本公开涉及建筑物设计和建筑建设领域,尤其涉及一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构。
背景技术
随着城市人口的不断增加,城市高层住宅修建得越来越多,这虽然解决了更多的人口居住问题,但也增加了城市人口密度,给人们的出行、停车增加了难度。城市发展只能不断地增设高架桥、修建大面积的地下停车场和立体停车场,但这也远远不能解决城市拥堵和占道停车的难题。特别是广大城市百姓要将车辆停在没有光线、没有自然空气流动的乌黑地下室,不但耽误很长时间,而且还要呼吸诸多污浊空气,以及24小时照明、消防及排风的电力耗费,造成巨大的能源浪费。
因此,相关技术中的地下停车场或立体停车场等停车建筑用户体验效果极差,并不能满足用户需求。
发明内容
针对上述城市规划难题,结合人们对居住环境、停车环境、节约能源、优质生活等诸多急切需求,本公开实施例提供了一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构,包括:停车层,载车电梯,摄像头或感应探头,与摄像头或感应探头连接的中央控制处理器,以及在停车层一边、两边或周边建设的房屋和在停车层面上设置的街巷式道路及停车位。每户住户车辆是通过载车电梯,再通过设在停车层面上的街巷式道路,行驶停在自家房屋旁边就近的停车位上。这种创新设计通过空中街巷、道路连接,人们驾驶汽车等交通工具可以直接从 地面到空中家园之间穿行,并可将车开到空中自家门口,这种兼顾了在空中家园旁停车及行车的街巷式智能停车建筑结构满足了人们追求高品质住房和停车方便、出行快捷的理想需求,并使人们彻底告别了空气污浊光线黑暗的地下停车。
鉴于上述思想,本公开实施例提供了一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构。
依据本公开构想的一个方面,提供一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构,包括:停车层,载车电梯,摄像头或感应探头,与摄像头或感应探头连接的中央控制处理器,以及在停车层一边、两边或周边建设的房屋和在停车层面上设置的街巷式道路及停车位。
可选的,所述停车层一层一层往上设置,所述房屋及载车电梯随着停车层同步一层一层往上设置;每户车辆是通过载车电梯,再通过街巷式道路停在住户房屋旁边的停车位(住户房屋旁边就近的停车位)上或者停在该停车层的街巷式道路周边的停车位上。
可选的,每一层停车层面均设置有街巷式道路和停车位,停车层建筑高度内的所有房屋的住户车辆和其访客车辆,通过载车电梯垂直运输,再通过设在该停车层上的街巷式道路,行驶并停到该层住户房屋旁边就近的停车位上或停到街巷式道路周边的停车位上。
可选的,当所述停车层低于四层时,空中街巷式停车建筑结构还包括:缓坡车道,以供车辆上下楼。
可选的,每一层停车层的一边、两边或者周边可设置一层房屋、两层房屋或多层房屋。可选的,载车电梯设置在朝北的方向,房屋设置在朝南、朝东南、朝西南的方向,以利于房屋的采光。
所述摄像头或感应探头设置在空中街巷式停车建筑结构的车辆必经的位置,如所述停车层内、载车电梯出入口、以及建筑小区出入口等;所述中央控制处理器是与所述摄像头或感应探头联机组合的。
可选的,中央控制处理器控制载车电梯的运行和摄像头或感应探头的工作。摄像头或感应探头所采集到住户车辆或访客车辆的车辆号牌信息,并将车辆号牌信息传输到中央控制处理器,中央控制处理器利用采集到的车辆号牌信息与数据库中的车辆登记信息进行比对,生成控制载车电梯的控制指令, 控制载车电梯运载住户或访客车辆驶往应去的楼层目的地。
可选的,中央控制处理器控制载车电梯的运行,有序安排车辆的出行。中央控制处理器能根据摄像头或监视器采集的车辆信息,合理分配住宅内载车电梯的升降待停。中央控制处理器控制摄像头或监视器在小区门口和载车电梯门口两次适时采集车辆号牌信息,电梯联控装置在中央控制处理器的控制下优先安排先到的车辆进出;并能依据适时更新的车辆号牌信息,智能选择承载汽车至住户居住的楼层或自动降至外出的地面层,无需人工操作电梯按钮。电梯的运行全程由中央控制处理器智能控制,人工不干预电梯运行。
可选的,空中街巷式停车建筑结构的停车层的面积大小、长度、规模及停车位和载车电梯的数量,与所述停车层一边、两边或周边所建设房屋的面积大小或住户的数量成正比;其停车层的形状为街巷式的形状,或仍可根据需要任意变化形状;街巷式道路的作用主要是将所有房屋门前串联在一起,方便住户开车出行。街巷式道路的路边也可以兼顾建设有各种景观及功能建筑,如停车位、花坛、水池、绿化花园、运动场所等。
可选的,所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其住户房屋室外设置有载人电梯,以供不驾车的行人上下楼,从而实现人车分流。
依据本公开创造性构想的另一个方面,所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其住户房屋外均设置有一座与本体两层高的空中花园庭院,以满足城市人对高品质住房“有家有院”的美好需求。
可选的,所述空中街巷式停车建筑结构所建设的房屋每个户型住户的主要房间,如客厅、主要卧室的窗户垂直对应的上一层外墙面和下一层外墙面,均不设置两层高的空中花园庭院,以使其房间可直接采光。而空中花园庭院所对应的上一层开窗的房间设置为卫生间、厨房、工人房、小次卧、书房、储物间等辅助用房,并在该辅助用房所开设窗户的外窗台下口,设置一块较大的外窗台板,用以遮挡往下的视线,以实现所开窗户的下一层空中花园庭院的私密性。
可选的,下层户型与垂直对应的上层户型的空中花园庭院均设置在客厅的不同方向,它们是通过下层户型与上层户型垂直对应的房间外墙向不同方向开设门窗带而进出到各自空中花园庭院的,所述每户所设置的本体两层高 的空中花园庭院,奇数层和偶数层的客厅分别设置在每户客厅的不同方向,并从客厅出入空中花园庭院,即垂直对应的下一层住户的空中花园庭院通往其客厅的上一层,即是上一层住户的客厅不开窗外墙,或是开窗并设置了外窗台板的辅助用房外墙。
可选的,所述空中花园庭院全部外挑建设,其下端以牛腿斜柱支撑。
可选地,在所述外挑梁结构中,采用下沉板上翻梁,并其下沉板与上翻梁顶面有一定的高低差,以便回填土壤和种植花草树木。
可选地,所述空中花园庭院外挑为1米~10米,
可选地,所述空中花园庭院的下沉板在找平后,向建筑外墙的方向有防水坡度,并在坡度最低的靠墙处设置排水口。
可选地,所述空中花园庭院的下沉板在找平后设置防水层,在所述防水层上层还应做细石砼的防水层保护层,以防止树根下穿,破坏防水层。
可选地,应在空中花园庭院的外沿处设置室外栏杆。
可选地,根据每层楼的住户的数量和建筑楼层的层数循环往复布置所述空中花园庭院。
可选的,所述空中街巷式停车建筑结构其停车层可向上设置2层~60层。优选层高2.6米~12米。
可选的,每一层停车层的一边、两边或者周边设置两层房屋或多层房屋时,第二层或以上层的住户可以通过电梯或疏散楼梯上下至停车层平台,再开车出行。
可选的,所述建筑为砖混结构、框架结构、剪力墙结构、钢结构等任何现代建筑结构。
可选的,所述每层停车层的一边、两边或周边所建设的房屋类型为:住宅、公寓、写字楼、办公楼、宾馆、酒店、饭店中的任意一种或多种。
上述技术方案具有如下优点和有益效果:
传统的高层房屋均是独立成栋,地下室建有停车场,地上部分作为人们生活的房屋。但传统的高层房屋有诸多的不便:一是传统的高层房屋像笼子一样,隔绝了人们与室外新鲜空气、阳光的接触,使人们不能呼吸室外新鲜的空气,不能聆听鸟语花香;二是邻里之间没有共同生活的平面空间,变得 彼此很陌生,很多老人经常不愿意下楼,经常宅家里,致使身体健康越来越差;三是很多上班族需要每天在楼上与地下室停车场之间相互转换,在等电梯和下地下室开车的期间要耽误很长时间,增加了许多出行成本;四是黑暗的地下停车场空气不流通,光线阴暗,既给人们的车辆财产及人身安全造成了安全隐患,也增加了照明、供暖、排风等物业成本。
本公开实施例特别之处是设置了空中停车层,并用街巷式道路将同层的所有住户连接起来,横向实现了高层建筑之间的社区功能和社会功能,这不仅增加了城市土地的利用率,解决了停车难的问题;而且由于不需要开挖地下室停车场,也节约了建筑成本和时间;本公开实施例将街巷、停车位建设到空中,进一步改善了人们的城市居住环境,节约了人们出行转换电梯、楼梯的时间;本公开实施例还节约了地下停车场24小时照明、消防及排风等设施所耗之能源;更重要的是为高层住户提供了一个公共的生活平台,具有在地面一层四合院或地面别墅一样的居住效果,邻里之间将不再陌生,老人不用长期宅在家里,有家有院才是“家园”。

下面将参照附图,更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开,而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例,是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整地传达给本领域的技术人员。
参见图1,本公开实施例提供了一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构的停车层平面示意图,示意图中包括:停车层平台1、载车电梯2、疏散及结构楼梯3、停车位4、房屋5、门窗带6、空中花园庭院7、载人电梯8、外窗台板11、摄像头或感应探头12。
从示意图中可以看出:该建筑结构主要由两大块组成:停车层部分和房屋部分;街巷式道路及停车位是设置在停车层面上的,而房屋建设在停车层的一边的。需要说明的是,图中有指北针标记,停车位及载车电梯位于北边,而房屋建设在停车场的南边。这两大部分共同组成了这个建筑。当然可以理解的是,在本实施例中并不具体限定停车位及载车电梯的具体方位。
图1中所示的这些街巷式道路和停车位可以是公共的街巷式道路和停车位,即该街巷式道路和停车位属于楼房住户的共享资源。图中标注了载车电梯2、疏散及结构楼层3以及载人电梯8,从这些通行设施可以看出,这些设施是供行人垂直上下大楼的,那么所述停车层平台1和停车位2以及房屋5应该是一层一层往上设置。此平面图将停车层1和房屋5分南北两面设置,是为了突出居住的采光度。同时载车电梯2的引入,更是为了突显此建筑设计的目的是要将车停在空中住户房屋附近入户门前的停车位上,满足了住户驾车出行的方便和回家停车的方便及安全需求。
当然可以理解的是,在本公开实施例中并不具体限定停车层的形状和街巷的形状、走向、及尺寸大小;也不限定房屋的数量、层数、朝向和停车位的数量。停车层面上街巷式道路的长度、规模、面积大小及停车位和载车电梯的数量,与所述停车层一边、两边或周边所建设房屋的面积大小或住户的数量成正比。优选房屋朝南,载车电梯朝北,优选车位数量为住户的1.5倍以上。
街巷式道路的作用主要是将所有住户房屋门前串联在一起,方便住户开车出行及回家。街巷式道路也可以兼顾建设有各种景观及功能建筑,如停车位、花坛、水池、绿化花园、运动场所等。
继续参照图1,房屋5和载车电梯2及停车位4分南北两面设置以及载人电梯8和载车电梯2分开设置,也是为了实现专梯专用及人车分流。此图中,摄像头或感应探头12可以设置在载车电梯的出入口,摄像头或感应探头12是为住户的车辆出入小区及上下楼层做身份识别服务的。
当住户要开车外出小区时,车辆被摄像头或感应探头12拍照识别获取车辆牌照信息,并将该车辆牌照信息传输至中央控制处理器,中央控制处理器可以对车辆牌照信息进行校验,如果校验合格,则中央控制处理器可以控制载车电梯提前升至住户楼层并开门等待,待住户车辆驶入载车电梯2后,载车电梯2能自动搭载住户车辆降至楼房地面并自动开门,住户再开车驶出载车电梯2并出小区。相反,当住户开车回家时,车辆被小区入口处的摄像头或感应探头12拍照识别获取车辆牌照信息,并将该车辆牌照信息传输至中央控制处理器,中央控制处理器根据车辆拍照信息确定住户楼层,可以控制住户所居住的楼房载车电梯2自动降至地面并开门等待,待住户车辆驶入载车电梯2后,载车电梯能自动搭载住户车辆升至住户所住楼层并自动开门,住户开车驶离载车电梯2并沿街巷式道路行驶至自家附近停车场4。而不驾车时,则可通过载人电梯8上下楼即可。
需要说明的是,中央控制处理器能智能优化控制载车电梯,合理控制每栋住宅内载车电梯的升降待停,有序安排车辆的出行。中央控制处理器控制摄像头或监视器12在小区门口和载车电梯门口2分两次适时采集车辆牌照信息,电梯联控装置在中央控制处理器的指挥下优先安排先到载车电梯里的车辆,并依据中央数据库已经登记的正在载运的车辆信息更新车辆的行驶目的地信息,无需人工操作电梯按钮。访客车辆同样需要在小区门口登记录入车辆信息及访问住户信息后方能使用载车电梯。电梯的运行全程由中央控制处理器智能控制,人工不干预电梯运行,这既保障了人们自由驾车出行,也保障了小区住户的私人空间的安全。
参见图2,图中示出了一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构的停车层上层平面 示意图;示意图只标注了空中花园庭院7、门窗带6、电梯或疏散楼梯平台9,外窗台板11,可见这一层除了房屋和空中花园庭院以外,是不设停车场的,那么也不会有街巷式道路,载车电梯也不在此层停靠的。这一层的住户上下楼是通过载人电梯8上下楼,或者通过疏散楼梯9步行下到下层停车平台驾驶车辆通过载车电梯2出行。相反,该停车层上层住户回家时也是将车停在停车平台的停车位4上,然后坐载人电梯8或者通过疏散楼梯9步行上楼回家。
参见图1和图2,所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其住户房屋5外均设置有一座面积很大的空中花园庭院7,以满足城市人对高品质住房“有家有院”的美好需求。
参见图1和图2中的门窗带6和外窗台板11。图中所示每个户型住户的主要房间,如客厅、主要卧室的窗户垂直对应的上一层外墙面和下一层外墙面,均没有设置空中花园庭院7,以使其房间可直接采光。而空中花园庭院7所对应的上一层开窗的房间设置为卫生间、厨房、工人房、小次卧、书房、储物间等辅助用房,并在该辅助用房所开设窗户的外窗台下口,设置一块外窗台板11,用以遮挡往下的视线。说明楼上的住户是看不到楼下空中花园庭院7的,这也进一步体现了这种空中街巷式停车建筑结构保障了住户的私密性和安全性,提高住房品质。
对比图1和图2,所述下层空中花园庭院7与垂直对应的上层空中花园庭院7不在同一个方向设置或完全错开设置,即,任何设置的空中花园庭院,其垂直对应的上一层楼和下一层楼的外墙不再设置空中花园庭院,只有在垂直对应的更上一层楼或更下一层楼室外才设置空中花园庭院,这样便使得垂直对应的空中花园庭院7之间的高度全部都有了两层楼的高度(如图10、图11、图12、图13立面图所示)。
继续对比图1和图2,下一层户型与所垂直对应的上一层户型的空中花园庭院7设置在不同方向。下一层户型和上一层户型的空中花园庭院垂直对应的客厅在不同方向开设进出空中花园庭院的出入口门窗带6而转换进出其空中花园庭院的。
参见图3a、图3b和3c、图中示出了一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构的停 车层与房屋分解及组合图。图3a为街巷式停车层平面示意图,这是一个与汽车的停放和行驶有关的建筑结构体,包含停车层平台、停车位4、载车电梯2、车辆通行的街巷式道路1、摄像头或感应探头12以及载人电梯8,这些是停车和行车的主要功能建筑。图3b为街巷式停车层一边所建房屋的平面示意图,包含房屋、空中花园庭院,载人电梯、疏散楼梯。这些房屋的主要房间都是呈扇面朝一个方向。图3c为图3a和图3b的两类建筑结构的组合图,这组合图反映出停车建筑结构层被放置在朝北的方向,停车层平台1、载车电2、疏散及结构楼梯3、停车位4均是在此北面设置。而房屋建筑结构层被放置在朝南、朝东南、朝西南的方向,没有朝北的。房屋的主要房间都是采光的,照顾了人们生活的需求。
图1、图2和图3a、图3b和3c示意了本公开实施例的一个方面,需要说明的是,本实施例中并不限定在一个停车层在一边设置房屋,也可以根据需要,在停车场两边或周边都建设房屋和在停车层内设置道路、街巷及停车位(如图4所示)。也不限定建筑的朝向,优选所有的房屋朝南;次选朝东南、朝西南。更不限定修建的房屋数量、层数和类型,任何实施者对本公开所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构的图示上的房屋数量及层数可做任何增减,以及对本公开所述房屋类型仍可做任何修改,或者还包括对停车层平台、街巷的形状、载车电梯的位置、街巷的增减、公共区域的用途、楼梯和电梯的数量以及位置的修改,但其技术皆视同来源于本实施例公开。
参见图4,图中示出了第二种空中街巷式停车建筑结构的停车层与房屋分解及组合图。图上反映了另外一种停车建筑结构层和房屋建筑结构层之间的组合关系,房屋有朝向正南、正西、正东的,所有的停车建筑结构层都是朝北的,图中的街巷和停车位的规划也是合理的,路线通畅,载车电梯数量也充裕,其创新性和实用性原理和图1、图2、图3a、图3b和3c一致,在此不再赘述。
参见图5,图中示出了第三种空中街巷式停车建筑及跃层房屋结构的停车层平面示意图;

综合图5、图6、图7a、图7b和图7c,此五图改变了房屋5的种类,房屋5设计成了上下两层的跃层别墅,房屋上层的人是通过别墅的室内楼梯下到一楼停车平台1的,所以整个设计就减少了电梯或疏散楼梯平台9,同时上层没有空中花园庭院7,也没有遮挡往下视线的外窗台板11,这是一个大户型的房屋设计,在保证房子的私密性方面有极大的优势。

图8、图9与图1、图2、图5、图6的区别是,房屋换成了超大户型的跃层别墅图,增加了游泳池等附属设施。有关建筑结构设计创新性原理相同,在此也不再一一阐述。
需要说明的是,在具体实施本公开技术时,不应该被这里阐述的实施例中所描述的建筑结构形态、组合方式、建筑朝向、建筑高度所限定,仅取决于建筑设计及使用的需要。
在本实施例中,可选地,当所述停车层的层数低于4层时,可设置缓坡车道,以供住户车辆出入。当楼层不高时,同样的缓坡设计可以达到空中停车的目的,还可以节约电梯和电费的成本。

综合对比图10、图11、图12、图13,可以从四个方位对空中街巷式停车建筑结构建筑做立体观察,房屋5、空中花园庭院7、停车位2及载人电梯8的位置,载车电梯设置在北面位置,这是因为载车电梯的轿厢是个封闭的 箱体,如果设置在南面,势必造成阻挡日照的结果。但是,在具体实施时,载车电梯的方位应不受此说明限制,应该根据具体的地表特征及参考周边环境后做出规划设计,载车电梯可以是设置在任何方位。
所有的空中花园庭院7有斜柱支撑10做支撑的,斜柱支撑10下方的位置与空中花园庭院的上一层住户持平。当然,具体的实施例中,斜柱的支撑方式和支持位置可以任意设置,也可以根据结构不设置。在空中花园庭院7的上一层设置的是上一层住户的辅助用房,并在辅助用房外面添加了外窗台板11,用以挡住往下的视线,保护空中花园庭院的私密性。
参见图14,此为一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构的建筑小区规划平面图。图中标注了摄像头或感应探头及小区入口的位置。小区外围为行车道路,小区内规划的是景观和行人道路,布局合理,人车分流,安全高效。但本实施例中的建筑单元楼体的数量以及本实施例中的布局形状,仍可以根据需要而进行多种改变。
综合参考图1、图2,图4、图5,图6、图8,图9,图14,这只是本设计的一种优选方位布局图,只是为了使本领域的技术人员更容易理解,不同的平面布局,会有不同的立面效果,这里不再更具体的阐述。但这些图仅仅是为了表达本公开的一种结构原理,并不是本公开仅有的布局,不能作为对本公开的限制。在具体实施中,根据本公开的构想以及结构原理,可以设置出无数种平面布局和立面布局来。
在上述所有实施例中,可选的,所述每层停车层的一边、两边或周边所建设的房屋类型为:住宅、公寓、写字楼、办公楼、宾馆、酒店、饭店中的任意一种或多种。
以上所述的是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述的原理前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本公开的保护范围内。

  1. 一种空中街巷式停车建筑结构,包括:停车层,载车电梯,摄像头或感应探头,与摄像头或感应探头电连接的中央控制处理器,以及在停车层一边、两边或周边建设的房屋和在停车层面上设置的街巷式道路及停车位;
    所述停车层一层一层往上设置,所述房屋及载车电梯随着停车层同步一层一层往上设置;
    其中,在每一层停车层的一边、两边或者周边设置的房屋为一层房屋、两层房屋或多层房屋;每户住户车辆是通过载车电梯,再通过设在停车层面上的道路街巷,行驶停在自家房屋旁边就近的停车位上;
    所述摄像头或感应探头设置在所述空中街巷式停车建筑结构中车辆必经的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述每一层停车层上均设置有街巷式道路和停车位,所述停车位位于所述街巷式道路的一侧或两侧,所述停车层建筑高度内的所有房屋的住户车辆和访客车辆,驾驶进入载车电梯经垂直运输,驶出电梯再通过停车层上的街巷式道路,停到该停车层住户房屋旁边的停车位上或停到该停车层周边的停车位上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述摄像头或感应探头采集住户车辆或访客车辆的车辆号牌信息,并将该车辆号牌信息传输至中央控制处理器,中央控制处理器根据车辆号牌信息和车辆登记信息,指示载车电梯将住户车辆或访客车辆送至所要去的停车层或从停车层送至外出的地面层。
  4. 根权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,停车层的形状是街巷式的或四合院式的;在停车层面上所建设停车位的数量和所配载车电梯的数量,与所述停车层周边所建设房屋的面积大小以及住户的数量成正比。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,每户房屋的客厅室外均设置有一座与本体两层高的空中花园庭院,所述空中花园庭院所对应的上一层开窗的房间为辅助用房,所述辅助用房所开设窗户的外窗台下口,设置外窗台板,用以遮挡往下的视线。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述每户房屋的客厅和主要卧室,其窗户所垂直对应的上一层外墙面和下一层外墙面,均不设置两层高的空中花园庭院,以使其房间直接采光。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,奇数层和偶数层的每户房屋的客厅所开设的窗户应设置在不同方向,该窗户为门带窗,并从该门带窗出入空中花园庭院。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述空中花园庭院包括外挑梁结构,所述外挑梁结构包括用于支撑的斜柱支撑和下沉板上翻梁结构,所述下沉板上翻梁结构中的下沉板与上翻梁顶面有预定的高低差,以便填土种植花草树木。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,所述住户房屋室外设置有载人电梯,以供不驾车的行人上下楼。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述空中街巷式停车建筑结构为砖混结构、框架结构、剪力墙结构或钢结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,所述空中街巷式停车建筑结构的每层建筑高度为2.6米~12米,层数为2层~60层。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,当所述停车层的层数低于4层时,空中街巷式停车建筑结构还包括缓坡车道,以供住户车辆出入。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的空中街巷式停车建筑结构,其中,每层停车层的一边、两边或周边所建设的房屋类型为:住宅、公寓、写字楼、办公楼、宾馆、酒店、饭店中的任意一种或多种。
