Description

一种炒锅移动控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种炒锅移动控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置。
背景技术
中国的烹调文化博大精深、方式变化繁多,其中主要烹调技法包括炒、炯、炸、煮、蒸、煎、烤等,各种烹调方式的实质是被烹调物经过不同搭配以及各种预期火候状态后,烹调得到干变万化的具有小同口味物点和风味效果的各种菜式,迄今为止,烹调仍然主要是一种经验和手工为主的技艺,对操作人员技术的要求很高。
现有也出现了一些自动化程度较高的炒菜机,其可包括但不限于:炒锅装置、锅盖、上料装置、洗锅装置等,炒锅装置可以模拟厨师的动作进行翻炒。锅盖、上料装置、洗锅装置等装置都是围绕在炒锅装置的不同工位布置的,炒锅装置转动至某一工位时就与对应的装置配合以完成某一操作。例如,在进行炒菜时,锅盖要与炒锅配合,封盖住炒锅;或者,在上料时,上料装置的出口要与炒锅对接。由于现有的炒锅装置都只能在炒菜机的固定位置上进行旋转或者翻转,使得炒锅装置难以自动地与其他装置进行配合。例如,在炒锅炒菜时自动闭合锅盖,在炒菜过程中常常需要人为操作闭合,或者使用的锅盖控制装置仅仅是靠锅盖自身重力闭合,无法将锅盖紧闭炒锅口,紧密性较差,导致炒菜效率不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有炒锅装置的不足和缺陷,本发明提出了一种炒锅移动控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其可以在原有能够转动工位的基础上, 炒锅能够进一步移动,使得炒锅能够很好地与其他装置如锅盖进行配合,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。
本发明实施例一方面提供了一种炒锅移动控制装置,所述炒锅移动控制装置包括主驱动丝杆、副驱动丝杆、驱动电机、同步转动组件以及两个移动连接件;两个所述移动连接件用于与炒锅的两侧连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第一端与其中一个所述移动连接件连接,所述副驱动丝杆的第一端与另一个所述移动连接件连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第二端通过所述同步转动组件与所述副驱动丝杆的第二端连接;所述驱动电机用于驱动所述主驱动丝杆转动。
优选地,所述同步转动组件包括第一同步轮、第二同步轮以及第一同步皮带;所述第一同步轮设置在所述主驱动丝杆上;所述第二同步轮设置在所述副驱动丝杆上;所述第一同步皮带连接所述第一同步轮与所述第二同步轮,以使所述第一同步轮转动时带动所述第二同步轮转动。
优选地,所述同步转动组件还包括第三同步轮、第四同步轮以及第二同步皮带;所述驱动电机的驱动端子与所述第三同步轮连接;所述第四同步轮设置在所述主驱动丝杆上;所述第二同步皮带连接所述第三同步轮与所述第四同步轮,以使所述第三同步轮转动时带动所述第四同步轮转动。
优选地,所述炒锅移动控制装置还包括固定在炒菜机内部并且相互平行的两条直线滑轨;两个所述移动连接件一一对应地活动设置在两条所述直线滑轨上。
优选地,所述炒锅移动控制装置还包括设置在其中一个所述移动连接件上方的限位开关盒;所述限位开关盒包括设置在炒锅上限位置的第一限位开关以及设置在炒锅下限位置的第二限位开关。
本发明实施例另一方面提供了一种适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,包括炒锅、炒锅工位控制装置以及上述的炒锅移动控制装置;
所述炒锅工位控制装置用于将所述炒锅固定在所述炒锅移动控制装置上,并控制所述炒锅翻转以使所述炒锅到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
所述炒锅移动控制装置用于控制所述炒锅工位控制装置在炒菜机内部定向 移动以带动所述炒锅在炒菜机内部定向移动;
所述炒锅加热装置、所述炒锅翻炒装置、所述炒锅工位控制装置以及所述炒锅移动控制装置均与炒菜机的主控装置连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令而发出的控制指令,并根据所述控制指令对所述炒锅执行加热、旋转、翻转以及移动操作。
优选地,所述炒锅装置还包括保护外壳;所述炒锅、炒锅加热装置、炒锅翻炒装置均设置在所述保护外壳内;所述炒锅移动控制装置中的两个移动连接件分别设置在所述外壳的两侧;所述炒锅工位控制装置通过所述移动连接件与所述保护外壳连接以控制所述保护外壳内的所述炒锅翻转,并且在所述炒锅移动控制装置的驱动下带动所述保护外壳内的所述炒锅移动。
优选地,所述炒锅工位控制装置包括工位转轴和用于驱动所述工位转轴转动的工位电机;所述工位转轴贯穿所述保护外壳的两侧,且所述工位转轴的第一端与所述工位电机连接;所述工位电机安装在其中一个移动连接件上;所述工位转轴的第二端与另一个移动连接件连接。
优选地,还包括固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅的锅口相配合的锅盖;当所述炒锅翻转至炒菜工位时,所述炒锅的锅口朝向所述锅盖且所述炒锅的中轴线与所述锅盖的中轴线重合。
优选地,所述锅盖包括锅盖板和锅盖密封胆;所述锅盖密封胆包括安装在所述锅盖板上的固定部以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部的外围的密封条;所述密封条所围成的区域与所述炒锅的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种炒锅移动控制装置,包括主驱动丝杆、副驱动丝杆、驱动电机、同步转动组件以及两个移动连接件;两个所述移动连接件用于与炒锅的两侧连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第一端与其中一个所述移动连接件连接,所述副驱动丝杆的第一端与另一个所述移动连接件连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第二端通过所述同步转动组件与所述副驱动丝杆的第二端连接;所述驱动电机用于驱动所述主驱动丝杆转动。利用所述炒锅移动控制装置可以使炒锅装置可以在原有能够转动工位的基础上,控制炒 锅进行移动,使得炒锅能够很好地与其他装置如锅盖进行配合,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。本发明实施例采用了双边同步驱动,避免单边驱动造成炒锅装置扭曲,同时只需采用一个驱动电机,结构简单,降低了成本。本发明还同时提出了一种包括上述适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置的炒锅开闭控制装置。

首先,参见图1,本发明提供的炒锅装置适用于全自动炒菜机,其中,该全自动炒菜机可包括但不局限于:置于炒菜机机壳100内的炒锅装置1、主料自动上料装置2、辅料自动加料装置3、自动出菜装置4、自动洗锅装置5、油烟处理装置6、导流装置7以及主控装置9,其中,所述主控装置9用于接收预设的菜谱指令,并根据菜谱指令发出对应的控制指令;所述炒锅装置1、主料自动上料装置2、辅料自动加料装置3、自动出菜装置4、自动洗锅装置5以及油烟处理装置6分别与所述主控装置9连接,并根据接收到的控制命令进行相应的操作,从而实现全自动炒菜。
下面,结合图2~图4,对本发明的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置1的结构进行详细的描述。其中,图2是本发明提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置1的一个实施例的结构示意图,图3是图2的侧视图,图4是图2中的炒锅装置1的局部结构示意图。该适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置1包括炒锅10、炒锅加热装置11、炒锅翻炒装置12、炒锅工位控制装置13以及炒锅移动控制装置14;
所述炒锅加热装置11用于对所述炒锅10加热;
所述炒锅翻炒装置12与所述炒锅10连接,用于控制所述炒锅10绕所述炒锅10的中轴线旋转;
所述炒锅工位控制装置13用于将所述炒锅10固定在所述炒锅移动控制装置14上,并控制所述炒锅10翻转以使所述炒锅10到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
所述炒锅移动控制装置14用于控制所述炒锅工位控制装置13在炒菜机内部定向移动以带动所述炒锅10在炒菜机内部定向移动;
所述炒锅加热装置11、所述炒锅翻炒装置12、所述炒锅工位控制装置13以及所述炒锅移动控制装置14均与炒菜机的主控装置9连接,以接收所述主控装置9根据预设的菜谱指令而发出的控制指令,并根据所述控制指令对所述炒锅10执行加热、旋转、翻转以及移动操作。
所述炒锅10的筒型锅体包括上端部101和下端部102,所述上端部101呈中空圆柱体,下端部102呈半球体。所述炒锅10的下端部102内壁设置有多块用于翻炒食品的拨片,使炒锅10在旋转炒菜的时候,可以制造类似颠勺的翻炒效果。其中,设置在炒锅10的下端部102内壁的拨片可以为双拨片、三拨片或四拨片。所述炒锅10为不锈铁锅,适用于电磁加热,且整个炒锅10的内壁涂有耐高温不粘材料层,具有加热食品不粘锅具、自洁、出采容易、更易洗锅、低油烹饪菜肴的多项功能。
所述炒锅加热装置11包括电磁加热线圈和电磁加热控制装置;所述电磁加热线圈环绕所述炒锅10外壁,并受所述电磁加热控制装置控制以对所述炒锅10加热。所述电磁加热线圈为半球型线圈,由纯铜高频加热线圈环绕半球型的耐热材质的线圈骨架而制成。所述电磁加热线圈缠绕在所述炒锅10的下端部102外壁,受所述电磁加热控制装置控制以对所述炒锅10进行加热。采用电磁加热,在炒锅10内形成半球立体环绕加热温场,加热迅速,热效率高,所形成的加热温场类似传统鼓风炉灶对铁锅的加热效果,很好的满足中式菜肴烹饪工艺中对火候的要求,且高效节能。而且电磁加热没有时滞,因此这种方法调节烹饪火候比传统的明火或电阻发电传导等方式要灵敏得多。
所述炒锅翻炒装置12包括转轴和翻炒电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅10固定连接,所述翻炒电机与自动炒菜机的主动装置连接,在接收主控装置9发出的翻炒控制指令时,驱动所述转轴转动,从而带动所述炒锅10实现360度旋转。具体的,所述翻炒电机通过炒锅连接装置15固定在所述电磁加热线圈的下方,所述转轴的一端固定连接到所述炒锅10的下端部102,另一端连接所述翻炒电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅10的中轴线重合,并在所述翻炒电机的控制下转动,从而带动所述炒锅10实现不同的旋转运动。本实施例的炒锅10的翻炒功能是 采用类似滚筒翻搅的旋转运动组合控制方式实现多种翻炒效果。通过发送不同参数的翻炒控制指令以控制翻炒电机工作,以对炒锅10实现高速、低速、正时针、逆时针不同旋转方式的组合,从而实现类似于滑炒、爆炒的效果,而且配合炒锅10内的拨片以及对炒锅10的倾角控制(炒锅工位控制装置13),可以制造类似颠勺的翻炒效果。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述炒锅装置1还包括保护外壳16;所述炒锅10、炒锅加热装置11、炒锅翻炒装置12均设置在所述保护外壳16内;所述炒锅移动控制装置14中的两个移动连接件140分别与所述外壳16的两侧连接;所述炒锅工位控制装置13通过所述移动连接件140与所述保护外壳16连接以控制所述保护外壳16内的所述炒锅10翻转,并且在所述炒锅移动控制装置14的驱动下带动所述保护外壳16内的所述炒锅10移动。所述保护外壳16可以对所述炒锅10、炒锅加热装置11、炒锅翻炒装置12起到保护作用。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述炒锅工位控制装置13包括工位转轴131和用于驱动所述工位转轴131转动的工位电机132;所述工位转轴131贯穿所述保护外壳16的两侧,且所述工位转轴131的第一端与所述工位电机132连接;所述工位电机132安装在其中一个移动连接件140上;所述工位转轴131的第二端与另一个移动连接件140连接。因而,所述工位电机132可以通过所述工位转轴131驱动所述保护外壳16转动,从而使得所述炒锅10转动,改变炒锅10的锅口朝向,使其在不同的工位工作。
在一种实施方式中,所述炒锅移动控制装置14包括伸缩杆141、炒锅移动连接件142以及固定在炒菜机的内部的炒锅移动直线电机143;所述伸缩杆141的一端与所述炒锅移动直线电机143的驱动端子连接,所述伸缩杆141的另一端通过所述炒锅移动连接件142与所述炒锅工位控制装置13连接。在所述炒锅移动直线电机143的驱动下,所述伸缩杆141在直线上作伸缩运动,从而带动炒锅工位控制装置13、炒锅10以及与炒锅10连接的其他装置移动。
请参阅图5和图6,图5是图2中的炒锅装置1的炒锅移动控制装置14的结构示意图,图6是图5的侧视图。
所述炒锅移动控制装置14包括主驱动丝杆141、副驱动丝杆142、驱动电机143、同步转动组件150以及两个移动连接件140;两个所述移动连接件140用于与炒锅10的两侧连接;具体地是与保护外壳16的两侧连接;所述主驱动丝杆141的第一端与其中一个所述移动连接件140连接,所述副驱动丝杆142的第一端与另一个所述移动连接件140连接;所述主驱动丝杆141的第二端通过所述同步转动组件150与所述副驱动丝杆142的第二端连接;所述驱动电机143用于驱动所述主驱动丝杆141转动;其中,所述主驱动丝杆141和所述副驱动丝杆142保持平行设置。
本发明实施例中的炒锅移动控制装置的工作原理是:驱动电机143驱动主驱动丝杆141转动,同时通过同步转动组件150带动副驱动丝杆142转动,即驱动电机143转动会同时驱动主驱动丝杆141和副驱动丝杆142转动,主驱动丝杆141和副驱动丝杆142分别将转动转化为直线运动带动炒锅10的左右两侧同步前后运动。本发明实施例采用了双边同步驱动,避免单边驱动造成炒锅装置扭曲,同时只需采用一个驱动电机143,结构简单,降低了成本。
优选地,所述同步转动组件150包括第一同步轮144、第二同步轮145以及第一同步皮带146;所述第一同步轮144设置在所述主驱动丝杆141上;所述第二同步轮145设置在所述副驱动丝杆142上;所述第一同步皮带146连接所述第一同步轮144与所述第二同步轮145,以使所述第一同步轮144转动时带动所述第二同步轮145转动。通过所述第一同步皮带146将第一同步轮144的转动传输到第二同步轮145,实现了主驱动丝杆141带动副驱动丝杆142的转动。
优选地,所述同步转动组件150还包括第三同步轮147、第四同步轮148以及第二同步皮带149;所述驱动电机143的驱动端子与所述第三同步轮147连接;所述第四同步轮148设置在所述主驱动丝杆141上;所述第二同步皮带149连接所述第三同步轮147与所述第四同步轮148,以使所述第三同步轮147转动时带动所述第四同步轮148转动。本发明实施例不是采用驱动电机143直接驱动主驱动丝杆141的方式,而是通过第三同步轮147、第四同步轮148以及第二同步皮带149间接驱动主驱动丝杆141,能够很好地保护驱动电机143,延长了驱 动电机143的寿命。
优选地,所述炒锅移动控制装置还包括固定在炒菜机内部并且相互平行的两条直线滑轨17;两个所述移动连接件140一一对应地活动设置在两条所述直线滑轨17上。具体地,两个移动连接件140上分别设有滑块,所述滑块上设有与对应的直线滑轨17相配合的滑槽。
优选地,两条所述直线滑轨17安装在固定与炒菜机内部的支撑梁上,从而更好地支撑整个炒锅装置。
优选地,所述炒锅移动控制装置14还包括设置在其中一个所述移动连接件140上方的限位开关盒18;所述限位开关盒18包括设置在炒锅上限位置的第一限位开关181以及设置在炒锅下限位置的第二限位开关182。通过所述第一限位开关181和所述第二限位开关182能够检测炒锅是否到达了直线运动方向上的两个极限位置,当到达两个极限位置时,停止所述驱动电机143,避免损坏了运动机构。
更优选地,所述炒锅移动控制装置14还包括设置在其中一个所述移动连接件140上的上位传感器和下位传感器,用于感应炉体上下驱动的位置是否到达系统要求位置。其中,上位传感器用于感应炒锅10上移时到达关闭锅盖位置后,系统控制驱动电机停止转动,使得炒锅10处于该位置进行翻炒动作;下位传感器用于感应炒锅10下移时到达打开锅盖位置后,系统控制驱动电机停止转动,使得炒锅10处于该位置进行工位变换动作。
在本实施例中,根据全自动炒菜机的操作装置不同的安装位置,总共设置了五个工位,分别为主料上料工位、辅料加料(炒菜)工位、出菜工位、洗锅工位以及倒洗锅水工位,所述炒锅工位控制装置13带动炒锅10转动到每一个工位时,使炒锅10的锅口面向对应的一个操作装置以进行对应的上料、炒菜(加辅料)、出菜、洗锅、倒洗锅水等自动烹饪操作:
当所述炒锅工位控制装置13接收到主料上料控制指令时,将所述炒锅10转动到上料工位(垂直位置,也是初始状态),以使锅口面向所述主料自动上料装置2;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置13接收到辅料加料指令或翻炒控制指令时,将所述炒锅10顺时针转动到辅料工位/炒菜工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为45度的位置),以使锅口面向锅盖8;然后所述炒锅移动控制装置14接收锅盖8闭合控制指令,控制所述炒锅10向所述锅盖8移动,使所述炒锅10的锅口被所述锅盖8盖住;之后所述炒锅翻炒装置12控制所述炒锅10自转进行炒菜操作;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置13接收到出菜控制指令时,将所述炒锅10顺时针转动到出菜工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为135度的位置),以使锅口面向所述自动出菜装置4;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置13接收洗锅控制指令时,将所述炒锅10逆时针转动到洗锅工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为45度的位置),以使锅口面向所述自动洗锅装置5;且待洗锅完成后,接收到倒水控制命令时将所述炒锅10继续逆时针转动到倒水工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为225~235度位置),以使锅口面向导流装置7。
因此,本发明实施例提供的一种适用于适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置不仅可以通过炒锅翻炒装置12控制炒锅10旋转进行翻炒以及通过炒锅工位控制装置13控制炒锅10翻转以使所述炒锅10到达相应的工位进行相应的操作,还可以通过炒锅移动控制装置14控制炒锅10移动,使其可以更好地与炒菜机的其他装置配合工作,例如可以与锅盖8配合,在炒菜时将炒锅翻转至炒菜工位并移动所述炒锅10使其与锅盖8保持紧闭状态,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置1中的炒锅移动控制装置14控制所述炒锅10移动从而配合锅盖8进行炒菜操作,但这只是其中的一种实施方式,所述炒锅移动控制装置14还可以是控制所述炒锅10移动从而配合其他装置如主料自动上料装置2或者自动出菜装置4等装置进行其他操作。
请同时参阅图7和图8,其中图7是本发明提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置在炒锅10处于打开状态的示意图,图8是本发明提供的适用于全自动炒 菜机的炒锅装置在炒锅10处于关闭状态的示意图。
本发明提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,还固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅10的锅口相配合的锅盖8。
所述炒锅10的移动方向与所述锅盖8的中轴线平行;其中,当所述炒锅10翻转至炒菜工位时,所述炒锅10的锅口朝向所述所述锅盖8且所述炒锅10的中轴线与所述锅盖8的中轴线重合。因此,在需要进行炒菜时先通过炒锅工位控制装置13将炒锅10翻转至炒菜工位,使所述炒锅10的锅口正对所述锅盖8,如图4所示状态;再通过炒锅移动控制装置14移动所述炒锅10使锅盖8封盖住所述炒锅10的锅口;之后通过炒锅翻炒装置12控制炒锅10旋转进行炒菜操作。而在炒菜操作完毕后,需要打开炒锅10,通过炒锅移动控制装置14移动所述炒锅10使锅盖8与所述炒锅10分离。
请参阅图9,其是图7和图8中的锅盖8的正视图。所述锅盖8包括锅盖板81和锅盖密封胆80;所述锅盖密封胆80包括安装在所述锅盖板81上的固定部82以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部82的外围的密封条83;所述密封条83所围成的区域与所述炒锅10的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。因此当所述锅盖通过所述密封条83将所述炒锅10的锅口密封住,并且在所述炒锅10旋转时,所述密封条83随所述炒锅10旋转,从而减小了所述炒锅10旋转时的阻力。
优选地,所述锅盖板81上设置有与炒菜机的油烟处理装置6连通的油烟通道口84;所述固定部82上设置有与所述油烟通道口84连通的第一连通口;所述锅盖板81上设置有与炒菜机的辅料自动加料装置3连通的辅味浆料投料口85;所述固定部82上设置有与所述辅味浆料投料口85连通的第二连通口。如图所示10,其是图7和图8中的锅盖8的俯视图。
作为一种变形实施例,所述锅盖板81上设置有公共通道口;所述公共通道口分别与炒菜机的油烟处理装置6以及辅料自动加料装置3连通;所述固定部82上设置有与所述公共通道口连通的公共连通口。即上述的油烟通道口84和辅味浆料投料口85同时由所述公共通道口来实现,通过所述公共通道口可以进行添加辅味浆料或者抽油烟。
优选地,所述固定部82可拆卸地安装在所述锅盖板81上。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种炒锅移动控制装置,包括主驱动丝杆、副驱动丝杆、驱动电机、同步转动组件150以及两个移动连接件;两个所述移动连接件用于与炒锅的两侧连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第一端与其中一个所述移动连接件连接,所述副驱动丝杆的第一端与另一个所述移动连接件连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第二端通过所述同步转动组件150与所述副驱动丝杆的第二端连接;所述驱动电机用于驱动所述主驱动丝杆转动。利用所述炒锅移动控制装置可以使炒锅装置可以在原有能够转动工位的基础上,控制炒锅进行移动,使得炒锅能够很好地与其他装置如锅盖进行配合,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。本发明实施例采用了双边同步驱动,避免单边驱动造成炒锅装置扭曲,同时只需采用一个驱动电机,结构简单,降低了成本。本发明还同时提出了一种包括上述适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置的炒锅开闭控制装置。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种炒锅移动控制装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅移动控制装置包括主驱动丝杆、副驱动丝杆、驱动电机、同步转动组件以及两个移动连接件;两个所述移动连接件用于与炒锅的两侧连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第一端与其中一个所述移动连接件连接,所述副驱动丝杆的第一端与另一个所述移动连接件连接;所述主驱动丝杆的第二端通过所述同步转动组件与所述副驱动丝杆的第二端连接;所述驱动电机用于驱动所述主驱动丝杆转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅移动控制装置,其特征在于,所述同步转动组件包括第一同步轮、第二同步轮以及第一同步皮带;所述第一同步轮设置在所述主驱动丝杆上;所述第二同步轮设置在所述副驱动丝杆上;所述第一同步皮带连接所述第一同步轮与所述第二同步轮,以使所述第一同步轮转动时带动所述第二同步轮转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的炒锅移动控制装置,其特征在于,所述同步转动组件还包括第三同步轮、第四同步轮以及第二同步皮带;所述驱动电机的驱动端子与所述第三同步轮连接;所述第四同步轮设置在所述主驱动丝杆上;所述第二同步皮带连接所述第三同步轮与所述第四同步轮,以使所述第三同步轮转动时带动所述第四同步轮转动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅移动控制装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅移动控制装置还包括固定在炒菜机内部并且相互平行的两条直线滑轨;两个所述移动连接件一一对应地活动设置在两条所述直线滑轨上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅移动控制装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅移动控制装置还包括设置在其中一个所述移动连接件上方的限位开关盒;所述限位开关盒包括设置在炒锅上限位置的第一限位开关以及设置在炒锅下限位置的第二 限位开关。
  6. 一种适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,包括炒锅、炒锅工位控制装置以及如权利要求1~5任一项所述的炒锅移动控制装置;
    所述炒锅工位控制装置用于将所述炒锅固定在所述炒锅移动控制装置上,并控制所述炒锅翻转以使所述炒锅到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
    所述炒锅移动控制装置用于控制所述炒锅工位控制装置在炒菜机内部定向移动以带动所述炒锅在炒菜机内部定向移动;
    所述炒锅工位控制装置以及所述炒锅移动控制装置均与炒菜机的主控装置连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令而发出的控制指令,并根据所述控制指令对所述炒锅执行翻转以及移动操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅装置还包括保护外壳;所述炒锅、炒锅加热装置、炒锅翻炒装置均设置在所述保护外壳内;所述炒锅移动控制装置中的两个移动连接件分别设置在所述外壳的两侧;所述炒锅工位控制装置通过所述移动连接件与所述保护外壳连接以控制所述保护外壳内的所述炒锅翻转,并且在所述炒锅移动控制装置的驱动下带动所述保护外壳内的所述炒锅移动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅工位控制装置包括工位转轴和用于驱动所述工位转轴转动的工位电机;所述工位转轴贯穿所述保护外壳的两侧,且所述工位转轴的第一端与所述工位电机连接;所述工位电机安装在其中一个移动连接件上;所述工位转轴的第二端与另一个移动连接件连接。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,还包括固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅的锅口相配合的锅盖;当所述炒锅翻转至 炒菜工位时,所述炒锅的锅口朝向所述锅盖且所述炒锅的中轴线与所述锅盖的中轴线重合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述锅盖包括锅盖板和锅盖密封胆;所述锅盖密封胆包括安装在所述锅盖板上的固定部以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部的外围的密封条;所述密封条所围成的区域与所述炒锅的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。
