为了便于使用者通过调节螺栓对空气净化器18进行固定,本实施例中,优选的,空气净化器18与数控机床本体16通过螺栓固定连接。
为了增加保护罩12的使用寿命,本实施例中,优选的,保护罩12为钢化玻璃材质的构件,且保护罩12为半圆形结构。
为了便于使用者移动数控机床本体16的位置,本实施例中,优选的,滑轮22共设置有四个。
为了便于使用者对保护罩12进行打开和关闭,本实施例中,优选的,保护罩12与数控机床本体16通过合页转动连接。
为了便于使用者将废料由圆孔排向输送带24上进行运输,本实施例中,优选的,隔板19为长方体结构,且隔板19的内部贯穿设置有圆孔。
为了便于使用者通过调节螺栓对第二支架14进行固定,本实施例中,优选的,第二支架14与数控机床本体16通过螺栓固定连接。
为了增加第一支架3和第二支架14的使用寿命,本实施例中,优选的,第一支架3与第二支架14均为合金钢材质的构件。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:数控机床本体16的一侧设置有空气净化器18,当第三电机26通电后带动一端的叶轮进行转动,从而将外界的空气由进风口30进入,经过初级过滤网29、触媒过滤网28和活性炭吸附网27后可以对气体进行过滤和吸附,而负离子发生器31可以产生对人体有益的负离子,通过设置空气净化器18,能改善数控机床本体16周围的空气质量,并且负离子可以促进人体新陈代谢,增强使用者的抗病能力,减少了疾病的发生,刀具9的另一侧靠近数控机床本体16内部位置处设置有第二电机11,第二电机11的一端设置有扇叶10,第二电机11通电后带动扇叶10进行转动,从而达到对刀具9进行降温的目的,避免了刀具9过热导致使用寿命降低的问题,提高了刀具9的利用效率,第二支架14的一端设置有摄像头13,设置摄像头13,能便于使用者对刀具9加工过程进行实时监控,避免了意外情况的发生,减少了人力进行实时观察的繁琐性,第一电机1安装在下皮带轮2的一端,齿轮7的外部套 有输送带24,当放置台8上的零件进行加工时会掉落相应的废料,废料先由隔板19内的圆孔掉落在输送带24上,而第一电机1通电后通过皮带5带动齿轮7进行转动,从而使输送带24进行工作,将废料输送至储料盒23内进行存放,当废料过多时,打开防护盖20进行倾倒即可,通过设置第一电机1和输送带24,能便于使用者对废料进行有效输送,避免了废料过多导致加工环境堵塞的问题,为工件的加工带来了便捷,提高了工件的加工效率

  1. 一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,包括第一电机(1)、下皮带轮(2)、第一支架(3)、支撑杆(4)、皮带(5)、上皮带轮(6)、齿轮(7)、放置台(8)、刀具(9)、扇叶(10)、第二电机(11)、保护罩(12)、摄像头(13)、第二支架(14)、控制面板(15)、数控机床本体(16)、出风口(17)、空气净化器(18)、隔板(19)、防护盖(20)、固定座(21)、滑轮(22)、储料盒(23)、输送带(24)、底座(25)、第三电机(26)、活性炭吸附网(27)、触媒过滤网(28)、初级过滤网(29)、进风口(30)和负离子发生器(31),其特征在于:所述数控机床本体(16)的顶端设置有保护罩(12),且数控机床本体(16)的前表面设置有控制面板(15),所述数控机床本体(16)的底端设置有底座(25),且数控机床本体(16)的内部设置有刀具(9),所述数控机床本体(16)与底座(25)的连接处嵌入设置有隔板(19),且数控机床本体(16)的一侧设置有空气净化器(18),所述刀具(9)的一侧靠近数控机床本体(16)内部位置处设置有第二支架(14),且刀具(9)的另一侧靠近数控机床本体(16)内部位置处设置有第二电机(11),所述刀具(9)的下方靠近数控机床本体(16)内部位置处设置有放置台(8),所述第二电机(11)的一端设置有扇叶(10),所述第二支架(14)的一端设置有摄像头(13),所述底座(25)的一端设置有固定座(21),且底座(25)的底端设置有滑轮(22),所述底座(25)的内部设置有支撑杆(4),所述支撑杆(4)的前表面嵌入设置有上皮带轮(6),所述上皮带轮(6)的一端套有齿轮(7),且上皮带轮(6)的另一端套有皮带(5),所述上皮带轮(6)的下方靠近底座(25)内部位置处设置有下皮带轮(2),所述第一电机(1)安装在下皮带轮(2)的一端,且第一电机(1)的底端设置有第一支架(3),所述第一电机(1)的一侧靠近底座(25)内部位置处设置有储料盒(23),所述齿轮(7)的外部套有输送带(24),所述空气净化器(18) 的前表面嵌入设置有出风口(17),且空气净化器(18)的内部设置有初级过滤网(29),所述空气净化器(18)的顶端嵌入设置有进风口(30),所述初级过滤网(29)的下方靠近空气净化器(18)内部位置处设置有触媒过滤网(28),所述活性炭吸附网(27)安装在触媒过滤网(28)的下方靠近空气净化器(18)内部位置处,且活性炭吸附网(27)的下方靠近空气净化器(18)内部位置处设置有第三电机(26),所述第三电机(26)的一侧靠近空气净化器(18)内部位置处设置有负离子发生器(31),所述固定座(21)的一侧设置有防护盖(20),所述第二电机(11)、摄像头(13)、第一电机(1)和空气净化器(18)均与控制面板(15)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述空气净化器(18)与数控机床本体(16)通过螺栓固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述保护罩(12)为钢化玻璃材质的构件,且保护罩(12)为半圆形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述滑轮(22)共设置有四个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述保护罩(12)与数控机床本体(16)通过合页转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述隔板(19)为长方体结构,且隔板(19)的内部贯穿设置有圆孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动运输废料的数控机床,其特征在于,所述第二支架(14)与数控机床本体(16)通过螺栓固定连接。
