Abstract

一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,包括后盖(1)、设于后盖(1)内的吸风座(2)及设于吸风座(2)内产生吸附油烟效果的鼓风机(3),后盖(1)内还设有与鼓风机(3)的出风口相通并过滤油烟的过滤装置(4),以及设有与过滤装置(4)的出风端密封连接实现过滤后的气体内循环流动的内循环机座(5)。该油烟内循环过滤的油烟机结构简单,延长了油烟机的使用寿命,有效地吸收厨房余热,降低厨房室内环境温度。

Description

一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机 技术领域
本发明涉及油烟机的技术领域,尤其涉及一种采用过滤装置过滤油烟及内循环流动排放于室内取代传统的通道排放至室外的油烟机。
背景技术
随着我国经济的不断增长和国民生活水平的不断改善和提高,厨房用吸油烟机已成为人们生活的必需品。但由于我国的吸油烟机发展时间短,现有市场的产品主要着重于排烟,考虑节能环保甚少,人们生活烹饪的排烟给室外及室内的环境造成严重的污染;现有市场的传统的家用吸油烟机全是外排式的,是直接将油烟排到大气中,存在油烟的二次污染,而内排式吸油烟机的技术在市场上极其少见。
因此,针对外排式吸油烟机的缺点,近年来也逐渐出现了一些内排式的吸油烟机,这类内排式的吸油烟机多数是采用将油烟经分离处理后排到厨房实现内循环,此类油烟分离的技术多数是采用活性炭、离心分离等净化处理,但是此类净化处理装置的结构比较复杂,成本也过高,使用寿命较短,需要经常更换等。
另外,由于现有市场上燃气灶燃烧热量的有效利用率大都在40~50%之间,余下的热量即余热散发于厨房空间,不能有效的吸收或排放余热,将极大地提升室内的温度,降低室内其他家用电器的使用效果。市场上的这类内排式吸油烟机的净化装置只有单纯的分离油 烟的作用,不具备吸热和降温的作用,不能实现厨房空间内的余热有效排出或降温;再者,浑淆于油烟中的油脂不但污染风机和风道,而且阻碍了净化材料对有害气体的净化处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,该油烟内循环过滤的油烟机抽入的油烟通过液体进行过滤,油烟经过液体实现油烟分离,油质成分混入于液体中,分离的气体从液体排出并进入油烟机内,采用单向风帘用于隔断油烟机机体外的空气与油烟机内循环机座内的气体,实现空气在油烟机内的内循环流动,油烟机内的相对干净空气可从油烟机安装件的间隙排出室内,取代了传统的外排式排放所需的管道和减少了空气污染;且此油烟机可直接安装于室内,也解决了外排式油烟机为了管道排放而需在厨房墙体或玻璃窗开设管道通孔的缺陷。另外,采用液体过滤油烟还能把厨房烹饪所发出的余热予以吸热降温后再排出至室内,令厨房温度得到有效的降温;因此,该油烟内循环过滤的油烟机具有结构简单、使用简单、安全、方便、不用清洗、不容易堵塞、油烟过滤效果好、过滤后排出的气体无异味、环保、减少油烟机拆洗的麻烦、成本降低等优点,延长了油烟机的使用寿命,实现油烟气体彻底地净化,有效地吸收厨房余热,降低厨房室内环境温度,极大地满足了不同家庭的生活需求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,包括后盖、设于后盖内的吸风座及设于吸风座内产生吸 附油烟效果的鼓风机,所述的后盖内还设有与鼓风机的出风口相通并过滤油烟的过滤装置,以及设有与过滤装置的出风端密封连接实现过滤后的气体内循环流动的内循环机座。
进一步的,所述的内循环机座内设有与过滤装置的出风端相通的循环管道。
进一步的,所述的过滤装置包括有盛装有液体实现油烟过滤的过滤槽。
进一步的,吸风座下方安装有风机轮底座,风机轮底座内安装有与风机风道相通连接并导流风向的风鼓,风轮机座内设有位于风鼓与过滤槽之间实现油烟从风鼓进入过滤槽的液体内的鼓风驳接口。
进一步的,所述的风机轮底座内还设有过滤箱,过滤箱位于过滤槽出风端与内循环机座进风端之间。
进一步的,所述的风机轮底座与过滤槽之间设有实现风机轮底座隔离沾染过滤槽内液体的隔液板条。
进一步的,所述的过滤槽顶部两侧设有防止鼓风机进风量过大而造成过滤槽内的液体飞溅并把集中于过滤槽两侧的油与中间的水隔离的挡隔板。
进一步的,所述的内循环机座上设有用于隔断油烟机机体外的空气与油烟机内循环机座内的气体的单向风帘。
进一步的,所述过滤槽内盛装的液体为水。
进一步的,所述的过滤槽上设有排掉油污和污水的排液阀门口以及注入新水至过滤槽内的注水管。
进一步的,该过滤槽内的液体中混有除味剂、清洁剂或除油剂的任一种以上,或者采用其它能达到相同除味、除油等清洁过滤功能的添加剂也可以;同理,也可以在过滤箱内设有除味和/或除油的过滤器,同样达到相同的功能或二次优化的功能。
本发明的有益效果为:本油烟内循环过滤的油烟机抽入的油烟采用液体进行过滤,油烟经过液体实现油烟分离,油质成分混入于液体中,分离的气体从液体排出并进入油烟机内,采用单向风帘用于隔断油烟机机体外的空气与油烟机内循环机座内的气体,实现空气在油烟机内的内循环流动,油烟机内的相对干净空气可从油烟机安装件的间隙排出室内,取代了传统的外排式排放所需的管道,减少了空气污染;且此油烟机可直接安装于室内,也解决了外排式油烟机为了管道排放而需在厨房墙体或玻璃窗开设管道通孔的缺陷。另外,采用液体过滤油烟还能把厨房烹饪所发出的余热予以吸热降温后再排出至室内,令厨房热量得到有效的降温;因此,该油烟内循环过滤的油烟机具有结构简单、使用简单、安全、方便、不用清洗、不容易堵塞、油烟过滤效果好、过滤后排出的气体无异味、环保、减少了油烟机拆洗的麻烦、成本降低等优点,延长油烟机的使用寿命,实现油烟气体彻底地净化,有效地吸收厨房余热,降低厨房室内环境温度,极大地满足了不同家庭的生活需求。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例1所描述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,包括后盖1、设于后盖内的吸风座2及设于吸风座内产生吸附油烟效果的鼓风机3,所述的后盖内还设有与风机的出风口相通并过滤油烟的过滤装置4,以及设有与过滤装置4的出风端密封连接实现过滤后的气体内循环流动的内循环机座5。
在本实施例中,该内循环机座5内设有与过滤装置4的出风端相通的循环管道(图中未显示)。
在本实施例中,该过滤装置包括有盛装有液体实现油烟过滤的过滤槽6。
在本实施例中,该鼓风机安装于吸风座内,吸风座下方安装有风机轮底座15,风机轮底座内安装有与风机风道相通连接并导流风向的风鼓16,风机轮底座内设有位于风鼓与过滤槽之间实现油烟从风鼓进入过滤槽的液体内的鼓风驳接口7。
在本实施例中,该风机轮底座内还设有过滤箱8,过滤箱位于过滤槽出风端与内循环机座5进风端之间。
在本实施例中,该风机轮底座与过滤槽之间设有实现风机轮底座隔离沾染过滤槽内液体的隔液板条9。
在本实施例中,该过滤槽顶部两侧设有防止鼓风机进风量过大而造成过滤槽内的液体飞溅并把集中于过滤槽两侧的油与中间的水隔离的挡隔板10。
在本实施例中,该内循环机座上设有用于隔断油烟机机体外的空气与油烟机内循环机座内的气体的单向风帘11。
在本实施例中,该过滤槽内盛装的液体为水。
在本实施例中,该过滤槽上设有排掉油污和污水的排液阀门口18以及注入新水至过滤槽内的注水管17。
在本实施例汇总,过滤槽内的液体中混有除味剂、清洁剂或除油剂的任一种以上,或者采用其它能达到相同除味、除油等清洁过滤功能的添加剂也可以;同理,也可以在过滤箱内设有除味和/或除油的过滤器(图中未显示),同样达到相同的功能或二次优化的功能。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,包括后盖(1)、设于后盖(1)内的吸风座(2)及设于吸风座(2)内的鼓风机(3),其特征在于,所述的后盖(1)内还设有与鼓风机(3)的出风口相通的过滤装置(4),以及设有与过滤装置(4)的出风端密封连接的内循环机座(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的内循环机座(5)内设有与过滤装置(4)的出风端连接的循环管道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的过滤装置(4)包括用于盛装液体的过滤槽(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述吸风座(2)下方安装有风机轮底座(15),所述风机轮底座(15)内安装有风鼓(16),所述风鼓(16)的进风口与鼓风机(3)的出风口连接,所述风鼓(16)的出风口与过滤槽(6)之间通过风鼓驳接管(7)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的风机轮底座(15)内还设有过滤箱(8),过滤箱(8)位于过滤槽(6)出风端与内循环机座(5)进风端之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的风轮机底座(15)与过滤槽(6)之间设有隔液板条(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的过滤槽(6)顶部两侧设有挡隔板(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的内循环机座(5)上设有单向风帘(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述过滤槽(6)内盛装的液体为水。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的过滤槽(6)上设有排液阀门口(18)以及注水管(17)。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的一种油烟内循环过滤的油烟机,其特征在于,所述的过滤箱(8)内设有过滤器;所述的过滤槽(6)内的液体中混有除味剂、清洁剂或除油剂的任一种以上。
