一种高效抽真空装置,包括密封罐(1)、第一活塞(2)、伸缩杆(3)、真空泵(4)、驱动装置、单向阀(21)、压力传感器以及电控装置(8),气管(5)通过气阀(6)与外部待抽真空装置贯通设置。第一活塞(2)在伸缩杆(3)的往返驱动作用下,配合设置在第一活塞(2)上的单向阀(21),可将密封罐(1)内的空气不断挤压至密封罐(1)的上方,之后通过真空泵(4)的作用将其排空,以此使得密封罐(1)始终保持一定的真空度,之后在需要抽真空时可通过气管(5)瞬间完成对外部待抽真空装置的抽真空作业。

一种高效抽真空装置 技术领域
本发明涉及抽真空技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效抽真空装置。
背景技术
现有技术下,在对一些装置进行快速抽真空作业时,为了提高抽真空的效率,大多采用各类性能不同的真空泵组合搭配来进行抽真空作业,这样系统工作通常效率较低,耗时较长,对一些体积大,时效性又要求比较高的装置,很难满足其需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抽真空效率高的抽真空装置。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高效抽真空装置,包括密封罐、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内的第一活塞、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内用于驱动所述第一活塞沿密封罐腔体高度方向往返运动的伸缩杆、设置于所述密封罐外侧且通过气管与所述密封罐的腔体贯通连接的真空泵、与所述伸缩杆相连接的驱动装置、贯通设置于所述第一活塞的单向阀、以及分别与所述真空泵和所述驱动装置电连接的电控装置,所述气管通过气阀与外部待抽真空装置贯通设置。
其中,所述伸缩杆设置为液压伸缩杆,所述驱动装置包括液压筒、沿所述液压筒长度方向设置的驱动杆、设置于所述驱动杆一端的第二活塞、以及设置于所述液压筒顶部用于所述驱动杆带动所述第二活塞沿所述液压筒的腔体长度方向往返运动的驱动电机。
其中,所述第二活塞下方的液压筒内设置有液压油,所述液压油通过油管与对应的液压伸缩杆贯通连接。
其中,所述油管设置有油压传感器,所述液压筒设置有活塞位置传感器,所述油压传感器和活塞位置传感器均与所述电控装置电连接。
其中,还包括用于检测密封罐内的真空度的压力传感器,所述压力传感器包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别设置于所述第一活塞两侧的腔体内,且所述第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别与所述电控装置电连接。
其中,所述第一活塞的外周面设置有用于所述第一活塞和所述密封罐的腔体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈。
其中,所述密封罐呈圆柱体设置,且所述密封罐的上、下两端的外端面均向外凸设且呈球面设置。
其中,所述第一活塞的上端面与所述密封罐的腔体上端的内端面相贴合;所述第一活塞的下端面与所述密封罐的腔体下端的内端面相贴合;所述第一活塞呈密封腔体状设置或实体状设置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种高效抽真空装置,包括密封罐、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内的第一活塞、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内用于驱动所述第一活塞沿密封罐腔体高度方向往返运动的伸缩杆、设置于所述密封罐外侧且通过气管与所述密封罐的腔体贯通连接的真空泵、与所述伸缩杆相连接的驱动装置、贯通设置于所述第一活塞的单向阀、以及分别与所述真空泵和所述驱动装置电连接的电控装置,所述气管通过气阀与外部待抽真空装置贯通设置。以此结构设计的高效抽真空装置,第一活塞在伸缩杆的往返驱动作用下,配合设置在第一活塞上的单向阀,可将密封罐内的空气不断挤压至密封罐的上方,之后通过真空泵的作用将其排空,以此使得密封罐始终保持一定的真空度,之后在需要抽真空时可通过气管瞬间完成对外部待抽真空装置的抽真空作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
结合图1所示,本实施例提供了一种高效抽真空装置,包括密封罐1、设置于密封罐1的腔体上端的第一活塞2、设置于密封罐1的腔体下端用于驱动第一活塞2沿密封罐1腔体高度方向往返运动的伸缩杆3、设置于密封罐1外侧且通过气管5与密封罐1的腔体贯通连接的真空泵4、与伸缩杆3相连接的驱动装置、贯通设置于第一活塞2的单向阀21、用于检测密封罐1内的真空度的压力传感器、以及分别与压力传感器、真空泵4、以及驱动装置电连接的电控装置8,气管5通过气阀6与外部待抽真空装置贯通设置。
本实施例中,伸缩杆3设置为液压伸缩杆,驱动装置包括液压筒71、沿液压筒71长度方向设置的驱动杆72、设置于驱动杆72下端的第二活塞73、以及设置于液压筒71顶部用于驱动杆72带动第二活塞73沿液压筒71的腔体长度方向往返运动的驱动电机74,第二活塞73下方的液压筒71内设置有液压油,液压油通过油管75与对应的液压伸缩杆贯通连接。以此结构设计,采用油压驱动的方式,驱动液压伸缩杆往返运行,进而使得密封罐内的气体透过第一活塞上的单向阀流向密封罐的上端,之后在真空泵的作用下将其排出。
本实施例中,为有效控制密封罐内的真空度,压力传感器包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别设置于第一活塞2两侧的腔体内,且第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别与电控装置8电连接。以此及时检测第一活塞上下两侧的真空度,用以控制第一活塞的运动速度和上下频率,便于真空泵高效运作。
为了检测液压系统是否漏油,油管75设置有油压传感器,液压筒内设置有用于检测第二活塞位置的活塞位置传感器,油压传感器和活塞位置传感器均与电控装置8电连接。通过活塞位置传感器对第二活塞位置的检测,以及油压传感器对油管内的油压检测,能够方便的自动判定液压油是否有泄漏,从而保证第一活塞的在多个液压伸缩杆驱动的情况下能够水平的做上下活塞运动。
进一步的,为了增加第一活塞与密封罐内壁之间的密封性,第一活塞2的外周面设置有用于第一活塞2和密封罐1的腔体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈22。
本实施例中,密封罐呈圆柱体设置,且密封罐的上、下两端的外端面均向外凸设且呈球面设置,第一活塞的上端面与,密封罐的腔体上端的内端面相配合,第一活塞的下端面与密封罐的腔体下端的内端面相贴合;以此结构设计的密封罐及第一活塞,为了快速将待抽真空装置内的气体释放到密封罐内,因此在制作时密封罐的体积都较为庞大,为了防止第一活塞因制作过程中其内部腔体中存在较多的空气,释放到密封罐内而影响到抽真空的效率,须将第一活塞的腔体密封设置,也可以根据需要将第一活塞设置为实体。
采用上述结构设计的高效抽真空装置,能够使得密封罐始终保持一定的真空度,进而在对一些瞬间需要快速抽真空的待抽真空装置抽真空时,可以通过具有一定真空度的密封罐迅速稀释气体,实现高效的进行抽真空作业。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:包括密封罐、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内的第一活塞、设置于所述密封罐的腔体内用于驱动所述第一活塞沿密封罐腔体高度方向往返运动的伸缩杆、设置于所述密封罐外侧且通过气管与所述密封罐的腔体贯通连接的真空泵、与所述伸缩杆相连接的驱动装置、贯通设置于所述第一活塞的单向阀、以及分别与所述真空泵和所述驱动装置电连接的电控装置,所述气管通过气阀与外部待抽真空装置贯通设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆设置为液压伸缩杆,所述驱动装置包括液压筒、沿所述液压筒长度方向设置的驱动杆、设置于所述驱动杆一端的第二活塞、以及设置于所述液压筒顶部用于所述驱动杆带动所述第二活塞沿所述液压筒的腔体长度方向往返运动的驱动电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述第二活塞下方的液压筒内设置有液压油,所述液压油通过油管与对应的液压伸缩杆贯通连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述油管设置有油压传感器,所述液压筒设置有活塞位置传感器,所述油压传感器和活塞位置传感器均与所述电控装置电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:还包括用于检测密封罐内的真空度的压力传感器,所述压力传感器包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别设置于所述第一活塞两侧的腔体内,且所述第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别与所述电控装置电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述第一活 塞的外周面设置有用于所述第一活塞和所述密封罐的腔体内壁密封滑动配合的密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述密封罐呈圆柱体设置,且所述密封罐的上、下两端的外端面均向外凸设且呈球面设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种高效抽真空装置,其特征在于:所述第一活塞的上端面与所述密封罐的腔体上端的内端面相贴合;所述第一活塞的下端面与所述密封罐的腔体下端的内端面相贴合;所述第一活塞呈密封腔体状设置或实体状设置。
