在一些实施例中,该发热网15为管状结构,具体的,请参阅图3,图3为本实用新型实施例提供的发热网的结构示意图。该发热网15可以采用一根金属丝直接编织成网状管型结构,该管状的发热网15整体无接缝,整体性好。需要说明的是,该管状结构的发热网15也可以采用其他方式制成,比如:由矩形的片状网卷曲形成,在结合处采用焊接的方式成型,形成管状的发热网。再比如:直接在一金属管上开设通孔,形成管状的发热网。该管状的发热网15中部形成贯穿发热网15的收纳空间16,可以收纳导油棉。
在一些实施例中,该发热网15包括第一端151和第二端152,第一端151和第二端152分别位于所述发热网15的两个端部,且第一端151和第二端152位于收纳空间16的两个端部。
其中,所述第一端子11为圆环形结构,所述第一端子11环绕第一端151的周缘设置。该第一端子11和发热网15固定连接,具体的可以采用铆接或焊接的方式固定连接,比如直接采用焊接的方式将第一端子11焊接于发热网15的第一端151的位置处。需要说明的是,该第一端子的结构并不限于圆环形结构,比 如在其他一些实施例中,该第一端子为具有通孔的圆台结构或不规则结构等。
其中,第二端子12为圆环形结构,所述第而端子12环绕第二端152的周缘设置。该第二端子12和发热网15固定连接,具体的可以采用铆接或焊接的方式固定连接,比如直接采用焊接的方式将第二端子12焊接于发热网15的第二端152的位置处。需要说明的是,该第二端子的结构并不限于圆环形结构,比如在其他一些实施例中,该第二端子为具有通孔的圆台结构或不规则结构等。
在一些实施例中,第一端子11和第二端子12等大设置,第一端子11和第二端子12以发热网15为轴对称设置。
其中,第一电极13靠近发热网15的第一端151,具体的,第一电极13和第一端子11固定连接,比如采用焊接的方式固定连接。在一些实施例中,第一电极13连接于第一端子11的自由末端,并从第一端子11的自由末端的方向向外延伸的形成。需要说明的是,该第一电极13也可以设置于第一端子11的周缘。
在一些实施例中,该第一电极13为圆柱体结构,需要说明的是,该第一电极13也可以为其它结构。
其中,第二电极14和第二端子12固定连接,比如采用焊接的方式固定连接。在一些实施例中,第二端子14可以连接于第二端子12的自由末端。需要说明的是,该第二电极14也可以连接于第二端子12的周缘。
在一些实施例中,第二电极14从发热网的第二端152的位置延伸至发热网的第一端151的位置处。具体的,该第二电极14包括第一部141、第二部142和第三部143。
其中,该第三部143可以连接于第二端子12的自由末端,该第三部143也可以和第二端12焊接固定连接。
其中,该第二部142可以连接于第一部141和第三部143之间。在一些实施例中,该第二部142可以为弧形结构,具体为圆弧形结构。需要说明的是,该第二部142也可以采用其他结构,比如长条结构等。
其中,该第一部141从发热网的第二端152的位置延伸至发热网的第一端151的位置处,或者说第一部141从第二端子12的位置延伸至第一端子151 的位置处,并突出于第一端子151的自由末端。在一些实施例中,该第一部141可以为圆柱体结构,该第一部141的直径可以等于第一电极13的直径。
在一些实施例中,第一电极13和第二电极14分别位于发热网15周缘的不同侧。
以上为本实用新型实施例提供的发热网组件的一种结构,可以采用第一电极13电性连接阳极,第二电极14电性连接阴极,以实现通电,从而实现发热的目的。需要说明的是,该第一电极13也可以电性连接阴极,第二电极14电性连接阳极。
需要说明的是,本实用新型发热网组件的结构并不限于此,比如:请参阅图4,图4为本实用新型实施例提供的发热网组件的另一结构示意图。图4所示的发热网组件是在图2的基础上做出的改进,图4的发热网组件与图2的发热网组件的区别在于:该第二电极14仅包括第四部144和第五部145。
其中,第五部145和第二端子12固定连接,第五部145可以采用焊接的方式固定连接于第二端子12的自由末端,也可以固定连接于第二端子12的周缘。在一些实施例中,该第五部145为环形结构,进一步的,该第五部145为圆环形结构。
其中,第五部145和第四部144固定连接,第四部144和第五部145可以采用焊接的方式固定连接,也可以一体成型。该第四部144从发热网的第二端152的位置延伸至发热网的第一端151的位置处,或者说第四部144从第二端子12的位置延伸至第一端子151的位置处,并突出于第一端子151的自由末端。在一些实施例中,该第四部144可以为圆柱体结构,该第四部144的直径可以等于第一电极13的直径。
再比如:请参阅图5,图5为本实用新型实施例提供的发热网组件的另一结构示意图。图5所示的发热网组件是在图2的基础上做出的改进,图5的发热网组件与图2的发热网组件的区别在于:该第二电极14仅包括第六部146和第七部147。
其中,第七部147和第二端子12固定连接,第七部147可以采用焊接的方式固定连接于第七部147的周缘。在一些实施例中,该第七部147为圆柱体结构。
其中,第六部146和第七部147固定连接,第六部146和第七部147可以采用焊接的方式固定连接,也可以一体成型。该第六部146从发热网的第二端152的位置延伸至发热网的第一端151的位置处,或者说第六部146从第二端子12的位置延伸至第一端子151的位置处,并突出于第一端子151的自由末端。在一些实施例中,该第四部144可以为圆柱体结构,该第四部144的直径可以等于第一电极13的直径。
其中,导油棉在图1中未示出,该导油棉可以参阅现有技术中的结构,在此不再赘述。
其中,壳体30可以参阅现有技术中的结构,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图6,图6为本实用新型实施例提供的电子烟的另一结构示意图。该电子烟2包括壳体30、发热网组件20和导油棉。
请参阅图7,图7为本实用新型实施例提供的电子烟的另一结构示意图。该发热网组件20可以包括发热网25、第一端子21、第二端子22、第一电极23和第二电极24。
请参阅图8,图8为本实用新型实施例提供的发热网的另一结构示意图。该发热网25为网状结构,且该发热网25可以为片状结构,比如矩形结构。其中,发热网25的材质以及发热网25的网孔结构可以参阅以上内容,在此不再赘述。
其中,该发热网25包括第一端251和第二端252,第一端251和第二端252分别位于发热网25的两端的端部位置。
其中,第一端子21固定连接于第一端251的位置处,可以采用焊接或铆接的方式固定连接。在一些实施例中,第一端子21可以为圆柱体结构。
其中,第二端子22固定连接于第二端252的位置处,可以采用焊接或铆接的方式固定连接。在一些实施例中,第二端子22可以为圆柱体结构。该第一端子21的直径可以和第二端子22的直径相同,第一端子21可以和第二端子22等大设置,且第一端子21和第二端子22可以以发热网25为轴对称设置。
其中,第一电极23固定连接于第一端子21上,在一些实施例中,第一电极23可以采用焊接的方式固定连接于第一端子21的一端的端部。在一些实施例中,该第一电极23可以为圆柱体结构,该第一电极23的直径可以小于第一端子21 的直径。
其中,第二电极24固定连接于第二端子22上,在一些实施例中,第二电极24可以采用焊接的方式固定连接于第二端子22的一端的端部。该第二电极24可以为圆柱体结构,该第二电极24的直径可以小于第二端子22的直径。该第一电极23和第二电极24的直接可以相同,第一电极23和第二电极24可以以发热网25为轴对称设置。在一些实施例中,该第一电极23和第二电极24位于发热网25的同一侧。
其中,导油棉在图6中未示出,该导油棉可以参阅现有技术中的结构,在此不再赘述。
其中,壳体30可以参阅现有技术中的结构,在此不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种发热网组件,用于电子烟中,其特征在于,包括:
    发热网,所述发热网为采用耐高温材料制成的网状结构;
    第一端子,与所述发热网的第一端固定连接;
    第二端子,与所述发热网的第二端固定连接;
    第一电极,与所述第一端子连接;
    第二电极,与所述第二端子连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述发热网为管状结构,所述发热网组件包括由所述发热网围成的收纳空间,所述收纳空间贯穿所述发热网。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述发热网由一根金属丝编织而成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述发热网由矩形片状网卷成管状,侧面合缝处采用焊接的方式接合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一端子为圆环形结构,所述第一端子环绕所述发热网的第一端的周缘设置,所述第二端子为圆环形结构,所述第二端子环绕所述第二端子的周缘设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极靠近所述发热网的第一端,所述第二电极从所述发热网的第二端延伸至所述发热网的第一端位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极连接于所述第一端子的自由末端,所述第二电极连接于所述第二端子的自由末端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第二电极包括第一部、第二部和第三部,所述第三部连接于所述第二端子的自由末端,所述第二部连接于所述第一部和所述第三部之间,所述第一部从所述发热网的第二端延伸至所述发热网的第一端位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第二部为弧形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第二电极包括相互固定连接的第四部和第五部,所述第五部连接于所述第二端子的自由末端,所述第四部从所述发热网的第二端延伸至所述发热网的第一端位置。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极连接于所述第一端子的自由末端,所述第二电极连接于所述第二端子的周缘。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第二电极包括相互固定连接的第六部和第七部,所述第七部连接于所述第二端子的周缘,所述第六部从所述发热网的第二端延伸至所述发热网的第一端位置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述发热网为片状结构。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一端子为圆柱体结构,所述第二端子为圆柱体结构。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极为圆柱体结构,所述第二电极为圆柱体结构。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极设置于所述第一端子的一端的端部,且所述第一电极的直径小于所述第一端子的直径;所述第二电极设置于所述第二端子的一端的端部,且所述第二电极的直径小于所述第二端子的直径。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16的任一项所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一端子和所述第二端子的直径相同。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述第一端子和所述第二端子以所述发热网为轴对称设置。
  19. 根据权利要求1至19中任一项所述的发热网组件,其特征在于,所述发热网的材质为不锈钢、Fe-Cr-Al合金和Ni-Cr合金中的一种。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括壳体和设置于所述壳体内的发热网组件,所述发热组件为如权利要求1至19中任一项所述的发热网组件。
