Abstract

一种防切割包胶纱线,包括纱线本体(1)和包覆在纱线本体(1)上的混合胶料层(2),在纱线本体(1)的表面上分布有无数个微小的凹坑(3),混合胶料层(2)添附在凹坑(3)内并包覆在纱线本体(1)外。通过在现有的纱线本体表面采用刻蚀技术刻出无数个微小的凹坑,同时破坏纱线本体的表面分子键,在浸胶过程中,在胶料和微小硬质颗粒填满凹坑的同时,使得胶料与纱线本体间发生分子键结合,进一步增强混合胶料层的吸附牢固性。

Description

一种防切割包胶纱线 技术领域
本发明涉及一种包胶纱,特别涉及一种用在个人防护用品中的防切割包胶纱。
背景技术
现有的包覆纱大多为PE包覆纱,其用于手套时,耐切割性能差,其生产的产品防护等级一般只能达到美标3级左右,不能很好适应需耐切割等场合使用。
为了提高耐切割等级,现有在PE包覆纱中加入玻璃纤维或钢丝等材料,由于玻璃纤维具有脆、硬等缺陷,且玻璃纤维碎后产生微粒容易被吸入人体内诱发疾病,因此玻璃纤维也逐渐不被欧洲等地区所接受。另外,由于钢丝较硬,可编织性能差,也逐渐不受欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐切割包覆纱,其利用在现有的PE纱线或高强度聚乙烯纤维纱线或其他纱线外表面包胶一层耐切割层(混合胶料层),且耐切割层牢固地吸附在纱线的表面,在提高纱线耐切割等级的前提下而不影响纱线的编织性,使得利用其织造的防护手套的防切割等级可达到美标5级,且手套轻巧灵活、保护操作者的双手免受来自工作中切割和穿刺的威胁。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防切割包胶纱线,包括纱线本体和包覆在纱线本体上的混合 胶料层,所述纱线本体的表面上分布有无数个微小的凹坑,所述混合胶料层添附在凹坑内并包覆在纱线本体外。
进一步的,所述混合胶料层由丁腈胶、乳胶、氯丁胶、硅胶中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物和微小硬质颗粒混合而成。
进一步的,所述纱线本体为PE纱线、包覆有氨纶的PE包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的PE包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的PE包覆纱。
优选地,纱线本体为高强度聚乙烯纤维、包覆有氨纶的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱。
进一步的,所述微小硬质颗粒为金属颗粒、石粒中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步的,所述微小硬质颗粒为SiO 2、玻璃纤维粉末中的一种或两者的任意比例混合物。
根据需要,在混合胶料层内添加有色素物质。
根据需要,在混合胶料层内添加阻燃物质、吸湿排汗物质、加热物质或是制冷物质,比如炭黑、自发热复合材料等。
进一步的,纱线本体的材质还可以为HPPE、尼龙、涤纶、凯夫拉、芳纶、竹纤维、腈纶或天丝。
本发明通过在现有的纱线本体的表面通过刻蚀技术刻出无数个微小的凹坑,同时破坏纱线本体的表面分子键,在浸胶过程中,胶料和微小硬质颗粒填满凹坑的同时使得胶料与纱线本体间发生分子键结合,进一步增强混合胶料层的吸附牢固性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种防切割包胶纱线,包括纱线本体和包覆在纱线本体上的混合胶料层。混合胶料层由丁腈胶、乳胶、氯丁胶、硅胶中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物和微小硬质颗粒混合而成,微小硬质颗粒为金属颗粒、石粒中的一种或两种的混合物。纱线本体为PE纱线、包覆有氨纶的PE包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的PE包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的PE包覆纱。
在纱线本体的表面上通过刻蚀技术刻蚀出无数个不规则分布的微小的凹坑,同时破坏PE纱线的表面分子键,混合胶料层添附在凹坑内并包覆在纱线本体外,由于在包胶过程中,混合胶料层中的胶料与PE间发生分子键结合,进一步增强混合胶料层与纱线本体间的吸附力,同时在不影响纱线的编织性的前提下提高纱线耐切割等级,使得利用其织造的防护手套的防切割等级可达到美标5级,且手套轻巧灵活、保护操作者的双手免受来自工作中切割和穿刺的威胁。
这里要说明的是,微小硬质颗粒为SiO 2、玻璃纤维粉末中的一种或两者的任意比例混合物。
优选地,纱线本体为高强度聚乙烯纤维、包覆有氨纶的高强度聚 乙烯纤维包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱。
根据需要,在混合胶料层内添加有色素物质。
根据需要,在混合胶料层内添加阻燃物质、吸湿排汗物质、加热物质或是制冷物质,比如炭黑、自发热复合材料等。
基于上述技术方案,纱线本体的材质还可以为HPPE、尼龙、涤纶、凯夫拉、芳纶、竹纤维、腈纶或天丝。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种防切割包胶纱线,包括纱线本体和包覆在纱线本体上的混合胶料层,其特征在于:所述纱线本体的表面上分布有无数个微小的凹坑,所述混合胶料层添附在凹坑内并包覆在纱线本体外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述混合胶料层由丁腈胶、乳胶、氯丁胶、硅胶中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物和微小硬质颗粒混合而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述纱线本体为PE纱线、包覆有氨纶的PE包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的PE包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的PE包覆纱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述纱线本体为高强度聚乙烯纤维、包覆有氨纶的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱、包覆有尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱或包覆有氨纶和尼龙的高强度聚乙烯纤维包覆纱。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述微小硬质颗粒为金属颗粒、石粒中的一种或两种的混合物。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述微小硬质颗粒为SiO 2、玻璃纤维粉末中的一种或两者的任意比例混合物。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述混合胶料层内根据需要添加有色素物质。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述 混合胶料层内根据需要添加阻燃物质、吸湿排汗物质、加热物质或是制冷物质。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防切割包胶纱线,其特征在于:所述纱线本体的材质为HPPE、尼龙、涤纶、凯夫拉、芳纶、竹纤维、腈纶或天丝。
