Abstract

본 발명은, 페놀 제조공정의 부산물을 반응기와 증류탑이 일체된 타입의 반응증류탑을 이용하여 분해하는 공정에 있어서, 아세토페논을 반응증류탑의 저부로 회수되는 타르와 함께 혼합하여 이송시킴으로써 타르의 점도를 저하시켜 상온에서의 이송이 가능하고, 0.5 ~ 3 bar에서 운전이 가능하기 때문에 높은 압력으로 가압하여 아세토페논을 분리하는 방법에 비해 반응증류탑의 운전온도가 낮아 반응에 필요한 히터의 운전비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 반응증류탑에서 총 단수의 25 ~ 90 % 위치에서 별도로 아세토페논을 회수함으로써 유효성분의 회수율이 향상될 수 있다.
