随着物流和快递行业的迅猛发展,如何能够提高物品送达的速度及安全性成为一个急需解决的问题。而快递柜(又可为物流柜、仓储柜)是面向终端用户或者作为中转节点的关键所在。
现有的柜体均采用地面固定安装的方式,以小区内普遍所见的快递柜为例,大多均是在柜体上直接设置大小不一的若干个存储腔,每个存储腔都设置有一个用来封闭的箱门。送货人员会根据货品的大小来选择一个适合的存储腔,利用APP或其他方式打开对应箱门,将货品放入;而取货品的人则会根据对应的取货码或APP打开存储货品的箱门,取走货品。
上述传统的柜体结构虽然操作相对方便,但仍然存在一些问题:虽然柜体上的存储腔规格不一,但是每种规格都是固定的,即柜格的空间大小是固定的,无法调整其大小。也就是说,面对一些特定规格的货品,柜体上的存储腔数量时有限的,并不能随时找到,这样就给配送人员造成了较大的困难,造成无法完成配送工作。进一步,对于智能化的配送设备而言,则更是造成了极大的困难。而且,由于传统存储腔的规格都是固定的,所以经常会出现用较大体积存储腔放小体积物品的事件,从而导致整个柜体存储效率十分低下。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1~图5所示,本发明的空间可变的格子柜,包括柜体4和控制部件7,柜体4上设置有两个以上用来放置物品的容置腔401,每个容置腔401均设置有至少一个箱门3。箱门3上设置有箱门锁止部件5,该箱门锁止部件5处于锁止状态时,利用箱门3使容置腔401处于封闭状态,在箱门锁止部件5松开后,箱门3打开以使容置腔401处于打开状态,可以在容置腔401内取放物品。相邻容置腔401之间设置有隔板2,隔板2将相邻容置腔401分隔成各自独立的空间。每个容置腔401内均设置有用来固定并锁紧隔板2的隔板锁止部件1。在控制部件7的控制下,相邻两个以上的容置腔401的箱门锁止部件5可以同时打开,使两个以上的相邻箱门3同时处于打开状态,松开隔板锁止部件1之后该相邻两个以上的容置腔401处于连通状态,从而按需改变了物品的存储空间。
在具体应用实例中,容置腔401的开口方向可以根据实际需要来选择,如可以朝向远离墙体的方向,也可以选择朝向上方或下方,以便于与取放功能部件(物流车、无人机等) 的配合。
在具体应用实例中,可进行连通的相邻容置腔401沿着水平方向依次布置,多块隔板2沿着竖直方向布置以构成分隔。或者,在具体应用实例中,可进行连通的相邻容置腔401沿着竖直方向依次布置,多块隔板2沿着水平方向布置以构成分隔,同时作为物品的承重板。
参见图5,图9和图14,在具体应用实例中,在容置腔401的内侧壁上设置有用来挂设隔板2的悬挂部件402,这样的话,就能让相邻容置腔401在连通之后,将隔板2悬挂在悬挂部件402上,隔板2不会对连通构成阻碍。当需要使用单个容置腔401时,将隔板2从悬挂部件402上取下,然后锁定在隔板锁止部件1之上,这样相邻容置腔401为独立的封闭腔体。
如图6~图10所示,在具体应用实例中,隔板2可以采用折叠式结构或者柔性卷帘结构,如采用卷帘或百叶式结构,隔板2的一端固定在容置腔401的内侧壁上,另一端通过隔板锁止部件1进行锁止,在控制部件7的控制下,令隔板锁止部件1处于打开状态时,可以将隔板2进行收折,从而保证相邻容置腔401处于连通状态。
隔板2的收折可以采用手动的方式,在优选的实施例中,如图11~图15所示,也可以设置一个驱动部件8(如驱动电机)和电动伸缩杆6,在控制部件7的控制下,驱动部件8和电动伸缩杆6会驱动隔板2完成收折或打开动作。
参见图16,在具体应用实例中,隔板2可以采用中部分离式结构,隔板2的中部可以锁止,并在打开锁止之后可以分成分离的两块,自动垂下以保证相邻容置腔401处于连通状态。
参见图17,在具体应用实例中,隔板2可以采用端部垂落式结构,隔板2的端部可以锁止,并在打开锁止之后可以自动垂下以保证相邻容置腔401处于连通状态。
在具体应用实例中,隔板2可以采用多块铰接的拼接式结构,隔板2的一端固定在容置腔401的内侧壁上,另一端通过隔板锁止部件1进行锁止,在控制部件7的控制下,令隔板锁止部件1处于打开状态时,可以利用铰接点将隔板2进行收折,从而保证相邻容置腔401处于连通状态。
在具体应用实例中,隔板锁止部件1与箱门锁止部件5可以采用联动的方式,即相邻箱门锁止部件5打开之后,隔板锁止部件1同时会处于打开状态;相反,相邻箱门锁止部件5完成锁定之后,隔板锁止部件1同时会处于锁定状态。可以理解,隔板锁止部件1与箱门锁止部件5可以采用分别独立控制的方式,即隔板锁止部件1和箱门锁止部件5需要分别独立控制。
根据实际的需求,隔板锁止部件1与箱门锁止部件5可以都由控制部件7来进行控制,也可以令箱门锁止部件5由控制部件7来进行控制,而隔板锁止部件1采用手动方式来控制。
本实施例中,控制部件7直接安装在柜体4上,在其他实施例中,控制部件7也可以采用远程控制或者云控制的方式,仅在柜体4上安装无线控制模块,利用无线控制模块与位于柜体4之外的控制部件7相连,对隔板锁止部件1与箱门锁止部件5进行控制。
在具体应用时根据实际需要,箱门锁止部件5可以采用电磁式锁具或者采用机械式锁具,在本实例中,锁芯采用伸缩式结构,锁芯安装在柜体4或箱门3上,在控制部件7的控制下,锁芯做伸缩运动,与锁扣进行配合完成锁止或打开动作。锁扣则根据实际需要对应安装在箱门3或柜体4上。
在具体应用实例中,所有容置腔401的容积大小可以选择相同,这样就形成了标准化规格的格子层,也可以选择容置腔401的容积大小可以选择不相同,采用几种不同规格的容积,这样通过相邻容置腔401的组合就能够形成不同需求的腔体,以满足不同物品的实际空间需要。
可以理解,根据实际需求也可以选择在格子柜上的一部分相邻的容置腔401采用如本发明一样的可连通形式,而另外一部分采用固定容积的形式,这也应当在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明的空间可变的格子柜,可以广泛应用于快递、物流、仓储等领域,作为快递柜、物流箱来使用。可以理解,可以采用固定式安装,也可以采用车载的方式。本发明能够最大可能的用合适的存储腔放置与之对应体积大小的物品,从而大大优化了存储能力和满足了实际存储的需求,提高了存储效率。
使用时,以本发明作为快递柜的应用为例,快递员根据货品的大小来选择所需要的容置空间。如果货品的大小只需要一个规格的容置腔401,则利用控制屏或者手机上的App打开一个容置腔401的箱门3即可。如果货品的大小只需要两个以上规格容置腔401组合后的容积,则利用控制屏或者手机上的App同时打开相邻几个容置腔401的箱门3,然后将隔板2收好即可完成若干个容置腔401的连通。待到取货品的人员取走货品之后,将隔板2复位并完成锁定即可又恢复原本每个容置腔401为独立空间的设计。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空间可变的格子柜,包括柜体(4)和控制部件(7),所述柜体(4)上设置有两个以上用来放置物品的容置腔(401),每个容置腔(401)均设置有至少一个箱门(3),所述箱门(3)上设置有箱门锁止部件(5),其特征在于,相邻所述容置腔(401)之间设置有隔板(2),所述隔板(2)将相邻容置腔(401)分隔成各自独立的空间,每个容置腔(401)内均设置有用来固定并锁紧隔板(2)的隔板锁止部件(1);在控制部件(7)的控制下,相邻两个以上的容置腔(401)的箱门锁止部件(5)同时打开,松开隔板锁止部件(1)并操作隔板(2)之后该相邻两个以上的容置腔(401)处于连通状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,在所述容置腔(401)的内侧壁上设置有用来挂设隔板(2)的悬挂部件(402),在相邻容置腔(401)在连通之后所述隔板(2)悬挂在悬挂部件(402)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述隔板(2)为折叠式结构或者柔性卷帘结构,所述隔板(2)的一端固定在容置腔(401)的内侧壁上,另一端通过隔板锁止部件(1)进行锁止,在控制部件(7)的控制下令隔板锁止部件(1)处于打开状态时,所述隔板(2)进行收折以保证相邻容置腔(401)处于连通状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述隔板(2)的收折通过一个驱动部件(8)进行驱动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述隔板(2)为多块板铰接的拼接式结构,所述隔板(2)的一端固定在容置腔(401)的内侧壁上,另一端通过隔板锁止部件(1)进行锁止,在控制部件(7)的控制下令隔板锁止部件(1)处于打开状态时,利用铰接点所述隔板(2)进行收折以保证相邻容置腔(401)处于连通状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述箱门锁止部件(5)为电磁式锁具或者机械式锁具。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述箱门锁止部件(5)包括锁芯和锁扣,分别对应安装在箱门(3)或柜体(4)上;所述锁芯采用伸缩式结构,锁芯安装在柜体(4)或箱门(3)上,在控制部件(7)的控制下锁芯做伸缩运动,与锁扣进行配合完成锁止或打开动作。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述隔板锁止部件(1)为电磁式锁具、或者机械式锁具、或者为手动连接组件。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,相邻所述容置腔(401)沿着水平方向依次布置,多块隔板(2)沿着竖直方向布置以构成分隔;或者,相邻所述容置腔(401)沿着竖直方向依次布置,多块隔板(2)沿着水平方向布置以构成分隔同时作为物品的承重板。
  10. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的空间可变的格子柜,其特征在于,所述控制部件(7)直接安装在柜体(4)上;或者,所述控制部件(7)采用远程控制或者云控制的方式对隔板锁止部件(1)与箱门锁止部件(5)进行控制。
