本发明涉及汽车装配技术领域,具体领域为一种汽车涂装生产线。
背景技术
汽车涂装工艺,一般可分为两大部分:一是涂装前金属的表面处理,也叫前处理技术;二是涂装的施工工艺。表面处理主要包括清除工件表面的油污、尘土、锈蚀、以及进行修补作业时旧涂料层的清除等,以改善工件的表面状态。包括根据各种具体情况对工件表面进行机械加工和化学处理,如磷化、氧化和钝化处理。传统的汽车部件的涂装工艺由于采用比较原始的手工喷涂方式而存在着很多的缺点,生产线中输送机构输送不稳定,导致生产效率低,自动化程度不高,喷涂过程不能实现连续化生产,工人劳动强度大,对不同种类的汽车部件前处理时间、喷涂时间以及干燥时间各有不同,而固定输送机构的运行速度及停留时间不能适应对不同种类汽车部件的喷涂操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车涂装生产线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

  1. 一种汽车涂装生产线,包括上下件工作台(1)、前处理间(2)、涂装间(3)、烘干间(4)、电控设备(5)和输送机构(6),所述上下件工作台(1)、前处理间(2)、涂装间(3)和烘干间(4)之间依次通过输送机构(6)连接,所述输送机构(6)与电控设备(5)之间电性连接,其特征在于:所述输送机构(6)包括轨道(61)和行走车体(62),所述轨道(61)为对称设置,所述轨道(61)的下端等距离均匀设有支撑杆(63),所述轨道(61)与支撑杆(63)之间设有侧支杆(64),所述轨道(61)的上端设有行走轮槽(65),所述行走车体(62)的下部贯穿转动安装有转轴(66),所述转轴(66)的两端对称设有行走轮(67),所述行走轮(67)与行走轮槽(65)贴合,所述行走车体(62)的内部设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端通过皮带与转轴(66)连接,所述行走车体(62)的左右两侧壁对称设有平衡块(68),所述平衡块(68)上贯穿转动安装有平衡轴(69),所述平衡轴(69)的两端对称设有平衡轮(610),所述行走车体(62)的下端中部设有拉杆(611),所述拉杆(611)的下端设有电葫芦挂具机构(612),所述行走车体(62)的上端设有控制器(613),所述控制器(613)通过电导体分别连接驱动电机、电葫芦挂具机构(612)和外接电源,所述控制器(613)的内部设有单片机,所述单片机包括控制模块,所述控制模块通过电导体分别连接供电模块、继电器模块和信息处理模块和计时器模块,所述继电器模块通过电导体分别连接停止模块、行走模块和减速模块,所述信息处理模块通过电导体分别连接RFID信息识别模块和无线信息接收模块,所述上下件工作台(1)、前处理间(2)、涂装间(3)和烘干间(4)的内部分别设有RFID电子标签,所述电控设备(5)上设有无线信息发射装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述转轴(66)与行走车体(62)之间以及平衡轴(69)与平衡块(68)之间均通过轴承连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述平衡块(68)为三角形块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述驱动电机为伺服电机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述停止模块、行走模块和减速模块均与驱动电机电性连接。
