본 출원은 삼층면 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 압연-압출-압연 삼층면의 제조방법을 통해 매끄러움 및 탄력성이 뛰어나고 동시에 부드러움과 우수한 목 넘김을 가진 식감을 나타내며, 삶은 후 시간이 경과하여도 면 조직 유지성이 뛰어난 고품질 면류(생면, 증숙면, 냉동면, 개량숙면, 호화건면, 유탕면 등)를 만들 수 있다.
