Abstract

L'invention concerne un immeuble d'habitation multiniveaux à parking intégré, qui comprend au moins deux blocs disposés bout à bout, au moins sur une partie des surfaces situées dans un plan parallèle aux plans des axes transversaux et/ou longitudinaux des blocs, reliées entre elles sur au moins quelques étages par des éléments de liaison et possédant aux emplacements de jonction des structures porteuses communes. Au moins un des blocs se présente comme un bloc de parking ouvert dans au moins une partie des côtés non adjacents entre eux, sur au moins quelques étages, avec la possibilité d'accueillir N places de parking. Il est muni d'au moins un moyen, relié à chaque étage, d'entrée de voiture à l'étage souhaité, et d'au moins un moyen, relié à chaque étage, de sortie de voiture de l'étage souhaité, ainsi que d'un moyen de déplacement de personnes. L'autre bloc (ou les autres blocs) se présente comme un bloc résidentiel, avec la possibilité d'accueillir K appartements, muni d'au moins un moyen de déplacement de personnes, relié à chaque étage. Le nombre total d'appartements KΣ dans les blocs résidentiels correspond au nombre total de places de parking N selon la formule N=αKΣ à condition que α>0.
