Description

共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法及其系统 技术领域
本申请涉及物流领域,特别涉及共享的可循环物流器具的监控技术。
背景技术
可循环物流器具是可以重复使用的货物载体,比较常见的模式是由用户自行购买,自行使用。但大部分用户通常不会不间断的一直使用可循环物流器具,在不使用的期间,可循环物流器具只能够堆放在仓库里,一方面产生了仓储成本,另一方面可循环物流器具的利用率也比较低。
为了解决这个问题,本申请的申请人推动了可循环物流器具共享的商业模式。其中,一种方式是共享租赁,即由运营方采购可循环物流器具,将可循环物流器具分时租赁给多个用户使用,用户需要使用的时候从运营方获得可循环物流器具,用户不使用的时候就将可循环物流器具还给运营方或直接给下一个需要使用的用户,这样大大降低了用户的使用成本。另一种方式是共用,即由一个用户自行采购可循环物流器具,在这个用户不使用的时候,通过运营方将自己拥有的可循环物流器具租给其它用户使用,这样不但节约了用户在不使用可循环物流器具时的仓储成本,还额外增加了收益。
这些可循环物流器具的共享方式从整个社会的角度看,都大提高了可循环物流器具的利用率,大大降低了用户的使用成本。但是共享的方式也大大增加了可循环物流器具防盗的难度。因为可循环物流器具不断的被不同的用户所使用,管理的难度大大增加,其使用的地理范围不确定,使用 的方式不确定,物流的路线不确定,如何能够知道可循环物流器具是正在被正常使用还是很可能已经被盗就成为一个大问题。防盗的问题如果不能很好的解决,会大大制约可循环物流器具共享模式的推行。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法及其系统,可以及时而准确地发现有可能被盗的可循环物流器具。
为了解决上述问题,本申请公开了一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,包括以下步骤:
可循环物流器具由多个用户分时共享,服务器中存储有每一个用户对应的合法区域集合,每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息;
根据该器具标识查询该可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的合法区域集合;
根据该定位信息,如果判定该可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限则报警。
在一个优选例中,每一个该可循环物流器具包括无线通信模块,用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号;
该“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步骤包括以下子步骤:根据该可循环物流器具不断发射的带有器具标识的无线信号,获取该可循环物流器具的定位信息。
在一个优选例中,该报警的步骤包括以下子步骤:
向该可循环物流器具的当前用户所使用的终端设备发送报警信息。
在一个优选例中,该服务器上还有预先设置有一个或多个黑名单区域集合,每个黑名单区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
该“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步骤之后还包括以下步骤:
根据该定位信息,如果判定该可循环物流器具位于该黑名单区域集合中的各地理区域中则报警。
在一个优选例中,该合法区域集合通过以下方式设定:
服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息,其中定位信息包括地理位置和定位时间;
根据该定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系;
对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
在一个优选例中,该“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步骤之后还包括以下步骤:
服务器根据该器具标识获取该可循环物流器具的当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径;
如果该定位信息偏离该可能的行驶路径超过预定门限,则报警。
在一个优选例中,该当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径是根据该当前用户的合法区域集合中各个位置点结合地理信息系统计算得到的。
在一个优选例中,该当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径是该用户历史上使用过的行驶路径。
本申请还公开了一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统,包括服务器和由多个用户分时共享的多个可循环物流器具;
该服务器包括:
存储单元,用于存储每一个用户对应的合法区域集合,每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
获取单元,用于不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息;
查询单元,用于根据该器具标识查询该可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的合法区域集合;
判断单元,用于根据该定位信息,如果判定该可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限则报警。
在一个优选例中,该可循环物流器具包括,无线通信模块和定位模块;
该定位模块用于生成该定位信息;
该无线通信模块用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号和该定位模块输出的定位信息。
在一个优选例中,该存储单元还存储有有一个或多个黑名单区域集合,每个黑名单区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
该判断单元还用于根据该定位信息,如果判定该可循环物流器具位于该黑名单区域集合中的各地理区域中则报警。
在一个优选例中,该服务器还包括合法区域生成模块,用于根据获取单元所得到定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系;对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地 理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
本申请实施方式与现有技术相比,至少具有以下区别和效果:
即使可循环物流器具在一定的时段内被多个不同的用户租用,即使用户没有及时报告管理方运输的目的地和运输计划,即使完全不知道物流公司选择的运输路径,仍然可以及时而准确地发现有可能被盗的可循环物流器具。
本申请的说明书中记载了大量的技术特征,分布在各个技术方案中,如果要罗列出本申请所有可能的技术特征的组合(即技术方案)的话,会使得说明书过于冗长。为了避免这个问题,本申请上述发明内容中公开的各个技术特征、在下文各个实施方式和例子中公开的各技术特征、以及附图中公开的各个技术特征,都可以自由地互相组合,从而构成各种新的技术方案(这些技术方案均因视为在本说明书中已经记载),除非这种技术特征的组合在技术上是不可行的。例如,在一个例子中公开了特征A+B+C,在另一个例子中公开了特征A+B+D+E,而特征C和D是起到相同作用的等同技术手段,技术上只要择一使用即可,不可能同时采用,特征E技术上可以与特征C相组合,则,A+B+C+D的方案因技术不可行而应当不被视为已经记载,而A+B+C+E的方案应当视为已经被记载。

在以下的叙述中,为了使读者更好地理解本申请而提出了许多技术细节。但是,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,即使没有这些技术细节和基于以下各实施方式的种种变化和修改,也可以实现本申请所要求保护的技术方案。
部分概念的说明:
服务器:指网络中能对其它机器提供某些服务的计算机系统,服务器服务的对象通常称为客户端。服务器与客户端之间可以通过有线或者无线的方式通信连接。在本申请的各实施方式中,服务器可以只是一台计算机,也可以是多台不同功能计算机组成的逻辑上的服务器系统,也可以是计算机和外部存储设备等外部设备组合而成的计算机系统,也可以是一个计算机集群,还可以是云端服务器等形式。
可循环物流器具:指可重复使用的物流器具,器具中可以装载固态或液态的物质,也可以装载经包装的气态物质。典型地,空状态的可循环物流器具运输到发货方后,在其中装载货物,再将满状态的可循环物流器具运输到收货方,卸载其中的货物,恢复为空状态的可循环物流器具可以再次被重复使用。
对应关系:指两个或更多个数据之间的对应关系,通常保存在存储设备或存储器件中,存储设备或存储器件可以是数据库、文件、硬盘、内存等。
停留:是指可循环物流器具长时间出现在一个小区域内,基本上没有明显的移动,或者说一定时长内的定位位置都集中在一定半径的区域中,当然判断时要根据不同的定位方式考虑合理的定位误差。
共享:是指可循环物流器具共用和混用,可能是通过租赁的模式形成了不同企业之间的共用,但也可能是各自采购的方式形成了可循环物流器具共用(混用)。因为大家所采购的可循环物流器具都是标准化的,所以企业之间是可以混用的。
分时共享;指同一个可循环物流器具在不同的时段由不同的用户所使用,即可循环物流器具的使用权是分时复用的。
GPS:全球定位系统(Global Position System)
下面概要说明本申请的部分创新点
对于共享的可循环物流器具如何判断其被盗并给出及时的报警是有困难的。第一个难点是可循环物流器具是被多个用户分时共享使用的,其活动范围是可能是比较大的,如何根据定位信息判定其是否被盗是比较困难的。第二个难点是很难确定可循环物流器具是否在合理的路径上,一方面因为交通堵塞等原因,物流公司可能会灵活地选取多种运输路径进行运输,把运输路径的选取往往是可循环物流器具的用户无法控制的,即使知道可循环物流器具当前的定位,也无法判断它是在正常的运输过程中还是已经被盗;另一方面,对于物流可循环物流器具的管理方来说,当可循环物流器具被给租给用户后,管理方很可能没法及时知道用户具体的目的地(用户的运输计划并没有义务及时上报给管理方),所以连预估合理的路径都无法做到。
管理方的服务器上可以预先为可能的各个租赁用户都分别设置一个合法区域集合,对可循环物流器具进行定位后,先查找该可循环物流器具当前的用户,再查找该用户所对应的合法区域集合,进而判断该可循环物流器具是否在合法区域集合中,如果在合法区域集合中则认为该可循环物流器具目前未被盗。如果不在合法区域集合中,进一步判断该可循环物流 器具是否长时间(即停留时间超过预定的门限)停留在合法区域之外?如果是,则认为该可循环物流器具有被盗的可能性,向用户或运营方报警。如果虽然在合法区域之外,但是一直处于移动状态,则继续观察,暂时不报警。通过这个技术方案,即使可循环物流器具在一定的时段内被多个不同的用户租用(即对于同一个可循环物流器具,在不同的时段有不同的合法区域集合,可选地,同一个用户也可以在不同的时段设置不同的合法区域集合),即使用户没有及时报告管理方运输的目的地和运输计划,即使完全不知道物流公司选择的运输路径,仍然可以及时而准确地发现有可能被盗的可循环物流器具。本申请中的技术方案虽然最初因防盗而设计,但也完全可以用于其他的目的的报警。
在用户比较多的情况下,要求每一个用户都准确而及时的设置所有的合法的地理区域是比较困难的。为了解决这个问题,发明人采用了自动化的方式来识别和设置合法区域集合。在一个新用户最初的一段使用时间内对其使用的每个可循环物流器具都进行跟踪,但是并不触发报警。积累一段时间的数据后,对数据进行分析,找出所有长时间停留的地理区域,将这些地理区域自动设置为合法区域集合。可选地,还可以将所有可循环物流器具曾经使用过的移动路径都分析出来,也作为合法的地理区域。通过这种技术方案,用户无需任何人工的操作,就可以享受到防盗报警的服务,使得本发明的技术方案更容易实施。
可选地,可以为每一个用户设置黑名单区域集合,收到定位信息后,根据定位信息所对应的器具标识查询当前的用户,从而获得该用户的黑名单区域集合,如果定位信息落在该黑名单区域集合的某个地理区域中则及时报警。也可以单独或者同时设置一个全局性的黑名单区域集合,如果收到的定位信息落在该黑名单区域集合的某个地理区域中则及时报警。
可选地,还可以增加对路径的监控。可以在用户的合法区域集合中设 置若干个位置点,这些位置点是可循环物流器的出发点或到达点,例如各个工厂或仓库的大门。根据这些位置点,可以结合电子地图,规划出若干条最有可能的路径,这些路径都是合法路径。还可以对同一个用户的可循环物流器具在历史上的运动轨迹进行统计,将历史轨迹作为合法路径,通过这种方式来自动的设定合法路径。如果可循环物流器具当前的定位信息并不在合法区域集合中,也明显偏离了这些合法路径(距离最近的合法路径的距离超过预定门限),则报警。
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明第一实施方式涉及一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法。图1是该共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法的流程示意图。
可循环物流器具由多个用户分时共享,服务器中存储有每一个用户对应的合法区域集合(如果有用户没有设置的话就是空集),每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域。可选地,服务器中还可以存储有为一个或多个用户分别设置的黑名单区域集合。可选地,服务器中还可以存储有一个全局公用的黑名单区域集合。
每个可循环物流器具中设置有一个无线通信模块,用于不断的发射带有器具标识的无线信号。这个无线通信模块可以是4G、5G、WIFI、或蓝牙等通信制式的,本申请对此没有限制。
该监控方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤101中,各个可循环物流器具不断发射带有自身器具标识的无线信号。
此后进入步骤102,服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定 位信息。
此后进入步骤103,服务器根据器具标识查询可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的合法区域集合。可选地,还可以根据器具标识同时查询可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的黑名单区域集合。
此后进入步骤104,在服务器中,根据定位信息,如果判定可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限,则进入步骤108报警。
此后进入步骤105,在服务器中,根据定位信息,如果判定可循环物流器具位于该用户所对应的黑名单区域集合中的某个地理区域中,则进入步骤108报警。本步骤为可选步骤。
此后进入步骤106,在服务器中,根据定位信息,如果判定可循环物流器具位于全局的黑名单区域集合的某个地理区域中,则进入步骤108报警。本步骤也为可选步骤。
此后进入步骤107,服务器根据器具标识获取可循环物流器具的当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径;如果定位信息对最接近的可能的行驶路径偏离距离超过预定门限,则进入步骤108报警。本步骤也为可选步骤。
上述步骤104至107的执行顺序可以任意排列。
采用上述技术方案,即使可循环物流器具在一定的时段内被多个不同的用户租用,即使用户没有及时报告管理方运输的目的地和运输计划,即使完全不知道物流公司选择的运输路径,仍然可以及时而准确地发现有可能被盗的可循环物流器具。
下面对一部分实现细节和变化例进行详细说明。
步骤102中,服务器获取定位信息的方式有多种:可选方案1,在可循环物流器具中设置有卫星定位模块(如GPS模块,北斗模块,伽利略卫 星导航模块等),输出可循环物流器具的定位信息,再通过可循环物流器具中的无线通信模块发送到网络侧的服务器。可选方案2,在可循环物流器具中有蜂窝无线通信模块,当该蜂窝无线通信模块注册到一个基站,则将该基站的位置作为可循环物流器具近似的定位信息。可选方案3,可循环物流器具中有无线接收模块,如WIFI模块,该无线接收模块检测附近的WIFI无线信号,上报检测到的各个WIFI基站标识及相应的WIFI无线信号强度,通过可循环物流器具中的无线通信模块发送到网络侧,网络侧根据这些信息计算出可循环物流器具的定位信息。可选方案4,可循环物流器具中有无线发射模块(如蓝牙模块),用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号,如果一个移动终端(如智能手机)接收到这个无线信号,则将其中的器具标识和本移动终端自身的位置信息一起上报网络侧,作为该可循环物流器具的定位信息。可选方案5,根据承载可循环物流器具的运输工具的定位来间接获取可循环物流器具的定位。其中可选方案2和4都是不携带定位模块,仅根据可循环物流器具不断发射的带有器具标识的无线信号来获取该可循环物流器具的定位信息的。
步骤101和步骤102中,不断发射和不断获取的方式有多种:可选地,可循环物流器具上的无线通信模块是周期性发射无线信号的。可选地,可循环物流器具上的无线通信模块是在预先设计的触发条件被满足后发射无线信号的。可选地,服务器在有需要时向可循环物流器具发送获取定位信息的指令,可循环物流器具在返回的消息中携带器具标识和定位信息。
报警有多种实现的方式:可选地,向可循环物流器具的当前用户所使用的终端设备发送报警信息。可选地,将报警信息记录到数据库中,以备将来的查询。可选地,在管理员的电脑上显示报警信息。可选地,向指定人员的智能手机发送报警信息。可选地,在监控中心以声光方式发出警报。可选地,先在运营商的终端设备上报警,运营商的工作人员确认后再向用户所使用的终端设备发送报警信息。
可选的,黑名单区域集合是多个用户共用的,只要进入黑名单区域集合对应的地理区域中就报警。可选的,每一个用户分别设置有自己的黑名单区域集合,在进行黑名单区域判定时,先根据其标识查询可循环物流器具的当前用户,获取该当前用户的黑名单区域集合,再根据定位信息判断可循环物流器具是否位于黑名单区域集合中的地理区域。可选的,可以同时设置多用户甚至所有用户共用的黑名单区域集合,并同时为一部分或所有用户分别设置有自己的黑名单区域集合,只要可循环物流器具出现在共用的黑名单区域集合或当前用户自己的黑名单区域集合中,就报警。
合法区域集合的设定方式也有多种实现方案:可选地,由用户自行设定自己的合法区域集合,例如在电子地图上选出多个地理区域或从多个地名中选择,保存在服务器上。可选地,由运营方的管理员为一个或多个用户设定其合法区域集合。可选地,采用自动设定的方法,具体地说:服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息,其中定位信息包括地理位置和定位时间。根据定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系。对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
步骤107中,判断定位信息偏离可能的行驶路径超过预定门限的方法也有多种:可选的,每一条可能的行驶路径是一条线,找到与可循环物流器具当前位置最近的路径,计算与该最近路径上最近点之间的距离是否超过预定门限。可选的,将每一条可能的行驶路径向外扩展一定的距离,每一条行驶路径就从一条线变成了一个带状区域,如果可循环物流器具当前位置不在带状区域中(同时也不在合法区域集合中),则认为偏离可能的行驶路径超过预定门限,需要报警。
步骤107中,当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径也有多种获取的方法:可选地,由用户自己预先设置一条或多条行驶路径作为该用户对应的可能的行驶路径。可选地,由运营方的管理员根据用户的需求为用户预先设置一条或多条行驶路径作为该用户对应的可能的行驶路径。可选地,每个用户的合法区域集合中设置有多个位置点,作为合法的出发地或目的地,通过这些位置点结合电子地图可以规划出可能的行驶路线。对于同一个出发地和目的地如果存在多条路径,则将这些路径都作为可能的行驶路线,也就是说,在这些路径的任意一条上行驶都是合法的。可选地,当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径是该用户历史上使用过的行驶路径。具体地说,作为生产型或者流通型的企业,一个用户通常会使用的行驶路径是比较有限的,只要积累一定的时间就可以得到该用户几乎所有的合法行驶路径,如果在这些路径上行驶就属于合法区域,如果严重偏离了这些路径就属于非法区域并触发报警。用户收到报警之后,如果确认是新的合法路径,就可以通知系统待本次行驶完成之后,将这条行驶路径加入合法行驶路径的集合中,成为合法区域集合的一员。
本发明第二实施方式涉及一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统。该共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统包括服务器和由多个用户分时共享的多个可循环物流器具。
服务器包括:存储单元,用于存储每一个用户对应的合法区域集合,每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域。可选地,存储单元还存储有有一个或多个黑名单区域集合,每个黑名单区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域。
获取单元,用于不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息。
查询单元,用于根据器具标识查询可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应 的合法区域集合。
判断单元,用于根据定位信息进行是否报警的判断。判断的条件可以有多种:可选地,如果判定可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限则报警。可选地,如果判定可循环物流器具位于黑名单区域集合中的各地理区域中则报警。
合法区域生成模块(可选的),用于根据获取单元所得到定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系,对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
可循环物流器具包括,无线通信模块和可选的定位模块。
定位模块用于对可循环物流器具进行定位,并输出定位信息。
无线通信模块用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号和定位模块输出的定位信息。
第一实施方式是与本实施方式相对应的方法实施方式,本实施方式可与第一实施方式互相配合实施。第一实施方式中提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在第一实施方式中。
需要说明的是,本发明各设备实施方式中提到的各单元都是逻辑单元,在物理上,一个逻辑单元可以是一个物理单元,也可以是一个物理单元的一部分,还可以以多个物理单元的组合实现,这些逻辑单元本身的物理实现方式并不是最重要的,这些逻辑单元所实现的功能的组合才是解决本发 明所提出的技术问题的关键。此外,为了突出本发明的创新部分,本发明上述各设备实施方式并没有将与解决本发明所提出的技术问题关系不太密切的单元引入,这并不表明上述设备实施方式并不存在其它的单元。
本发明的各方法实施方式均可以以软件、硬件、固件等方式实现。不管本发明是以软件、硬件、还是固件方式实现,指令代码都可以存储在任何类型的计算机可访问的存储器中(例如永久的或者可修改的,易失性的或者非易失性的,固态的或者非固态的,固定的或者可更换的介质等等)。同样,存储器可以例如是可编程阵列逻辑(Programmable Array Logic,简称“PAL”)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称“RAM”)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read Only Memory,简称“PROM”)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称“ROM”)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM,简称“EEPROM”)、磁盘、光盘、数字通用光盘(Digital Versatile Disc,简称“DVD”)等等。
需要说明的是,在本专利的申请文件中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。本专利的申请文件中,如果提到根据某要素执行某行为,则是指至少根据该要素执行该行为的意思,其中包括了两种情况:仅根据该要素执行该行为、和根据该要素和其它要素执行该行为。多个、多次、多种等表达包括2个、2次、2种以及2个以上、 2次以上、2种以上。
在本申请提及的所有文献都在本申请中引用作为参考,就如同每一篇文献被单独引用作为参考那样。此外应理解,在阅读了本申请的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本申请作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所要求保护的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    可循环物流器具由多个用户分时共享,服务器中存储有每一个用户对应的合法区域集合,每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
    服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息;
    根据所述器具标识查询所述可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的合法区域集合;
    根据所述定位信息,如果判定所述可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限则报警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,每一个所述可循环物流器具包括无线通信模块,用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号;
    所述“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步骤包括以下子步骤:根据所述可循环物流器具不断发射的带有器具标识的无线信号,获取该可循环物流器具的定位信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述报警的步骤包括以下子步骤:
    向所述可循环物流器具的当前用户所使用的终端设备发送报警信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述服务器上还有预先设置有一个或多个黑名单区域集合,每个黑名单区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
    所述“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步 骤之后还包括以下步骤:
    根据所述定位信息,如果判定所述可循环物流器具位于所述黑名单区域集合中的各地理区域中则报警。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述合法区域集合通过以下方式设定:
    所述服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息,其中定位信息包括地理位置和定位时间;
    根据所述定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系;
    对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述“服务器不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息”的步骤之后还包括以下步骤:
    所述服务器根据所述器具标识获取所述可循环物流器具的当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径;
    如果所述定位信息偏离所述可能的行驶路径超过预定门限,则报警。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径是根据该当前用户的合法区域集合中各个位置点结合地理信息系统计算得到的。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控方法,其特征在于,所述当前用户对应的可能的行驶路径是该用户历史上使用过的行驶路径。
  9. 一种共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统,其特征在于,包括服务器和由多个用户分时共享的多个可循环物流器具;
    所述服务器包括:
    存储单元,用于存储每一个用户对应的合法区域集合,每个合法区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
    获取单元,用于不断获取可循环物流器具的器具标识和定位信息;
    查询单元,用于根据所述器具标识查询所述可循环物流器具的当前用户所对应的合法区域集合;
    判断单元,用于根据所述定位信息,如果判定所述可循环物流器具在查询到的合法区域集合中的各地理区域之外有停留且停留的时长超过预定的门限则报警。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统,其特征在于,所述可循环物流器具包括,无线通信模块和定位模块;
    所述定位模块用于对可循环物流器具进行定位,并输出所述定位信息;
    所述无线通信模块用于发射带有器具标识的无线信号和所述定位模块输出的定位信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统,其特征在于,所述存储单元还存储有一个或多个黑名单区域集合,每个黑名单区域集合中包含一个或多个地理区域;
    所述判断单元还用于根据所述定位信息,如果判定所述可循环物流器具位于所述黑名单区域集合中的各地理区域中则报警。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的共享的可循环物流器具的监控系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括合法区域生成模块,用于根据获取单元所得到定位信息对应的器具标识查询得到该器具标识当前对应 的用户,从而建立定位信息和用户的对应关系;对于同一用户对应的定位信息进行统计,为每一个用户分别建立一个地理区域集合,其中,在该地理区域集合的每一个地理区域中,至少有一次,该用户的可循环物流器具曾经在该地理区域停留时长超过预定门限。
