很多人出门遇到突然下雨,然后又不得不在某一个地点等候雨停,然后才能离开。然后有些路段车辆无法流通,遇到雨天用户一旦没有共享伞,则更只能找地方躲雨,这使得人们浪费了很多躲雨等待的时间。共享伞及计程车如何有效地结合,如何有效地为人们服务,成为一个未来亟待解决的问题。同时,将共享伞与计程车有效结合的新模式,怎样让其产生效益也成为一个需要解决的问题。
技术解决方案
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种基于计程车的共享伞租借计费方法,利用了计程车的机动性及自主移动性,将共享伞设置在计程车上,当用户遇到紧急情况需要用到共享伞时,可以通过手机呼叫计程车进行送伞。这样,一方面可以利用计程车的机动性将伞送到一些不方便的地方;另一方面增加计程车司机的收入。

有益效果
相较于现有技术,本发明操作简单,通过在计程车上设置有共享伞,利用计程车的机动性及可随需要进行送伞的特点,让用户通过移动终端获取预设地理位置范围内拥有所述共享伞的所述计程车的位置信息;就可以通知周围的计程车送共享伞。在下雨天比较不方便的情况下,可以让计程车及时送伞,解决人们生活不便的问题,也可以增加计程车司机的收入。

如图1所示,本实施例中的方法包括步骤:
S101:在计程车设置计程车ID、锁紧装置及共享伞;在共享伞上设置共享伞ID及包含共享伞ID的第一二维码;计程车ID与共享伞ID匹配绑定时,锁紧装置锁紧共享伞。
当前国内私家车的数量庞大,有一部分车加入计程车的行列。利用计程车的普遍性及机动性,可以在上面设置与计程车有信息匹配的共享伞。这样就可以利用打车的服务给需要用共享伞的用户进行送伞服务。在计程车上设置共享伞时:在计程车上设有一锁紧装置,用于锁紧共享伞;锁紧装置设有锁紧ID(为了方便应用,此处的计程车ID与锁紧ID相同,)共享伞设有共享伞ID;共享伞锁紧于锁紧装置时,计程车ID(锁紧ID)与共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;这样,所有拥有相同类型的锁紧装置的计程车就可以让共享伞进行借还。目前获取共享伞或锁紧装置的ID的方式主要还是通过感应或者二维码来获得。而感应的方式相对简单,只需要在解锁装置或者共享伞上设置对应的感应设备,即可实现。二维码的设置方式则主要有两种方式:第一、将第一二维码设置在共享伞上,该第一二维码包括了共享伞ID的信息,即是每一把伞对应一个共享伞ID。在租借共享伞时,用户通过第一移动终端扫描该二维码,获取共享伞ID,同时向服务器发出解锁请求,服务器获取到共享伞ID搜索到对应匹配的锁紧ID(或计程车ID)对应的锁紧装置,并发出解锁指令。第二、将二维码设置在解锁装置上,该二维码包括锁紧ID(即是每一个解锁装置对应一个第一ID)。在租借共享伞时,用户通过移动终端扫描该二维码,获取锁紧ID,同时向服务器发出解锁请求,服务器获取到共享伞ID搜索到对应匹配的锁紧ID对应的锁紧装置,并发出解锁指令。此处的锁紧装置是一方面为了能固定雨伞不让其随意乱放保持计程车内的整洁,另一方面可以防止被人随意拿走,便于管理。作为一个更简单的实施方式,可以直接在计程车内设置共享伞ID及包含共享伞ID的第一二维码;而其通过计程车ID与共享伞ID匹配绑定即可。使用时,用户只要扫描第一二维码,就可以借共享雨伞。
S102:第一用户扫描第一二维码解析获取共享伞ID;第一用户对应的第一ID与共享伞ID匹配绑定、所述计程车ID与所述共享伞ID解除绑定;并让锁紧装置对共享伞进行解锁;标记所述第一用户借取所述共享伞,对第一用户进行借伞计费。
第一用户使用第一移动终端扫描所述共享伞上的第一二维码后解析获取共享伞ID,然后将对应的信息上传到服务器,服务器通过数据库的比对,将所述计程车ID与所述共享伞ID解除绑定,然后将第一移动终端对应的第一ID所述共享伞ID匹配绑定,以此来标记用户从对应的计程车借了共享伞。作为计程车上有安装紧锁装置的例子。第一用户使用移动终端扫描所述共享伞上的第一二维码后解析获取共享伞ID后,获取所述共享伞ID并服务器则通知锁紧ID(计程车ID)对应的所述锁紧装置进行解锁。当解锁后,第一用户对应的第一ID会自动与共享伞ID进行匹配,以此来标记用户借了共享伞。由于用户借伞后归还需要特意去找计程车还,导致有时候一些急需用伞的用户无伞可用,而另一些用户则没有想还伞却要走较远的路程。为了解决不同用户因为用伞需求带来的不必要麻烦,本发明还采用了下来的方法:当第一用户扫描所述共享伞上的二维码时,第一用户对应的第一ID与共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;即第一用户通过计程车借了共享伞,他对应的第一ID此时与共享伞对应的共享伞ID匹配绑定,而锁紧ID(或计程车ID)此时则与共享伞ID解除匹配绑定。由于第一用户用完伞后准备归还或者不想走路想找其他人帮他还伞的时候,他可以利用第一ID生成第二二维码;然后让需要借伞的第二用户进行扫描。若第二用户扫描了该第二二维码;则解除第一ID与共享伞ID进行匹配绑定,将第二用户对应的第二ID与共享伞ID进行匹配绑定。这个时候,借伞的情况则由第一用户转到第二用户那边,这样计费的方式也因用户的不同而进行不同计费。同时也是一个更快还伞的方式,因为大部分时候,一个用户刚用完伞就想还伞,而刚好有另外的用户则要用伞。可以利用第一用户还伞让第二用户借伞来同时解决两个用户的需求问题,同时节约借还伞的成本。在本发明的实施例子中,第一用户使用第一移动终端,第二用户使用第二移动终端。
作为较好的实施例子,作为较好的实施例子,在计程车接受请求时,上传计程车的计程车位置, 第一移动终端发出用伞请求并上传第一地理位置;根据计程车位置及第一地理位置生成第一送伞路径,根据第一送伞路径进行计费。当用户遇到一些特殊情况需要用伞时(比如突然下雨,或者热天出门忘记带伞),可以通过手机获取预设地理位置范围内拥有共享伞的计程车,并向计程车提出送伞请求。此时,系统自动匹配给计程车司机,这样就可以利用计程车时间空闲的时间,给有需要的用户送伞。由于借伞的人是有偿借伞,送伞的司机可以从用户支付的用伞费用里面进行分成,这样既可以解决当前用户用伞的问题,又可以增加计程车及共享伞租赁公司的收益。现实中,由于下雨天临时要用伞的人可能非常多,所以可能需要计程车从更远的地方送过来,这里需要设置一个路程范围,使得计程车时间不需要花费过多的成本。因而,当共享伞不在第一预设地理位置范围内且有需要用户通过移动终端发出请求送伞指令时,计程车启动计费模式,此时可以根据计程车与用户的路程进行计费,并显示给用户进行选择;用户选择后通过移动终端发送用伞请求。当然可以根据系统自动筛选,以路程的远近为优先级(越近优先级越高),为用户进行自动匹配。
由于还伞到回到计程车上需要专门呼叫计程车来进行归还,势必会产生一些不必要的成本。而现实生活中共享单车在很多大街小巷都可以寻找到。在共享单车上设置锁紧装置,共享伞就可以通过锁紧装置进行锁紧,用户则可以通过共享单车进行还伞(这里的用户包含第一用户及第二用户)。与在计程车上的锁紧装置相似,共享单车上的锁紧装置设有锁紧ID、共享伞设有共享伞ID;共享伞锁紧于共享单车锁紧装置时,锁紧ID与所述共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;标记用户还伞成功并结束计费。这样,所有拥有相同类型的锁紧装置的单车就可以让共享伞进行借还。这里的匹配绑定主要是用户拿着共享伞到在共享单车上进行还,锁紧ID与所述共享伞ID可以是人为上传匹配绑定(如用户手机点击);也可以是通过感应或与服务器通讯的自动匹配绑定。
作为一个更好的实施例子,计程车可以不断获取第二预设地理位置范围内拥有共享伞的共享单车的数量;当数量大于预设阈值时,通知计程车到所述第二预设地理位置范围内取伞。由于大部分人都以方便为原则,所以必定会有一些单车会非常集中在某些人流较多的地方,很多共享伞也会跟着这些单车一起。由于还伞在单车的人较多,会导致计程车内没有共享伞可用,计程车司机需要去伞较多的地方补充共享伞,才可以不断地利用计程车将共享伞送到更合适的位置。
另外,一部计程车可以同时装若干把伞,可以给若干个用户送伞。计程车ID可以与若干共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;当计程车上共享伞数量大于或等于二时,接收到第一用户和第二用户发出用伞请求及分别上传的第一地理位置、第二地理位置;计程车将当前地理位置设为起点;分别以所述第一地理位置及所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第一送伞路径及第二送伞路径;当所述第一送伞路径与所述第二送伞在同一路径时,按照路程比例分别对第一移动终端及第二移动终端进行计费。但是,由于用户之间的距离可能会比较远,为了避免用户等待过久;需要设置一个时间阈值,让用户不用等待过久。当第一送伞路径与第二送伞路径的不在同一路径,计算计程车给第一用户及第二用户送伞的送伞总时间;当送伞总时间大于预设时间阈值(此处的预设时间阈值是个经验值,可以设置为30分钟),这里可以分成两种情况:一种是找不到其他计程车送的情况,那可以取消给第二用户送伞;并重新给第二用户指派新的有雨伞的计程车送伞。另一种是:通过获取所述第一送伞路径的预设范围内没有共享伞的计程车,将其设置为可拼送伞计程车并进行雨伞交接(即在第一送伞路径中寻找第二计程车,将对应的雨伞及第二地理位置转给第二计程车,由第二计程车进行对第二用户进行雨伞派送);然后将可拼送伞计程车当前地理位置设为拼送伞起点;以第二地理位置为终点,生成第二拼送伞路径并根据路程进行计费。
同样的,第三用户及第四用户发出伞请求及分别上传的第三地理位置、第四地理位置,也可以进行拼送伞处理,以此类推。这样一部计程车就可以给多个用户送伞。本发明实施例中,第一用户使用第一移动终端,第二用户使用第二移动终端,以此类推。
图2中示出了本发明的一种基于计程车的共享伞租借计费系统实施例的结构示意图。

该第一移动终端通过所述第一ID生成第二二维码;当检测到第二移动终端扫描所述第二二维码时,所述第二移动终端对应的第二ID与所述共享伞ID进行匹配;所述服务器标记所述第二用户借取所述共享伞,结束第一移动终端的用伞计费,开启第二移动终端的用伞计费。
计程车ID可以与若干所述共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;当计程车上共享伞数量大于或等于二时,接收到第一移动终端和第二移动终端发出用伞请求及分别上传的第一地理位置、第二地理位置;所述计程车将当前地理位置设为起点;分别以所述第一地理位置及所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第一送伞路径及第二送伞路径;当所述第一送伞路径与所述第二送伞在同一路径时,按照路程比例分别对第一移动终端及第二移动终端进行计费。
当第一送伞路径与第二送伞路径的不在同一路径,计算计程车给第一用户及第二用户送伞的送伞总时间;当送伞总时间大于预设时间阈值,获取所述第一送伞路径的预设范围内没有共享伞的计程车,将其设置为可拼送伞计程车;将所述可拼送伞计程车当前地理位置设为拼送伞起点;以所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第二拼送伞路径并根据路程进行计费。
同时,计程车上还可以设有一锁紧模块,锁紧模块用于锁紧共享伞;锁紧模块设有锁紧ID、共享伞设有共享伞ID;共享伞锁紧于锁紧模块时,第一ID与所述共享伞ID进行匹配;开锁时,使用移动终端扫描所述共享伞上的二维码,获取共享伞ID并通知所述第一ID对应的锁紧模块进行解锁。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的共享伞租借计费方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户借取所述共享伞前,所述计程车上传计程车位置,第一用户发出用伞请求并上传第一地理位置;所述计程车根据所述计程车位置及所述第一地理位置生成第一送伞路径,并根据所述的第一送伞路径进行送伞计费。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的共享伞租借计费方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户通过所述第一ID生成第二二维码;当检测到第二用户扫描所述第二二维码时,所述第二用户对应的第二ID与所述共享伞ID进行匹配;所述第二用户借取所述共享伞,结束第一用户的用伞计费,开启第二用户的用伞计费。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的共享伞租借计费方法,其特征在于,所述计程车ID可以与若干所述共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;当计程车上共享伞数量大于或等于二时,接收到第一用户和第二用户发出用伞请求及分别上传的第一地理位置、第二地理位置;计程车将当前地理位置设为起点;分别以所述第一地理位置及所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第一送伞路径及第二送伞路径;当所述第一送伞路径与所述第二送伞在同一路径时,按照路程比例分别对第一用户及第二用户进行计费。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的共享伞租借计费方法,其特征在于,当第一送伞路径与第二送伞路径的不在同一路径,计算计程车给第一用户及第二用户送伞的送伞总时间;当送伞总时间大于预设时间阈值,获取所述第一送伞路径的预设范围内没有共享伞的计程车,将其设置为可拼送伞计程车并进行雨伞交接;将所述可拼送伞计程车当前地理位置设为拼送伞起点;以所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第二拼送伞路径并根据路程进行计费。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的共享伞租借计费方法,其特征在于,获取第二预设地理位置范围内拥有所述共享伞的所述共享单车的数量;当所述数量大于预设阈值时,通知计程车到所述第二预设地理位置范围内取伞。
  7. 一种基于计程车的共享伞租借计费系统,其特征在于,包括:信号连接的计程车、共享伞、第一移动终端及服务器,在所述计程车设置计程车ID、锁紧装置及共享伞;在所述共享伞上设置共享伞ID及包含共享伞ID的第一二维码;所述计程车ID与所述共享伞ID匹配绑定,所述锁紧装置锁紧所述共享伞;所述第一移动终端用于扫描所述第一二维码解析获取共享伞ID,并将所述共享伞ID转发给所述服务器;所述服务器用于根据所述共享伞ID将所述第一移动终端对应的第一ID所述共享伞ID匹配绑定,并解除所述计程车ID与所述共享伞ID的绑定,让所述锁紧装置对所述共享伞进行解锁;标定所述第一移动终端借取所述共享伞,并对所述第一移动终端进行借伞计费。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的共享伞租借计费系统,其特征在于,所述第一移动终端通过所述第一ID生成第二二维码;当检测到第二移动终端扫描所述第二二维码时,所述第二移动终端对应的第二ID与所述共享伞ID进行匹配;所述服务器标记所述第二移动终端借取所述共享伞,结束第一移动终端的用伞计费,开启第二移动终端的用伞计费。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的共享伞租借计费系统,其特征在于,所述计程车ID可以与若干所述共享伞ID进行匹配绑定;当计程车上共享伞数量大于或等于二时,接收到第一移动终端和第二移动终端发出用伞请求及分别上传的第一地理位置、第二地理位置;所述计程车将当前地理位置设为起点;分别以所述第一地理位置及所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第一送伞路径及第二送伞路径;当所述第一送伞路径与所述第二送伞在同一路径时,按照路程比例分别对第一移动终端及第二移动终端进行计费。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的共享伞租借计费系统,其特征在于,当第一送伞路径与第二送伞路径的不在同一路径,计算计程车给第一移动终端及第二移动终端送伞的送伞总时间;当送伞总时间大于预设时间阈值,获取所述第一送伞路径的预设范围内没有共享伞的计程车,将其设置为可拼送伞计程车并进行雨伞交接;将所述可拼送伞计程车当前地理位置设为拼送伞起点;以所述第二地理位置为终点,生成第二拼送伞路径并根据路程进行计费。
