本申请要求于2017年8月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710729227.3、发明名称为“两用式循环净化机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化设备,尤其涉及一种油烟空气两用循环净化机。
背景技术
改革开放以来我国国民经济得到了飞速的发展,但同时人们赖以生存的大气环境却不断地恶化,虽然政府治霾付出了代价,舍弃了污染高排放企业并采取了其它一些治理大气的措施收到了一些效果,但造成大气污染的源头之一的厨房餐饮污染排放并未得到根本改善,继续困扰着社会。
因现有技术的原因,国内商业餐饮业的油烟排放仍采用的是几十年前的接管排空技术,净化标准低,且还有很大部分餐饮业净化处理流于形式;居民家庭餐饮排放更不乐观,现有吸油烟机并无完全意义上的净化标准,普遍采用多层共用烟道将油烟废气集中排空。有证据证明在一些大中城市由餐饮的排放造成的大气污染已超过了工业污染的排放。故,解决城市人们生活油烟污染的排放是我们大气治理的当务之急。
现有管道式的油烟排放一方面极大地增加了社会的建筑成本和单位排烟产品的使用能耗;更有甚者,居家共用烟道因排烟不畅、倒灌、互邻窜味等普遍现象直接影响人们室内生活环境。因此,研究开发一种既能有效地解决餐饮排放污染大气,又能有效改善人们居室生活环境的两用式循环净化机摆在我们面前。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种两用式循环净化机,其既可以净化室内的烟气,为室内提供净化后的新风,又能利用烹饪中产生的余热。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种两用式循环净 化机,其包括壳体,油烟净化装置及其新风供给装置,其中,该油烟净化装置及该新风供给装置均安置于该壳体内;该油烟净化装置包括吸烟口,第一排风口,油脂分离器,吸烟腔,第一风机,烟气净化室,烟气净化滤层,其中,该吸烟口设置于该壳体下部内侧,该第一排风口设置于该壳体上部外侧,该油脂分离器设置于该吸烟口处或该吸烟腔内,该烟气净化滤层设置于该烟气净化室内;该新风供给装置包括吸风口,第二排风口,粉尘阻截器,吸风腔,第二风机,气体净化室,气体净化滤层,其中,该吸风口设置于该壳体下部且于该吸烟口背向的外侧,该第二排风口设置于该壳体上部内侧,该粉尘阻截器设置于该吸风口处或该吸风腔内,该气体净化滤层设置于该气体净化室内。
该吸烟腔及该吸风腔为连体结构,中间设置分隔板。
该第一风机及该第二风机分别安装于该分隔板两侧。
作为可供选择的实施例,该第一风机及该第二风机组成一个风机组,该风机组包括装有风轮的两只蜗壳,及其共用的双出轴同芯电机,其中,两只该蜗壳夹装在该分隔板上,该电机纵向地安装在该分隔板上,该电机两端出轴分别与两只该蜗壳内的风轮连接。
该烟气净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合;该气体净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合。
该油脂分离器采用机械式油脂分离器、辐射形多叶转盘、静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种,其中,该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹形过滤网,该过滤网的凹面相对扣合成一体;该辐射形多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上;该静电式油脂分离器采用在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元的结构;该粉尘阻截器采用该机械式油脂分离器、该辐射形多叶转盘、该静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种的相同结构。
本发明的积极效果是:(1)油烟净化与新风供给有机地结合构成的吸油烟机产品,极大地改善和提高社会环境和居室的空气质量;(2)既大量地节约了建筑成本,增加了住户实得面积,又使得人们室内空气长久清新;(3)在不便直接排放的室内使用本发明,通过循环净化处理室内烟气, 满足了消费者在不同场合上的使用需求;(4)本发明无管道净化排放,降低了风机运行风阻及能耗,节约了能源。

如图1至图3所示,本发明两用式循环净化机,其包括壳体1,油烟净化装置2,及其新风供给装置3,其中,该油烟净化装置2及该新风供给装置3均安置于该壳体1内,该油烟净化装置2安装朝向室内的灶具上方,用于油烟废气的净化,该新风供给装置3安装朝向室外,用于室内的新风供给净化。值得提醒的是,该两用式循环净化机也可以采用室内独立空间的吊装,即,该两用式循环净化机可以作为针对于室外吸排的窗式使用,也可以在室内的任意空间吊装使用,以下为简便说明技术方案,以窗式使用为基础进行详解。
该油烟净化装置2包括吸烟口21,第一排风口22,油脂分离器23,吸烟腔24,第一风机25,烟气净化室26,烟气净化滤层27,其中,该吸烟口21设置于该壳体1下部内侧,该第一排风口22设置于该壳体1上部,该油脂分离器23设置于该吸烟口21处或该吸烟腔24内,该烟气净化滤 层27设置于该烟气净化室26内。该第一风机25提供吸排力,将室内的油烟废气通过该吸烟口21进入该吸烟腔24,先由该油脂分离器23将油脂与气体分离,烟气经该第一风机25压排至该烟气净化室26,经该烟气净化滤层27处理,对烟气中的烟颗粒及有害气体和异味全部进行净化处理由第一排风口22排除,且第一排风口22排出的是无害气体。
该新风供给装置3包括吸风口31,第二排风口32,粉尘阻截器33,吸风腔34,第二风机35,气体净化室36,气体净化滤层37,其中,该吸风口31设置于该壳体1下部且于该吸烟口21背向的外侧,该第二排风口32设置于该壳体1上部内侧,该粉尘阻截器33设置于该吸风口31处或该吸风腔34内,该气体净化滤层37设置于该气体净化室36内。该第二风机35提供吸排力,室外的空气通过该吸风口31进入该吸风腔34,由该粉尘阻截器33将空气中的粉尘分离,气体经风机压送至该气体净化室26然后再由该气体净化滤层37进行进一步净化,最后通过该第二排风口32向室内补充洁净的新风。
该第一排风口22、该第二排风口32设置于该壳体1上部,该吸烟口21、该吸风口31设置于该壳体1下部,以实现气体吸排流畅,且互不干扰。该机作为窗式使用时该第一排风口22朝向室外排放无害气体,该第二排风口32朝向室内供应新风;该机作为净化室内空气使用时,位于该壳体1上部的该第一排风口22、该第二排风口32可任意朝向,该油烟净化装置与该新风供给装置以上述工作原理同时对室内污染气体进行循环净化,使室内空气实现清新。
该吸烟腔24及该吸风腔34为连体结构,中间设置分隔板5,以形成两个互为独立的空间,在该分隔板5两侧各安装该第一风机25及该第二风机35。
作为可供选择的实施例,该第一风机25及该第二风机35组成一个风机组,采用同一个电机驱动,该风机组包括装有风轮的两只蜗壳,及其共用的双出轴同芯电机251(351),其中,两只该蜗壳夹装在该分隔板5上,两只该蜗壳进风口分别朝向该吸烟口及该吸风口,该电机251(351)纵向地安装在该分隔板5上,该电机251(351)两端出轴分别与两只该 蜗壳内的风轮连接。此种由单电机驱动的双风轮双烟槽的吸排结构既能实现双向吸气分道排气,同时又使得整机产品运转平稳,噪音小,能效高。
作为第一种可选择实施例,该油脂分离器23采用机械式油脂分离器,该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹形过滤网,该过滤网的凹面相对扣合成一体,混合在烟气中的油脂在该过滤网内形成高速旋流,油脂颗粒经碰撞至滤网凹壁,油脂颗粒集结流下,实现油气分离的目的。
作为第二种可供选择的实施例,该油脂分离器23采用辐射形多叶转盘,该多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上,该多叶转盘与该第一风机联动对应于该吸烟口,利用该多叶转盘高速旋转与油气碰撞离心的作用实现油脂分离。
作为第三种可供选择的实施例,该油脂分离器23采用静电式油脂分离器,在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元,实现油脂与烟气的分离。
值得提醒的是,上述例举的三种该油脂分离器同样适用于粉尘阻截,即,该粉尘阻截器33可以采用与该油脂分离器23相同的技术方案,其区别在于,该粉尘阻截器33的作用是阻截室外空气中的粉尘颗粒、花粉及空气中其它的污染物,以实现外部空气在进入该气体净化室之前的初步过滤。进一步,上述三种技术方案可以在该两用式循环净化机不同朝向的两面(即该油烟净化装置及该新风供给装置)采取同一种方式或采用不同的两种方式分别设置,既能实现油脂分离又能实现粉尘阻截的目的。
该烟气净化滤层27采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合,以净化或清除油烟气体中的烟颗粒物、烟气中的有害气体及异味。同理,该气体净化滤层37可以采用与该烟气净化滤层27相同的技术方案。

  5. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该烟气净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合;该气体净化滤层采用无机棉滤网层、高效HEPA网层、活性炭过滤层及纳米光触媒TiO2层其中的一种或几种组合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的两用式循环净化机,其特征在于:该油脂分离器采用机械式油脂分离器、辐射形多叶转盘、静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种,其中,该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹形过滤网,该过滤网的凹面相对扣合成一体;该辐射形多叶转盘中心固定于该第一风机的出轴端上;该静电式油脂分离器采用在该吸烟腔内设置静电式电场及油脂碰吸单元的结构;该粉尘阻截器采用该机械式油脂分离器、该辐射形多叶转盘、 该静电式油脂分离器中的任意一种的相同结构。
