Description

一种炒锅升降控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种炒锅升降控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置。
背景技术
中国的烹调文化博大精深、方式变化繁多,其中主要烹调技法包括炒、炯、炸、煮、蒸、煎、烤等,各种烹调方式的实质是被烹调物经过不同搭配以及各种预期火候状态后,烹调得到干变万化的具有小同口味物点和风味效果的各种菜式,迄今为止,烹调仍然主要是一种经验和手工为主的技艺,对操作人员技术的要求很高。
现有也出现了一些自动化程度较高的炒菜机,其可包括但不限于:炒锅装置、锅盖、上料装置、洗锅装置、炒锅移动装置等,炒锅装置可以模拟厨师的动作进行翻炒。锅盖、上料装置、洗锅装置等装置都是围绕在炒锅装置的不同工位布置的,炒锅装置转动至某一工位时就与对应的装置配合以完成某一操作。例如,在进行炒菜时,锅盖要与炒锅配合,封盖住炒锅;或者,在上料时,上料装置的出口要与炒锅对接。由于现有的炒锅装置中的炒锅移动装置结构复杂且操控复杂,使炒锅装置在沿着炒锅装置中轴线方向的移动上不能得到精准的控制,从而使得炒锅装置难以自动地与其他固定在炒菜机上的装置进行紧密的配合。例如,在炒锅炒菜时自动闭合锅盖,炒锅装置无法精准地移动至锅盖处实现炒锅与锅盖的紧密闭合,导致炒菜效率不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有炒锅装置的不足和缺陷,本发明提出了一种炒锅升降控制装置与适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,所述升降控制装置结构简单,操控简易,可以实现炒锅装置沿所述炒锅装置中轴线方法的精准移动,进一步提高了炒菜 机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。
本发明一方面提供了一种炒锅升降控制装置,包括上安装骨架、下安装骨架以及升降运动机构;所述上安装骨架用于安装炒锅;所述升降运动机构的顶部与所述上安装骨架的底部连接,所述升降运动机构的底部与所述下安装骨架连接;所述上安装骨架通过所述升降运动机构可移动地安装于所述下安装骨架上;所述升降运动机构用于在作升降运动时带动所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动。
优选地,所述升降运动机构包括升降连接平台、支撑平台、剪刀型连杆机构以及拉缩装置;所述升降连接平台与所述支撑平台垂直于所述上安装骨架的中轴线;所述升降连接平台设置在所述上安装骨架的底部,所述升降连接平台上设置有上导轨;所述支撑平台设置在所述下安装骨架上,所述支撑平台上设置有与所述上导轨平行的下导轨;所述剪刀型连杆机构具有上铰接端、上自由端、下铰接端以及下自由端;其中,所述上铰接端与所述支撑平台铰接,所述上自由端可移动地设置在所述上导轨;所述下铰接端与所述支撑平台铰接,所述下自由端可移动地设置在所述下导轨;所述拉缩装置与所述下自由端连接,用于驱动所述下自由端沿所述下导轨移动。
优选地,所述拉缩装置包括平面四连杆机构、水平驱动电机、传动齿轮组以及丝杆;所述平面四连杆机构具有第一铰接部、与所述第一铰接部相对的第二铰接部、第三铰接部以及与所述第三铰接部相对的第四铰接部;所述水平驱动电机与所述第一铰接部连接;所述丝杆通过所述传动齿轮组可转动地连接于所述水平驱动电机;所述丝杆设有活动部,所述活动部可移动地套设于所述丝杆,所述活动部与所述第二铰接部连接;所述第三铰接部与所述第四铰接部的连线平行于所述下导轨;所述第三铰接部与所述下自由端连接。
优选地,所述剪刀型连杆机构设置有两副,所述上导轨对应地平行设置有两条,分别用于供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构的上自由端滑动;所述下导轨对应地平行设置有两条,分别供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构的下自由端滑动。
优选地,所述下安装骨架的内壁上凸设有滚珠;所述上安装骨架的外壁上 设置有平行于所述上安装骨架的中轴线的升降滑轨;所述滚珠嵌设在所述升降滑轨上。
本发明实施例还提供一种适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,包括炒锅、炒锅工位控制装置以及炒锅升降控制装置;
所述炒锅升降控制装置与所述炒锅连接,用于控制所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动;
所述炒锅工位控制装置用于将所述炒锅固定在炒菜机内部,并控制所述炒锅翻转以使所述炒锅到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
其中,所述炒锅升降控制装置和所述炒锅工位控制装置分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅进行升降操作以及翻转操作。
优选地,所述炒锅装置还包括炒锅加热装置以及炒锅翻炒装置;
所述炒锅加热装置用于对所述炒锅加热;
所述炒锅翻炒装置与所述炒锅连接,用于控制所述炒锅绕所述炒锅的中轴线旋转;
其中,所述炒锅加热装置与所述炒锅翻炒装置分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅进行加热操作以及旋转操作。
优选地,所述炒锅装置还包括固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅的锅口相配合的锅盖;当所述炒锅翻转至炒菜工位时,所述炒锅的锅口朝向所述锅盖且所述炒锅的中轴线与所述锅盖的中轴线重合。
优选地,所述锅盖包括锅盖板和锅盖密封胆;所述锅盖密封胆包括安装在所述锅盖板上的固定部以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部的外围的密封条;所述密封条所围成的区域与所述炒锅的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。
优选地,所述锅盖板上设置有与炒菜机的油烟处理装置连通的油烟通道口;所述固定部上设置有与所述油烟通道口连通的第一连通口;所述锅盖板上设置有与炒菜机的辅料自动加料装置连通的辅味浆料投料口;所述固定部上设置有 与所述辅味浆料投料口连通的第二连通口。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种炒锅升降控制装置,所述炒锅升降控制装置包括上安装骨架、下安装骨架以及升降运动机构;所述上安装骨架用于安装炒锅;所述升降运动机构的顶部与所述上安装骨架的底部连接,所述升降运动机构的底部与所述下安装骨架连接;所述上安装骨架通过所述升降运动机构可移动地安装于所述下安装骨架上;所述升降运动机构用于在作升降运动时带动所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动。通过所述炒锅升降控制装置可以使的炒锅装置在沿着炒锅装置中轴线方向的移动上得到精准的控制,从而使得炒锅装置自动地与其他固定在炒菜机上的装置进行紧密的配合。例如,在炒锅炒菜时自动闭合锅盖,炒锅装置精准地移动至锅盖处实现炒锅与锅盖的紧密闭合,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。本发明还同时提出了一种包括上述炒锅升降控制装置的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置。

请参阅图1,本发明一实施例提供的一种炒锅升降控制装置,其中,所述炒锅升降控制装置1包括上安装骨架11、下安装骨架12以及升降运动机构13;所述上安装骨架11用于安装炒锅;所述升降运动机构13的顶部与所述上安装骨架11的底部连接,所述升降运动机构13的底部与所述下安装骨架12连接;所述上安装骨架11通过所述升降运动机构13可移动地安装于所述下安装骨架12上;所述升降运动机构13用于在作升降运动时带动所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动。其中,所述上安装骨架11与所述下安装骨架12保持平行设置。

在一种可选的实施例中,所述剪刀型连杆机构133设置有两副,所述上导轨135对应地平行设置有两条,分别用于供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构133的上自由端1332滑动;所述下导轨136对应地平行设置有两条,分别供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构133的下自由端1334滑动。通过设置两副所述剪刀型连杆机构133,并且两副剪刀型连杆机构133的上铰接端1331、上自由端1332、下铰接端1333以及下自由端1334分别一一对应的连接起来,形成一个整体,同时设置两条与两副剪刀型连杆机构133的上自由端1332对应的所述上导轨135以及两条与两副剪刀型连杆机构133的下自由端1334对应的所述下导轨136,以使得所述剪刀型连杆机构133可靠地支撑所述升降连接平台131。
在一种可选的实施例中,所述下安装骨架12的内壁上凸设有滚珠121;所述上安装骨架11的外壁上设置有平行于所述上安装骨架12的中轴线的升降滑轨111;所述滚珠121嵌设在所述升降滑轨111上。所述升降滑轨111和所述滚珠121可以辅助所述上安装骨架11更好地做升降运动,减少阻力。
本发明实施例还提供一种适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,参见图2,其中,该全自动炒菜机可包括但不局限于:置于炒菜机机壳100内的炒锅装置10、主料自动上料装置20、辅料自动加料装置30、自动出菜装置40、自动洗锅装置50、油烟处理装置60、导流装置70以及主控装置80,其中,所述主控装置80用于接收预设的菜谱指令,并根据菜谱指令发出对应的控制指令;所述炒锅装置10、主料自动上料装置20、辅料自动加料装置30、自动出菜装置40、自动洗锅装置50以及油烟处理装置60分别与所述主控装置80连接,并根据接收到的控制命令进行相应的操作,从而实现全自动炒菜。
下面,结合图1,对本发明的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置的结构进行详细的描述。该适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置包括炒锅2、炒锅工位控制装置3以及上述的炒锅升降控制装置1;
所述炒锅升降控制装置1与所述炒锅2连接,用于控制所述炒锅2沿所述炒锅2的中轴线作升降运动;
所述炒锅工位控制装置3用于将所述炒锅2固定在炒菜机内部,并控制所 述炒锅2翻转以使所述炒锅2到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
其中,所述炒锅升降控制装置1和所述炒锅工位控制装置3分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅2进行升降操作以及翻转操作。
在一种可选的实施例中,所述炒锅装置还包括炒锅加热装置4以及炒锅翻炒装置5;
所述炒锅加热装置4用于对所述炒锅2加热;
所述炒锅翻炒装置5与所述炒锅2连接,用于控制所述炒锅2绕所述炒锅2的中轴线旋转;
其中,所述炒锅加热装置4与所述炒锅翻炒装置5分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅2进行加热操作以及旋转操作。
参考图3,其是图2中的炒锅装置的局部结构示意图。所述炒锅2的筒型锅体包括上端部21和下端部22,所述上端部21呈中空圆柱体,下端部22呈半球体。所述炒锅2的下端部22内壁设置有多块用于翻炒食品的拨片,使炒锅2在旋转炒菜的时候,可以制造类似颠勺的翻炒效果。其中,设置在炒锅2的下端部22内壁的拨片可以为双拨片、三拨片或四拨片。所述炒锅2为不锈铁锅,适用于电磁加热,且整个炒锅2的内壁涂有耐高温不粘材料层,具有加热食品不粘锅具、自洁、出菜容易、更易洗锅、低油烹饪菜肴的多项功能。
所述炒锅加热装置4包括电磁加热线圈和电磁加热控制装置;所述电磁加热线圈环绕所述炒锅2外壁,并受所述电磁加热控制装置控制以对所述炒锅2加热。所述电磁加热线圈为半球型线圈,由纯铜高频加热线圈环绕半球型的耐热材质的线圈骨架而制成。所述电磁加热线圈缠绕在所述炒锅2的下端部22外壁,受所述电磁加热控制装置控制以对所述炒锅2进行加热。采用电磁加热,在炒锅2内形成半球立体环绕加热温场,加热迅速,热效率高,所形成的加热温场类似传统鼓风炉灶对铁锅的加热效果,很好的满足中式菜肴烹饪工艺中对火候的要求,且高效节能。而且电磁加热没有时滞,因此这种方法调节烹饪火 候比传统的明火或电阻发电传导等方式要灵敏得多。
所述炒锅翻炒装置5包括转轴和翻炒电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅2固定连接,所述翻炒电机与自动炒菜机的主动装置连接,在接收所述主控装置发出的翻炒控制指令时,驱动所述转轴转动,从而带动所述炒锅2实现360度旋转。具体的,所述翻炒电机通过炒锅连接装置51固定在所述电磁加热线圈的下方,所述转轴的一端固定连接到所述炒锅2的下端部22,另一端连接所述翻炒电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅2的中轴线重合,并在所述翻炒电机的控制下转动,从而带动所述炒锅2实现不同的旋转运动。本实施例的炒锅2的翻炒功能是采用类似滚筒翻搅的旋转运动组合控制方式实现多种翻炒效果。通过发送不同参数的翻炒控制指令以控制翻炒电机工作,以对炒锅2实现高速、低速、正时针、逆时针不同旋转方式的组合,从而实现类似于滑炒、爆炒的效果,而且配合炒锅内的拨片以及对炒锅2的倾角控制(所述炒锅工位控制装置),可以制造类似颠勺的翻炒效果。
请同时参阅图4和图5,其中,图4是本发明提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置在所述炒锅处于打开状态的示意图,图5是本发明提供的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置在所述炒锅处于关闭状态的示意图。
在一种可选的实施例中,所述炒锅装置还包括固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅2的锅口相配合的锅盖6;当所述炒锅2翻转至炒菜工位时,所述炒锅2的锅口朝向所述锅盖6且所述炒锅2的中轴线与所述锅盖6的中轴线重合。因此,在需要进行炒菜时先通过炒锅工位控制装置3将炒锅2翻转至炒菜工位,使所述炒锅2的锅口正对所述锅盖6,如图4所示状态;再通过炒锅升降控制装置1抬升所述炒锅2使锅盖6封盖住所述炒锅2的锅口;之后通过炒锅翻炒装置5控制炒锅2旋转进行炒菜操作。而在炒菜操作完毕后,需要打开炒锅2,通过炒锅升降控制装置1降低所述炒锅2使锅盖6与所述炒锅2分离。
请参阅图6,其是图4和图5中锅盖6的正视图。在一种可选的实施例中,所述锅盖6包括锅盖板61和锅盖密封胆60;所述锅盖密封胆60包括安装在所述锅盖板上的固定部62以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部62的外围的密封 条63;所述密封条63所围成的区域与所述炒锅的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。因此,当所述锅盖6通过所述密封条63将所述炒锅的锅口密封住,并且在所述炒锅旋转时,所述密封条63随所述炒锅旋转,从而减少了所述炒锅旋转时的阻力。
在一种可选的实施例中,所述锅盖板61上设置有与炒菜机的所述油烟处理装置60连通的油烟通道口64;所述固定部62上设置有与所述油烟通道口64连通的第一连通口66;所述锅盖板61上设置有与炒菜机的所述辅料自动加料装置连通的辅味浆料投料口65;所述固定部62上设置有与所述辅味浆料投料口65连通的第二连通口67。如图所示7,其是图4和图5中的锅盖6的俯视图。
作为一种变形实施例,所述锅盖板61上设置有公共通道口;所述公共通道口分别与炒菜机的油烟处理装置60以及辅料自动加料装置30连通;所述固定部62上设置有与所述公共通道口连通的公共连通口。即上述的油烟通道口63和辅味浆料投料口同时由所述公共通道口来实现,通过所述公共通道口可以进行添加辅味浆料或者抽油烟。
优选地,所述固定部62可拆卸地安装在所述锅盖板61上。
因此,本发明实施例提供的一种适用于适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置不仅可以通过炒锅翻炒装置5控制炒锅2旋转进行翻炒以及通过炒锅工位控制装置3控制炒锅2翻转以使所述炒锅2到达相应的工位进行相应的操作,还可以通过炒锅升降控制装置1控制炒锅2升降,使其可以更好地与炒菜机的其他装置配合工作,例如可以与锅盖配合,在炒菜时将炒锅翻转至炒菜工位并抬升所述炒锅2使其与所述锅盖保持紧闭状态,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。
在本实施例中,根据全自动炒菜机的操作装置不同的安装位置,总共设置了五个工位,分别为主料上料工位、辅料加料(炒菜)工位、出菜工位、洗锅工位以及倒洗锅水工位,所述炒锅工位控制装置3带动炒锅2转动到每一个工位时,使炒锅2的锅口面向对应的一个操作装置以进行对应的上料、炒菜(加辅料)、出菜、洗锅、倒洗锅水等自动烹饪操作:
当所述炒锅工位控制装置3接收到主料上料控制指令时,将所述炒锅2转动到上料工位(垂直位置,也是初始状态),以使锅口面向所述主料自动上料装置20,并通过所述炒锅升降控制装置1控制所述炒锅2上升以使得所述炒锅2的锅口与所述所述主料自动上料装置20的下料口对接,防止在下料时食材抛出锅外;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置3接收到辅料加料指令或翻炒控制指令时,将所述炒锅2顺时针转动到辅料工位/炒菜工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为45度的位置),以使锅口面向所述锅盖,此时炒锅装置10的工作状态如图所示;然后所述炒锅升降控制装置1接收锅盖闭合控制指令,控制所述炒锅2上升,使所述炒锅2的锅口被所述锅盖盖住,此时炒锅装置10的工作状态如图所示;之后所述炒锅翻炒装置5控制所述炒锅2自转进行炒菜操作;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置3接收到出菜控制指令时,将所述炒锅2顺时针转动到出菜工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为135度的位置),以使锅口面向所述自动出菜装置40,并通过所述炒锅升降控制装置1控制所述炒锅2上升,使炒锅2里的菜指定位置地倒到菜碟里,实现自动装盘的功能;
当所述炒锅工位控制装置3接收洗锅控制指令时,将所述炒锅2逆时针转动到洗锅工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为45度的位置),以使锅口面向所述自动洗锅装置50,并通过所述炒锅升降控制装置14控制所述炒锅10上升,将冲洗水收集在炒锅10内,防止水流喷溅;且待洗锅完成后,接收到倒水控制命令时将所述炒锅2继续逆时针转动到倒水工位(优选的,与初始状态的倾角为225~235度位置),以使锅口面向导流装置70。
在每次转换工位时,通过所述炒锅升降控制装置1控制所述炒锅2下降,即将所述炒锅2收回去。
因此,本发明实施例提供的一种适用于适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置不仅可以通过炒锅翻炒装置5控制炒锅2旋转进行翻炒以及通过炒锅工位控制装置3控制炒锅2翻转以使所述炒锅2到达相应的工位进行相应的操作,还可以通过炒锅升降控制装置控制炒锅2升降,使其可以更好地与炒菜机的其他装置 配合工作,例如可以与锅盖配合,在炒菜时将炒锅翻转至炒菜工位并抬升所述炒锅2使其与所述锅盖保持紧闭状态,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种炒锅升降控制装置,所述炒锅升降控制装置包括上安装骨架、下安装骨架以及升降运动机构;所述上安装骨架用于安装炒锅;所述升降运动机构的顶部与所述上安装骨架的底部连接,所述升降运动机构的底部与所述下安装骨架连接;所述上安装骨架通过所述升降运动机构可移动地安装于所述下安装骨架上;所述升降运动机构用于在作升降运动时带动所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动。通过所述炒锅升降控制装置可以使的炒锅装置在沿着炒锅装置中轴线方向的移动上得到精准的控制,从而使得炒锅装置自动地与其他固定在炒菜机上的装置进行紧密的配合。例如,在炒锅炒菜时自动闭合锅盖,炒锅装置精准地移动至锅盖处实现炒锅与锅盖的紧密闭合,进一步提高了炒菜机的自动化,提高了炒菜机的工作效率。本发明还同时提出了一种包括上述炒锅升降控制装置的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种炒锅升降控制装置,其特征在于,包括上安装骨架、下安装骨架以及升降运动机构;所述上安装骨架用于安装炒锅;所述升降运动机构的顶部与所述上安装骨架的底部连接,所述升降运动机构的底部与所述下安装骨架连接;所述上安装骨架通过所述升降运动机构可移动地安装于所述下安装骨架上;所述升降运动机构用于在作升降运动时带动所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅升降控制装置,其特征在于,所述升降运动机构包括升降连接平台、支撑平台、剪刀型连杆机构以及拉缩装置;所述升降连接平台与所述支撑平台垂直于所述上安装骨架的中轴线;所述升降连接平台设置在所述上安装骨架的底部,所述升降连接平台上设置有上导轨;所述支撑平台设置在所述下安装骨架上,所述支撑平台上设置有与所述上导轨平行的下导轨;所述剪刀型连杆机构具有上铰接端、上自由端、下铰接端以及下自由端;其中,所述上铰接端与所述支撑平台铰接,所述上自由端可移动地设置在所述上导轨;所述下铰接端与所述支撑平台铰接,所述下自由端可移动地设置在所述下导轨;所述拉缩装置与所述下自由端连接,用于驱动所述下自由端沿所述下导轨移动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的炒锅升降控制装置,其特征在于,所述拉缩装置包括平面四连杆机构、水平驱动电机、传动齿轮组以及丝杆;所述平面四连杆机构具有第一铰接部、与所述第一铰接部相对的第二铰接部、第三铰接部以及与所述第三铰接部相对的第四铰接部;所述水平驱动电机与所述第一铰接部连接;所述丝杆通过所述传动齿轮组可转动地连接于所述水平驱动电机;所述丝杆设有活动部,所述活动部可移动地套设于所述丝杆,所述活动部与所述第二铰接部连接;所述第三铰接部与所述第四铰接部的连线平行于所述下导轨;所述第三铰接部与所述下自由端连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的炒锅升降控制装置,其特征在于,所述剪刀型连杆机构设置有两副,所述上导轨对应地平行设置有两条,分别用于供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构的上自由端滑动;所述下导轨对应地平行设置有两条,分别供两副所述剪刀型连杆机构的下自由端滑动。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅升降控制装置,其特征在于,所述下安装骨架的内壁上凸设有滚珠;所述上安装骨架的外壁上设置有平行于所述上安装骨架的中轴线的升降滑轨;所述滚珠嵌设在所述升降滑轨上。
  6. 一种适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,包括炒锅、炒锅工位控制装置以及如权利要求1~5任一项所述的炒锅升降控制装置;
    所述炒锅升降控制装置与所述炒锅连接,用于控制所述炒锅沿所述炒锅的中轴线作升降运动;
    所述炒锅工位控制装置用于将所述炒锅固定在炒菜机内部,并控制所述炒锅翻转以使所述炒锅到达相应的工位进行相应的操作;
    其中,所述炒锅升降控制装置和所述炒锅工位控制装置分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅进行升降操作以及翻转操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅装置还包括炒锅加热装置以及炒锅翻炒装置;
    所述炒锅加热装置用于对所述炒锅加热;
    所述炒锅翻炒装置与所述炒锅连接,用于控制所述炒锅绕所述炒锅的中轴线旋转;
    其中,所述炒锅加热装置与所述炒锅翻炒装置分别与炒菜机的主控装置电连接,以接收所述主控装置根据预设的菜谱指令发出的控制指令而对所述炒锅 进行加热操作以及旋转操作。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,还包括固定在炒菜机内部并与所述炒锅的锅口相配合的锅盖;当所述炒锅翻转至炒菜工位时,所述炒锅的锅口朝向所述锅盖且所述炒锅的中轴线与所述锅盖的中轴线重合。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述锅盖包括锅盖板和锅盖密封胆;所述锅盖密封胆包括安装在所述锅盖板上的固定部以及可相对转动地套设在所述固定部的外围的密封条;所述密封条所围成的区域与所述炒锅的锅口的大小以及形状相匹配。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的适用于全自动炒菜机的炒锅装置,其特征在于,所述锅盖板上设置有与炒菜机的油烟处理装置连通的油烟通道口;所述固定部上设置有与所述油烟通道口连通的第一连通口;所述锅盖板上设置有与炒菜机的辅料自动加料装置连通的辅味浆料投料口;所述固定部上设置有与所述辅味浆料投料口连通的第二连通口。
