Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合贴面材料,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:EPDM:40%‑70%、PP:25%‑60%、过氧化物:1‑3%、交联改性剂:1‑3%;所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡而成;所述接着层为织物。通过将耐磨的聚烯烃弹性体复合在发泡的POE材料上,从而实现了表层耐磨耐冲击,基体层柔软的技术效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体公开了一种复合贴面材料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,经常需要用到贴面装饰材料用于家具贴面装饰、墙壁贴面装饰灯,现有的贴面材料都讲究美观度从而忽略了材料本身的耐磨性、耐冲击强度、防水性能等,不少贴面材料不耐磨,特别是人手经常触摸的家具表面、墙壁表面等部位,经常会发生磨损,影响整体装饰效果。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术问题,提供一种复合贴面材料,通过将耐磨的聚烯烃弹性体复合在发泡的POE材料上,从而实现了表层耐磨耐冲击,基体层柔软的技术效果。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种复合贴面材料,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;
所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:
EPDM:40%-70%、
PP:25%-60%、
过氧化物:1-3%、
交联改性剂:1-3%;
所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡而成;
所述接着层为织物。
优选地,所述基体层发泡倍率为5-15倍。
优选地,所述PP中含有不高于50%重量的回收料。
优选地,所述过氧化物选用DCP。
优选地,所述交联改性剂选用多官能环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明公开一种复合贴面材料,通过动态硫化形成的聚烯烃弹性体作为表层耐磨层,大幅提升表面的抗冲击耐磨性能,同时通过发泡POE作为基体层,可保证主体材料的柔软度,从而解决了现有技术中贴面材料不耐冲击不耐磨的技术问题。

实施例一
一种复合贴面材料,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;
所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:
EPDM:40%、
PP:56%、
过氧化物DCP:1%、
交联改性剂多官能基环氧树脂:3%;
所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡10倍而成;
所述接着层为织物。
实施例二
一种复合贴面材料,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;
所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:
EPDM:70%、
PP:26%、
过氧化物DCP:3%、
交联改性剂多官能基环氧树脂:1%;
所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡20倍而成;
所述接着层为织物。
实施例三
一种复合贴面材料,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;
所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:
EPDM:50%、
PP:25%、
过氧化物DCP:2.5%、
交联改性剂多官能基环氧树脂:2.5%;
所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡15倍而成;
所述接着层为织物。

Claims (2)

1.一种复合贴面材料,其特征在于,由上至下依次包括耐磨层、基体层和接着层,所述耐磨层与基体层共挤成型,所述基体层与所述接着层热熔胶粘接;
所述耐磨层由以下质量百分比的组分制成:
EPDM:40%-70%、
PP:25%-60%、
过氧化物:1-3%、
交联改性剂:1-3%;
所述基体层由POE加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP微发泡而成,且发泡倍率为10-20倍;
所述接着层为织物;
所述过氧化物选用DCP;
所述交联改性剂选用多官能环氧树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合贴面材料,其特征在于,所述PP中含有不高于50%重量的回收料。
