本发明涉及汽车制造领域,特别是涉及一种适用不规则端面汽车配件的加工夹具。

目前,在汽车配件生产制造过程中,由于汽车配件端面不规则,因此传统的夹具很难一次直接将汽车配件夹紧固定住,在实际使用过程中往往需要多个调整装夹角度才能将汽车配件固定牢靠,可见,采用普通夹具夹紧端面不规则的汽车配件时比较麻烦,耗时较长,费时费力,实用性不强。针对上述情况,因此需要设计一种适用不规则端面汽车配件的加工夹具来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种适用不规则端面汽车配件的加工夹具。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种适用不规则端面汽车配件的加工夹具,包括底座,所述底座上端设置有安装圈,所述安装圈包括外安装圈、中安装圈和内安装圈,所述外安装圈、所述中安装圈和所述内安装圈上表面均固定安装有电动液压推杆,所述底座侧面设置有控制开关,所述底座内侧底面上设置有电池和步进电机,所述步进电机上端设置有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮侧面设置有齿圈。
其中,所述外安装圈滚动安装在所述底座上表面;所述中安装圈滚动安装在所述外安装圈内侧,所述内安装圈滚动安装在所述中安装圈内侧。
