为达到制造不可展蒙皮装饰板的目的,制造步骤包括:基材选取工序,选取如下不可展蒙皮装饰板的基材:面层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维织物布;第二层为夹丝玻璃纤维布;第三层为板体;第四层为石棉帘布;第五层聚乙烯薄膜;第六层为石棉毯;底层为不锈钢金属丝网,并进行性能检测,选取符合装饰板GB8624-2006 标准的基材;基材预加工工序,对所选取的基材进行表面处理,使基材表面平整、密实;基材定型,将基材按上述选取顺序摆放,送入冷压机中进行冷压定型,温度在-8℃,定型时间10min;合压:将定型的基材在高温120℃时合压,保温8min,快速降温20min内为常温进行合压,最后得到板材;放置:将板材在常温下放置28天,最终得到不可展蒙皮装饰板,所述板体由石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉经混料、搅拌制膏、碾压成型和干燥工序制成,所述石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉的重量份配料为石灰:80份、石膏:80份、水泥:30份、珍珠岩粉:30份,所述珍珠岩粉可用木锯末屑代替,所述基材定型步骤中按选取顺序摆放基材的同时在各层中添加胶粘剂,所述胶粘剂为PVC胶水,所述不锈钢金属丝网表面处理为电镀锌,所述基材预加工工序采用砂轮方法将板体砂磨平整,所述板体砂磨平整后还需进行底漆喷涂,所述板体砂磨平整后底气喷涂的油漆为环氧高光漆。
实施例2

为达到制造不可展蒙皮装饰板的目的,制造步骤包括:基材选取工序,选取如下不可展蒙皮装饰板的基材:面层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维织物布;第二层为夹丝玻璃纤维布;第三层为板体;第四层为石棉帘布;第五层聚乙烯薄膜;第六层为石棉毯;底层为不锈钢金属丝网,并进行性能检测,选取符合装饰板GB8624-2006 标准的基材;基材预加工工序,对所选取的基材进行表面处理,使基材表面平整、密实;基材定型,将基材按上述选取顺序摆放,送入冷压机中进行冷压定型,温度在-5℃,定型时间15min;合压:将定型的基材在高温130℃时合压,保温9min,快速降温25 min内为常温进行合压,最后得到板材;放置:将板材在常温下放置29 天,最终得到不可展蒙皮装饰板,所述板体由石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉经混料、搅拌制膏、碾压成型和干燥工序制成,所述石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉的重量份配料为石灰:90份、石膏:90份、水泥:40份、珍珠岩粉:40份,所述珍珠岩粉可用木锯末屑代替,所述基材定型步骤中按选取顺序摆放基材的同时在各层中添加胶粘剂,所述胶粘剂为PVC胶水,所述不锈钢金属丝网表面处理为电镀锌,所述基材预加工工序采用砂轮方法将板体砂磨平整,所述板体砂磨平整后还需进行底漆喷涂,所述板体砂磨平整后底气喷涂的油漆为环氧高光漆。
对实施例1-3的装饰板进行检测,结果表明不可展蒙皮装饰板在制造后可用于低温-70℃到高温230℃之间,具有耐臭氧、氧、光及气候老化等特点,耐人工加速气候老化性试验值达到8000小时以上,燃烧性能达到GB8624A1级,正常的使用寿命可达30年之久。本发明生产的装饰板具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐候、防水、体轻、吸声、隔振以及柔韧性好等优点,具有极高的推广价值。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括:
(1)基材选取工序,选取如下不可展蒙皮装饰板的基材:
面层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维织物布;
第二层为夹丝玻璃纤维布;
第三层为板体;
第四层为石棉帘布;
第五层聚乙烯薄膜;
第六层为石棉毯;
底层为不锈钢金属丝网,
并进行性能检测,选取符合装饰板GB8624-2006 标准的基材;
(2)基材预加工工序,对所选取的基材进行表面处理,使基材表面平整、密实;
(3)基材定型,将基材按上述选取顺序摆放,送入冷压机中进行冷压定型,温度在-8℃至-2℃,定型时间10-20min;
(4)合压:将定型的基材在高温120-140℃时合压,保温8-10min,快速降温20-30 min内为常温进行合压,最后得到板材;
(5)放置:将板材在常温下放置28-30 天,最终得到不可展蒙皮装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述板体由石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉经混料、搅拌制膏、碾压成型和干燥工序制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述石灰、石膏、水泥和珍珠岩粉的重量份配料为石灰:80-100份、石膏:80-100份、水泥:30-50份、珍珠岩粉:30-50份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述珍珠岩粉可用木锯末屑代替。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述基材定型步骤中按选取顺序摆放基材的同时在各层中添加胶粘剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为PVC胶水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述不锈钢金属丝网表面处理为电镀锌。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述基材预加工工序采用砂轮方法将板体砂磨平整。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述板体砂磨平整后还需进行底漆喷涂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种不可展蒙皮装饰板的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述板体砂磨平整后底漆 喷涂的油漆为环氧高光漆。
