Abstract

一种薪资计算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,所述薪资计算方法包括:获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据(S10);根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式(S20);根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果(S30)。本方法的计薪子公式、计薪数据以及计薪人员具有一一对应性,当计薪人员的计薪数据变化时,直接根据与此变化的计薪数据对应的计薪子公式得到变化的计薪结果,实现计薪的快速调整,提高了计薪的速度。

本申请要求于2017年11月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711094172.X、发明名称为“薪资计算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请主要涉及计算机应用技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种薪资计算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,企业员工计薪均采用同一种计薪方式,即通过SAS工具(大数据采集工具)采集不同员工的年限、业绩等参数;当计算某一员工的薪酬时,从采集的大数据中抽取其对应的年限、业绩等参数进行计算;使得前期数据准备复杂,计算时间长,不能根据员工的参数差异性或参数变动灵活快速的调整计薪,计薪速度慢。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种薪资计算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中计薪前期数据准备复杂,不能根据员工的差异性灵活调整计薪,计薪速度慢的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种薪资计算方法,所述薪资计算方法包括以下步骤:
获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
优选地,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式 的步骤之后包括:
对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,且对同一人员的所有计薪子公式设置相同的标识符。
优选地,所述根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果的步骤包括:
将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,对所有计薪子结果进行相加,并将相加的结果作为计薪结果。
优选地,所述将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果的步骤包括:
将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,获取同一组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,并将所述计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果。
优选地,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后包括:
确定各人员所属的人员类型,其中人员类型包括业务人员和管理人员;
根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数;
根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新。
优选地,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
当人员类型为业务人员时,确定计薪周期内业务人员的业务量与时间的比值;
当所述比值大于预设值时,确定所述业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
优选地,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
当人员类型为管理人员时,确定计薪周期内管理人员所管理人员的总业务量;
当所述总业务量大于预设业务量时,确定所述管理人员对应的计薪子公 式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种薪资计算装置,所述薪资计算装置包括:
获取模块,用于获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
确定模块,用于根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
计薪模块,用于根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种薪资计算设备,所述薪资计算装置包括:存储器、处理器、通信总线以及存储在所述存储器上的薪资计算程序;
所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
所述处理器用于执行所述薪资计算程序,以实现以下步骤:
获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或者一个以上程序可被一个或者一个以上的处理器执行以用于:
获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
本实施例的薪资计算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,通过获取存储在终端的计薪人员名单中的有效名单以及有效名单中各人员的计薪数据,以根据不同人员的计薪数据,确定与其对应的计薪子公式,从而根据计 薪子公式以及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。本方案的计薪子公式、计薪数据以及计薪人员具有一一对应性,当计薪人员的计薪数据变化时,直接根据与此变化的计薪数据对应的计薪子公式得到变化的计薪结果,实现计薪的快速调整,提高了计薪的速度。

本申请提供一种薪资计算方法。
请参照图1,图1为本申请薪资计算方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述薪资计算方法包括:
步骤S10,获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
本实施例的薪资计算方法适用于将计薪人员、计薪数据以及计薪公式一一对应,实现计薪人员的计薪。随着计算机技术的发展,大部分公司均通过计算机网络来管理员工,即将公司所有员工的基本信息存储在计算机中。其中计算机也可以是ipad、移动电脑等,将此类用于保存员工基本信息的设备作为终端。而考虑到不是公司中所有的员工均需要进行薪资计算,如停薪留职的员工、长期请假的员工等。从而获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,计薪人员名单可以为公司中所有员工名单,有效名单则为当月需要计薪的计薪员工名单。所有员工名单存储在终端中,对于当月不需要进行计薪的人员设置有非计薪标识符,如当某一员工申请停薪留职,负责人力资源的员 工对此员工的基本信息设置对应的标识,终端接收到此标识时,则判断此员工为当月不需要计薪的员工,从而在此员工的基本信息中生成非计薪标识符。获取终端中存储的计薪人员名单,并判断计薪人员名单中是否存在携带有非计薪标识符的人员,当存在携带有非计薪标识符的人员,则将此人员从计薪人员名单中剔除,得到需要计薪的有效名单。此外,薪资计算时涉及到计薪人员是管理人员或业务人员等人员类型、司龄、业绩等各项指标的不同,计薪公式不相同;将此类影响薪资计算的人员信息作为计薪数据。不同的人员具有不同的计薪数据,获取终端存储的有效名单中各人员的计薪数据,以备进行薪资计算。
步骤S20,根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
进一步地,计薪数据为用于薪资计算的数据,从而根据此计薪数据,可确定计薪子公式。如人员A的计薪数据中包括推荐人员数据,则可确定A的计薪子公式中包括推荐人员津贴的计薪子公式。通过此有效名单中各人员的计薪数据,确定与此各人员对应的计薪子公式,如有效名单包括人员a1、a2和a3,分别根据此a1、a2和a3人员的计薪数据,确定a1的计薪子公式为k1、k2和k3,a2的计薪子公式为k1、k4和k5,a3的计薪子公式为k3、k7和k9,进而根据此各个计薪子公式对各人员薪资进行计算。
步骤S30,根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
进一步地,在确定有效名单中各人员对应的计薪子公式后,因不同的计薪子公式所对应的计薪数据不相同,从而需从计薪数据中确定与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,根据此计薪子公式以及对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算。如上述中确定人员A的推荐人员津贴的计薪子公式为:

其中X 1为推荐人员津贴、k为基数、n为有效推荐人数、m 1为转正人数、m 2为有效转正人数。推荐人员津贴表示在公司就职的员工推荐其他人员来公司就职,所得到的津贴。有效推荐人数n表示推荐的其他人员中在正常转正期内转正的人员数量,如推荐的数量为10,而在正常转正期内转正的数量为5,则有效推荐人数为5。基数k人为设定的数值,其根据有效推荐人数的有效比例设定,如上述的有效比例为5/10。其中有效比例越高,说明推荐的人员中在正 常转正期内转正的数量越多,基数k则越大,以放大津贴数值,使推荐人员获得较高的津贴奖励。相应地,当有效比例越低,则说明推荐的人员中在正常转正期内转正的数量越少,基数k越小,以减少津贴数值,使推荐人员获得较低的津贴奖励。转正人数m 1表示推荐的其他人员中转正的人员数量,包括正常转正期转正的人员以及延期转正的人员。有效转正人数m 2表示转正人数中在转正三个月之后仍然在公司就职的人数。如转正人数m 1为6,在三个月之后此6个转正人员还有4个在公式就职,则有效转正人数m 2为4。通过将计薪数据传输到对应的计薪子公式中,即可对人员的薪资进行计算,当计薪数据发送变化时,直接将计薪数据替换即可,如上述推荐人员津贴的计薪子公式中,本月计算出推荐的人员中,在转正三个月后仍然在本公司就职的数量为5,而下个月为3,则在下个月计算时将计薪子公式中的m 2由5替换为3即可,使计薪操作简单方便。
本实施例的薪资计算方法,通过获取存储在终端的计薪人员名单中的有效名单以及有效名单中各人员的计薪数据,以根据不同人员的计薪数据,确定与其对应的计薪子公式,从而根据计薪子公式以及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。本方案的计薪子公式、计薪数据以及计薪人员具有一一对应性,当计薪人员的计薪数据变化时,直接根据与此变化的计薪数据对应的计薪子公式得到变化的计薪结果,实现计薪的快速调整,提高了计薪的速度。
进一步地,请参照图2,在本申请薪资计算方法的第一实施例的基础上,提出本申请薪资计算方法的第二实施例,在第二实施例中,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后包括:
步骤S40,对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,且对同一人员的所有计薪子公式设置相同的标识符。
可理解的,各人员可能有很多个计薪子公式,如提成计薪子公式、出差计薪子公式、新员工计薪子公式、推荐人员计薪子公式等。而有效名单中需要计薪的人员也有多个,多个人员对应多个计薪子公式,可能会出现混淆,将人员a1的计薪子公式作为人员a2的计薪子公式,出现计薪错误的问题。为了避免混淆,本实施例对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,用不同的标识符表征不同的人员的计薪子公式,使相同人员的所有计薪子公式的标识符 相同。标识符可通过表征人员唯一性的信息确定,如人员身份证号或在公司的工号等。通过设置表征唯一性的标识符,确保人员与计薪子公式的对应性,防止人员与计薪子公式的混淆。如将人员A和B的标识符设置为p1和p2,当根据其计薪数据确定A的计薪子公式为k1、k5和k9,B的计薪子公式为K3、K5和K10。从而将人员A的计薪子公式k1、k5和k9设置为标识符P1,将人员B的计薪子公式K3、K5和K10设置为标识符p2,通过此标识符实现对人员A和B两者的子公式的区分。
进一步地,在本申请薪资计算方法的另一实施例中,所述根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果的步骤包括:
步骤S31,将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
在获取各人员的计薪数据以及对应的计薪子公式后,将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中进行运算,得到各个计薪子结果。如上所述人员A和B的计薪数据分别为{a1、a2、a3、a4、a5、a6}和{b1、b2、b3、b4、b5、b6、b7},由人员A计薪数据中的计薪子数据a1、a3、a4、a6确定计薪子公式k1,计薪子数据a2、a4、a6确定计薪子公式k5,计薪子数据a1、a5、a6确定计薪子公式k9。由人员B计薪数据中的计薪子数据b1、b3、b4、b6、b7确定计薪子公式k3,计薪子数据b2、b4、b6确定计薪子公式k5,计薪子数据b1、b3、b5、b6确定计薪子公式k10。从而将计薪数子据a1、a3、a4、a6传输到计薪子公式k1中得到人员A的第一个计薪子结果;将计薪子数据a2、a4、a6传输到计薪子公式k5中得到人员A的第二个计薪子结果;将计薪子数据a1、a5、a6传输到计薪子公式k9中得到人员A的第三个计薪子结果。相应的将计薪子数据b1、b3、b4、b6、b7传输到计薪子公式k3中得到人员B的第一个计薪子结果;将计薪子数据b2、b4、b6传输到计薪子公式k5中得到人员B的第二个计薪子结果;将计薪子数据b1、b3、b5、b6传输到计薪子公式k10中得到人员B的第三个计薪子结果。本实施例的计薪子数据和计薪子公式形成一一对应关系,将计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中得到各个计薪子公式的计薪子结果,简化了计薪操作。
步骤S32,获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,对所有 计薪子结果进行相加,并将相加的结果作为计薪结果。
在得到计薪子公式的计薪子结果后,获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,将此具有同一标识符的计薪子公式得到的计薪子结果进行相加,此相加的结果即为计薪结果。因具有同一标识符的计薪子公式表征为同一人员的计薪子公式,从而计薪子结果的相加结果为同一人员的计薪结果,通过标识符可确保人员计薪的完整性和正确性,避免遗落或混淆。
进一步地,在本申请薪资计算方法的另一实施例中,所述将与计薪子公式对应的计薪数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果的步骤包括:
将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,获取同一组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,并将所述计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果。
可理解地,虽然需要计薪的人员不同,但是其归属于同一公司,遵守同样的计薪制度,从而根据不同人员的计薪数据得到的计薪子公式可能存在相同的部分。如同样具有中级职称,且司龄相同的两个工程师,两者用于计算等级工资的计薪子公式相同。对于具有同样计薪子公式的多个人员,为了避免针对每个人员调用此计薪子公式,造成资源浪费,可将此不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类。获取此组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的各个计薪子数据,将各个计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到各个计薪子结果。因计薪子公式设置有各人员的标识符,而各人员的计薪数据与人员相关,从而在计算得到计薪子结果时,可通过相应的标识符进行区别。如人员A和B的标识符为p1和p2,两者具有相同的计薪子公式k6,此计薪子公式k6设置有标识符p1和p2,在将人员A的计薪数据传输到计薪子公式k6中,得到计薪子结果,可对此计薪结果设置标识符p1,以表征其为人员A的计薪子结果;相应的在得到人员B的计薪子结果时,对其设置标识符p2,以表征其为人员B的计薪子结果。通过将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,对计薪子数据进行计算,可节省计算资源,结合标识符对同一组类中的人员进行区分,避免混淆,确保数据的准确性。
进一步地,请参照图3,在本申请薪资计算方法的第二实施例的基础上,提出本申请薪资计算方法的第三实施例,在第三实施例中,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后包括:
步骤S50,确定各人员所属的人员类型,其中人员类型包括业务人员和管理人员;
可理解地,公司中设置有不同岗位,如管理岗、业务岗等,不同的岗位人员属于不同的人员类型。本实施例根据岗位的不同将人员类型划分为业务人员和管理人员。业务人员的薪资主要与其业务量相关,管理人员的薪资主要与其管理的人员的业务相关。以根据人员类型的差异,对不同人员的薪资进行差异化计算。
步骤S60,根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数;
进一步地,对于不同的人员类型,设置有不同的调整系数,以对人员的薪资进行调整。考虑到同一人员类型涉及的计薪子公式众多,此调整系数主要针对影响人员类型薪资的计薪子公式,如业务人员的调整系数用于对与其业务量相关的计薪子公司进行调整;而管理人员的调整系数则用于对与其管理的人员的业务相关的计薪子公式进行调整。根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数,以通过调整系数对计薪子公式进行调整。此外,本实施例也可以将人员的所有计薪子公式进行相加运算的公式作为计薪总公式,针对计薪总公式设置总调整系数。此总调整系数与人员的司龄、行业工作经验、贡献度等相关,当司龄、行业工作经验以及贡献度越大,则总调整系数越大;其中可对司龄、行业工作经验以及贡献度分别设置子调整系数,总调整系数由此所有子调整系数相乘所得。
步骤S70,根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新。
更进一步地,在确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数后,根据此调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,对计薪子公式进行更新。如某人员的计薪子公式为

进一步地,在本申请薪资计算方法的另一实施例中,所述根据人员类型 以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
步骤S61,当人员类型为业务人员时,确定计薪周期内业务人员的业务量与时间的比值;
进一步地,当确定人员类型为业务人员时,因业务人员的薪资主要与业务量相关,从而其对应的调整系数由业务量与时间的比值确定,当业务量与时间的比值越大,则说明业务人员在越短的时间内的业务量越多,业绩好;而当比值越小,则可说明业务人员在越长的时间内的业务量越少,业绩差。以根据此比值确定调整系数,使薪资的计算更为客观公正。
步骤S62,当所述比值大于预设值时,确定所述业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
为了判定业务人员的业务量与时间的比值的大小,本实施例设置有预设值,预设值为公司管理人员预先要求设置的数值。在确定业务人员的业务量与时间的比值后,将比值与预设值比较,判断比值是否大于预设值,当比值大于预设值时,则说明业务人员业绩好,将此业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数确定为大于1的调整系数,通过此大于1的调整系数对用于计算业务量薪资的计薪子公式进行调整,对业务量薪资进行放大,以对业务人员进行奖励。而当比值小于或等于预设值时,则说明业务人员业绩较差,将此业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数确定为等于1的调整系数,不对其进行奖励,其业务量薪资即为根据计薪子公式计算所得。
进一步地,在本申请薪资计算方法的另一实施例中,所述根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新的步骤之后包括:
步骤S80,将与业务人员对应的计薪数据传输到更新的计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
在确定业务人员用于计算业务量薪资的计薪子公式的调整系数大于1后,使用此调整系数对计薪子公式进行更新,将业务人员对应的计薪数据传输到更新后的计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果,此计薪子结果为经过调整系数放大的结果。
步骤S90,判断计薪子结果是否大于预设薪资,当所述计薪子结果大于预设薪资时,将预设薪资作为计薪子结果。
因计薪子结果经过调整系数的放大,其放大后的数据可能过大,从而设 置有预设薪资,当计薪子结果大于预设薪资时,则说明预设计薪子结果过大,可能影响公司其他人员的公正性,从而将预设薪资作为计薪子结果;而当计薪子结果不大于预设薪资时,则说明预设计薪子结果不大,直接将此计薪子结果作为业务人员的业务量薪资。
进一步地,在本申请薪资计算方法的另一实施例中,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
步骤S63,当人员类型为管理人员时,确定计薪周期内管理人员所管理人员的总业务量;
而当确定人员类型为管理人员时,因管理人员的薪资主要与其管理人员的业务量相关,从而其对应的调整系数由其所管理人员的总业务量确定。当总业务量越大,则说管理人员管理的业务人员的总业务量越多,管理的业绩好;而当总业务量越小,则可说明管理人员管理的业务人员的总业务量越少,业绩差。以根据此总业务量确定调整系数,使薪资的计算更为客观公正。
步骤S64,当所述总业务量大于预设业务量时,确定所述管理人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
为了判定管理人员所管理的业务人员的总业务量的多少,本实施例设置有预设业务量,预设业务量为公司预先要求设置的目标数值。在确定管理人员所管理的业务人员的总业务量后,将总业务量与预设业务量比较,判断总业务量是否大于预设业务量,当总业务量大于预设业务量时,则说明管理人员所管理的业务人员业绩好,将此管理人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数确定为大于1的调整系数,通过此大于1的调整系数对用于计算业务量薪资的计薪子公式进行调整,对业务量薪资进行放大,以对管理人员进行奖励。而当比值小于或等于预设业量时,则说明管理人员所管理的业务人员业绩较差,将此管理人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数确定为等于1的调整系数,不对其进行奖励,其业务量薪资即为根据计薪子公式计算所得。
此外,请参照图5,本申请提供一种接口测试用例的生成装置,在本申请接口测试用例的生成第一实施例中,所述接口测试用例的生成装置包括:
获取模块10,用于获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
确定模块20,用于根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子 公式;
计薪模块30,用于根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
本实施例的薪资计算装置,通过获取模块10获取存储在终端的计薪人员名单中的有效名单以及有效名单中各人员的计薪数据,以通过确定模块20根据不同人员的计薪数据,确定与其对应的计薪子公式,从而根据计薪子公式以及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,计薪模块30对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。本方案的计薪子公式、计薪数据以及计薪人员具有一一对应性,当计薪人员的计薪数据变化时,直接根据与此变化的计薪数据对应的计薪子公式得到变化的计薪结果,实现计薪的快速调整,提高了计薪的速度。
需要说明的是,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
参照图4,图4是本申请实施例方法涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本申请实施例薪资计算设备可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、便携计算机等终端设备。
如图4所示,该薪资计算设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现处理器1001和存储器1005之间的连接通信。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该薪资计算设备还可以包括用户接口、网络接口、摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。用户接口可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图4中示出的薪资计算设备结构并不构成对薪 资计算设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图4所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块以及薪资计算程序。操作系统是管理和控制薪资计算设备硬件和软件资源的程序,支持薪资计算程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。网络通信模块用于实现存储器1005内部各组件之间的通信,以及与薪资计算设备中其它硬件和软件之间通信。
在图4所示的薪资计算设备中,处理器1001用于执行存储器1005中存储的薪资计算程序,实现上述薪资计算方法各实施例中的步骤。
本申请提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,所述一个或者一个以上程序还可被一个或者一个以上的处理器执行以用于实现上述薪资计算方法各实施例中的步骤。
还需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述薪资计算方法包括以下步骤:
    获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
    根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
    根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后包括:
    对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,且对同一人员的所有计薪子公式设置相同的标识符。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果的步骤包括:
    将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
    获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,对所有计薪子结果进行相加,并将相加的结果作为计薪结果。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果的步骤包括:
    将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,获取同一组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,并将所述计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后包括:
    确定各人员所属的人员类型,其中人员类型包括业务人员和管理人员;
    根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数;
    根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
    当人员类型为业务人员时,确定计薪周期内业务人员的业务量与时间的比值;
    当所述比值大于预设值时,确定所述业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的薪资计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
    当人员类型为管理人员时,确定计薪周期内管理人员所管理人员的总业务量;
    当所述总业务量大于预设业务量时,确定所述管理人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
  8. 一种薪资计算装置,其特征在于,所述薪资计算装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
    确定模块,用于根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
    计薪模块,用于根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
  9. 一种薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述薪资计算设备包括:存储器、处理器、通信总线以及存储在所述存储器上的薪资计算程序;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述处理器用于执行所述薪资计算程序,以实现以下步骤:
    获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
    根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
    根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后,所述处理器用于执行所述薪资计算程序,以实现以下步骤:
    对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,且对同一人员的所有计薪子公式设置相同的标识符。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果的步骤包括:
    将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
    获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,对所有计薪子结果进行相加,并将相加的结果作为计薪结果。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果的步骤包括:
    将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,获取同一组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,并将所述计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后,所述处理器用于执行所述薪资计算程序,以实现以下步骤:
    确定各人员所属的人员类型,其中人员类型包括业务人员和管理人员;
    根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数;
    根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的薪资计算设备,其特征在于,所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
    当人员类型为业务人员时,确定计薪周期内业务人员的业务量与时间的比值;
    当所述比值大于预设值时,确定所述业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机课读存储介质上存储有薪资计算程序,所述薪资计算程序被处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    获取终端存储的计薪人员名单中的有效名单,并获取有效名单中各人员的计薪数据;
    根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式;
    根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后,所述薪资计算程序被处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    对各人员的计薪子公式设置不同的标识符,且对同一人员的所有计薪子公式设置相同的标识符。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述计薪子公式及该计薪子公式在计薪数据中对应的计薪子数据,对各人员的薪资进行计算,得到各人员的计薪结果的步骤包括:
    将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果;
    获取具有同一标识符的计薪子公式的所有计薪子结果,对所有计薪子结果进行相加,并将相加的结果作为计薪结果。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述将与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果的步骤包括:
    将不同人员所具有的相同计薪子公式划分到同一组类,获取同一组类中各人员与计薪子公式对应的计薪子数据,并将所述计薪子数据传输到计薪子公式中,得到计薪子结果。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据各人员的计薪数据,确定与各人员对应的计薪子公式的步骤之后,所述薪资计算程序被处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    确定各人员所属的人员类型,其中人员类型包括业务人员和管理人员;
    根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数;
    根据调整系数,调整对应的计薪子公式,以对计薪子公式进行更新。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述所述根据人员类型以及计薪数据,确定各人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数的步骤包括:
    当人员类型为业务人员时,确定计薪周期内业务人员的业务量与时间的比值;
    当所述比值大于预设值时,确定所述业务人员对应的计薪子公式的调整系数为大于一的调整系数。
