Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de malaxage et de centrifugation de pulpe d'olive pour produire de l'huile d'olive comprenant un couvercle (1), un tambour de réception (5) pourvu d'un trou de décharge (23) au centre de sa base, dans lequel un tambour rotatif (3) entraîné par un moteur (30) est inséré, et une bobine (2) munie de lames (8). Ledit dispositif est caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine (2) se trouve entre un carter (17) à l'intérieur du couvercle (1) et le trou de décharge (23) formé au centre de la base du tambour de réception (5), ladite bobine (2) étant montée à l'intérieur du carter (17) au moyen d'un palier unidirectionnel (16), libre de tourner dans un sens et verrouillé dans l'autre, et ladite bobine (2) sert de bouchon au trou de décharge (23).
