在登记对象为企业时,该登记对象的身份信息可以是经营信息,该经营信息包括登记对象向经营监管部门登记的任何合法信息,包括工商注册信息和/或税务注册信息。
S102、基于登记对象的身份信息,生成登记证。
具体地,如图3所示,登记信息处理系统在获取到所述身份信息301后,可以根据所述身份信息301生成一个登记证302,其中,这个登记证302是和身份信息301对应的,即所述登记证302和身份信息301是绑定的。其中,所述登记证可以是数字信息,所述登记证可以有多种形式,例如序列号、二维码、条形码等等。
可选地,在登记对象的身份信息通过认证时,基于登记对象的身份信息,生成登记证。
具体地,登记信息处理系统在获取到身份信息时,并不是直接针对所述 身份信息生成登记证,登记信息处理系统只有在确认身份信息通过认证时,才基于所述身份信息生成登记证。当所述身份信息认证失败时,登记信息处理系统拒绝根据所述身份信息生成登记证,并可以向终端设备发送申请登记证失败提示消息,还可以返回申请登记证失败的理由。这样可以避免不符合登记证申请条件、不符合使用无人机条件或者提供虚假身份信息的登记对象申请登记证。
可选地,登记信息处理系统可以对登记对象的身份信息进行认证。
具体地,登记信息处理系统在获取到所述身份信息后,需要对获取到的身份信息进行认证,确定所述身份信息对应的登记对象是否符合申请登记证的条件。其中,可以通过如下几种方式对身份信息进行认证;
一种可行的方式:将登记对象的身份信息发送给身份信息管理认证系统,接收身份信息管理认证系统发送的认证结果。具体地,所述身份信息管理认证系统可以是任何可以对身份信息进行认证的系统,所述身份信息管理认证系统可以是独立于登记信息处理系统的系统。在具体实现中,所述身份信息管理认证系统可以是服务器,其中所述身份信息管理认证系统可以是监管部门对登记对象进行监管的系统,例如可以是民航监管部门、公安监管部门、农业监管部门、工商监管部门、国土监管部门或军事监管部门中的一种或者多个。身份信息管理认证系统对从接收到的身份信息进行认证,例如鉴定所述身份信息是否真实有效,鉴定所述身份信息对应的登记对象是否符合申请登记证或者使用无人机条件,当完成认证之后,可以将认证结果发送给登记信息处理系统。
另一种可行的方式:根据预设的认证要求对所述身份信息进行认证。具体地,登记信息处理系统在获取到身份信息后,即可以根据预设的认证要求对所述身份信息进行认证,所述认证过程由登记信息处理系统来执行,例如,所述登记信息处理系统鉴定所述身份信息是否真实有效,鉴定所述身份信息对应的登记对象是否符合申请登记证或者使用无人机条件,当认证通过时,可以根据所述身份信息生成登记证。
S103、从终端设备获取登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息。
具体地,每一个无人机可以对应一个设备信息,其中,所述设备信息可以是指示无人机的生产厂商、无人机的型号、无人机的序列号、无人机的用途中一种或多种的信息,可选地,无人机的设备信息包括:生产厂商、设备 型号和序列号中的至少一种。
终端设备在获取到登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息后,向所述登记信息处理系统发送所述设备信息,登记信息处理系统通过与终端设备之间的通讯接口接收终端设备发送的登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息。其中,所述登记对象持有的至少一个无人机可以是登记对象购买的无人机、登记对象生产的无人机、由登记对象使用的无人机或者由登记对象监管的无人机。
可选地,终端设备获取用户通过交互装置输入的至少一个无人机的身份信息。
具体地,用户可以将对终端设备的交互装置操作,输入所述至少一个无人机的设备信息,例如,用户购买了一台无人机,用户可以在显示无人机登记界面的交互装置上操作,输入购买的无人机的设备信息。
可选地,终端设备通过与至少一个无人机或者无人机的控制终端之间的通信接口,获取至少一个无人机的设备信息。
具体地,如图4所示,终端设备可以通过通信接口与无人机或者无人机的控制终端连接,其中,所述通信接口可以为有线通信接口或者无线通信接口,终端设备向无人机或无人机的控制终端发送设备信息获取请求,无人机的控制终端或者无人机可以将该无人机的设备信息发送给终端设备。因此,通过该种方式,可以准确快捷的获取无人机的设备信息,避免人工输入所带来的输入错误或输入延迟的问题。
S104、将至少一个无人机的设备信息与登记证进行关联。
具体地,继续参见图3,在获取到无人机的设备信息303和生成登记证302之后,登记信息处理系统可以将所述无人机的设备信息与登记证进行关联,即无人机的设备信息绑定与所述登记证进行绑定,这样,绑定后的无人机都对应一个登记证302,并存储登记证302与关联到登记证下的无人机的设备信息303之间的对应关系。
需要说明的是,如图5所示,身份信息代表登记对象501,通过身份信息生成登记证,将无人机502的设备信息与登记证绑定,实际上实现了将登记对象501通过登记证和无人机502绑定在一起,这样,通过登记对象的身份信息来绑定和登记无人机,能够有效地解决无人机的登记号被快速消耗的问题。
可选地,判断所述无人机的设备信息是否符合预设的关联要求,当符合所述关联要求时,将所述设备信息与登记证进行关联。
具体地,登记信息处理系统会判读设备信息是否符合预设的关联要求,例如,判断设备信息是否真实有效,当设备信息真实有效时,将所述设备信息与登记证进行关联,否则,拒绝将设备信息关联到登记证上。再例如,每一个登记证书可能只能绑定预设种类、型号或者用途的无人机,登记信息处理系统会根据设备信息来判断设备信息对应的无人机是否为预设种类、型号或者用途的无人机,当确定设备信息对应的无人机是预设种类、型号或者用途的无人机时,将所述设备信息与登记证进行关联,否则,拒绝将设备信息关联到登记证上。
可选地,判断与所述登记证已关联的设备信息的数量,当所述数量小于预设的数量阈值时,将所述设备信息与登记证进行关联。
具体地,一个登记证能够关联的无人机的设备信息可以有数量限制,当登记信息处理系统在获取到终端设备发送的设备信息时,可以查询当前与登记证关联的无人机的设备信息的数量,如果所述数量大于或等于预设的数量阈值时,则拒绝将将所述获取的设备信息关联到登记证,并向终端设备发送关联失败的提示信息,并返回关联失败的原因,同时可以提醒用户申请新的登记证;当所述数量小于预设的数量阈值时,将所述设备信息与登记证进行关联。
可选地,所述将至少一个无人机的设备信息与登记证进行关联包括:为至少一个无人机中的每个无人机生成对应的认证信息,每个无人机对应的认证信息包括登记证。
具体地,登记信息处理系统在将无人机的设备信息关联到登记证时,可以为每一个无人机生成一个认证信息,其中,这个认证信息包括登记证。所述认证信息可以是无人机登记或认证通过的凭据,可以是无人机可以合法飞行的证书。
可选地,所述为所述至少一个无人机中的每个无人机生成对应的认证信息,包括:为所述每个无人机确定区分码,所述区分码用于在所述至少一个无人机内对所述每个无人机进行区分;将所述每个无人机的所述区分码和所述登记证组合,以获取所述每个无人机对应的所述认证信息。
具体地,登记信息处理系统为每个无人机确定区分码,其中,区分码用 于在至少一个无人机内对每个无人机进行区分,关联到登记证下的每一个无人机都各自对应一个唯一的区分码,登记信息处理系统将每个无人机的区分码和登记证组合,就可以获取每个无人机对应的认证信息。
可选地,基于每个无人机的设备信息,为每个无人机确定区分码。
具体地,登记信息处理系统可以基于获取的每个无人机的设备信息,为每个无人机生成区分码,可以通过如下几种方式生成区分码:
一种可行的方式:将无人机的设备信息确定为区分码。具体地,登记信息处理系统将设备信息确定为区分码,则该无人机的认证信息可以包括登记证和该无人机的设备信息。
另一种可行的方式:根据所述设备信息生成区分码。具体地,在某些情况中,无人机的设备信息一般比较冗长,登记信息处理系统可以根据无人机的设备信息生成区分码,其中,该区分码可以是相对简要的数字、字母或其组合。例如,登记对象具有4台无人机,可以分别针对每一个的设备信息生成每一个对应的无人机的区分码可以是1、2、3和4,或A、B、C和D。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员还可以采用其他方式确定无人机的区分码,在这里不做具体的限定。
可选地,将登记证发送给终端设备。具体地,登记信息处理系统在根据所述身份信息生成登记证后,可以将所述登记证发送给终端设备,终端设备在接收到登记信息处理系统发送的登记证之后,可以在本地存储该登记证;或者可以向用户呈现该登记证,例如,可以以数字形式显示,或者以图案(例如,二维码)形式显示。
可选地,登记信息处理系统可以获取登记对象的联系方式;基于联系方式,发送登记证。
具体地,登记信息处理系统在根据所述身份信息生成登记证后,登记信息处理系统可以获取用户输入的联系方式,并通过该联系方式发送登记证,其中,发送的登记证可以是数字形式或图案形式。其中,联系方式包括但不限于:手机号码、电子邮件或即时通讯服务号码。

可选地,所述将所述每个无人机对应的认证信息发送给所述终端设备包括:当认证信息包括用于在所述至少一个无人机内对所述每个无人机进行区分的区分码且所述区分码不同于所述设备信息时,将所述至少一个无人机中每一个无人机的设备信息和对应认证信息发送给终端设备。
具体地,当所述认证信息中包括区分码时,区分码可能是不同于对应无人机的设备信息,此时,如果直接将认证信息发送给终端设备,终端设备将无人机的设备信息和该无人机对应的认证信息关联起来,因此,登记信息处理系统可以将所示至少一个无人机中每一个无人机的认证信息和对应的设备信息发送给终端设备,这样终端设备在接收到将所示至少一个无人机中每一个无人机的认证信息和对应的设备信息,即可以将认证信息和其对应的设备信息关联起来,即让用户知道每一个无人机对应的认证信息。
可选地,所述将至少一个无人机的设备信息与登记证进行关联包括:在本地数据库中存储登记证与至少一个无人机的设备信息的关联关系。
具体地,登记信息处理系统可以包括本地数据库,登记信息处理系统可以将登记证和无人机的设备信息之间的对应的关系记录在本地数据库中,这样实现了无人机和登记证之间的绑定。

在某些情况中,用户可以通过终端设备的交互装置输入登记对象的身份信息,终端设备向登记信息系统发送包括所述身份信息的查询请求,登记信息处理系统根据所述身份信息查询对应的登记证,查询到登记证时,可以向终端设备发送查询响应,查询响应可以是指示所述身份信息存在对应的登记证的信息,即该身份信息对应的登记对象存在登记证,所述查询响应中可以包括所述登记证,查询响应还可以包括与该登记证关联的无人机的设备信息。当查询不到对应的登记证时,可以向终端设备发送查询响应,查询响应 可以是指示所述身份信息不存在对应的登记证的信息。
在某些情况,用户可以通过终端设备的交互装置输入无人机的设备信息,终端设备向登记信息系统发送包括所述无人机的设备信息的查询请求,登记信息处理系统根据所述设备信息查询对应的登记证,查询到登记证时,可以向终端设备发送查询响应,查询响应可以是指示所述设备信息存在对应的登记证的信息,即该设备信息对应的无人机存在登记证,所述查询响应中可以包括所述登记证,查询响应还可以包括与该登记证关联的身份信息。当查询不到对应的登记证时,可以向终端设备发送查询响应,查询响应可以是指示所述身份信息不存在对应的登记证的信息。
在某些情况中,所述查询请求可以来自相关执法人员的手持查询终端,所述执行人员通过手持终端获取登记对象的身份信息或无人机的设备信息,并向登记信息处理系统发送所述查询请求,通过这种方式,执行人员可以查询登记对象是否具有登记证、登记证具体信息(例如登记证号、获取登记证的时间或获取登记证的地点等)、该登记对象的登记证下关联的无人机,或者可以查询某个无人机是否具有登记证、登记证具体信息、登记证对应的登记对象的身份信息等,以便对无人机或者登记对象进行监管。
可选地,取消登记证与已关联到所述登记证的无人机的设备信息之间的关联。
具体地,登记对象的无人机持有情况可能会经常发生变化,可能会导致登记证下关联的无人机不再使用,例如无人机报废,或者无人机停用等,登记信息处理系统可以取消登记与已关联到该登记证的无人机之间的关联,具体地,用户可以通过终端设备的交互装置输入想要取消关联的无人机设备信息或者区分码,进一步地,终端设备向登记信息处理系统发送取消关联请求,其中,所述取消关联请求包括目标关联无人机的设备信息或区分码,其中,所述目标关联无人机为与登记证关联的无人机中希望取消关联的无人机,登记信息处理系统在接收到所述取消关联请求后,可以所述请求中的设备信息和区分码取消目标关联无人机与登记证之间的关联。

图7是根据本申请实施例的无人机的登记信息处理方法700的示意性流程图。该方法可以由控制设备执行。该方法700可以包括以下内容中的至少部分内容。
S701、从终端设备获取登记证,所述登记证是基于持有无人机的登记对象的身份信息生成的。
具体地,所述控制设备可以设置在无人机上,所述控制设备也可以设置在无人机的控制终端上。所述控制设备可以直接从终端设备获取登记证,也可以间接地从终端设备设备获取登记证。在直接从终端设备获取登记证时,当所述控制设备设置在无人机或控制终端上时,无人机或控制终端可以通过通信接口直接与终端设备进行连接,控制设备直接从终端设备获取登记证;在间接发送时,当所述控制设备设置上无人机上时,控制终端可以通过通信接口直接与终端设备进行连接,终端设备可以将无人机的登记证发送给控制终端,当控制终端与无人机进行通信连接时,无人机上的控制设备可以从控制终端获取登记证。

    从终端设备获取持有无人机的登记对象的身份信息;
    基于所述登记对象的身份信息,生成登记证;
    从所述终端设备获取所述登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息;
    将所述至少一个无人机的设备信息与所述登记证进行关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述至少一个无人机的设备信息与所述登记证进行关联,包括:
    为所述至少一个无人机中的每个无人机生成对应的认证信息,所述每个无人机对应的认证信息包括所述登记证。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为所述至少一个无人机中的每个无人机生成对应的认证信息,包括:
    为所述每个无人机确定区分码,所述区分码用于在所述至少一个无人机内对所述每个无人机进行区分;

    向所述登记信息处理系统发送所述至少一个无人机的设备信息,以使所述登记信息处理系统将所述登记证与所述至少一个无人机的设备信息进行关联。

    根据检测到的登记证申请操作确定登记证申请请求;

  55. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器,
    存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    处理器,用于调用所述程序指令以执行以下操作:
    获取持有无人机的登记对象的身份信息;
    向登记信息处理系统发送所述登记对象的身份信息,以使所述登记信息处理系统基于所述登记对象的身份信息生成登记证;
    获取所述登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息;
    向所述登记信息处理系统发送所述至少一个无人机的设备信息,以使所述登记信息处理系统将所述登记证与所述至少一个无人机的设备信息进行关联。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器获取持有无人机的登记对象的身份信息时,具体用于:
    根据检测到的登记证申请操作确定登记证申请请求;
    向登记信息处理系统发送所述登记证申请请求;
    获取通过交互装置输入的所述登记对象的身份信息。
  57. 根据权利要求55或56所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器获取所述登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息时,具体用于:
    获取通过交互装置输入的所述至少一个无人机的设备信息。
  58. 根据权利要求55或56所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器获取所述登记对象持有的至少一个无人机的设备信息时,具体用于:
    通过与所述至少一个无人机或无人机的控制终端间的通信接口,获取所述至少一个无人机的设备信息。
  59. 根据权利要求56至58中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    接收所述登记信息处理系统发送的所述登记证。
  60. 根据权利要求59所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发送所述登记证。
  61. 根据权利要求60所述终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发送所述登记证时,具体用于:
    向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发 送对应无人机的设备信息和登记证。
  62. 根据权利要求55至58中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    接收所述登记证处理系统发送的所述至少一个无人机中每个无人机对应的认证信息,所述认证信息包括所述登记证。
  63. 根据权利要求62所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述每个无人机对应的认证信息还包括用于在所述至少一个无人机内对所述每个无人机进行区分的区分码。
  64. 根据权利要求63所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述区分码是基于所述无人机的设备信息确定的。
  65. 根据权利要求62至64中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发送认证信息。
  66. 根据权利要求65所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发送认证信息时,具体用于:
    向所述至少一个无人机中的一个或多个无人机或无人机的控制终端发送对应无人机的设备信息和认证信息。
  67. 根据权利要求62至66中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器接收所述登记证处理系统发送的所述至少一个无人机中每个无人机对应的认证信息时,具体用于:
    当认证信息包括用于在所述至少一个无人机内对所述每个无人机进行区分的区分码,且所述区分码不同于所述设备信息时,接收登记信息处理系统发送的所述至少一个无人机中每一个无人机的设备信息和对应认证信息。
  68. 根据权利要求55至67中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述登记对象的身份信息包括:
    所述登记对象持有的证件信息、所述登记对象的生物信息和所述登记对象的经营信息中的至少一种。
  69. 根据权利要求55至68中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述无人机的设备信息包括:生产厂商、设备型号和序列号中的至少一种。
  70. 一种控制设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器,
    存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    处理器,用于调用所述程序指令以执行以下操作:
    从终端设备获取登记证,其中,所述登记证是基于持有无人机的登记对象的身份信息生成的;
    基于所述登记证,解除对无人机的飞行限制。
  71. 根据权利要求70所述的控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:从终端设备获取设备信息;
    所述处理器基于所述登记证,解除对无人机的飞行限制时,具体用于:
    在从终端设备获取的所述设备信息与所述无人机的设备信息相匹配时,基于所述登记证,解除对所述无人机的飞行限制。
  72. 根据权利要求70或71所述的控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    将所述无人机的设备信息发送给所述终端设备。
  73. 根据权利要求70至72中任一项所述的控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    存储所述登记证。
  74. 根据权利要求73所述的控制设备,其特征在于,所述登记证具备有效期,所述处理器基于所述登记证,解除对无人机的飞行限制时,具体用于:
    在所述无人机每次起飞时,查询所述登记证是否处于所述有效期内;
    如果是,解除对所述无人机的飞行限制。
  75. 一种无人机的控制终端,包括权利要求70-74任一项所述的控制设备。
  76. 一种无人机,包括权利要求70-74任一项所述的控制设备。
