具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实 施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明提供一种拍摄装置,主要用于自拍功能。所述拍摄装置包括设有显示屏13的本体10、伸缩部20及摄像头15,所述伸缩部20可安置于所述本体10的侧边。所述伸缩部包括第一伸缩杆21及安装杆23。所述第一伸缩杆21包括N个依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆211,所述第一伸缩杆21的一端可旋转的装于所述本体10一侧端部,所述安装杆23设于第一伸缩杆21远离本体10的端部,所述摄像头15装设于所述安装杆23上并与显示屏13电性连接。所述第一伸缩杆21作为本体10一侧的外框时贴紧本体10,所述第一伸缩杆21相对本体10转动翻开并相对本体10拉伸,使所述摄像头15远离本体10。
本实施例中,所述显示屏13设于所述本体11的一个表面上。所述本体10可以只是设有显示屏的装置,用于摄像头拍照时观察取景或者拍摄后显示图片内容。所述本体10也可以是手机等移动终端的机体,所述显示屏可以是触摸屏。本实施例中,优选的所述本体10为移动终端。其中,所述本体10包括两个相对的侧边11及连接两个侧边11的端边12。
本实施例中,所述第一伸缩杆21的N个节杆之间通过限位部连接及限位。以两个节杆为例进行说明,所述第一伸缩杆21的N个节杆包括第一节杆212、第二节杆213及连接第一节杆212、第二节杆213的限位部22。所述限位部22包括设于第一节杆212朝向第二节杆213的端部外周面的第一限位体及所述第二节杆213内相对第一节杆212的第一限位体位置设置的第二限位体。第一限位体与第二限位体卡持以实现第一节杆212相对第二节杆213卡持。
本实施例中,所述第一限位体包括弹性体221装于弹性体221的销柱222。所述第二限位体为限位槽。所述弹性体211为弹簧。所述弹性体211也可以为橡胶弹性件。所述第一节杆212朝向第二节杆213的端部外周面设有凹槽,用于收容所述弹性体221并且为所述销柱222提供收容空间。所述第二节杆213上相对第一节杆212的凹槽位置设有所述限位槽2131,用于与所述销柱222卡持。所述第二节杆213套于第一节杆212上,所述第二节杆213的内壁抵压所述销柱222使弹性体221压缩,销柱222收容于所述凹槽内并抵顶所述第二节杆213内壁,当所述第一节杆212滑动至第二节杆213端部时,所述凹槽与所述限位槽2131相对,所述销柱222具有形成空间,弹性体221被释放,抵推所述销柱222卡持于限位槽2131内,进而使所述第一节杆212与第二节杆213固定连接,防止第一节杆212与第二节杆213脱离。
可以理解,所述限位部可以是凸起与凹部的配合,即设于第一节杆212外表面的凸起与设于第二节杆213内壁的凹部卡持配合实现第一节杆212、第二节杆213的定位。也可以是在第二节杆212端部位置的内壁周缘设置环形体,在所述第一节杆一端外周设置卡环 或凸起,当所述第一节杆211穿过环形体相对第二节杆212拉伸直至所述卡环或凸起与所述环形体,实现第一节杆212、第二节杆213的定位。
本实施例中,所述安装杆23为第一伸缩杆21的N个节杆211中的距离所述本体10最远的一个。所述第一伸缩杆21通过转轴与转轴孔的配合装于所述侧边11上,并且所述第一伸缩杆21紧贴所述侧边11并与所述侧边11平行设置。所述转轴位于所述侧边11靠近所述端边12的位置。所述转轴的轴线方向垂直于所述侧边11设置。可以理解,所述第一伸缩杆21转动装于所述侧边11上,可以是通过除了转轴以外的其他旋转结构或者能实现转的结构来实现。
所述安装杆23上还装设有与所述摄像头15相邻的闪光灯16。所述安装杆23上的摄像头15与所述显示屏13通过穿过所述第一伸缩杆21的导线连接,或者通过蓝牙方式实现数据连接。本实施例中优选的使用导线连接摄像头15与所述显示屏13,并且所述导线装于所述第一伸缩杆内。
所述伸缩部20相对本体10闭合时,所述第一伸缩杆21作为本体10一侧的外框时贴紧本体10放置。所述摄像头15与所述显示屏13朝向相反,可以用于移动终端的拍摄外景等,这样可以节省本体10的空间。所述伸缩部20打开时,所述摄像头15用于自拍。当使用拍摄装置进行自拍时,将所述第一伸缩杆21相对本体10翻转打开,即相对显示屏打开,所述第一伸缩杆21相对所述本体10旋转角度在0-360之间。所述第一伸缩杆21相对本体10翻转打开后,通过转轴与转轴孔之见的摩擦力定位。再拉伸所述第一伸缩杆21,所述N个节杆211边被拉出,使整个第一伸缩杆21伸长,那么在自拍时,摄像头距离人体面部的距离增大,使摄像头可以最大范围的取景,并且使人脸在照片的比例较为协调,进而实现较好的自拍效果。使用后,将所述N个节杆211压缩后再旋转回到本体10的侧边11,可以作为本体的边框使用,不仅不需要而外携带自拍杆,而且携带及使用及其方便。
在其它实施方式中,所述安装杆23垂直于所述第一伸缩杆21设置。所述安装杆23为杆状,其一端设有垂直于安装杆23的安装端(图未示)。所述安装端套于设于所述第一伸缩杆21端部。所述摄像头装于安装杆23内部并露出安装杆23的一个表面。当所述第一伸缩杆21未打开而在所述本体10的侧边时,所述安装杆23与所述本体10的端边紧贴且平行设置。所述安装杆23的长度根据拍摄装置需求而设定,而且也可以在本体10端部设置卡槽,将所述安装杆23卡持于卡槽内,保证本体10的外观整体性。
请参阅图3与图5,本发明的另一实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,所述伸缩部20还包括可旋转装于所述本体10另一侧的第二伸缩杆25,所述第二伸缩杆25与第一伸缩杆21平行设置,所述安装杆26垂直于所述第一伸缩杆设置,并且所述安装杆连接所述第二伸缩杆25端部与所述第一伸缩杆21端部,进而所述第一伸缩杆21、第二伸缩杆25及安 装杆26形成框体结构。具体的,并且,所述安装杆26垂直所述第二伸缩杆25及所述第一伸缩杆21。所述安装杆26两端设有安装端261,所述安装端261套于所述第一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25上。所述第一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25分别装于所述两个侧边11上,并且与所述侧边11平行设置,所述一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25长度延伸方向与所述侧边11长度延伸方向相同,所述安装杆26与所述端边12平行设置,且长度延伸方向与所述端边长度延伸方向相同;进而所述安装端261、第一伸缩杆21及第二伸缩杆25与所述本体10的一个端边围成矩形框体形结构。
请参阅图4,当所述伸缩部20相对本体闭合时,所述伸缩部20可套于所述本体10的两个侧边11及一个端端边12的外侧,可以作为所述本体10的外边框使用,并不影响移动终端其它功能的使用。当使用移动终端进行自拍时,将所述伸缩部20相对本体10翻转打开,并通过转轴与转轴孔之见的摩擦力定位。再拉伸所述第一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25带动所述安装杆26远离所述本体10,所述第一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25的N个节杆边被拉出,使第一伸缩杆21与第二伸缩杆25伸长,那么安装杆26与本体10达到最大距离,在自拍时,摄像头15距离人体面部的距离增大,使摄像头15可以最大范围的取景,并且使人脸在照片的比例较为协调,进而实现较好的自拍效果,如此就不需要额外携带自拍杆,也不需要在每次使用时都要组装移动终端与自拍杆,更为方便的携带及使用。
同时,还可以将移动终端的伸缩部20打开后,将本体10置在桌面或适当位置再设置倒计时自拍。在郊外自拍时,由于第一伸缩杆21、第二伸缩杆25及所述安装杆26围成的框体是中空的,可以通过伸缩部20将移动终端挂在树枝等适当位置上,再设置倒计时自拍,解放双手并达到最好的拍摄角度及效果。
进一步的,所述第二伸缩杆25包括与所述第一伸缩杆21个数相同的依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆。并且,所述第二伸缩杆25的节杆与所述第一伸缩杆21的节杆的横截面积可以是圆形或者多边形。无论是第二伸缩杆25的节杆还是第一伸缩杆21的节杆211,所述每两个相连接的节杆之间通过卡槽及凸起限位,防止两个节杆在拉长过程中分离。可以理解,每两个相连接的节杆之间也可以通过其它方式进行定位,只要可以实现两个相连接的节杆不脱离并且一个节杆可以伸入另一个节杆内即可。
可以理解,所述移动终端的各种天线,可以像传统手机一样设计在本体上,也可以设计在所述伸缩部20的第一或第二伸缩杆上,这样更有利于本体部分显示屏周为的边框做的更窄些,进而增大显示屏范围。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述拍摄装置包括设有显示屏的本体、伸缩部及摄像头,所述伸缩部包括第一伸缩杆及安装杆,所述第一伸缩杆包括N个依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆,所述第一伸缩杆的一端可旋转的装于所述本体一侧端部,所述安装杆设于第一伸缩杆远离本体的端部,所述摄像头装设于所述安装杆上并与显示屏电性连接,所述第一伸缩杆作为本体一侧的外框时贴紧本体,所述第一伸缩杆相对本体转动翻开并相对本体拉伸,使所述摄像头远离本体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述安装杆为第一伸缩杆的N个节杆中的距离所述本体最远的一个。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩部还包括第二伸缩杆,所述本体包括两个相对的侧边及连接两个侧边的端边,所述第一伸缩杆与第二伸缩杆分别装于所述两个侧边上并且与所述侧边平行,所述一伸缩杆与第二伸缩杆长度延伸方向与所述侧边长度延伸方向相同,所述第二伸缩杆与第一伸缩杆平行设置,所述安装杆垂直于所述第一伸缩杆设置,并且所述安装杆连接所述第二伸缩杆端部与所述第一伸缩杆端部,进而所述第一伸缩杆、第二伸缩杆及安装杆形成框体结构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩杆包括与所述第一伸缩杆个数相同的依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩杆通过转轴与转轴孔的配合装于所述侧边上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述转轴位于所述侧边靠近所述端边的位置。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述转轴的轴线方向垂直于所述侧边设置。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩杆包括N个依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆包括第一节杆、第二节杆及连接第一节杆第二节杆的限位部,所述限位部包括设于第一节杆朝向第二节杆的端部外周面的第一限位体及所述第二节杆内相对第一节杆的第一限位体位置设置的第二限位体,第一限位体与第二限位体卡持以实现第一节杆相对第二节杆卡持。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位体包括弹性体和装于所述弹性体的销柱。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述弹性体为弹簧或橡胶弹性件。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第二限位体为限位槽。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述第二节杆的端部内壁周缘设有环形体,所述第一节杆一端外周设有卡环或凸起。
  13. 如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述安装杆上设有闪光灯。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述闪光灯与所述摄像头相邻。
  15. 如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述本体的端部设有卡槽以适于将所述安装杆卡持于卡槽内。
  16. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括设有显示屏的本体、伸缩部及摄像头,所述伸缩部包括第一伸缩杆及安装杆,所述第一伸缩杆包括N个依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆,所述第一伸缩杆的一端可旋转的装于所述本体一侧端部,所述安装杆设于第一伸缩杆远离本体的端部,所述摄像头装设于所述安装杆上并与显示屏电性连接,所述第一伸缩杆作为本体一侧的外框时贴紧本体,所述第一伸缩杆相对本体转动翻开并相对本体拉伸,使所述摄像头远离本体。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述安装杆为第一伸缩杆的N个节杆中的距离所述本体最远的一个,或者所述安装杆垂直于所述第一伸缩杆设置。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述伸缩部还包括第二伸缩杆,所述本体包括两个相对的侧边及连接两个侧边的端边,所述第一伸缩杆与第二伸缩杆分别装于所述两个侧边上并且与所述侧边平行,所述一伸缩杆与第二伸缩杆长度延伸方向与所述侧边长度延伸方向相同,所述第二伸缩杆与第一伸缩杆平行设置,所述安装杆垂直于所述第一伸缩杆设置,并且所述安装杆连接所述第二伸缩杆端部与所述第一伸缩杆端部,进而所述第一伸缩杆、第二伸缩杆及安装杆形成框体结构。
  19. 如权利要求16-18中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩杆包括N个依次连接的且外周长逐渐减小的节杆包括第一节杆、第二节杆及连接第一节杆第二节杆的限位部,所述限位部包括设于第一节杆朝向第二节杆的端部外周面的第一限位体及所述第二节杆内相对第一节杆的第一限位体位置设置的第二限位体,第一限位体与第二限位体卡持以实现第一节杆相对第二节杆卡持。
  20. 如权利要求16-19中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括天线结构,所述天线结构设于所述第一伸缩杆、第二伸缩杆或者安装杆上。
