本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性的劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1,图1是本发明提供的可折叠摄像头模组一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,可折叠摄像头模组10包括:摄像头本体11,柔性连接线12和固定件13。
可折叠摄像头模组10用于移动终端(未标示)。其中,本实施方式中的移动终端具体可以为手机、平板电脑或者其他具有摄像头的移动终端,其中,该移动终端设有可折叠摄像头模组10,可折叠摄像头模组10可以通过柔性连接线12连接的形式连接于移动终端的机身本体。例如,可折叠摄像头模组10可以通过柔性连接线12连接于移动终端的电路板(未标示)处。在其他实施方式中,可折叠摄像头模组10也可以通过其它方式连接于移动终端的机身本体。在用户需要拍摄时,用户可通过触发移动终端的拍摄功能,移动终端接收该用户发起的拍摄请求,并启动可折叠摄像头模组10以进入拍摄状态。
具体地,摄像头本体11容置于移动终端外表面的凹槽(未标示)内。在本实施方式中,移动终端外表面设置有与摄像头本体11对应的凹槽,摄像头本体11可以部分嵌入凹槽中。在其他实施方式中,摄像头本体11也可以完全嵌入凹槽中。摄像头本体11的形状可以为圆柱体、球体、长方体、或立方体中的一种;凹槽的形状可以为圆柱体、球体、长方体、或立方体中的一种。
柔性连接线12的一端与摄像头本体11连接。具体地,柔性连接线12的一端可以通过焊接、胶合、卡合、螺合中的一种或几种方式与摄像头本体11连接。柔性连接线12的另一端可以与移动终端内部的电路板连接。在本实施方式中,通过将柔性连接线12弯折至一定角度,以使摄像头本体11位于凹槽内或凹槽外。
固定件13与柔性连接线12连接,用于固定摄像头本体11。具体地,在本实施方式中,可以将固定件13通过焊接、胶合、卡合、螺合中的一种或几种方式与柔性连接线12连接。在此不做限定。
其中,摄像头本体11可离开凹槽通过柔性连接线12绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件13固定至预设位置。具体地,在用户手动作用下,或者在移动终端的控制下,通过柔性连接线12沿预设方向带动摄像头本体11绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件13固定至预设位置。在本实施方式中,当柔性连接线12沿预设的朝向显示屏的方向运动时,带动摄像头本体11绕朝向显示屏的方向折叠,使摄像头本体11离开凹槽,并通过固定件13固定至预设位置上。在其他实施方式中,当柔性连接线12沿预设的相反方向运动时,带动摄像头本体11绕预设的相反方向折叠,使摄像头本体11靠近凹槽,并通过固定件13固定至预设位置上。。
本实施方式提供的可折叠摄像头模组包括:摄像头本体,摄像头本体容置于移动终端外表面的凹槽内;柔性连接线,柔性连接线的一端与摄像头本体连接;固定件,固定件与柔性连接线区别于摄像头本体处连接,用于固定摄像头本体;其中,摄像头本体可离开凹槽通过柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置。通过上述方式,能够利用柔性连接线的可绕折性,使摄像头本体通过柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置,使摄像头本体的镜头能够朝向不同方向,能够仅通过一个摄像头就可实现不同角度的拍摄,从而减少了摄像头的数目,有利于移动终端结构简化,降低了移动终端的成本和功耗。
参阅图2,图2是本发明提供的可折叠摄像头模组另一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,固定件23包括锁位件231和折叠件232。
具体地,锁位件231设置在摄像头本体21上,且在锁位件231上设有卡扣2311。其中,锁位件231和卡扣2311在摄像头本体21上的具体位置可以根据应用需求设置,此处并不限定。锁位件231和卡扣2311的数量也可以根据应用需求设置,此处并不限定。
折叠件232设置在柔性连接线22的中间部位,折叠件232上设有与卡扣2311相匹配的卡槽2321。需要指出的是,这里的中间部位是指摄像头本体与电路板之间的柔性连接线。折叠件232在柔性连接线22上的具体位置可以根据锁位件231的具体位置设置,折叠件232的数量也可以根据锁位件231的数量设置,卡槽2321与卡扣2311相匹配。具体地,卡扣2311与卡槽2321的位置对应。
其中,摄像头本体21可通过锁位件231与折叠件232之间的柔性连接线22绕预设方向折叠,当摄像头本体21折叠至预设位置上时,卡扣2331与卡槽2332扣合,使得摄像头本体21在预设位置上固定。具体地。在本实施方式中,当摄像头本体21远离凹槽并绕预设方向折叠到预设位置时,卡扣2311与卡槽2321卡合。在其他实施方式中,摄像头本体21离开预设位置时,卡扣2311与卡槽2321脱离。
通过本实施方式,卡扣2331与卡槽2332紧密扣合,从而提高摄像头本体21在预设位置的固定程度,不容易发生偏移,使可折叠摄像模组处于摄影状态时能够正常工作。
其中,在一实施方式中,柔性连接线22的宽度不大于折叠件232的宽度。具体地,在本实施方式中,柔性连接线22的宽度可以小于折叠件232的宽度。在其他实施方式中,柔性连接线22的宽度可以等于折叠件232的宽度。
其中,在一实施方式中,柔性连接线22为超柔性排线。通过本实施方式,能够通过超柔性排线的可绕折性增加摄像头本体的可折叠性。
其中,在一实施方式中,凹槽(未标示)位于移动终端的后盖侧。具体地,摄像头本体311位于凹槽内部时,可折叠摄像头模组31朝向背离移动终端的显示屏的方向,作为移动终端30的后置摄像头。当摄像头本体311离开凹槽时,折叠并固定至预设位置上时,可折叠摄像头模组31朝向移动终端的显示屏所对方向,作为移动终端30的前置摄像头。
通过上述方式,本实施方式能够使摄像头本体折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置,从而使摄像头本体的镜头朝向显示屏,以实现前置摄像的功能,不再需要设置前置摄像头,能够有效的减少摄像头模组在终端显示表面上的空间占用,提高移动终端的屏占比,实现超窄边框甚至无边框。
参阅图4和图5,图4是本发明提供的移动终端一实施方式的结构示意图,图5是图4中移动终端的局部结构示意图。在本实施方式中,该移动终端40包括至少一个可折叠摄像头模组41,可折叠摄像头模组41包括:摄像头本体411,柔性连接线412以及固定件413。
具体地,摄像头本体411容置于移动终端40外表面的凹槽(未标示)内;柔性连接线412的一端与摄像头本体411连接;固定件423与柔性连接线412区别于摄像头本体411处连接,用于固定摄像头本体411;其中,摄像头本体411可离开凹槽31通过柔性连接线412绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件413固定至预设位置。
具体可以参考上述关于可折叠摄像头模组的实施方式中,在此不作赘述。
本实施方式提供的移动终端包括:至少一个可折叠摄像头模组,可折叠摄像头模组包括:摄像头本体,摄像头本体容置于移动终端外表面的凹槽内;柔性连接线,柔性连接线的一端与摄像头本体连接;固定件,固定件与柔性连接线区别于摄像头本体处连接,用于固定摄像头本体;其中,摄像头本体可离开凹槽通过柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置。通过上述方式,本实施方式能够利用柔性连接线的可绕折性,使摄像头本体通过柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置,使摄像头本体的镜头能够朝向不同方向,能够仅通过一个摄像头就可实现不同角度的拍摄,从而减少了摄像头的数目,有利于移动终端结构简化,降低了移动终端的成本和功耗。
参阅图6,图6是本发明提供的移动终端另一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,固定件53包括锁位件531和折叠件532。具体地,锁位件531与柔性连接线52的远离摄像头本体51的一端连接,且在锁位件531上设有卡扣5311。折叠件532设置在柔性连接线52的中间部位,折叠件532上设有与卡扣5311相匹配的卡槽5321;其中,摄像头本体51及折叠件532通过锁位件531与折叠件532之间的柔性连接线52绕预设方向折叠,当摄像头本体51折叠至预设位置上时,卡扣5311与卡槽5321扣合,使得摄像头本体51在预设位置上固定。
具体可以参考上述关于固定件的实施方式,在此不作赘述。
其中,在一实施方式中,凹槽位于移动终端的后盖侧。
具体可以参考上述关于凹槽的实施方式,在此不作赘述。
参阅图7,图7是本发明提供的移动终端又一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,折叠件位于移动终端60的顶部边框处。折叠件632位于移动终端60的顶部边框上的具体位置可以根据应用需求设置,此处并不限定,具体视情况而定。
其中,在一实施方式中,柔性连接线为超柔性排线,以便于摄像头模组绕该超柔性排线进行折叠。
通过上述方式,能够利用柔性排线的可绕折性,使摄像头本体通过柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过固定件固定至预设位置,使摄像头本体的镜头能够朝向不同方向,能够仅通过一个摄像头就可实现不同角度的拍摄,从而减少了摄像头的数目,有利于移动终端结构简化,降低了移动终端的成本和功耗。同时,当摄像头本体的凹槽设置在移动终端的后盖侧时,能够通过固定件固定至预设位置,从而使摄像头本体的镜头朝向显示屏,以实现前置摄像的功能,不再需要设置前置摄像头,能够有效的减少摄像头模组在终端显示表面上的空间占用,提高移动终端的屏占比,实现超窄边框甚至无边框。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可折叠摄像头模组,用于移动终端,其中,所述可折叠摄像头模组包括:
    摄像头本体,所述摄像头本体容置于所述移动终端外表面的凹槽内;
    柔性连接线,所述柔性连接线的一端与所述摄像头本体连接;
    固定件,所述固定件与所述柔性连接线连接,用于固定所述摄像头本体;
    其中,所述摄像头本体可离开所述凹槽通过所述柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过所述固定件固定至预设位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,所述固定件包括:
    锁位件,所述锁位件设置在所述摄像头本体上,且在所述锁位件上设有卡扣;
    折叠件,所述折叠件设置在所述柔性连接线的中间部位,其上设有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽;
    其中,所述摄像头本体及所述折叠件通过所述锁位件与折叠件之间的柔性连接线绕所述预设方向折叠,当所述摄像头本体折叠至所述预设位置上时,所述卡扣与所述卡槽扣合,使得所述摄像头本体在所述预设位置上固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,
    所述柔性连接线的宽度不大于所述折叠件的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,
    所述柔性连接线为超柔性排线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,
    所述凹槽位于所述移动终端的后盖侧;
    所述可折叠摄像头模组在折叠前作为所述移动终端的后置摄像头,在所述摄像头本体固定至所述预设位置上时,所述可折叠摄像头模组作为所述移动终端的前置摄像头。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,所述摄像头本体部分嵌入所述凹槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠摄像头模组,其中,所述摄像头本体完全嵌入凹槽中。
  8. 一种移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括至少一个可折叠摄像头模组,所述可折叠摄像头模组包括:
    摄像头本体,所述摄像头本体容置于所述移动终端外表面的凹槽内;
    柔性连接线,所述柔性连接线的一端与所述摄像头本体连接;
    固定件,所述固定件与所述柔性连接线区别于所述摄像头本体处连接,用于固定所述摄像头本体;
    其中,所述摄像头本体可离开所述凹槽通过所述柔性连接线绕预设方向折叠,并通过所述固定件固定至预设位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定件包括:
    锁位件,所述锁位件与所述柔性连接线的远离所述摄像头本体的一端连接,且在所述锁位件上设有卡扣;
    折叠件,所述折叠件设置在所述柔性连接线的中间部位,其上设有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽;
    其中,所述摄像头本体及所述折叠件通过所述锁位件与所述折叠件之间的柔性连接线绕所述预设方向折叠,当所述摄像头本体折叠至所述预设位置上时,所述卡扣与所述卡槽扣合,使得所述摄像头本体在所述预设位置上固定。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述凹槽位于所述移动终端的后盖侧;
    所述可折叠摄像头模组在折叠前作为所述移动终端的后置摄像头,在所述摄像头本体固定至所述预设位置上时,所述可折叠摄像头模组作为所述移动终端的前置摄像头。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述折叠件位于所述移动终端的顶部边框处。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述柔性连接线为超柔性排线。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述摄像头本体部分嵌入所述凹槽中。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述摄像头本体完全嵌入凹槽中。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述柔性连接线的宽度不大于所述折叠件的宽度。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述柔性连接线的一端通过焊接、胶合、卡合、螺合中的一种或几种方式与所述摄像头本体连接。
  17. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定件通过焊接、胶合、卡合、螺合中的一种或几种方式与所述柔性连接线连接。
  18. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述摄像头本体的形状为圆柱体、球体、长方体、或立方体中的一种。
  19. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述凹槽的形状为圆柱体、球体、长方体、或立方体中的一种。
  20. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述折叠件的数量根据所述锁位件的数量设置。
