本发明属于断路器技术领域,具体讲就是涉及一种断路器手柄连接方式。
背景技术
断路器按其使用范围分为高压断路器和低压断路器。低压断路器又称自动开关,俗称"空气开关"也是指低压断路器,它是一种既有手动开关作用,又能自动进行失压、欠压、过载、和短路保护的电器。它可用来分配电能,不频繁地启动异步电动机,对电源线路及电动机等实行保护,当它们发生严重的过载或者短路及欠压等故障时能自动切断电路,其功能相当于熔断器式开关与过欠热继电器等的组合,而且在分断故障电流后一般不需要变更零部件,已获得了广泛的应用。
断路器通常利用手柄与杠杆作为操作装置的控制部分来实现对断路器接通和断开的控制,在现有断路器中,手柄与杠杆的连接通常是采用杠杆的至少一个圆形或矩形等其他形状的孔和手柄上对应位置的圆形或矩形等其它形状的拉伸凸台来配合竖直安装完成;或者如中国专利ZL201110005746.8公开的一种手柄居中的塑壳断路器扣盖,包括大盖、翻盖、手柄和杠杆,杠杆呈倒U形,其底部向外延伸凸起;手柄呈片状弧形,其弧顶沿径向向外延伸出柄部,其圆弧内侧设有至少一个沿圆弧轴向延伸的L形或U形导轨;杠杆上的凸起可沿手柄的导轨相对滑动。组装后,手柄相对于杠杆在手柄的圆弧切线方向上活动很小,手柄相对杠杆可沿凸起的轴线向大盖的中间滑动,使手柄的柄部在该方向位于大盖的中间,手柄的圆弧面位于大盖的绝缘隔板和遮板之间,杠杆、手柄、大盖连接成为一体,易于基座和大盖的紧固。翻盖的操作孔位于翻盖的中间位置,翻盖与大盖连接后,手柄的柄部位于整个塑壳断路器扣盖的中间位置,在操作上更加方便,视觉上更加美观。但是现有的这些手柄和杠杆的安装方式中当手 柄竖直安装时,手柄带动杠杆合分闸时,手柄需要由断路器的中盖内部的圆弧限位,第一会增大手柄操作力,影响机构运动速率,第二在合分闸过程中会造成手柄和中盖摩擦并产生大量的粉尘影响机构运动部件;第三是生产调试不方便,如果没有中盖,手柄不能可靠的与杠杆连接,容易从杠杆上脱落,甚至无法合分闸,在生产调试过程中都需要借助其它工具来实现产品的合分闸动作。而当手柄从侧面安装时,手柄的限位不足,一侧为全开口状态,很容易从限位槽中滑出或在使用过程中和中盖侧壁产生摩擦,同样会造成很多的粉尘等,影响产品的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现有的断路器手柄与杠杆的连接方式中存在的技术缺陷,提供一种断路器手柄连接结构,将传统的杠杆和手柄直接的安装方式改变成将杠杆和手柄采用旋转的安装方式,在不增加手柄和杠杆成本的条件下使手柄能够可靠的与杠杆连接并限位。
技术方案
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明设计的一种断路器手柄连接方式,包括手柄和杠杆,所述手柄和杠杆装在一起,其特征在于:所述手柄的柄盘部的底部设有安装槽,所述杠杆的底部装在所述安装槽内能够转动,所述杠杆在所述安装槽内转动到固定位置时被限位凸台限制自由度使其装在所述安装槽内。
进一步,所述杠杆在所述安装槽内转动到固定位置时被限位凸台和限位卡扣限制自由度使其固定装在所述安装槽内。
进一步,所述杠杆底部伸出定位凸台,所述杠杆在所述安装槽内转动到固定位置时,定位凸台被限位凸台限制自由度使其装在所述安装槽内。
进一步,所述限位凸台包括限位横凸台,所述限位横凸台从所述安装槽的槽壁外侧端面上向槽内伸出,所述限位横凸台向所述安装槽的底部伸出限位竖凸台,所述限位卡扣设置在所述安装槽槽壁的外侧端面上,所述限位卡扣一端设置在所述安装槽的槽壁的外侧的端面上,另一端能够产生形变,所述限位卡扣 产生形变的一端在所述杠杆位于固定位置时抵住所述杠杆的侧壁使其无法回转。

有益效果
本发明提供的一种断路器手柄连接方式,杠杆和手柄采用了旋转安装方式,在不增加手柄和杠杆成本的同时,使手柄能够可靠的与杠杆连接并限位。不用依靠中盖来实现手柄限位就能正常动作,使断路器的生产调试更方便,使用过程中更安全可靠。相比于横向安装方式,手柄装配好后限位更可靠,不用为手柄的安装预留结构空间。

如附图1所示,一种断路器手柄连接方式,包括手柄1和杠杆2,本实施例中,所述杠杆2为U形。所述手柄1和杠杆2装在一起,其中,所述手柄1的柄盘部101的底部设有安装槽102,所述杠杆2的底部201装在所述安装槽102内能够转动,所述杠杆2底部伸出定位凸台202,所述杠杆2在所述安装槽102 内转动到固定位置时,定位凸台202被限位凸台103限制自由度使其装在所述安装槽102内。进一步地,还可以增加限位卡扣104进一步限制自由度使其固定装在所述安装槽102内。本实施例中,所述限位凸台103为2个,对称布置在所述安装槽102的槽壁外侧端面上。所述限位卡扣104为2个,对称布置在所述安装槽102的槽壁外侧端面上。

如附图4所示,首先将杠杆2插入安装槽102中,接着转动杠杆2,在杠杆2转动过程中,所述杠杆2会向下压住限位卡扣104使其不会抵挡杠杆2的转动,如附图5所示,当杠杆2的定位凸台202转动到被限位横凸台103a和限位竖凸台103b抵住时,所述杠杆2反向回转的自由度就会被恢复回弹到原始位置的限位卡扣104限制住,所述杠杆2此时所处位置为固定位置,本实施例中,所述定位凸台202为2个,对称布置在所述杠杆2底部的两侧端,能够更好的保证杠杆和手柄之间固定可靠安装。
