본 발명은 다양하고 신규한 퓨코실 올리고당의 제조법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 GDP-L-퓨코오스 도너와 다양한 당 수용체를 사용하여 알파-1,2-퓨코실트랜스퍼레이즈와의 효소 반응을 통해 다양하고 신규한 퓨코실 올리고당을 제조하고 이들의 프로바이오틱 특성을 규명하여 의학, 식품, 화장품 등의 소재로서의 용도를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
