Description

显示面板测试装置及显示面板测试方法
本发明要求2017年11月08日递交的发明名称为“显示面板测试装置及显示面板测试方法”的申请号201711092573.1的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示面板测试装置及显示面板测试方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上的柔性电路板产品的基板多以聚酰亚胺基材为主,随着显示器件分辨率的提高,面板的外部引线结合区走线越来越密集,留给测试的走线区域也越来越密集、精细,在产出面板后,为了测定面板的GOA(Gate Driver On Array,阵列基板行驱动技术)良率,需要做面板测试。然而,由于压合治具接触问题极易造成端子接触不良,无法精确地测得压力值,导致测试发生误判。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板测试装置及显示面板测试方法,解决了压合治具接触问题造成端子接触不良的技术问题,降低了误判率。
本发明提供一种显示面板测试装置,用于对在柔性电路板与显示面板预压时的压力测试,所述显示面板包括导接端子区域,所述柔性电路板包括电连接区域,所述显示面板测试装置包括设有嵌入槽的治具平台、设于所述嵌入槽的压力传感器及压合部,所述显示面板承载于所述压力传感器上,所述压合部带动所述柔性电路板移动使所述电连接区域的电连接端子与所述显示面板的导接端子相压合,所述压力传感器检测所述显示面板与所述柔性电路板之间的压力。
其中,所述压力传感器为压电压力传感器或者压阻式压力传感器。
其中,所述压合部包括装载所述柔性电路板上的贴合平台、设于所述贴合平台上的控制座,所述控制座上设置有第一旋钮以及第二旋钮,所述第一旋钮与所述第二旋钮控制所述显示面板与所述柔性电路板之间的不同压合程度。
其中,所述第一旋钮控制所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第一位置,所述第二旋钮控制所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第二位置。
其中,所述贴合平台连接有滑动支座,所述滑动支座连接有驱动件,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座移动。
其中,所述驱动件是气缸或者马达。
其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括控制装置,所述控制装置用于控制所述驱动件的启动以及关闭。
其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括支撑座,所述支撑座用于支撑所述治具平台。
其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示所述压力传感器检测到的压力。
本发明还提供一种显示面板测试方法,用于对在柔性电路板与显示面板预压时压力的测试,包括:
驱动滑动支座带动贴合有柔性电路板的贴合平台向显示面板移动;
旋转第一旋钮,调节所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第一位置;
旋转第二旋钮,调节所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第二位置;
压力传感器检测所述柔性电路板与所述显示面板之间的压力值,显示装置显示所述压力值。
综上所述,本发明通过在治具平台的嵌入槽内设置压力传感器,检测柔性电路板与显示面板预压时的压力,根据所述压力的值,可以精确的地判断所述显示面板是否存在接触不良的情况,降低误判率。而通过在控制座上设置第一旋钮以及第二旋钮,可以实现精确地控制所述柔性电路板电连接区域的电连接端子压合显示面板的导接端子时的压力值。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2,本发明提供了一种显示面板测试装置,用于对在显示面板10与柔性电路板20预压时的压力测试。所述显示面板10包括导接端子区域,所述柔性电路板20包括电连接区域。所述显示面板测试装置包括设有嵌入槽的治具平台30、设于所述嵌入槽的压力传感器40及压合部50,所述显示面板10承载于所述压力传感器40上,所述压合部50带动所述柔性电路板20移动使所述电连接区域的电连接端子与和所述显示面板10导接端子区域的导接端子相压合,所述压力传感器40检测所述显示面板10与所述柔性电路板20之间的压力。
请参阅图2,所述显示面板测试装置包括支撑座60,所述支撑座60用于支撑所述治具平台30。
所述显示面板测试装置还包括显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示所述压力传感器40检测到的压力。具体为,所述柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的电连接端子压合所述显示面板10的导接端子时,所述显示装置接受到所述压力传感器40传递的压力值并显示。根据所显示的压力值就可以精确地判断所述显示面板10是否存在接触不良的情况,降低误判率。
本实施例中,所述压力传感器40为压电压力传感器或者压阻式压力传感器。
请继续参阅图2,所述压合部50包括装载所述柔性电路板20上的贴合平台501,设于所述贴合平台501上的控制座502,所述控制座502上设置有第 一旋钮503以及第二旋钮504,所述第一旋钮503与所述第二旋钮504控制所述显示面板10与所述柔性电路板20之间的不同压合程度。比如,第一旋钮503为粗调节,第二旋钮504为精确调节。
所述第一旋钮503控制所述柔性电路板20压合所述显示面板10到第一位置,所述第二旋钮504控制所述柔性电路板20压合所述显示面板10到第二位置。进一步地,所述第一位置为所述柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的所述电连接端子与所述显示面板10的所述导接端子相接触时的位置,所述第二位置为所述柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的所述电连接端子压合所述显示面板10的所述导接端子时的位置。具体为,所述第一旋钮503置于所述控制座502靠近所述贴合平台501处,所述第二旋钮504置于所述第一旋钮503的正上方,且与所述第一旋钮503之间留有间隙。所述第一旋钮503比所述第二旋钮504大,即借助外力旋转相同的角度,所述第一旋钮503比所述第二旋钮504可以调整更大的距离。其有益效果在于:利用所述第一旋钮503及所述第二旋钮504可以精确地控制所述柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的所述电连接端子压合所述显示面板10的所述端子时的压力值。所述第一旋钮503以及所述第二旋钮504可以是圆形旋钮、多边旋钮、指针旋钮或手动转盘。
所述贴合平台501连接有滑动支座505,所述滑动支座505连接有驱动件,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座505移动。具体为,当需要测试所述显示面板10是否存在接触不良时,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座505带动所述贴合有所述柔性电路板20的所述贴合平台501靠近所述显示面板10;当所述显示面板10测试结束时,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座505带动所述贴合有所述柔性电路板20的所述贴合平台501远离所述显示面板10。所述驱动件为气缸或者马达。所述显示面板测试装置还包括控制装置,所述控制装置用于控制所述驱动件的启动以及关闭。具体为,当需要测试所述显示面板10是否存在接触不良时,所述控制装置控制所述驱动件启动,当所述显示面板10测试结束时,所述控制装置控制所述驱动件关闭。
请参阅图3,本发明还提供一种利用上述显示面板测试装置对所述显示面板测试的方法,用于对在柔性电路板20与显示面板10预压时压力的测试,包括:
步骤1,驱动所述滑动支座505带动贴合有柔性电路板20的贴合平台501向显示面板10移动。具体为,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座505靠近所述显示面板10,使所述柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的电连接端子与和所述显示面板10的所述导接端子区域的导接端子相对位,使所述电连接端子的中心与所述导接端子的中心位于同一条垂直于所述贴合平台501的直线上。
步骤2,旋转第一旋钮503,调节所述柔性电路板20压合所述显示面板10到第一位置。具体为,所述第一位置为柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的电连接端子与所述显示面板10的所述导接端子区域的导接端子接触时的位置。
步骤3,旋转第二旋钮504,调节所述柔性电路板20压合所述显示面板10到第二位置。具体为,所述第二位置为柔性电路板20的所述电连接区域的电连接端子压合所述显示面板10的所述导接端子区域的导接端子时的位置。
步骤4,压力传感器40检测所述柔性电路板20与所述显示面板10之间的压力值,显示装置显示所述压力值。具体为,所述压力传感器40的系统感知所所述显示面板10受到的压力,并将所述压力值传送给所述显示装置,所述显示装置显示接收到的所述压力值。根据所述压力值,可以实现精确地判断所述显示面板10是否存在接触不良的情况,降低误判率。

  1. 一种显示面板测试装置,用于对在柔性电路板与显示面板预压时的压力测试,所述显示面板包括导接端子区域,所述柔性电路板包括电连接区域,其中,包括设有嵌入槽的治具平台、设于所述嵌入槽的压力传感器及压合部,所述显示面板承载于所述压力传感器上,所述压合部带动所述柔性电路板移动使所述电连接区域的电连接端子与所述显示面板的导接端子相压合,所述压力传感器检测所述显示面板与所述柔性电路板之间的压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述压力传感器为压电压力传感器或者压阻式压力传感器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述压合部包括装载所述柔性电路板上的贴合平台、设于所述贴合平台上的控制座,所述控制座上设置有第一旋钮以及第二旋钮,所述第一旋钮与所述第二旋钮控制所述显示面板与所述柔性电路板之间的不同压合程度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述第一旋钮控制所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第一位置,所述第二旋钮控制所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第二位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述贴合平台连接有滑动支座,所述滑动支座连接有驱动件,所述驱动件驱动所述滑动支座移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述驱动件是气缸或者马达。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括控制装置,所述控制装置用于控制所述驱动件的启动以及关闭。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括支撑座,所述支撑座用于支撑所述治具平台。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板测试装置,其中,所述显示面板测试装置还包括显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示所述压力传感器检测到的压力。
  10. 一种显示面板测试方法,用于对在柔性电路板与显示面板预压时压力的测试,其中,包括:
    驱动滑动支座带动贴合有柔性电路板的贴合平台向显示面板移动;
    旋转第一旋钮,调节所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第一位置;
    旋转第二旋钮,调节所述柔性电路板压合所述显示面板到第二位置;
    压力传感器检测所述柔性电路板与所述显示面板之间的压力值,显示装置显示所述压力值。
