目前的城市建筑的这些特点制约了人们对居住空间、绿化、大自然、阳光、空气净化、环境美观、安全性和私密性等基本品质生活的需求,而郊区别墅在浪费了大量的土地的同时,又因其地理位置远离城市,给人们的衣食住行、医疗保健等生活带来了极大的不便。所以,如何让城市里的居住环境既有着如乡下般优美的环境,又有着城市资源供给集中的便利,成为人们研究城市建筑设计的新的突破点,是建筑领域里的第四次革命。
发明内容
鉴于上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种房屋建筑结构,解决了在高层建筑上增加绿地的难题,让高层建筑拥有了与别墅一样的室外私家庭院,同时还使所有房间都能直接对外采光,杜绝了黑房子,并使所有私家花园庭院及房屋都具有了安全性和私密性。
本公开房屋建筑结构虽然有比别墅更好的居住品质,但其建筑占地和建设成本却只与普通高层建筑相当,它使建筑的投入与产出比发生了质的变化,将使人们彻底告别鸟笼式的居住时代,是城市垂直绿化、立体绿化和“海绵城市”的建筑典范,它将彻底改变人们的生活环境,居家环境,同时也使回家停车和开车出行变得更方便和快捷。
依据本公开一个方面,提供了一种房屋建筑结构,包括:奇数楼层房屋、偶数楼层房屋和室外私家花园庭院;每一个楼层可设一个单元房屋、两个单元房屋或多个单元房屋,每个单元房屋可设一户房屋、两户房屋或多户房屋;所述奇数楼层与所述偶数楼层上下对应的每户房屋的客厅是垂直对应的,所述每户房屋客厅外均设置有一座室外私家花园庭院;其中,所述奇数楼层的室外私家花园庭院与所述偶数楼层的室外私家花园庭院均设在各自垂直对应的客厅外的不同方向,即垂直对应的奇数楼层一户房屋所有客厅外的私家花园庭院均垂直对应并设在第一方向,与该户房屋垂直对应的偶数楼层所有客厅外的私家花园庭院也均垂直对应并设在第二方向;这种设置方式能够使奇数楼层或偶数楼层的所有私家花园庭院都具有两层楼的高度,但由于奇数楼层或偶数楼层的垂直对应的客厅的私家花园庭院是设置在不同方向的,可使得上一楼层的私家花园庭院不会影响下一楼层客厅以及其他房屋的采光,即能够使位于下层楼的客厅得到直接采光。
同时,在平面布局上,所述每户房屋的客厅,应设置在每户房屋的外墙转角处,使每户房屋的客厅至少都具有一个外墙转角和至少具有两个不同方向的相邻外墙面,这种设置方式能够使垂直对应的奇偶楼层每户房屋的室外私家花园庭院都从每户房屋客厅转换到两个相邻的不同方向并错开,以确保奇偶楼层每户房屋的室外私家花园庭院的私密性,同时还可使所有室外私家花园庭院至少都具有两个方向的采光面和宽大空间。

上述技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果:在建筑的外墙上和楼层的平面布局上均采用了独具匠心的全新设计,充分利用了该建筑的外墙空间,使该新型建筑体除主要房间的窗户外,从外观上看一栋建筑就像一座长满花草树木的山峰,一片建筑就像一片森林,使整个城市建筑不再显得钢筋水泥林立、干涸和没有生机。
同时,在平面布局上,该技术方案创造性地将客厅设置在每户房屋的外墙转角处,使每户房屋的客厅至少都具有一个外墙转角和至少具有两个不同方向的相邻外墙面,这种设置方式能够使垂直对应的奇偶楼层每户房屋的室外私家花园庭院都从每户房屋客厅转换到两个相邻的不同方向并错开,同时还可使奇偶楼层每户房屋的室外私家花园庭院至少具有两个方向的采光面和宽大空间,使每个室外私家花园庭院都具备两面环景或三面都环景的效果。
并且,能够实现所有房间都能直接采光,同时还将其室外私家花园庭院 的空间高度与本体建筑两层楼层同高,其空间高度的舒适感、空间感、采光以及视野,是以前传统建筑的花园阳台的低矮空间无法比拟的。虽然以前也有建筑拥有两层楼层高的花园阳台,但其上下层到处都是窗户,并相邻花园阳台也全部都能相互看到对方,使所有住户都完全没有私密性和安全感。
本公开房屋建筑结构,与传统建筑相比,不增加任何建筑占地,它可建在城市中心任何地方,不像传统别墅大都建在很远的郊区,会给人们的生活、工作、学习、医疗等都带来很大困难。
本公开房屋建筑结构弥补了国内外所有类似建筑都无法逾越的三大缺陷:缺陷(1)、上下相邻或者左右相邻的花园庭院都能相互看到——无私密性;缺陷(2)、上下相邻或者左右相邻的花园庭院能翻越——无安全性;缺陷(3)、所有主要房间都不能直接对外采光——而成为黑房子等弊端。而本公开所有室外私家花园庭院,上下相邻或者左右相邻邻居都相互看不到,更无法翻越,使得奇偶楼层房屋有了绝对的私密性和安全感,同时还使得奇偶楼层房屋主要房间能够直接采光,避免了“黑房子”。
本公开房屋建筑结构是一种比传统所有建筑更具创新、更具人性的绿色环保建筑,彻底打破了人们居家以外墙为界的束缚,建成了空中室外私家花园庭院,使家家户户在空中都拥有一座两层楼高以及具备两面环景或三面环景的超大室外私家花园庭院。

继续参见图8和图9,图中所示,为一层四户的房屋建筑单元,在图示中,辅助用房向垂直对应的下一楼层房屋的室外私家花园庭院所开设的窗户,在其窗外设置了一块外窗台板,或该辅助用房的窗户转换开到该房间的另一个外墙面,例如如图2、图3所示。需要说明是的是,辅助用房一般为厨房、卫生间、工人房、更衣间、储藏室等,在本实施例中并不具体区分辅助用房的类别,也不具体限定辅助用房使用功能。
继续参见图10至图19,图中示出载车电梯10、行车道路11和停车位12,此类建筑结构是将一个单元房屋、两个单元房屋或多个单元房屋设置在地上停车平台的一边、两边或周边,与地上停车平台相互组合成为一栋建筑整体。每层停车平台可设置一层房屋、两层房屋或多层房屋,从而成为一栋空中停车的房屋建筑整体。
如图10至图19所示,奇数楼层设置了停车平台,规划了行车道路11、载车电梯10,停车位12,停车功能及行驶功能都集中在奇数楼层。例如奇数楼层的住户可以将车辆通过载车电梯10运载至自家所居住的奇数楼层停车平台上,并通过行车道路11将车开至自家房屋附近的停车位12上停靠,然后步行回家。
而偶数楼层住户回家时也是将车通过载车电梯10运载至其房屋下一层的奇数楼层停车平台上,并通过行车道路11将车开至自家停车位12上。然后坐载人电梯7或者通过疏散楼梯9步行上楼回家。
需要说明的是,以上所述空中停车的房屋建筑整体图组中所示为每层停车平台设置两层房屋,但在实际实施过程中,每层停车平台可设置一层房屋、两层房屋或多层房屋,不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。
需要说明的是,以上所述空中停车的房屋建筑整体图组中所示还表明了奇数楼层室外私家花园庭院6可以用做停车位之用,而偶数楼层室外私家花园庭院3却因为没有和停车平台连通,不能用作停车位。
需要说明的是,以上所述空中停车的房屋建筑整体图组中所示地上停车平台除了包含了载车电梯10、行车道路11、停车场12以外,还可以包含了疏散楼梯8、电梯及疏散楼梯平台9。
以上所述空中停车的房屋建筑整体图组中所示停车平台一般设置在房屋建筑的北面,设计的有益效果是将房屋建筑设置在朝南、朝西南、朝东南的方向,让所有房屋建筑的主要房间都能有效采光,当然可以理解的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定停车平台与房屋建筑的相对位置关系。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中并不限定在一个停车平台一边设置单元房屋,或者也可以根据需要,在停车场两边或周边都建设单元房屋和在停车层内设置道路、街巷及停车位。
同样需要说明的是,本公开实施例也不限定建筑的朝向,优选所有的房屋朝南,次选朝东南、朝西南。
同样需要说明的是,本公开实施例不限定修建的房屋数量、层数和类型,任何实施者对本公开所述的房屋建筑结构的图示上的房屋数量及层数可做任何增减,以及对本公开所述房屋类型仍可做任何修改,或者还包括对停车平台、街巷的形状、载车电梯的位置、街巷的增减、公共区域的用途、楼梯和电梯的数量以及位置的修改,但其技术皆视同来源于本公开实施例公开。

参见图20A至图27,所述的房屋建筑结构的室外私家花园庭院的支撑结构包括:室外私家花园庭院下沉板13,支撑室外私家花园庭院的斜柱14和防护栏杆。
例如:室外私家花园庭院的钢筋混泥土地板的结构为下沉板上翻梁凹坑结构,可选地,可外挑2米~10米,一般外挑6米。下沉地板与外挑梁底齐平,外挑梁下沉板结构的主要作用是便于在室外私家花园庭院填置土壤,同时庭院在填土后仍会低于客厅室内地面,照顾了住户进出室外私家花园庭院的便利。例如:所述下沉板底与上翻梁顶面有0.1米~1米的高低差,优选0.6米左右的高低差,以便回填土壤和种植花草树木。
例如:所述下沉板在找平后,应向建筑外墙的方向有防水坡度,并在坡度最低的靠墙处设置排水口。所述花园庭院的下沉板在找平后,应做永久性防水层,可选地,在防水层上层还应做3厘米~5厘米细石砼的防水层保护层,以防止树根下穿,破坏防水层。
在本公开实施例中,建筑结构的层数根据其建筑所需要的高度循环往复 布置,户型可以为:一层一户、一层两户、一层三户、一层四户、一层五户、一层六户等任意户型,并且每层的户型尺寸或面积仍可根据需要进行随意更改、变化,需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定楼层的户数和户型。
可选地,上述室外私家花园庭院的绿化面积在10平方米~200平方米之间,并应在花园庭院的外沿处设置防护栏杆。室外私家花园庭院防护栏杆用于对室外私家花园庭院里的人和物起保护作用,防止高空坠落。
可选地,所述房屋建筑结构还包括:设置在室外私家花园庭院中的自动滴灌喷灌设备系统,上述花园庭院的所有花草树木,应采用自动滴灌喷灌技术予以浇灌,以减少养护成本和家中无人时的自动养护。
可选地,上述建筑结构的使用功能是住宅、公寓、宾馆、酒店、饭店、办公楼和写字楼中的任意一种。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种房屋建筑结构,包括:奇数楼层、偶数楼层和室外私家花园庭院;每一个奇数楼层及偶数楼层设一个单元房屋、两个单元房屋或多个单元房屋,每个单元房屋设一户房屋、两户房屋或多户房屋;所述奇数楼层与所述偶数楼层上下对应的每户房屋的客厅都是垂直对应的,所述每户房屋客厅外均设置有一座室外私家花园庭院;其中,垂直对应的奇数楼层一户房屋所有客厅外的私家花园庭院均垂直对应并设在同一个第一方向,与该户房屋垂直对应的偶数楼层所有客厅外的私家花园庭院也均垂直对应并设在同一个第二方向,以使所有私家花园庭院都具有两层楼的高度,使位于下层楼的客厅都能得到直接采光;
    所述每户房屋的客厅设置在每户房屋的外墙转角处,每户房屋的客厅至少都具有一个外墙转角和至少具有两个不同方向的相邻外墙面,使奇数楼层与偶数楼层垂直对应的每户房屋的私家花园庭院都从各自客厅的两个相邻的外墙面错开转换到两个不同方向,同时还使所有室外私家花园庭院至少都具有两个方向的采光面和宽大空间;
    奇数楼层及偶数楼层的每户房屋的所有房间的开窗墙面垂直对应的上一层楼房间的开窗墙面室外和垂直对应的下一层楼房间的开窗墙面室外,都不设置私家花园庭院,这将使所有开窗房间都能直接对外采光,并同时还使上一屋楼的所有房间窗户与下层的私家花园庭院都不直接对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述一个单元房屋为一栋建筑整体,还可与另一个单元、两个单元或多个单元房屋相互组合成为一栋建筑整体;同时,一个单元房屋、两个单元房屋或多个单元房屋可设置在地上多层停车平台的一边、两边或周边,与地上多层停车平台相互组合成为一栋建筑整体;每一层停车平台可设置一层房屋、两层房屋或多层房屋;所述停车平台由载车电梯、消防疏散楼梯、载人电梯以及车道和停车位组成,停车平台的层数根据需要设置,停车平台的层数为2层~30层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述奇数楼层和所述偶数楼层的层数根据其建筑所需要的高度循环往复一层一层向上设置,并且室 外私家花园庭院根据其房屋户数而进行相对应地设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,开窗的墙面垂直对应的下一层外墙面如设置有私家花园庭院,其所开窗户可转换开在该房间的另一个外墙面或在其开窗的下口设置一块外窗台板,以遮挡往下的视线,增加下一层私家花园庭院的私密性。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述每户房屋客厅的两个相邻的不同方向外墙面,每个外墙面对应客厅的宽度为2米~10米。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述客厅外私家花园庭院垂直对应的上一层客厅的外墙面不再设置窗户。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,每户客厅与室外私家花园庭院的外墙面,均设置有门带窗。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,每一个楼层设置的房屋为带独立屋顶的跃层房屋、不带独立屋顶的跃层房屋或平层房屋。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述奇数楼层房屋和偶数楼层房屋的室外私家花园庭院,采用斜柱支撑外挑、以及下沉板上翻梁凹坑结构,以便在凹坑内覆土种植蔬菜或者种植花草树木。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述房屋及室外私家花园庭院,可采用混凝土结构、钢结构或钢混结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述室外私家花园庭院应设置自动滴灌或喷灌系统、排水系统和覆土下的防水层。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑结构,其中,所述房屋建筑结构为住宅、公寓、宾馆、酒店、饭店、办公楼和写字楼的任意一种。
