Description

连接件及使用该连接件的框架结构 技术领域
本发明公开了一种连接件及使用该连接件的框架结构。
背景技术
框架结构中,经常需要对不同构件进行连接。常规的方式是焊接或通过螺钉连接,不仅费时费力,且不便于反复拆装。
公开号为CN 206017376U中国实用新型专利公开了一种快速安装结构,包括插座、插销和插销座,所述的插座上设有插槽,所述的插槽上设有可缩入插槽内壁的卡块;所述插销的一端设有与卡块一一对应的卡槽,所述的插销通过卡块和卡槽进行卡接。在安装时,将插座和插销座分别连接在不同的需要连接的构件上,然后将插销插入插座,完成两个构件的快速连接;在需要拆卸时,只需要对两个连接的构件施加一个反向的拉力即可将插销从插座中退出,安装和拆卸都很方便。另外,插销的尾端可以在插销座内滑动,并在插销和插座之间设有卡紧装置,被连接的两个构件之间的间距可以在一定范围内调节,安装时对框架结构生产精度的调节能力很好。
但上述技术方案还存在以下问题:
1.为了给卡块结构的活动留出足够的空间,插槽上卡槽的尺寸会略大于卡块结构,也就是说在连接状态下,卡槽侧壁与卡块之间会有一定的间隙。间隙的存在不仅造成两个被连接构件之间发生微量的相对运动,严重影响卡块结构的使用性能;而且当突然在被连接构件上施加载荷或载荷方向发生变化时,卡块会受到冲击载荷的作用,卡块结构容易受到损坏。
2.为了提高插座与插销的连接可靠性,插槽远离滑块一端侧面的倾斜角度通常较小,在拆卸时需要给被连接构件一个较大的拉力才能将插销与插座分离。在连接件使用一段时间之后,很可能会出现卡块结构锈蚀,进一步影响连接件的拆卸。
3.连接状态下,两个构件之间的载荷完全由卡块承担,很容易造成卡块结构的损坏。一旦卡块结构断裂,连接件的连接也随即断开,影响使用性能。
4.为了实现在较大范围内的间距调节,插销的长度会设置的比较长,相应的插销座的长度也较长,连接件整体的尺寸较大,不利于安装。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接件及使用该连接件的框架结构,不仅实现了快速拆装,而且具有连接可靠,拆装方便,使用寿命长的优点。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种连接件,至少包括:
插座,包括连接端,所述插座上设有自连接端的端面沿插座长度方向延伸的插槽;
插销,包括与插槽相适应的插销本体,所述插销本体的前端设有至少两个涨紧臂,所述插销本体内部设有沿长度方向贯穿插销本体的涨紧通道;
涨紧销,所述涨紧销包括与涨紧通道相匹配的涨紧销本体,所述涨紧销本体的前端设有与涨紧臂相互作用的作用端,所述插座和插销通过作用端撑开涨紧臂产生的涨紧力紧固连接。
所述插销本体以在自然状态下可在插槽内沿插槽长度方向自由运动为标准;连接状态下,所述的涨紧臂插入插槽内,所述涨紧销的作用端从涨紧销通道插入并将涨紧臂向插槽内壁方向撑开,最终涨紧臂与插槽内壁接触,并通过涨紧臂和插槽内壁之间作用力实现紧固连接。
在需要拆卸时,只需要在涨紧销的远离作用端的操作端施加一个反向的作用力,即可将涨紧销从插槽内拔出。涨紧销作用在涨紧臂上的涨紧力消失,涨紧臂复位,与插槽内壁分离,涨紧臂即可从插槽内移出,完成拆卸操作。
该连接件实现了两个待连接件之间的快速安装和拆卸,并且具有一定的间隙调节能力,适应能力很好。
有益效果
在实现快速拆装的基础上,相对于现有技术,本申请还具有以下有益效果:
1.在间隙调整和最后涨紧销插入锁紧,以及拔出涨紧销进行拆卸的过程中,均不需要借助工具,安装人员手工即可完成,操作简单,使用方便。
2.正常使用过程中,载荷由插座和涨紧臂之间的摩擦力承受,一旦发生突发状况,例如载荷突然增大,涨紧臂与插销本体之间发生断裂。而在本申请中,可以将涨紧销的操作端尺寸设置的较大,并在连接状态下抵住插销,防止被连接件之间突然分离,以此来提高连接的安全性。
3.与背景技术中的快速拆装结构相比,涨紧臂与插槽之间不存在连接间隙,即使载荷突然换向,也不会产生冲击载荷。而且在连接状态下,插座和涨紧臂之间相对静止,不会产生晃动,结构的稳定性更好。
4.本申请连接件通过插销本体插入插槽的长度实现两个待连接件之间的间隙调节,与背景技术中的快速拆装结构相比,没有设置插销座,连接件整体的长度大大降低,便于连接件的安装和使用。
作为优选,所述涨紧臂上与插槽内壁对应的表面设有卡齿,所述插槽的侧壁设有与卡齿对应的限位齿;连接状态下,所述的卡齿与限位齿啮合。涨紧臂和插槽通过卡齿的啮合进行连接,除了摩擦力,卡齿与限位齿之间的相互作用力也可以共同承担载荷,连接的可靠性更好。
作为优选,所述的插槽呈圆柱形,所述的涨紧臂呈环形均匀分布。
作为优选,所述插槽的横截面呈矩形,多个涨紧臂中的至少一对呈相对分布。
作为优选,所述作用端的端部设有第一限位块,所述第一限位块远离作用端的侧面设有倒角。在安装完成之后,第一限位块穿过涨紧销通道并抵住涨紧臂,防止涨紧销从涨紧销通道中退回,提高连接的可靠性。
作为优选,所述的涨紧臂包括连接块,所述连接块内侧靠近插销本体一端设有过渡斜面;所述的涨紧销上设有与过渡斜面对应并压紧过渡斜面的第二限位块。第二限位块用于压紧过渡斜面,防止涨紧臂在靠近插销本体一侧向下凹陷,与插槽内壁之间分离,确保涨紧臂与插槽侧壁之间有足够的接触面积,提高连接的可靠性。
作为优选,所述的第一限位块和第二限位块之间形成与连接块对应的限位槽,所述的限位槽内设有若干用于压紧连接块的凸块,所述凸块的最高点低于第一限位块和第二限位块的最高点。凸块的设置能确保插槽与涨紧销对连接块的压紧力稳定可靠,进一步提高连接的可靠性。
一种框架结构,包括型材一、型材二和如上所述的连接件;所述的插座与型材一可拆连接,所述插销与型材二可拆连接,所述的型材一与型材二通过连接件进行连接。
连接件实现了待连接型材之间的快速连接和拆卸,在使用时,可以在安装现场直接快速连接,安装灵活性更好,而且大大降低了储存和运输的成本
作为优选,所述的型材二包括横梁和侧梁,所述的横梁和侧梁可拆连接连接。
作为优选,所述的插销与侧梁连接,所述的插销还包括安装部,所述安装部上设有与预设孔,所述的横梁通过三合一连接件与测量及插销进行连接。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图4和图5所示,一种连接件,至少包括插座2、插销1和涨紧销3,如图2所示,所述的插座2包括连接端21,所述插座2上设有自连接端21的端面沿插座2长度方向延伸的插槽23。如图1所示,所述的插销1包括与插槽23相适应的插销本体14,所述插销本体14的前端设有至少两个涨紧臂16,所述插销本体14内部设有沿长度方向贯穿插销本体14的涨紧通道11。如图3所示,所述涨紧销3包括与涨紧通道11相匹配的涨紧销3本体,所述涨紧销3本体的前端设有与涨紧臂16相互作用的作用端35,所述插座2和插销1通过作用端35撑开涨紧臂16产生的涨紧力紧固连接。
如图4所示,所述插销本体14以在自然状态下可在插槽23内沿插槽23长度方向自由运动为标准。连接状态下,所述的涨紧臂16插入插槽23内,所述涨紧销3的作用端35从涨紧销3通道插入并将涨紧臂16向插槽23内壁方向撑开,最终涨紧臂16与插槽23内壁接触,并通过涨紧臂16和插槽23内壁之间作用力实现紧固连接。
如图3和图4所示,所述插槽23和插销1的形状可以根据需要进行设置,只要能够实现插槽23和涨紧销3共同压紧涨紧臂16即可,而涨紧臂16的布置需要根据插槽23和插销1的形状来合理布置。在本实施例中,所述插槽23的横截面优选呈矩形,涨紧臂16中的至少两个相对分布。
在需要拆卸时,只需要在涨紧销3的远离作用端35的操作端31施加一个反向的作用力,即可将涨紧销3从插槽23内拔出。涨紧销3作用在涨紧臂16上的涨紧力消失,涨紧臂16复位,与插槽23内壁分离,涨紧臂16即可从插槽23内移出,完成拆卸操作。
进一步的,如图3所示,所述涨紧臂16上与插槽23内壁对应的表面设有卡齿17,所述插槽23的侧壁设有与卡齿17对应的限位齿22;连接状态下,所述的卡齿17与限位齿22啮合。涨紧臂16和插槽23通过卡齿17的啮合进行连接,除了摩擦力,卡齿17与限位齿22之间的相互作用力也可以共同承担载荷,连接的可靠性更好。
更进一步的,如图3所示,所述作用端35的端部设有第一限位块34,所述第一限位块34远离作用端35的侧面设有倒角。在安装完成之后,第一限位块34穿过涨紧销3通道并抵住涨紧臂16,防止涨紧销3从涨紧销3通道中退回,提高连接的可靠性。所述的涨紧臂16包括连接块12,所述连接块12内侧靠近插销本体14一端设有过渡斜面13;所述的涨紧销3上设有与过渡斜面13对应并压紧过渡斜面13的第二限位块32。第二限位块32用于压紧过渡斜面13,防止涨紧臂16在靠近插销本体14一侧向下凹陷,与插槽23内壁之间分离,确保涨紧臂16与插槽23侧壁之间有足够的接触面积,提高连接的可靠性。
如图3所示,所述的第一限位块34和第二限位块32之间形成与连接块12对应的限位槽,所述的限位槽内设有若干用于压紧连接块12的凸块33,所述凸块33的最高点低于第一限位块34和第二限位块32的最高点。凸块33的设置能确保插槽23与涨紧销3对连接块12的压紧力稳定可靠,进一步提高连接的可靠性。
该连接件实现了两个待连接件之间的快速安装和拆卸,并且具有一定的间隙调节能力,适应能力很好。在间隙调整和最后涨紧销3插入锁紧,以及拔出涨紧销3进行拆卸的过程中,均不需要借助工具,安装人员手工即可完成,操作简单,使用方便。正常使用过程中,载荷由插座2和涨紧臂16之间的摩擦力承受,一旦发生突发状况,例如载荷突然增大,涨紧臂16与插销本体14之间发生断裂。而在本申请中,可以将涨紧销3的操作端31尺寸设置的较大,并在连接状态下抵住插销1,防止被连接件之间突然分离,以此来提高连接的安全性。
与背景技术中的快速拆装结构相比,涨紧臂16与插槽23之间不存在连接间隙,即使载荷突然换向,也不会产生冲击载荷。而且在连接状态下,插座2和涨紧臂16之间相对静止,不会产生晃动,结构的稳定性更好。本申请连接件通过插销本体14插入插槽23的长度实现两个待连接件之间的间隙调节,与背景技术中的快速拆装结构相比,没有设置插销1座,连接件整体的长度大大降低,便于连接件的安装和使用。
如图6和图7所示,一种框架结构,包括型材一4、由横梁51和侧梁52型材二5,以及如上所述的连接件;所述的插销1还包括安装部15,所述安装部15上设有与三合一连接件7对应的预设孔18,所述的横梁51和侧梁52通过三合一连接件7连接。所述的插座2与型材一4可拆连接,所述插销1与型材二5可拆连接,所述的型材一4与型材二5通过连接件进行连接。连接件实现了待连接型材之间的快速连接和拆卸,在使用时,可以在安装现场直接快速连接,安装灵活性更好,而且大大降低了储存和运输的成本。
需要说明的是,三合一连接件7为现有技术,特别是在家具行业,已得到广泛的应用,例如公开号为CN 103256280A的中国发明专利中就公开了一种中空挤塑板可拆连接装置,其结构和功能均与三合一连接件相同。而在本申请中仅仅是将其应用到本领域,并未对三合一连接件7的具体结构做改进,因此,对三合一连接件7的结构不做详细介绍。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 连接件,其特征在于,至少包括:
    插座(2),包括连接端(21),所述插座(2)上设有自连接端(21)的端面沿插座(2)长度方向延伸的插槽(23);
    插销(1),包括与插槽(23)相适应的插销本体(14),所述插销本体(14)的前端设有至少两个涨紧臂(16),所述插销本体(14)内部设有沿长度方向贯穿插销本体(14)的涨紧通道(11);
    涨紧销(3),所述涨紧销(3)包括与涨紧通道(11)相匹配的涨紧销本体,所述涨紧销本体的前端设有与涨紧臂(16)相互作用的作用端(35),所述插座(2)和插销(1)通过作用端(35)撑开涨紧臂(16)产生的涨紧力紧固连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述涨紧臂(16)上与插槽(23)内壁对应的表面设有卡齿(17),所述插槽(23)的侧壁设有与卡齿(17)对应的限位齿(22);连接状态下,所述的卡齿(17)与限位齿(22)啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述的插槽(23)呈圆柱形,所述的涨紧臂(16)呈环形均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述插槽(23)的横截面呈矩形,多个涨紧臂(16)中的至少一对呈相对分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述作用端(35)的端部设有第一限位块(34),所述第一限位块(34)远离作用端(35)的侧面设有倒角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述的涨紧臂(16)包括连接块(12),所述连接块(12)内侧靠近插销本体(14)一端设有过渡斜面(13);所述的涨紧销(3)上设有与过渡斜面(13)对应并压紧过渡斜面(13)的第二限位块(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述的第一限位块(34)和第二限位块(32)之间形成与连接块(12)对应的限位槽,所述的限位槽内设有若干用于压紧连接块(12)的凸块(33)
  8. 一种框架结构,其特征在于:包括型材一(4)、型材二(5)和如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的连接件;所述的插座(2)与型材一(4)可拆连接,所述插销(1)与型材二(5)可拆连接,所述的型材一(4)与型材二(5)通过连接件进行连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的框架结构,其特征在于:所述的型材二(5)包括横梁(51)和侧梁(52),所述的横梁(51)和侧梁(52)可拆连接连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的框架结构,其特征在于:所述的插销(1)与侧梁(52)连接,所述的插销(1)还包括安装部(15),所述安装部(15)上设有与预设孔(18),所述的横梁通过三合一连接件与测量及插销进行连接。
