而为了保存原料的香气,以上述即冲式饮料的自动咖啡机为例,其系将咖啡原豆置于储料槽内,当有需要时,机械在利用研磨模块研磨咖啡豆,而将研磨后咖啡粉末置于冲煮模块中,并让热水高压流经置于冲煮模块内的咖啡粉末进行冲煮,最后再令冲煮后的咖啡原液充填于饮料杯体内,完成自动冲煮咖啡的动作,但不论是咖啡或茶叶均需以热水冲煮才能完成,故其仅能形成热饮;
当人们想喝即冲式的冷饮时,需热饮中加入适量的冰块才能形成冷饮,但加入冰块于热饮中来冷却,虽然可以较快取冷饮,但仍然存在有一些问题:首先,冰块加入的多寡会影响饮料味道的浓淡,而未必每个人都能准确的同时掌控饮料温度及浓淡,因此造成饮料品质不一的状况;再者,使用冰块来直接降温,除了需要额外准备大量的冰块外,操作人员要另外先将冰块置于饮料杯体内,再让冲煮的热饮充填,操作手续变多,不仅影响便利性与速度,且也容易造成溢出污染的问题;
此外,市面上也有具冷藏容器的自动饮料机,其系将预先冲泡好的饮料倒入该容器中储存,使该饮料先行冷却成为冷饮,并长时间维持该冷却状态,取用冷饮时,直接启动开关将冷藏容器内冷饮排入饮料杯体中,供使用者饮用。
换言之,现有冲泡式饮料机无法提供即冷式的冲泡,导致其温度控制及味道浓度控制不稳定的状况,甚至会改变冲泡材料的比例而影响口感,而如何解决前述问题,使冲泡式饮料机能满足即时提供热饮与冷饮的需求,即为本发明所欲解决的技术课题。
如此,本发明人乃针对现有即冲式饮料机所面临的问题深入探讨,并凭借近年来技术发展的需求,经不断努力的改良与试作,终于成功开发出一种即冷式冲泡装置,以克服现有即冲式饮料无法同时提供热饮与冷饮所造成的缺点与不便。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种即冷式冲泡装置,以能将冲煮的热饮即时冷却成为冷饮,以维持饮料的口味与浓度,而不致影响口感。
又,本发明的另一主要目的是提供一种即冷式冲泡装置,其能减少冰块使用量,且增进冷饮操作的便利性与速度,有效提高其实用性。
基于此,本实用新型主要通过下列的技术手段,来具体实现前述的目的及功效:
一种即冷式冲泡装置,其特征是至少包含有:
一机台,其设有一控制模块,且该控制模块具有一供操控及点选饮料的人机介面;
一即冲模块,其设于机台内,该即冲模块与控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该即冲模块包含有至少一储料单元及一热压冲煮单元,其中储料单元用于容置原料,供将原料定量充填于热压冲煮单元,而该热压冲煮单元通过一切换单元连接有一热液出水头;
一制冷制热模块,其设于机台内,该制冷制热模块与该控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该制冷制热模块由一预热水槽、一冷却槽及一热交换单元所组成,其中该预热水槽以管路连接前述即冲模块的热压冲煮单元,且预热水槽与热压冲煮单元的管路间设有一加热单元,管路在该加热单元之后设有一能够将加热 后水源注入热压冲煮单元的加压单元,而冷却槽的内部充填有冷却介质,该热交换单元由至少利用一冷媒管路依序循环连接有一压缩机、一冷凝器、一膨胀阀及一蒸发器所构成,其中冷凝器设于预热水槽内,而蒸发器设于冷却槽上;
一即冷模块,其设于机台内,该即冷模块与该控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该即冷模块是在制冷制热模块的冷却槽内设有一冷却管组,且该冷却管组连接前述即冲模块的切换单元,供将该热压冲煮单元冲煮出来的热冲煮原液选择性输送至冷却管组,而该冷却管组具有一连通外部的冷液出水头,令热冲煮原液经冷却管组时与冷却槽内的冷却介质进行热交换而能迅速降温,直接生成未稀释的冷冲煮原液后由冷液出水头排出;
如此,组构成一种可同时提供热冲煮原液及冷冲煮原液的即冷式冲泡装置。

具体实施方式
本发明系一种即冷式冲泡装置,以下凭借特定的具体实施形态说明本发明的技术内容,使熟悉此技艺的人士可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的优点与功效。然本发明也可凭借其他不同的具体实施形态加以施行或应用。因此随附图例的本发明的具体实施例,仅用于方便进行描述,并非限制本发明。
本发明即冷式冲泡装置的架构,则系如图1、图2所示,其是在一机台10内至少设有一即冲模块20、一制冷制热模块30及一即冷模块40所构成,令咖啡原豆或茶叶于冲泡后,能选择性即时直接提供热冲泡源液或冷冲泡原液;
而所述的机台10上设有一控制模块11,该控制模决11具有一操控及点选饮料的人机介面12,供使用者选择饮料种类,诸如热咖啡、冰咖啡等、热红茶或冰红茶,又该控制模块11可以电性连接即冲模块20、制冷制热模块30及即冷模块40;
又所述的即冲模块20可以是典型机构,如自动研磨咖啡机,该即冲模块20包含有至少一储料单元21、一连接各该储料单元21的研磨单元22、一连接研磨单元22的热压冲煮单元23,其中储料单元21用于容置咖啡原豆或茶叶、茶包等,以减少冲煮前味道流失,而研磨单元22则可依杯量逐次磨碎(咖啡豆磨咖啡粉)或轧(茶叶轧成茶叶碎片),至所需的冲泡粒径,以提升冲煮时的味道释出,且研磨单元22可将该完成磨碎或轧的原料充填于热压冲煮单元23,该热压冲煮单元23并连接一高压热水源,供利用高压热水流经磨碎或轧的原料后冲煮出热冲煮原液,又该热压冲煮单元23并通过一切换单元25连接有一热液出水头24及前述的即冷模块40,供冲煮后的热冲者原液可以由热液出水头24排入或输送至即冷模块40,再者该热压冲煮单元23并具有典型自动清理冲煮后原料的功能;
另所述的制冷制热模块30包含有一可连接水源的预热水槽31、一冷却槽32及一热交换单元35所组成,其中该预热水槽31具有一注水口310,可供连接水源补水,且该预热水槽31并以管路连接前述即冲模块20的热压冲煮单元23,供作为热压冲煮单元23的高压热水源,且预热水槽31与热压冲煮单元23的管路间设有一加热单元33,以提供热压冲煮单元23所需的不同冲煮温度,且管路于该加热单元33之后设有一加压单元330,将加热后的热水能高压进入热压冲煮单元23内,又预热水槽31与热压冲煮单元23的管路间于加压单元330之后可以通过一切换阀331连接一蒸气产生器34,该蒸气产生器34具有一排气管340,供生成及排出加压的高温蒸气,而冷却槽32则于内部充填有冷却介质,如水,再者该热交换单元35系利用一冷媒管路依序循环连接有一压缩机36、一冷凝器37、一膨胀阀38及一蒸发器39所构成,其中冷凝器37设于预热水槽31内,供对预热水槽31内的水源进行预热,以缩短加热单元33的加热时间及能量,达到节能的目的,而蒸发器39则设于冷却槽32内壁或外壁,供使冷却槽32内的冷却介质降温,以生成冰水,进而同时对即冲模块20提供热能、且对即冷模块40提供冷能;
至于,所述的即冷模块40是在制冷制热模块30的冷却槽32内设有一冷却管组41,该冷却管组41可以是一螺旋管体,且该冷却管组41并连接前述即冲模块20的切换单元25,供将其热压冲煮单元23冲煮出来的热冲煮原液输送至冷却管组41,而该冷却管组41具有一连通外部的冷液出水头42,又该切换单元25与冷却管组41的冷液出水头42间设有一强制输液单元45,供将热压冲煮单元23的热冲煮原液强制进入冷却管组41,该强制输液单元45可以是高压输送、真空输送等,且令热冲煮原液经冷却管组41时与冷却槽32内的冷却介质进行热交换而能迅速降温,直接生成未稀释的冷冲煮原液后由冷液出水头42排出;
如此,组构成一种可同时提供热冲煮原液及冷冲煮原液的即冷式冲泡装置。
而关于本发明的实际应用,首先是在冲泡热冲煮原液时,请参阅第一及三图所示,该即冷式冲泡装置在正常运作时,该制冷制热模块30的热交换单元35中压缩机36可运转让管路内的冷媒依序循环流经冷凝器37、膨胀阀38及蒸发器39后回到压缩机36,使该位于预热水槽31内的冷凝器37可以对其中水源进行预热,且同时利用蒸发器39让冷却槽32内的冷却介质保持在低温的冰水状态,以供急速冷却流经即冷模块40的冷却管组41的液体;
而当使用者通过机台10的控制模块11的人机介面12选用热饮,如热咖啡时,机台10上控制模块11可作动即冲模块20的储料单元21将咖啡原豆定量输送至研磨单元22,且经研磨单元22磨碎或轧成细粒或细片后充填于热压冲煮单元23,接着由预热水槽31提供水源经加热单元33加热至所需温度后,由加压单元331将热水增压后注入热压冲煮单元23内,使热水与原料细粒或细片充分反应冲煮形成热冲煮原液,最后经切换单元25后由热液出水头24输出至饮料杯体内,以供直接饮用热饮;
而如图1、图4所示,当使用者通过机台10的控制模块11的人机介面12选用冷饮,如冰咖啡时,该机台10上的控制模块11一样作动即冲模块20的储料单元21将咖啡原豆定量输送至研磨单元22,且经研磨单元22磨碎或轧成细粒或细片后充填于热压冲煮单元23,接着由预热水槽31提供水源经加热单元33加热至所需温度后,由加压单元331将热水增压后注入热压冲煮单元23内,使热水与原料细粒或细片充分反应冲煮形成热冲煮原液,接着切换单元25 将该热冲煮原液转换送至即冷模块40的冷却管组41,并通过强制输液单元45使该热冲煮原液能流经冷却管组41,且由于冷却管组41系以排管或螺旋管方式环绕于冷却槽32内,而能有效增加热交换的面积与时间,使其迅速生成低温的冷冲煮原液,并由该冷液出水头42排出至饮料杯体内,以供直接饮用冷饮,且让冷冲煮原液未经冰块稀释,可以有效维持其品质与口感的稳定性,也未经室温冷却,可以提高确保其卫生;
且,本发明也可依前述方式,在不提供热压冲煮单元23原料时,令高压热水经热压冲煮单元23及热液出水头24的管路或切换单元25、冷却管组41、强制输液单元45及冷液出水头42的管路,而进行管路的清洗工作,以减少味道混合或残留的状况;
再者,如图3所示,高压热水也可由加热单元33后的切换单元330进入蒸气产生器34,经进一步加热生成蒸气,且由排出管340蒸气,供用于加热其他水源。
又本发明另有一实施例,其系如图5所示,该制冷制热模块30的冷却槽32可以设于即冲模块20的热压冲煮单元23下方,且令热压冲煮单元23的热液出水头24在不接触的状况下穿经冷却槽32,而即冷模块40的冷却管组41设于该冷却槽32内,使热冲煮原液能在经切换单元25转换后直接流入冷却管组41,且由冷液出水头42排出,而无需设置强制输液单元45,以节省机台10的空间,其一样能达成前述的目的与功效。
通过上述的说明可知,本发明的即冷式冲泡装置能利用制冷制热模块30的热交换单元35对预热水槽31与冷却槽32进行热交换,使其能通过对水源进行预热,而缩短加热时间及有效节能,同时利用冷却槽32对流经即冷模块40冷却管组41的热冲煮原液进行降温,形成未稀释的冷冲煮原液,而无需另外以冰块冷却,加速冷饮提供的速度,且可以确保其口感与浓度的稳定性,使其具有同时提供热冲煮原液与冷冲煮原液的效,且提高饮料的品质稳定性,大幅提升冷饮的卫生,从而增加产品的附加价值,并提升其经济效益。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种即冷式冲泡装置,其特征是至少包含有:
    一机台,其设有一控制模块,且该控制模块具有一供操控及点选饮料的人机介面;
    一即冲模块,其设于机台内,该即冲模块与控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该即冲模块包含有至少一储料单元及一热压冲煮单元,其中储料单元用于容置原料,供将原料定量充填于热压冲煮单元,而该热压冲煮单元通过一切换单元连接有一热液出水头;
    一制冷制热模块,其设于机台内,该制冷制热模块与该控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该制冷制热模块由一预热水槽、一冷却槽及一热交换单元所组成,其中该预热水槽以管路连接前述即冲模块的热压冲煮单元,且预热水槽与热压冲煮单元的管路间设有一加热单元,管路在该加热单元之后设有一能够将加热后水源注入热压冲煮单元的加压单元,而冷却槽的内部充填有冷却介质,该热交换单元由至少利用一冷媒管路依序循环连接有一压缩机、一冷凝器、一膨胀阀及一蒸发器所构成,其中冷凝器设于预热水槽内,而蒸发器设于冷却槽上;
    一即冷模块,其设于机台内,该即冷模块与该控制模块电性连接并受其控制,该即冷模块是在制冷制热模块的冷却槽内设有一冷却管组,且该冷却管组连接前述即冲模块的切换单元,供将该热压冲煮单元冲煮出来的热冲煮原液选择性输送至冷却管组,而该冷却管组具有一连通外部的冷液出水头,令热冲煮原液经冷却管组时与冷却槽内的冷却介质进行热交换而能迅速降温,直接生成未稀释的冷冲煮原液后由冷液出水头排出;
    如此,组构成一种可同时提供热冲煮原液及冷冲煮原液的即冷式冲泡装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的即冷式冲泡装置,其特征在于:该即冲模块在储料单元与热压冲煮单元间设有一研磨单元,该研磨单元可依杯量逐次磨碎或轧碎至所需的冲泡粒径,以提升冲煮时的味道释出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的即冷式冲泡装置,其特征在于:该制冷制热模块的预热水槽具有一注水口,可供连接水源补水。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的即冷式冲泡装置,其特征在于:该制冷制热模 块的预热水槽与热压冲煮单元的管路在加压单元后通过一切换阀连接一蒸气产生器,该蒸气产生器具有一排气管,供快速生成及排出加压的高温蒸气。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的即冷式冲泡装置,其特征在于:该即冲模块的切换单元与冷却管组的冷液出水头间设有一强制输液单元,供将热压冲煮单元的热冲煮原液强制进入冷却管组。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的即冷式冲泡装置,其特征在于:该即冷模块的冷却管组设于即冲模块的热压冲煮单元下方,且热压冲煮单元的热液出水头在不接触的状况下穿经冷却槽,而冷却管组设于该冷却槽内,使热冲煮原液能在经切换单元转换后直接流入冷却管组由冷液出水头排出。
