Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réception préalable d'informations concernant l'emplacement d'un client utilisant un serveur de fourniture d'informations de livraison et de fourniture d'un itinéraire de livraison et d'un service de livraison. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à recevoir des informations concernant une pluralité de produits de livraison, transmettre des informations de livraison à des terminaux clients qui reçoivent les produits de livraison, recevoir une réponse aux informations de livraison provenant des terminaux clients et confirmer les lieux de livraison des produits de livraison, transmettre aux terminaux clients des informations d'arrivée des produits de livraison comprenant les informations de lieu de livraison confirmées, et établir un itinéraire de livraison pour la pluralité de produits de livraison sur la base des lieux de livraison confirmés des produits de livraison et fournir l'itinéraire de livraison défini à un terminal de livreur.
