이에 기반하여 사용자의 관심도를 판단할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 길이, 제2 길이, 제3 길이 각각에 대응하여 사용자의 관심도를 ‘높음, 중간, 낮음’으로 설정한 경우 제1 키워드에 대한 스와이프 입력에 따라 측정된 궤적의 길이 제1 길이 미만이면 사용자 단말(200)은 제1 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘낮음’으로 판단할 수 있다. 측정된 궤적의 길이가 제1 길이 이상 제2 길이 미만인 경우 사용자 단말(200)은 제1 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘중간’으로 판단할 수 있다. 측정된 궤적의 길이가 제2 길이 이상인 경우 제3 길이 미만 또는 제3 길이 이상인 경우 사용자 단말(200)은 제1 키워드에 대한 사용자의 관심도를 ‘높음’으로 판단할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서 사용자 인터페이스(700)는 도 9를 참조하면 “좋아하는 음식은 무엇입니까?”와 같이 특정 주제(예: 음식)에 관하여 사용자의 취향을 확인하기 위한 제3 질문을 나타내는 텍스트(900), 제3 질문에 대한 서술형 응답을 입력하기 위한 입력 영역(910) 및 입력된 서술형 응답을 저장 또는 관리 장치(100)로 전달하기 위한 기능에 대응하는 버튼(예: 응답하기 버튼)(920)을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자로부터 입력 영역(910)을 통해 '짬뽕'과 같은 텍스트가 입력되고, 버튼(920)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 입력된 텍스트를 포함하는 제1 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다.

다양한 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 단말(200)은 관리 장치(100)로부터 콘텐트가 수신되면 수신된 콘텐트를 나타내는 사용자 인터페이스를 표시할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 수신된 콘텐트가 자동차에 관련된 설문 조사 데이터인 경우 사용자 단말(200)은 도 11과 같이 자동차에 관련된 설문 조사를 진행할지 여부를 사용자에게 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1100)를 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스(1100)는 “자동차에 대한 설문 조사를 시작하시겠습니까?”와 같이 사용자에게 설문 조사 진행 여부를 질의하기 위한 텍스트(1110), 설문 조사를 시작하기 위한 제1 아이콘(예: 네)(1120) 및 설문 조사를 취소하기 위한 제2 아이콘(예: 아니오)(1130)을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제1 아이콘(1120)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 도 12와 같이 설문 조사를 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1200)를 표시할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에서 사용자 단말(200)은 잠금 화면(500)을 해지하고, 설문 조사를 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1200)를 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스(1200)는 자동차 설문조사를 참여할 경우 지급될 수 있는 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 나타내는 텍스트, 예상 소요 시간을 나타내는 텍스트, 자동차 설문조사를 위한 설문 문항과 설문 문항에 따른 둘 이상의 선택형 응답 등을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 도 11의 제2 아이콘(1130)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 잠금 화면(500)에 표시된, 자동차에 관련된 설문 조사를 진행할지 여부를 사용자에게 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1100)를 삭제할 수 있다.
수신된 콘텐트가 자동차에 관련된 광고 데이터인 경우 사용자 단말(200)은 도 13과 같이 자동차에 관련된 광고를 시청할지 여부를 사용자에게 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1300)를 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스(1300)는 “자동차에 대한 광고를 시청하시겠습니까?”와 같이 사용자에게 광고 시청 여부를 질의하기 위한 텍스트(1310), 광고 시청을 시작하기 위한 제1 아이콘(예: 네)(1320) 및 광고 시청을 취소하기 위한 제2 아이콘(예: 아니오)(1330)을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제1 아이콘(1320)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 도 14와 같이 광고 시청을 위한 광고 표시창(1400)을 잠금 화면(500)의 일부 영역에 중첩되도록 표시할 수 있다. 상기 광고 표시창(1400)은 광고를 표시하는 영역, 광고를 재생하기 위한 재생 버튼, 광고 재생 시간을 나타내는 바(bar) 및 텍스트 등을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 도 13의 제2 아이콘(1320)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 잠금 화면(500)에 표시된, 자동차에 관련된 광고를 시청할지 여부를 사용자에게 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1300)를 삭제할 수 있다.

다양한 실시예에서 사용자 단말(200)은 관리 장치(100)로부터 제1 응답 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 판단하기 위한 추가 질문 정보를 수신하고, 도 17과 같이 수신된 추가 질문에 대한 사용자의 응답 여부를 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(1700)를 잠금 화면(500)의 일부 영역에 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스(1700)는 “추가 질문에 응답하시겠습니까?”와 같이 사용자에게 추가 질문에 대한 응답 여부를 질의하기 위한 텍스트(1710), “응답시 500포인트가 추가 적립됩니다.”와 같이 추가 질문 응답 시 지급될 수 있는 보상 아이템에 대한 정보를 나타내는 텍스트(1720), 추가 질문에 응답하기 위한 제1 아이콘(예: 네)(1730) 및 추가 질문에 대한 응답을 취소하기 위한 제2 아이콘(예: 1740)을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제1 아이콘(1730)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 도 18과 같이 추가 질문 정보를 나타내는 사용자 인터페이스(1800)를 잠금 화면(500)의 일부 영역에 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스(1800)는 “자동차를 구입하시겠습니까?”와 같이 제1 질문 정보와 동일하거나 유사한 제4 질문을 나타내는 텍스트(1810), 제4 질문에 대한 긍정 응답(예: 네)을 선택하기 위한 제1 아이콘(1820) 및 제4 질문에 대한 부정 응답(예: 아니오)을 선택하기 위한 제2 아이콘(1830)을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제1 아이콘(1820)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 긍정 응답을 포함하는 추가 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 제2 아이콘(1830)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 부정 응답을 포함하는 추가 응답 정보를 관리 장치(100)로 전달할 수 있다.
사용자로부터 도 17의 제2 아이콘(1740)을 선택하기 위한 입력이 수신되면 사용자 단말(200)은 잠금 표시 화면에 표시된 추가 질문에 대한 사용자의 응답 여부를 질의하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스(170)를 삭제할 수 있다.
상기에서 설명한 아이콘 또는 버튼 중 적어도 일부는 잠금 화면을 해제하기 위한 기능에 대응되어, 해당 아이콘 또는 버튼을 선택하기 위한 사용자의 입력에 따라 잠금 화면이 해제될 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 사용자에게 대상 사용자 분류를 위한 질문 정보를 제공하고 질문 정보에 대한 응답 정보에 기반하여 사용자를 대상 사용자로 분류함으로써, 사용자가 특정 콘텐트를 제공하기 적합한 대상 사용자인지를 판단하기 위해 사용되는 시간 및 비용 등을 줄일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해당 사용자의 누적된 응답 정보를 통해 사용자가 필요로 하는 콘텐트를 탐색하는 시간 및 비용까지 줄여줄 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자 단말의 잠금 화면의 일부 영역에 질문 정보를 표시함으로써, 사용자가 질문을 손쉽게 확인하고, 확인된 질문에 관하여 보다 편리하게 응답할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 장치 및 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다.
컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media) 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 또한 상술한 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 구조 등을 지정하는 신호를 전송하는 반송파를 포함하는 광 또는 금속선, 도파관 등의 전송 매체일 수도 있다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다.
상술한 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 더욱 상세하게 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 반드시 이러한 실시예로 국한되는 것은 아니고, 본 발명의 기술사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 그러므로, 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

  1. 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 수신된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 사용자를 분류하기 위한 제1 질문 정보를 결정하는 단계;
    상기 결정된 제1 질문 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로 전달하는 단계;
    상기 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 제1 질문 정보에 대한 응답으로 제1 응답 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 수신된 제1 응답 정보에 기반하여 상기 적어도 하나의 사용자를 기 설정된 제1 응답 카테고리에 따라 분류하는 단계; 및
    상기 분류된 적어도 하나의 사용자에 대한 정보를 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 대상 사용자를 분류하기 위한 방법
